Hi Friend, I really don't understand what makes you think that I gave the comments without using the phone. When I gave the phone for servicing after using for nearly and suffered for 8months with constant calls to XOLO care, it took 5weeks to get it back from the service center. And the final resolution what they did is they completely changed the motherboard and I was told that they are not sure where the problem was. And that time in the new phone they gave the sim and sd-card slots much surprisingly. Though the things have changed during this 1yrs and my reply was late I suffered and that was my review/comments.

Dear Lava & Xolo Smart phone Manufacturing Team I want to share my experience after buy Xolo X1000 phone, When i bought this phone model i replace the same phone model for 3 times, because at first time the phone release heat during use, second time phone didnt get start, third time the phone hanged and stop working for long time after that again i replace same model in November 2013 and after 4 months (i.e. Today 12/04/2014)phone is not getting charge. I have put phone on charge for 2 to 3 hours but it shows only red light indicator and not get charge. Now tell me why this things are happening? and every time it creates problem while using phone. Apart from this I want to know that your company is really providing Good products or services to there customers as per your commitment? Now i am helpless with your phone because it just like showpiece with me! Please provide satisfactory resolution from your end.

The same thing happened with me. My Xolo x1000 screen git crack. Xolo service center had estimated replacement to be charged rs9000. the new mobile price as on today is rs.13200. is better to go for Samsung phones where initial price is costlier but service is the best and cheaper. My suggestion to Xolo, please reduce the service charges. Attract the customers.......

I am using Xolo X1000 from july 2013. It goes nice. No problem yet. Brilliant screen, maximized batary backup, well amount of ram and rom, dashing pic quality in daytime, all the 10 sensors goes well. A definitely good buy. My personal opinion: definitely go for it.

If there is a mistake in my life while choosing a smartphone; it is always XOLO X1000, signal drops, calls get dropped, no microsim adaptor given, new sim wont get recognized, suddenly looses the signal in fraction of seconds, no customer support. My karbonn titanium s5 works better even now and I give 100% voting for that when compared to Intel XOLO.

One of the best phones in the market, it beats Samsung s4 (leave alone S3 and other lower versions) Sony Xperia Z & Z1 and iPhone 5 in looks, performance, speed and other aspects, camera is fairly good, if someone cant click pictures it doesn't mean that the camera is not good, i have had great pics from this phone, yes the battery life is not one of the best but then it is also not one of the worst, lasts about 18-20 hours on full charge with continuous 3g and net connection, that is reasonable,i read comments about the phone heating up, yes it does, but for 7 months i have used it the maximum temperature it got heated to was about 45 degrees, that is reasonable too keeping in mind i have seen Sony, Samsung, heating upto 47-49 degrees with similar type of usage, only flip part it that it doesn't have a removable battery Which resulted in destruction of my set,I wish i could take the battery out and saved it, actually dropped in a bucket of water (by mistake of course)the screen resolution is good and nice, even broad daylight viewing is fine if you can set the brightness right,user friendly and you can arrange everything as per your desire and easily available on your command, touch is magnificent (only phone which had a better touch was i5. yes the speakers and the sound is on the lower side, which at times is irritating but then they provide you with a microphone, try and use it... ha ha ha... In all a great phone, after mine got destructed i have been looking for the same one for sometime,though i have tried sony, samsung, micromax etc but none can be compared to this, i guess they have discontinued it since no one had this set... yes one bad thing... not about the phone but about the service pathetic PATHETIC with a capitol P and underlined with red, so it is a great phone as long as it is working once something goes wrong, you can very well kiss your phone goodbye... but isn't it with every other phone companies?????

I bought A700 in the month of May. Initial experience for 3 months was quite good and recommended personally to many of my friends. But lately handset has started giving real bad experience. Twice in the last 2 months it has gone bad to worse. PCB or the Motherboard is not working. The phone has been worst. Service has been even worst and they send only after 1 month minimum. Never ever buy Xolo mobiles if you really value your time and money. Buy reputed brands with good after sales service which is very important with these smart phones because we use a lot of these mobile to the previous generation like surfing chatting calling - we definitely require a good sturdy mobiles or else we are wasting our times with these useless devices for sure. Hope this helps to someone who really looks for sturdy mobiles for atleast 1 year time frame.

I have been using the X1000 for the past 4 months now, its a nice overall product and i am absolutely delighted with this phone. I am heavily into heavy graphics games and web browsing with my phones. The phone beats some of the pricier Galaxy phones in terms of looks/design, display resolution/quality and raw processing speeds while playing heavy games like "Frontline Commando", or " Blood & Glory". A few negatives to the phone are: 1) bad battery life (in indian conditions), a charge doesnt last more than 24 hours, despite no gaming and normal browsing (FB/mails) 2) The intel processor tends to heat up mightily, even with ordinary browsing 3) The antenna switches off, and you lose phone functionality untill the phone cools down Cheers

This phone is a real worth.After using it for 7 days writting this review.I am not a heavy gamer so make sure that you read my comments keeping the above said fact in your mind. Look wise no doubt it looks as if you have nexus in you hand. You need to upgrade it to jelly bean 4.1.2 as it is coming with sandwich OS. Most imp thing if you are buying it then once it is out of box it wont start as battery is inbulit and not charged so in case you open it and it starts then yoiu can understand that it has been used. Its performance is amazing I did not find it in hung state though running multiple applications simultaneously.No heating problem as we have in Karbon.No Network isssue as we have in Karbon.Sound is little bit low when you talk to someone but that is negligible ,i would rate sound 9.2/10. All the sensors are working fine.Battery back up is 7-8 hrs when you are running it on 3g for using data services (fb,watsapp,gmail etc) and this 7-8 hrs of back up also includes a talk time of 1 hr. Touch is superb with no flaws,downloading speed is upto 7.1 mbps which I have tried. You may reach at 9654080989 or [email protected] for other queries. Last bit noth the least spending 13,500 on this phone is worth rather than spending 16-17 k for micromax.

Go for Spice Pinnacle Pro MI535. I have bought Spice Pinnacle pro MI535 just today only. I was not aware of this phone, but after seen the mobile with my friend, I thought to have a look and mannnn, this phone is awesome, far far better than Micromax canvas HD and other mobiles. I have been using, Canvas HD and compare both the mobile and trust me, Spice Pinnacle Pro MI535 is far better than this in all terms - 16 GB internal memory, 4.2 anroid version, 5.3 inch screen, display is amazing, there is no lag while playing HD games and so many unique feature those are not available in other phone. And the biggest thing is, this is available at only 12,500 Rs.....really impressed with Pinnacle Pro MI535.

I've just updated the phone.. THe update has helped TREMENDOUSLY.. Much better cpu optimization, and many resource intensive apps and games run much better.. I would hands-down recommend this device..

Had a very horrible experience. Whatever short cuts u create, it will disappear once u restart.. When asked replacement within a week time of purchase, they told they can do free service.. And no replacement. Was misled by intel name on the phone, but it takes ver long time to load the contacts, when you switch on the phone. You can NEVER find a case for this phone on the market.. I swear. I'm using mobile phones near abt 10 yrs, basis my experience, you can pay 8k for this phone. But market rate is 18 k.... I will never recommend to buy this phone...

Xolo has the default android UI and features. This leaves a lot of good to have features... but is great for tech savvy users who like to customize the UI & play around with apps a lot. Battery Life: Good Screen Sensitivity: Good Screen Brightness: Good Speaker: Good Front Cam: Excellent Looks: Killer Elegance Cons: No PC Suite is available... copying contacts becomes tricky. No tangible information about any service centers on the website. Back Camera does not live up to the 8mp expectation... though its good enough. Power Chord is short... though any blackberry charger can be used to replace this. Funny Issue: The 'compose message' section does not have the "enter" key... you cant add a new line. :P No widget for messages either... but like i said.. this is for users who like to install their own apps and widgets. On the whole... its a GREAT buy for its price - ONLY for people who need to load their devices with lots of heavy duty apps. Others can opt for Samsung/Micromax alternatives. The only real risk is the lack of after sale support credibility.

Guys got my 4.1.2 update ... its amazing ... keys are changed ... its like stock 4.1.2 .. the phone has become much faster ...antutu ICS gave scores close to 10k now its giving 15k :) .. camera omg it has improved so much ... and its not single core Intel .. open up antutu and see it shows duel core ...shit about this phone is that it doesn't have gorrila glass :(

Poor performance will rattle you 1. phone not responding to any touch when you are in call longer than 15 to 20 minutes. Any touch or key will not respond and you can not see menu. 2. When dead battery connect to charger, phone does not boot up immediately. Have to wait to at least 3 to 5 minutes for phone boot up. 3. On dead battery USB charging is not working. 4. Poor performance on audio quality 5. Battery Charging is not fast. 6. Unless the battery charging reaches 10% you can not switch on the phone. 7. Games application performance is poor.

This is one worst mobile I have ever purchased paying 18.5K. It has poor performance than the basic mobile I have used in 2003 & no one responds to the complaints. Following are the problems that I have faced. 1. Audio clarity varies from time to time. 2. Loosing signals while in call & drops the call. 3. Cannot catch signals unless I restart the mobile. 4. Suddenly mobile restarts. 5. Takes toooooooooo much time to do the basic functionality. 6. Delay in opening contacts after mobile restarts & some other applications. 7. Deletes 1-St message though I select 2 or 3 message in a threaded message. 8. Doesn't recognize the Bluetooth devices that are already turned on. If anyone is planning to buy this mobile be prepared to do both the following: 1. Should be ready to climb the signal tower(doubt even if it works or not). 2. Should be patience enough the restart the mobile frequently almost once for every half-an-hour. 3. Be ready for no support from XOLO customer care. These are the problems that I identified when compared to Samsung Galaxy SII model.

don't buy xolo ...because of has low quality materials in it... also look at the SAR VALUE it is almost 1.30 w/ g.. which is not present in any phone these days... better go for micromax...canvas ..

i am getting more than a day (30 hrs nearly) on normal usage like 2.5hr voice call 3hr texting 1hr game 2hr music and 6hr browsing on wifi. may be this info is not sufficient to evaluate for u but one thing i'm sure is battery backup is great. Thanks.

Dear All its my request that dont buy a xolo handset if you dont want to suffer in future. As I have also purchased a handset for 12000rs. because of its features. but after three months its cable stopped functioning after 1 month phone started restarting and after 10 days battry was useless. and there are no service cneters . they will tell you that your phone will pe piked up in 48 hrs but i waited for 15 days every day i call they have no usefull answer all they say is - sorry sir, please wait and have patience and i am forwarding your compalint after pick up , it was told that i will get it back in 5 days but 10 days have gone i am not getting any proper information all i am getting is wage answers.If you dont want to get troubled just for few additional features, dont buy xolo phones their quality is poor only thing thats good is their promises. which they dont keep.

If u r looking for a phone which do not have the problem of hanging and battery last for long time and concern about camera clarity then there is only one name xolo x1000. I m using this phone since 3 weeks and I found it awesome as compare to other mobiles like canvas,grand,and karbonn. But this phone is lacking in two things it does not have JB4.2 and NFC along with HDMI or SCREEN MIRRORING. Otherwise its good one.

Its a humble request to everyone that please please please do not buy any handset of xolo, bcoz they dont have any service center in india neither they dont give proper service as I have a very very very bad experience. my handset was pickedup by xolo people for repairing on 14th June'13 and today its 22nd july'13 till now i havent got my handset yet.God knows when i will get my handset back.Its a waste of money if you buy xolo

used the phone for 2 months along with samsung duos/canvas hd &karbon android. this device is wrth for what u pay, the chipset is awsome and powerful. really good for long run. gpu speed is excellent even while multitasking 7 task ( computer test done) only glitch is that screen should have been corning glass but it does have scratch proof glass. its worth a buy.
