alcatel 1c (2019) - User Reviews

  • my phone got to hot and warped and I cant phone out and it wont keep a charge

  • No problems with phone have had over a month still running smoothly absolutely love it! Don need the latest things I can use Snapchat Instagram the works . I am very pleased .

  • anyone with a link to download firmware for 5009A

  • The problems previously mentioned were solved by changing to a faster microSD card. The phone is now back to its old snappy self... but after the updates, takes a full 20 seconds to startup. Not a bad phone, but be sure to carry a power bank if you intend to game on it. Yes, it runs Pokémon Go :D

  • Tested the 5033D Android Go version. On the first couple of days, it ran very smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised. Then I installed the security updates and it became unusable. Most apps crash and the phone now takes 5 minutes to do anything - even after a full reset. I already miss my old feature phone. Don't buy phones with these specifications of any brand - you have been warned.

  • Test on 5033D. Very good size, 4G dual nano sim with dedicate microSD slot and removable battery. Very fast at all daily procedures (Social, Banking, Travel Info, GPS). I use a fast microSD (C10 U3 A1) 32GB formatted as internal memory and all apps run full of speed without any problem.

  • A version of this with a more energy efficient chipset like Mediatek A22 at least and LTE support would be nice.

  • Why can't the big companies make a phone with this size... Btw, these specs aren't too bad for its price (there's the Redmi Go for reference) and the battery's actually quite reasonable for its size. Did I mention this is a nicely-sized phone?

  • Hang on, there are still people who think everyone is made of money and only use their phone to play games and run benchmarks all day long in 2019?! You have to realize that this phone does everything 4/5 users need it to do: phone calls, messages, social media, a few pictures, and banking apps. Why would they spend EUR 700 when they can get away with EUR 70? There is a market for these phones, whether you like it or not.

  • A simple use and value for money smartphone. If in the same size there were 13mp camera, 3000mh buttery, dedicated SD slot and >=2Mb RAM >=16Mb ROM it would be a technological breakthrough in new mobile phones.

  • TCL?

  • Bruh! Its less than 100 bucks and got Android GO on it so updates is constant. Just go buy a 200-300 buck Low-Mid range phone.

  • WOW.... Finally! A low end phone for people not gaming all day! Stop complaining! TY!

  • What?! 1GB of RAM in 2019? 480p display?! 6MP camera?!!! How can this run Oreo? And now I see a Spreadtrum processor... Alcatel, you used to be such a good phone company! What happened?

  • Why is everyone complaining? This is a low end phone for people that don't spend hours a day taking pictures, gaming, etc... I give props to Alcatel!

  • What?! 1GB of RAM in 2019? 480p display?! 6MP camera?!!! How can this run Oreo? And now I see a Spreadtrum processor... Alcatel, you used to be such a good phone company! What happened?

  • I'm kind of disappointed too. Only seemingly compact device under 14cm released this year yet... with 1 gig of ram and 8 gb storage. I wonder how much storage is left for user with Android 8.1. My guess Is less than 2 gigs...

  • Hang on, a phone with 8GB storage, 1GB RAM and a 480p display being released in 2019?!
