I buy this phone since 2004 and i still have the full pack for it and the catalogs and the warranty card and the original charger and the original battery but my problem with it its the battery it make a headache for me but for a phone working for 8 years its good i love this phone and am still using it i lost this phone and it comes back again and doped it lot of times and when i am angry the phone hit the roof i open this phone to clean it from dust and water that comes inside it and its still working like monster .... This phone has been with be since summer 2004 and never let me down. The battery is still fine; capacity decreased by some 20 percent but it's alright. Why is my ot331 great? It's small and lightweight; makes and receives calls; sends and receives sms. The joystick was the major Alcatel innovation of the time and I must say I've encountered anything so usable since. That's what a great mobile phone is all about.

Best buy ever!! Hasn't let me down. The '5'-button is wearing down. But hey, I bought it in 2003. For a small time I used an iPhone but switched back to my Alcatel. It's small light and you can phone and text with it. Who needs more?! A very pleased user.

The best phone I ever owned. Superb features and quality performance, coupled with a steady battrey and an alarm to wake me up; add also games to play while travelling, pity mine was stolen; I stil miss my Alcatel!

Very good phone. I bought it in IX.2004 and it is working perfectly with the first battery. I use as a second phone and there are no complaints. I lost it once and a guy called on the "home" phone that he found it. I gave him a good reward and I don't regret about it, because it is worth for the money.

a very good phone, i bought it in 2004 and it's still working very good. i had some problems with the network signal but after somebody dropped it into water, i was forced to disasable and clean it and it worked and surprising the signal returned to normal. but now i because it's working really good i want to use it again but on an other network but it asks me a code and i dont know how to decode it :( if somebody knows please help me i would be very grateful :)

I have been using this phone since 2004!Its still perfectly working.I like strong its battery. Its features however are outdated but plan to keep in my archives. I love it!

I have recently given my OT 331 to a friend. She needed to put in a new sim card. its requesting a product code. Does anyone know what the product code for OT 331 is? Or can I find that on the original packaging? What do I do if I no longer have that?

One of the toughest phones i know. Been dropped hundreds of times and at various heights and still was working as brand new. but died after someone accidentally drowned it at we later found out after 2hrs doing coin diving.

I'm using it since March 2004 and it is still working without any problem. The only wrong thing is the scratched keypad. However, I like its macedonian menu and also I'm planning to keep it alive as my older member of my GSM phones family, until it have to "die" some day :-)))

I still use this phone and it just keeps going. From my experiences with Alcatel phones (I'm having their models since forever) they are all very reliable and indestructible. They just won't quit. As I said mine's still working and it serves the main cause perfectly - it's a phone, and a damn great one! If you need a camera buy digital cam. but the phone rocks!

Great, inexpensive phone. It do all the job well, it's soo inexpensive that nobody cares if it's throw on the toilet, lost, stolen, broken, fallen... A really great phone, the signal is really good and the ringtones great. Well, it doesn't have a datacable or IRDA to upload ringtones to the phone so the poliphonic sound are useless.

it haz nuffin on it and ya carnt change the colour of the backlight, so dat sux. and the game is nearly impossible to play. yeah so anything else? oh yeh- theres no good wallpapers or screensavers. so dont buy it.its a waste of money.

very reliable phone, the only time where i haven�t signal, was in the basement of a bank!, also very resistant... i�m gonna change mine for a Alcatel OT 557 cause i want a camera, but if you only whant the phone to talk (remember, that was the original purpose of cellphones :O ), buy it! my celliarphone of alcatel bought from chunghua telephone beurou has a little problem of being recharged. It would not receive the charge electricity for more than half minutes. it's a troublesome work to recharge the phone by touch it for every half minute to rearrange the position of it's seat on the charger. could it possible be fixed by any person available near my house or office? I live in Taichung Taiwan at Taipin city and work at Taya village. Please give me the direction to fix my phone. Thanks a lot.

hiii, i think this type is have many of bad. 1.take a long time to loading something 2.the poliphonic tones is not very well 3.the keypad is easy to damage but good when call or received call,so clear,and have a powerful to cacth the network.plz reply this email.
