I have this phone and not bad and really cheap but just 4gb of space and 1gb of ram is not really good, speaker isn't bad and Cpu isn't bad because 1.3ghz isn't so bad for Real Racing 3. This phone required power bank because this phone have low end battery. This is my opinion.

Ok, I feel you, I understand your pain. This phone not worth of 70 euros as it doesn't even function properly. It only suitable as backup phone. You should probably spend more and get at least Xiaomi Redmi series for proper usage, which is affordable, but a proper smartphone that can be used from day to day. Or spend on Honor brand if your country has that. Also next time check for the smartphone specs before buying, there is a limit on what a cheap smartphone can be. Certainly this Alcatel is too cheap, and also a very bad one.

This is for the least amount of money can spend that still want a 4G phone. It only suitable as a cheap backup phone when your main expensive phone die. There are controversy when something is made that sold with least budget in mind, where criticism is made by comparing it to more expensive stuff. It just like comparing a 32 inch HD ready LCD TV to a 50 inch or bigger 4K TV that has almost 2 to 3 times price gap. Yes, for those who can afford to buy, there never have issue to go with the more expensive product. This phone is like goes back retro when the 1st Android smartphone is being introduced.

I remember I just pay 40 Euros to your conversion at my region to get this phone. So, it is just a 40 euros phone, what you want to expect from a 40 euros phone these day? It's a cheap phone, it's not going to have an Octa Core Snapdragon 845 inside of it... And 1GB Ram, check the specs before you buy, go for phones with 2GB Ram or more as they work out great, a Wileyfox Swift 2 is a great choice.

I unfortunately was gifted this phone after my phone stopped working, and honestly, I would rather have my dead phone back, I just can't recommend the Pixi 4 at all. The phone is extremely slow without any apps installed in addition to what the phone comes packed with, it's slow to the point where it often struggles to function as a basic phone, for instance, I get a phone call and I can't even answer because the call app crashes, something that should take seconds, like checking emails or text messages takes minutes instead. I don't know what else is available at the price point of the Pixi 4 admittedly, but I would suggest staying away from this price point altogether.

I bought 4 of these phones almost a year ago for the whole family because of excellent value/features for money. Covers and pouches were very hard to find in South Africa. None of them gave any problems or failures till today. Performance and ease of use is good to me. The only bad thing is the damage / wear and tear that they endured due to not having covers or pouches on to protect them from clumsy users. All in all good value for money and very happy with them. Would easily buy another one.

I bought this phone for my parents for 1 year ago, which primary usage is for phone call. It works until today. 4G is working, WiFI is working, hotspot is working, camera working, speaker working, battery life is acceptable, no auto rebooting, phone call is ok. No system crash. Only thing annoying the most is the phone slowness/lag, but it does work nonetheless, it challenge the patient of using a very laggy smartphone. I come here again to counter those bad comments. 1. This is one of the cheapest 4G Android smartphone being made. All it's spec reveal the all low spec. So, please don't expect anything miracle on this price. 2. This phone won't satisfied 99.99% of smartphone user today, if you are coming from other more expensive smartphone you has ever used. Android smartphone has come a long way, but this phone simply I would say stuck at the age before capacitive touchscreen is widely used. Remember those earlier touchscreen phone before the first iPhone being sold? It is not an insult, because this is the kind of smartphone that pack everything that are most basic by today standard, and make it works without caring the user experience and overlook the smartphone performance. Then, what user group should I recommend for? 1. For elderly that start learning to use smartphone. Smartphone are complex, unlike the keypad phone era. This give them a touch of what smartphone is all about without spending extra to get the best phone on the market for them, where it is under utilized. At the time of purchase, the price of this smartphone undercut half even the cheapest Xiaomi and Samsung can offer. By no mean to torture them, but to give them a basic smartphone to go without breaking the pocket, not everyone is rich. 2. As a backup phone if your main smartphone are down. It does as what a phone can do, it got 4G at least, speed is decent enough. WiFi also no problem. I always use it as a WiFI hotspot where it support 4G band 5 (850), which is not supported by my old expensive smartphone. So, the only thing unsatisfied are the performance. It lag from the 1st day of purchase, which I didn't care, just as I expected. The reason to buy this phone is because the price is so close to the basic keypad phone, which is undercut half of this phone price, and are old model that stop production long time ago. So, the only comparison this phone can make is to the basic phone, that mostly for basic call function. I know, I can actually buy a secondhand iPhone 4/Samsung S3 at the same price as well, but that all got their own issue as well. This one at least I get a new phone, then official 1 year warranty. If you are ok with this phone, that means cheap phone are ok for you, and much more expensive phone actually are quite pointless to own. If you are not ok with this phone, then just stick with the more expensive phone you have, at least the cheapest Xiaomi phone released every year are actually outperform this phone by many miles.

Had my pixi 4 5 inch for something like 2 years, used as my main phone. The only real negative comment that I have is purely software focused, namely the "onetouch launcher" that is forced upon users with absolutely no option to uninstall or remove. Seeing as I paid for my phone and it's my own personal property to which I have not ever granted permissions nor given a choice over the forced updates. Last update completely monged up the phone to death.. I can't use the pull down menus no more and even more annoyinging is the fact that the fully functioning USB socket now only charges for seven seconds.. Plug in, count to seven then ceases to charge.. I have had to resort to using a striped USB cable with red and black wires placed in the appropriate positive and negative terminals to charge the phone.. Apart from the above, which is frankly, absofuckinglutely disgusting tactics by alcatel. My phone, my choice.. Apart from that the actual phone has been actually pretty good. My desktop pc on its desk with chair doesn't get used.. Even with its touchscreen and doodads it doesn't suit my needs, just as my tablet doesn't get used because the screen is too big.. This means that the phone is my main device for Internet access.. The phone is permanently switched on 24/7/365, YouTube is my main addiction, on all night and most of the daytime, with periods of time spent on chrome browser. Considering the drops bumps thumps and heavy usage it has took all the abuse and continues to work.. The volume is rubbish but due to the fact that the phone cost less than some people's monthly mobile phone bill, I would swear by it. Plus a removable battery equals allowing to charge it hobo style with red and black wires to positive and negative contacts.. The battery charges way faster and holds the charge for longer.. Only overheated once too.. Bluetooth connectivity is really stable and reliable. As is the wifi hotspot function. It can be unlocked via ebay for 2 quid and Android 6.0 is pretty much near stock. The camera is not bad, the touchscreen is good enough for my needs.. I used to be a must have latest mobile whore, I could have bought a house with what I have spent.. The difference between the top end phones and the 40 quid ones is small enough for me to see the light.. Huawei and alcatel do some decent cheap phones, spend around the 150 quid mark and anyone spending nearly a thousand or more pounds for some jumped up Foxconn slave trade suicide special should commit suicide themselves..

Ok, so I have this phone for a year by now, let's write review here. In first 2-3 months phone works perfectly, but later it gets lot of problems... Battery / Charging : Battery nevee worked good, since beggining when it comes to 15 or 30% it starts to drain like 1% every 10 seconds and it's really annoying, I never bought new battery for it so idk is that going to work, charging takes more than 3 hours to get 100% with original charger. I changed it and it charges a bit faster. Freezing, crasging : Recently it sarted to lag more than before, I don't have too much apps or anything to cause it. Camera is really bad, blurry pictures...

They just leave it to the customer to "Fiddle" around wasting hours , I have entered my e-mail address umpteen times and it just rejects it. i find it strange you having problems. I bought my phone in August 2017 and I have not had a n issue with it since. The screen does get a bit dirty and the touch is a bit sentastive but when you clean it again it works like a charm and battery life is wonderfull

Just bought this phone 2 months ago, its performance it's good, downloaded a huge amount of apps and had no problem, I can have 5 to 10 apps opened at the same time and works really good, the only problem is the data network, it sometimes goes away and turns back, and also feel like sometimes the speed of data connection is slow even though I'm with a 4g network provider, but evertyhing else has been good.

You have two options: factory reset the phone (you'll lose all of your apps and app data, but should be able to recover photos and files if you backed them up to your gmail account.) To factory reset the phone, hold down the power button and volume down button until it boots into the recovery menu. Scroll down with volume keys to factory reset/wipe the phone. Second option would be to use recovery mode to flash a malicious exploit to gain root access and unlock the phone's bootloader. This will allow you to modify every system file and recover all of your data. Personally I'd flash a custom ROM line Lineage OS over Alcatel's borderline malicious original ROM. Somebody commented about not updating the phone because the updates are malware... I'd normally laugh at that; but in this case it is mostly true; however the whole operating system is at least spyware. I know what I'm talking about; I own this phone and have decompiled parts of it's application code as well as captured network packets proving that the amount of data about you reported to Alcatel/TCL mobile shocking to say the least. IMO this is the same Chinese company behind Lenovo (and they have been caught imbedding hardware backdoors and spyware on their computers.) Oh well, what you aren't aware of won't keep you up at night I suppose. By the way, method #2 is extremely complex (if it's a Qualcomm CPU; much easier if it's MediaTek CPU) and if done wrong you will brick the phone for good. I'd do it for you, but it has to be done weird into a computer over ADB. I'd post a tutorial; but it involves malicious exploits that can be used for no good. I say factory reset it and/or next time by a phone not made by a Chinese company (sorry not trying to be insensitive here.) Made in China is fine; everything is made their lol... just avoid Alcatel, Lenovo and pretty much any phone from walmart haha. Oh and do NOT encrypt this phone. It will fail and either you'll lose all data, get locked out (even recovery mode) or it'll just stop working and be messy for awhile until the flash storage is cleaned up. Another word to the wise: this phone has a script imbedded deep hidden in the system that purposely reads and writes really fast again and again to flash storage; it's designed to wear out the chip eventually killing the phone (planned obsolescence at it's finest) DON'T leave in an external sdcard because it will do the same thing to your poor little microSD (and those sdcards have a high failure rate as it is.) Good luck to all who own this phone. It's nice hardware for the price (I paid $20 for it at walmart.) But you get what you pay for...

I was very satisfied with it for the first half year, but I downloaded a lot of apps for my display and it slowed down and I really didn't like the camera quality. I am at my wit's end with my Alcatel pixi 4. It has been nothing but trouble since I got it a few months ago. I have been given loads of reasons why it just cuts a call off, why it randomly rings, why I can't get any signals etc. I am going into Tesco tomorrow to have everything transferred to my previous phone, a Samsung Galaxy. Even with the cracked screen it is favourable to the Alcatel rubbishy phone.

Well, I totally agree what you are saying. Most of the time people over expect what a cheap phone can perform. In reality, it is just you get what you paid concept. But, I do agree Xiaomi's phone really is the proper cheap phone to be considered. I do own both this PiXi 4 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. RMN4 is so much more usable than PiXi4, feel like a flagship phone. PiXi 4 feel like an outdated low end Android phone from 5 years ago.

Again, don't expect anything surprise from this phone, it is just for the most basic smartphone usage, despite it is having 4G. Battery drain issue particularly is because of Mediatek processor, small battery size, and it's power hungry LCD screen. 4G usage drain battery much more. This phone must be used with powerbank. For more passable cheap Android smartphone to be considered usable, do check out offering from Xiaomi Redmi series. They don't come as cheap as this phone, but offer miles better usable experience, at twice or trice the price. My first choice would be Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Snapdragon SD625 version, this phone far surpass as a basic or secondary Android smartphone, despite being priced so cheap. If still can't afford, Xiaomi Redmi 4, 4A, 4X will be a much sensible alternative.

So many ass comments in here and some of them not even justified. I have this phone and even though he may not be perfect or super cool it works great and makes good quality pictures. If you buy a sd memory card and free the internal memory through transfer he works even better. I have tons of apps installed and i use facebook, instagram and snapchat without any problem. I saw a comment in here stating "it takes one day to charge".. Wtf?! This is such a lie! My pixi charges in one hour and the battery can last even to 15 hours(i tested it on a trip). Photos are great, good quality and i have no problem with the focus. The sound is more then acceptable. Videos work great. Video reccord has no troubles. For a cheap phone this pixi 4 is a jewel. Get a life or an iphone and stop bullshitting in here.

It's not important how many apps you've installed, but it's important which applications you installed, the worst appps are; Facebook, instagram, messenger, snapchat, Microsoft Outlook, YouTube, Netflix and Other Streaming Apps, because they work all the time in the background even when you do not use the phone makes the processor work hard and wastes battery.Use the browser for these applications, to delete them and free the internal memory and make the phone work easier.

Hi guys. I bought it 4 days ago and it is having so much issues. Firstly when i send on facebook recorded voice messages my voice is heard soooo weird and really not clear. Secondly the speed of it sucks, alltough i didnt download a lot of apps. Especially viber can not even work on it. Its not a terrible phone for the low asking price by any standards. But you definitely have to lower your expectations. Its slow and gets even slower the more apps you use. So keep those to a minimum. Tye screen is a pain as you have to keep it at a specific angle for the best contrast and resolution. Not a powerhouse of technology. But passable for basic everyday use and web browsing.

This is around the cheapest 4G Android smartphone that money can buy (around $40). The cheapest being the Alcatel Pixi 3 in my country, but that is 3.5" model, 4GB storage, 512MB RAM, 1300 mah, 3G. With just a little price different (top up around 17%), can get Pixi 4, 5" model, 8GB storage, 1GB RAM, 2000 mah, 4G, the 5045T model. What other reviewer told in the comment are totally right. 1. It's camera has no autofocus, causing captured image come out very blur. It's 8MP camera quality is bad until not usable on today standard. (do we still remember those old camera phone?) 2. Cannot say it has no loud speaker, but it is shared with the same earpiece speaker, meaning the phone ring on the front earpiece, and we listen to the caller sound on the same earpiece too. Loud speaker is not particular loud, but is loud enough. 3. UI is sluggish here and there, the touch screen and 3 capacitive Android key are not very responsive, no back light on the 3 Android key, difficult to use at dark environment. 4. Screen is of low quality with very poor viewing angle, bad contrast, pixel density is very low at 196ppi, pixelate effect not obvious on web browsing and normal usage, but very visible when playing games. However, this phone has 5" screen, quite large and usable, despite the low ppi. 5. Phone charging is pretty slow, because only support 500mah/5V charging(original charger is 500mah/5V too), even plug in 2A/5V charger also remain at 500mah only, around 2.5 hour to get fully charged. 6. No OTG support. But can connect to PC and get detected. Seems like a bad phone right? Hell no, 4G is quite ok, dual sim, call quality is also good. At such low price (2 times or 3 times lower than a proper usable Android phone), I can't complain. Got to set the mindset right before buying this phone, it doesn't has anything that is better than more expensive phone. Basic games like Candy Crush, Subway Suffer and Clash Royal are running fine. Phone can detect 64GB memory card. The included earphone is for basic use, basic screen protector is included in the retail package box too. All in all, this is for the most budget end of Android smartphone. Everything on this phone are usable, just that it's specs are on the most low end, and pretty slow. It is the cheapest 4G Android smartphone in my country with official 1 year Alcatel warranty, unlocked, peace of mind actually. Good for those who want to switch from basic phone to Android smartphone, and pretty good as a basic smartphone for those who can't afford higher end phone. For those who wish to wish to buy a proper smartphone at the cheapest price, recommended to buy the Meizu MX4 32GB, ASUS Zenfone 2 32GB, ASUS Padfone S 64GB, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 16GB, HTC Butterfly 2, Xiaomi Mi4/Mi4i, Lenovo K4/K5 Note, ZTE Blade V7, Alcatel Flash Plus 2, Huawei Honor 5C/5X, but those at the time of writing, are around 3 time more expensive than this phone price, those are of official warranty. There are lots of grey import out there, which can also buy Lenovo Zuk Z2 and LeEco Le Max 2 with SD820 around the same price.

You can try to increase volume entering engineer mode. You have to enter a code that allows to set audio and many other things, but pay attention. Search for engineer mode pixi 4 and will find many guides to do that.

Usually when you start download can choose the folder for downloading. If you can't do this try with another browser. I use dolphin and opera and both allow to choose the folder or set a defoult folder. Anyway if you install "quick pic", an alternative gallery, you can move or copy and past from a folder to another directly from the gallery very easy. Excuse me if English is not perfect. I have got to say that the loudspeaker,speaker sound and especially the headset sound is definitely not good, I had to enter to the menu of "Log and Debugging" and enter a code to adjust the parametres of volume,the equalizer is not good when playing music , when you activate it, the volumen decreases,not to mention the camera quality, the focus is definitely not good, the selfie camera too.Where are those 8 MP and 5 MP?, my old Samsung Galaxy Nexus takes better pictures than this Alcatel phone and it has 5 MP rear camera and 2 MP in the front, it doesn't have the issues that this Alcatel phone has in abssence of light. There's some kind of issue when one hasn't got enough light, the image is completely dark when broadcasting and recording.

I bought this phone yesterday from walmart, and don't have any major complaints about it yet, Im having mostly the same issues as everyone else here, but for only 20 bucks I feel like I got an OK deal. However, when I opened the box, I was disappointed to see that the charger that came with it was only a wall outlet charger, no USB cable. At first I thought Oh Well, I didn't look close at the package to see what kind of charger it came with, and honestly it wouldn't have effected my decision to buy the phone anyways, but when I got home and looked at the box it says included with the phone, battery and quick start guide was a USB Cable & Charger. Now I'm kinda pissed and I'm not sure what I want to do. I'm happy with the phone and don't want to return it, it has been kind of a pain in the ass already not having a data cord to connect it to my computers, but normally I would deal with it, I think you can get one of those cords at 7-11 for a dollar. So I'd never normally bitch about something like this, but seeing how according to the box I was actually supposed to get one of those cords, I'm kinda feeling like I got ripped off... It wasn't a big deal to me when I first opened the box, but if the box clearly says that a USB cable is included, and it's not, big deal or not, that's straight up false advertising. So has this happened to anyone else? Anyone got any suggestions? I kinda doubt walmart or alcatel is gonna worry about giving me USB cable by itself to go along with the phone I bought. I still got the receipt and could go swap my phone for another, but is that really worth the trouble, especially when I have no way of knowing if that replacement phone is even gonna have that cord or not until it's out of the box... Im sure the box will say it will have one, just like the one I already have did, but we wont know for sure until its opened. And if it doesn't then I'll be in the same spot I am now, and the hassle of getting the phone exchanged will have been for nothing. I 've bought Alcatel Pixi 4 (5) 5045D (dual SIM) Display looks awfull, you can se pixels. Viewing angles sucks. Camera is average, lack of autofocus gives alot of trouble when you are trying to take a photo. Colors in photos looks washed out. It's soooo hard to take off the cover when you want to chahnge SIM or micro SD. Battery acts weird... when you empty it to 17%, the remaining 17% drains in just a few secods.

I have the 4G version of this phone, and it does in fact have auto-focus. You might have to check model numbers carefully, to make sure you that buy the right one.

Yes, I know having no autofocus is a hardware problem (and any app won't help actually) but seeing this dude on YouTube I thought maybe it has it but it needs to be enabled or something.. He had 5010e.. Maybe only some versions have autofocus.. Alcatel should have written the differences of every versions..

Alcatel Pixi model does not have an autofocus camera, and it can not be upgraded or be installed because it is a piece of hardware, the only thing that can improve the image quality with the installation of a new camera app 'Cameringo' 'which is for free and it is the best camera app and it come with professional tools and with a little work you can do good photos install and run, then go to seting -> camera correction -> focus correction, ON . the process takes a little longer but the picture is better.

Finally fixed the SD card issue, and I can say I'm now in love with this phone, super easy to customise and to say there's only 1GB of RAM, it keeps up to my heavy use. Also battery life is great, lasts at least 16 hours on constant use.

OK I been using this phone for a few weeks now and decided to leave my pros and cons. Pros: 1. 5" screen at budget price point plus very bright, 2. rear 8mp camera with good efficiency at night - I used it as dash cam at day and night and beat my standalone unit. 3. rear and front very bright LED. usually on cheap phones is none or very weak flash but not here, 4. responsive 2 finger touchscreen, 5. pretty sturdy as got it every day in trousers side pocket, 6. has headphones jack and decent sound volume and quality 7. removable battery. 8. support for at least 64gb micro SD card - tested and work without any lag. 9. overall CPU and RAM performance well handling many 3d games - tested with racing games found in playstore 10. GPS, tested with free offline satellite navigation and it is acurate. first time was bit lazy to detect satellites but then it work fine. usually up to 1 minute max to fix to location. rerouting is also quick. I use navfree as my GPS. 11. Use uSD card as internal memory can be turned in settings. this will eliminate limitation of small internal storage. Con's: 1. limited viewing angles of LCD that typical for TFT tn - note it is not IPS display, 2. volume is build is speaker is low. if you like to play music to listen with friends its just too low but can be used with Bluetooth speaker 3. battery last up to 11 hours when used a lot with screen on and using online services via 3G - may be shorter but depending on how you using device. @ Side note to battery life I will say its similar to many phones from highest price point to lowest. @ 4. no autofocus in cameras and image reproduction is grainy but look for one aspect mentioned in pros. I will say quality is still better compared to other budget phones, 5. no NFC reader or WiFi ac. understandable at that price point. 6. hard to find screen protector or case. - only searching online can be bought but not in local stores. 7. only 4GB usable internal memory but partially occupied by stock apps and system. not all can be deleted. Last ones are neutral opinion. 1. Resolution of the screen. Down side - it is low for the size of screen but, its actually good if your eyesight is low. Icons are bigger and text is thicker so I found it comfortable to focus on how when texting or day to day usage. This phone may be great option for older people and to those who struggle to read thin small text. It may be also good for those who like extra 5inch screen phone to play around not worrying of loosing or damaging - mind low price. 2. Ram memory only 1GB. some people complaining about it as when switching between apps may be delayed aka lagging. well then, I used this phone for few weeks now and unless I used 3d heavy resource game , no noticeable lag present. if you like lag free prone your spending must go also higher. I hope it be useful to anyone looking at budget 5 inch 3G (also variant in 4G LTE) phone.

Nope you lie about :this phone doesn't have 1.5 gb ram -1gb only, second screen is not clear because of tft screen (and because of tft screen pictures are like 2mp only, no like official specs).Battery life is sh..even with battery saver (imagine when u turn off that option). This phone is fast. It actually has 1.5 GB or Ram, which makes it very fast compared to the Samsung Dart I was using. The storage is neat too. You can insert a micro SD card and choose to format it to store stuff like Apps and files that only the phone can read, or you can use it as removable media that saves pictures, movies, and files that can opened on the phone and computers. The screen is clear and produces a sharp image for pictures and movies.

For those of you who want to move apps to SD card, there's no need to root. You have to go to Settings, then Storage&USB, then find the option to tranform the SD card into internal memory. After that you will be able to transfer apps to SD card, tapping on the Apps option in Settings. You will then find the option to switch from internal memory to SD card for all the apps you have installed.

After having used this phone for a little over a month i am a bit disappointed with it. - Weak battery life - All around cheap plastic - Bad signal reception and cutting calls/people can´t hear me some times. - Very weak sound when using headphones - The screen is not that good It has its good points too - cheap (but not very cheap for its quality!) - OK performance and so far no lagging BUT for the same money i paid for the Pixi (65 euros) i bought a Doogee X5 MAX and its much better in almost every aspect except the chipset. Doogee X5 MAX sells for 60 euros and comes with: - 4000 Mah battery that really lasts! - very good screen - Fingerprint reader - Very sturdy casing, strong plastic and some metal too - Very clean Android 6 no extras occupying space - Decent Sony camera - Excellent down firing speaker and very very loud! - Good quality sound from earphones too, now i can sit in the train and hear music again! - motion sensors etc.... All in all a cheaper and way better built phone than the Alcatel Pixi, with much more features. so i definitely recommend to check on the internet for bargain offers on the DOOGEE X5 MAX, i bought mine from Spain for only 60 euros and now i have a phone that last on for days(i hate to charge my phone all the time, i miss the old Nokias!) and does everything i need and a little more, big pros for the fingerprint reader, something not found on low end phones!!

Anyone have issues with the headphone volume and weak sound quality? In my previous phone LG installing Black player gave a huge improvement and an equalizer, but on this phone it makes almost no difference, the sound is weak and the volume ridiculously low.. the external speaker is ok.. Anyway to boost the volume and get a warmer fatter sound out of this thing?

Which is strange since they have made the effort of adding a flash to the frontal cam too! well mine costed me only 65€ so a lot of phone for such a low price. (3G model) Question to all Pixi 4 users, how long does your battery manage? Mine is excellent in standby but once slightly using the phone eg. few pictures and checking few emails etc it drops like 10% in half an hour, which in my opinion too much, i have all battery savers etc activated.

Actually its quite generous from Alcatel to not to pre-install too much bloatware, many other 8Gb phones have far less space left. I got rid of all Facebook and Twitter related pre-installed software and it gave me almost 5Gb of internal memory which is OK for such a cheap phone.

not so bad if you use some tricks you could make your battery that lasts longer, and live longer. never let it go below 25 % and do not go above 95 %, cos, every li - ion battery has a limited number of charge cycles 500-1000 depends on the manufacturer ,because when it reaches 100 % , then the cycle is finished and counts, but the same and when he went below 25 % to keep it between 25 to 95% the cycle is not counted and prolongs battery life. need to know , that li- ion batteries do not like when completely empty and completely filled , so put the phone on the charger whenever you are able to , because it's good for the battery.
