i tried downloading a ring tone and that was the last time i used the phone,it went dead ever since!!!when i try to restart it,it goes off when i try to enter my PIN even when battery is full.I have even gone to a point of changing my PIN to see if it can work. what do i do bcoz its a phone i treasure so so much because its light.HELP.joyous

i tried to download ringtones and the phone hangs and restarts when u try to play them or set as the ringing tone,how do i turn off the date and time display? (it covers the whole wallpaper),in the multimedia menu it has more features in french than in english,how do i set teh world times? give me solutions...

woooooow,this the most wonderful phone i have never had.now i have,am so happy,cos the phone is very very cool.the beauty of the phone is too flashing,and my friends are crazy about the phone.but please tell use how we can download ringtones and pictures.cos our network here is not accepting the phone,so we cannot activate our gprs and mms.please do make it easy for us to download ringtones here in nigeria.if you really want to promote the phone.but for me i still stick to my bird s799,cos ill love it

I have used many expensive and middle class mobiles but Its a very nice according to his price, he has pretty good shape and FM Radio with built-in Speakers but please i would like to gald you if you help me to download tones & more wall paper in it. regards, Muhammad Shahid Akhter

you said it accepts pictures esp. of your own but how are you getting the picture in the phone if it has no infrared. Thanx and reply.

i have already used three different phoesets of bird.Now i have S799 which more beatiful shap and nice look of key pad, butt it does not show name of inbox messenger

this bird phone is an excellent one. features are as same as nokia 6030 but the price is relatively low. i have purchased is yesterday in pakistan and the price is 4200 pkr. FM radio is working very nice and the battery life time is also good. i had listen the radio for about 4 hours but the battery display is full. i recon. you all to buy this low end phone with some good features.
