BlackBerry DTEK60 - User Reviews

  • No. It is not.

  • Is it upgradeable to android 7.0???

  • im missing the size of iPhone 5.. all phones are above 5.5 inch. I wish, blackberry comes out with 5inch with full display.

  • When did it happen from the day u bought the mobile or later on using it

  • How the battery lasts after fully charged And the performance of the phone and camera

  • Lack of support that killed BlackBerry. I miss my 9800 so mutch now. that keyboard long last battery back in the days.

  • Good phone but stuffed with terrible & hopeless battery & third class support. This phone will tick most of the boxes on paper but in ground performance is ZERO!

  • Terrible battery. Worse #blackberry doesn't bother to respond to complaints or deliver replacement battery after paying advance.

  • i am a blackberry addict. this is the worst bb i ve used. the battery is very poor and super appalling . just a few touch, its out... doesn't last 2hours when fully charged. body temperature too high just with few minutes usage .i am currently mad with mine. i regret buying this phone.

  • You are correct. The battery is just awful. Just awful. It has nothing to do with apps running in the background. If you do a simple search, you'll see that all Dtek60 models have this battery drain issue. BB didn't do a good job with this model.

  • Nice build, extreme look, Blackberry Hub is very friendly user app

  • this is as bad a phone as they get, surely the worst phone I have ever bought, fast drainign battery, overheating, poor camera

  • you have apps running in the backround, go to settings app manager and click off run when minimized and or run in backround, It is not a bad battery

  • I'd recommend that you put it on ebay. The battery on the Dtek60 is just terrible. It's not your phone. It's all the Dtek60s. Time to upgrade. I'll never buy another bb.

  • my dtek60 phone battery is draneing drastically ......pls any one help me out what is the solution....

  • This BB Amoled display is fantastic . The color is so vibrant , The display is smooth as if you are watching an LG high end Amoled TV . The video is awesome too . To be honest , i AM SORT OF ADDICTED TO THE SCREEN . The camera is good, but if BB can upgrade the camera at par with Google Pixel , then it going to be a "woww" .

  • Never buy this brand. The company is cheating its customers. First they stopped the Whatsapp on all their old models. Now the software upgradation problem and the battery is draining. They are doing nothing to

  • yes

  • If you have a problem with the battery, it is best to replace it with a new one and problem solved

  • is jio sim working in blackberry dtek 60?

  • I bought a new BlackBerry dtek60 just a little over a year ago. It had charging problems from the very first day I opened it. I sent it into Blackberry four times now they keep telling me they can't find the problem yet when I get home it won't even charge the first time I plug it it. The BlackBerry charger charges my Windows phone which is also Alcatel Idol 4. Also charges my Zenfone. Will not charge the Blackberry phone it came with. Blackberry wants some videos of it not charging now. This is my absolute last BlackBerry.

  • This is the best phone i've ever use, (from j9, iphone X and xiomi), vpn, fakegps, 4G-only mode always active in my dtek60

  • I am support blackberry.I purchase bbm series z3, z30 and passport and dtek60 but its service not available in india. I am very sad to blackberry. I dont buy any blackberry i support It not helpline number And alway not buy blackberry

  • Hey Guys! What ever you do, Do not buy this phone!! - It ruins completely if you accidentally expose it to any kind of moisture, besides the warranty doesn't support the problem so you'll be totally on your own! And it's quit expensive to repair. - It comes with battery issues after a while and it runs flat quickly. - The other disappointment is it's camera quality which is not any thing like 21MP!! And a few others. Good luck!

  • Absolutely..never buy this phone...it's look likes you put your money in garbage

  • Is taking dtec 60 is a worst decision??

  • I have to add that the phone loses battery faster in battery saver mode. It's pathetic.

  • The battery is a real problem. And Blackberry has done nothing about it. My phone started having battery problems shortly after its one year warranty. I believe this is a manufacturing or design issue that neither TCL or Blackberry will own up to. Either this or it was designed for obsolescence in a short order.

  • Hi... My blackberry dtek60 that battery charge simply goning down.. if the 80%chage in night time. In the morning it become 23%.i was shocked😯.With out using .And i check . Whether any connectivity is on like wifi.bluethoot.ect... But nothing is on all off .Then how it's gone like this..?

  • Maybe your earphones are bad?

  • Blackberry Dtek 60 is not good I can say BlackBerry android aren't good phones

  • Sound problem that I have has nothing to do with update. Earspeaker during some calls behave strange like its cheap phone (distortion). Update is not the problem. There is procedure how to install it. Everything else is perfect.

  • Yup, some Android functionality has to be disabled temporairly for the update to install.

  • At present the update is having issues on handsets.

  • i read some opinions that there are Problem with software update that's right or ? thanks for your support

  • Hey guys. I need your help. Because I think to buy it but I'm hesitate about it. I can't take decision. Support me

  • Everything works perfectly, but the sound quality during the conversation is disappointing. It's just incredible how small things can ruin the whole concept.

  • I bought this phone and have had it for over a year. The major problem with this phone has been that after a while the battery would drain really fast (90 minutes or less) and it would shut down prematurely. One moment it would indicate 55% and immediately drop to 0% and shut down. I'd turn it back on and it would indicate it's at 40%. It isn't consistent at what battery charge level it would shut down. One moment 15% another at 30%. What is consistent is that the battery drain is too fast for the amount of usage I put this through. In the beginning, I didn't have any of these issues out of the box. I've scoured the internet to find that there seems to known issue for this phone. I sent it into Blackberry and they voided the warranty because they claim that the phone was slightly bent. (I personally don't see it bent but at this point, I just want my phone working so I paid the $99CAD to get this over with). It was returned within a week with a paper describing the work done. The main board was replaced and it was thoroughly tested. Upon opening the box and charging it again for 2 hours (it took 2 hours this time to reach 100%), I turn it on and the battery now states it's at 54% and all the problems I had before I sent in were back as if nothing changed. I have sent it back in now and I'm waiting to see what will be done this time

  • I bought one in one of my trips in Singapore and was pickpocketed from me about a month later. In the time that I was able to use it I can say that it was a very good phone, equivalent in many aspects to the S7 Galaxy, short of the waterproof capability. Standby in battery was losing only 2% overnight.

  • Good phone excellent camera features and quality - buy it !! Nice phone ,have it since 6 months and no issues !

  • Can anyone tell me about this ones primary & secondary camera quality, audio quality, battery life & is there any overheating issue??

  • Can anyone tell me about this ones primary & secondary camera quality, audio quality, battery life & is there any overheating issue??

  • To Zenman: 1. SD820 is superior to ANY SD6xx, especially SD62x, there for this is the most powerful spec wise BB handset to date. 2. Email - of course - did you expect magic or sth? 3. Underpowered ??? SD820 equals flagship performance, the likes of Galaxy S7, Xiaomi Mi5 etc. 4. I have the handset, I have updates every month. Google stated it is up there with Pixel. Seems Nokia will be the 3rd contender on updates now. No-one else come close. Not sure if you perhaps NEVER connected to a data network to receive updates? Hackable - well it's Android(crapdroid) to begin with, but while there is a load of generated pages that claim to root it and unlock it (boot loader), I (surprised as somewhat aware of the security that BB has put into this) have quickly googled and found 0 rooted DTEKs...so WTH are you mumbling about? It is as secure as Android can be, but still Android will most likely be never as secure as BBs QNX (BB OS 10). 5. Seriously? Do you really think that anyone in their right concious mind, would be doing anything serious and use Android for that? Moreover do you expect any company to reject a valid warrant to do so? Think again. 6. Differances between Android versions are such minor, that if anyone serious would be numbering them we'd be at something 3.2 now...most of the added functionality is not unattainable on the older version via patch or anything else. If all of the capabilities of the hardware are used, works fine etc. why would you want for the developers to do all of thaty work again, for now benefit? 7. They did not sell the phones to TCL. They have outsourced the design and manufacturing to TCL. Not the worst company you know...And all iPhones (or 95%+ of all phones) are made in China anyway, so your point couldn't have been more mute. So I'll pass your $1000 iPhone offer, I'll laugh at Samsung With Knox, because BlackBerry wrote the core of that, and pass over the Google Pixel, as while I can afford all 3 of them at the same time, I'd rather have a good vacation, and still buy a chineese flagship which is good enough for me, or just go back to my Passport which I'll probably do this week. MY OPINION ON THIS PHONE: It is a fine, flagship worthy handset. It's fast, very secure (as for Android), but camera is just decent, and the need to switch to video recording in 2 steps is annoying. I'm missing the FM radio as well.

  • this is the worst phone updates give constant errors

  • This phone is cheap on the second hand market. If you want a keyboard then go for key one. Otherwise I think their are better options if buying new like the onePlus.

  • NO android 7 Why?

  • between this phone and a priv which would be best and why

  • I wouldn't say BB. Is amongst the best phones out there, but it stands out with a brand of its own. I just need a little advice between this phone and a priv which would be best and why

  • The choice that people have now at

  • Yes they are, only difference is the Alcatel phones have a front led flash whereas the blackberry ones do not.

  • i really liked using this phone thumbs up blackberry

  • Have to correct my very last comment. The KeyOne has a better processor. But overall, not really different other than a keyboard. If you do you research about complaints about the DTEK50/60, you will find ALOT of BB customers stating that their BB phone will be the last. And I had been a crackberry baby for years, starting with the BB Pearl in 2006

  • The comments about the ability or security of the Blackberry DTEK60 are wrong. One, the DTEK has email security ONLY when your are on a Blackberry Enterprise solution. As a stand alone, it is no different than any other Android. Two, the phone is under powered. Three, security updates are laughable. Blackberry flat out lied when they marketed the phone as secure via security updates. Meaning they stated that as soon as Google pushes out their update, Blackberry will push out the updates. This has NEVER been true. Many times, Samsung, HTC, etc, pushed out updates long before Blackberry. Four, your Blackberry IS VERY MUCH HACKABLE, for lack of a better description. Working for a hack team, the more capable hacker can play with this phone all day. Five, Blackberry just came out and stated that they would give the ability to the government to access your phone. This means, YOU ARE NOT SECURED, as marketed by Blackberry. BB sold a perception that the phone is the most secured Android. This is ABSOLUTELY FLAT OUT WRONG!!!!. Six, Blackberry decided that the DTEK50 and DTEK60 would NOT receive the Nougat update, before the phone was even a year old. This tells everyone that Blackberry could not give a damn about the customer. Seven, they sold the DTEK50 and 60 to TCL. A Chinese company. HELLOOO???? Unfortunately, I purchased my DTEK60 before this discovery. This is my last Blackberry and I will do everything I can to do convince others NOT to waste their time and money. Better off with the latest version of IPhone, Samsung with Knox or Google Pixel 2. And for the Keyone, it has less power than the DTEK60. How in the hell is the KeyOne a a better phone

  • Yes YouTube is the end all, be all for information. Search for Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster. Irrefutable proof!!!! But seriously the DTek 60 is a fine phone. When factoring in what it was built for (go away Facebook babies and gamers) it does everything well. Old school BB users who misses their keyboard... sorry but any pure touch screen phone is going to offend you. Want to take gobs of selfies... yeah this one isn't for you either. Play tons of higher end games... it'll do it, but that's a side effect of the specs not what it was meant for. This phone is for folks who are emailing / texting sensitive information. It's for someone who wants Android but likes that big brother of the DTek suite watching out for those rogue apps (that thing loves to get mad at any app with add support). The phone is also optimized for this strange function called 'talking' on the phone. It's a tool not a toy. There are a few things I WISH they'd have given this phone or at least an upgraded version of it. Number one is ip67 or ip68 ratings. Two is wireless charging. And three is some form of impact resistance. Give me those three things and I'd be done with Samsung and full time with BB.

  • both camera is very bad, worth then 8 mp any Samsung or Iphone 6. and still 6.0 android no any updates to 7.0. sometimes it stops working on Facebook. maybe if any update will come they will improve battery and stop working problems. anyone knows if coming update?

  • hi, i'm interested about this phone battery. i charging everyday morning and it still working till evening. if i playing any game it comes 30 % maybe after 2.5 hour. anyone knows about this battery problem?

  • You are lying

  • airplane mode eats more battery than if I had left it off.

  • I dont believe a word you said

  • I have seen others with the Dtek 60, I will get this one for me. It has everything I need, as well, it is the brand I trust. My better half wants the Keyone . Fine. I'll buy hers first, she loved its reviews and of course the keypad.

  • Works great, had issues with the battery, but sent it away to Shop BlackBerry, works fine now, after the Sept update, battery is even better, full day use with no problem. The stereo speakers sound good, camera is good as well, it is quick and responsive. Did the 3D Mark bench mark test, was faster than the iphone 7, so a good fast and solid phone.

  • Is dtek60 better than priv ?

  • I own this phone, I have to say that is the worst PHONE ever !! The system is very slow, it is complicated and the battery wont last, it overheats from time to time, DONT BUY THIS CELL PHONE, blackberry does not know how to make an ANDROID phone and its far from learning. I had SAMSUNG 4 years ago, but then no expandible memory (like apple phones), switch to LG and was great, its a shame to go this deep with the DTEK 60. I hope this helps

  • I've this phone near 6month, the android system is old and yet we can't update this system, but the reality is, the hardware is so good, for handle processing out of 15 applications, we have cool manual mode for 21mpxl camera and listen to the music by stereo awesome speakers on this phone.

  • Does the BB Dtek60 now comes with Nougat 7.0 or 7.1.1 update? And I'm also wondering why there is still no full review in here?

  • Nokia 8

  • iphone 6s Plus will be the best option...

  • Anyone who updated the phones with June update, any issues ?

  • Both are good phones in their own right. I would say if camera is important then go with 6plus. If flexibility is important then Android. What phone do you have currently. Are you happy with it in terms of using it. What features do you like to have.

  • Blackberry dtec 60 or iphone 6s plus Which is better

  • I also have almost every models of BB, the current one is DTEK 60. It is one of most convenient and reliable with high efficiency.

  • china

  • You leave your phone in the Sun, Lol dude read the manual. Battery can only be exposed to certain amount of heat...

  • Work phone so doesn't cost me anything, but honestly one of worst phones I've had in 10 years. Great camera but aside that awful. Freezes quite often. Screen cracked at rear when left in sun Overheats a fair bit which results in closing down apps which is annoying if using like the maps to get somewhere. Screenshot happens a lot as buttons in position where you would hold Generally a poor phone her a swap if possible at work and definitely don't buy yourself

  • With any luck, each and every person that frequents this site will obtain this fine example of machinery. Amen.

  • I have bought it, I noticed that the phone have apps for photo gallery..

  • If your contacts are backed up by Google then when you sign into your email your phone will sync them.

  • Can anyone help with syncing contacts and photos for DTEK50?

  • if it is made by china then why retailer/seller announcing mexico?

  • Like what?

  • It's stereo speakers. Yes you can hear music from back and front. It's one of the selling features of this phone for me. For those of us who liked HTC offerings years ago, this gives you front facing sound too to enjoy youtube etc.

  • After turning off automatic updates for Android apps battery life improves to acceptable level.

  • Has anyone encountered any problems after the May security patch for DTEK60?

  • Loving my dtek60 no problem at all... hope they update m to n soon...

  • Blackberry sold a percentage to tcl to make there hardware. Blackberry now creates its software of course but blackberry still make hardware to other countries that sales are dominating. But in usa. Same as any other manufacturers.

  • android n 7.1.238416758 whem

  • Dearest knowledge knowhow enthusiasts.O.K.This is a serious question!!I am wondering if any brands still exists that is not under the powerful China economy domination!!!?No doubt that that all American brands and even BlackBerry are made under China supervision and ownership or completely sold to China!!Just for other reasons,a small percentage shares have given to vietnam and Mexico!!Hopefully there is some logical answer rather than economical lowest costs!!!?Justice Rights.Omid12Omidvar is eager to know.Thanks...

  • i couldn't find a drop/scratch/bend test for this phone like i found for the DTEK50, but what i'm asking you for is that in the video the small halls in the back turned out to be simple stickers, so i was wondering if this is the case for the DTEK60 or just for the DTEK50? Are there really 4 speakers in it? Or only 2 speakers with 2 outputs in the front and 2 stickers in the back? Or even 2 speakers but with 4 outputs?

  • if it is there is no specification .....it,s not there bro... foolish question

  • origin of company yes, blackberry company is in canada but dtek series is made of china!

  • canada

  • china

  • Except, you know, different camera, different processor, different software, actual security updates. But besides that, same thing. Kind of like how OnePlus is the same as Oppo. As in, not really at all.

  • This *is* previous year's flagship. With updates.

  • My 2 Cents, Been using this device since DEC. The style of device is amazing . The usage is smooth. speaker sound - fantastic. overall its a awesome phone. issues: "camera quality needs improvement" " favorite list under call list super annoying, auto adds ur called no and there is no way to removed that - highlighted issue to blackberry" no solution" "auto spell doesn't switch off"

  • i had the same issue, to test - activate battery saver and see if it makes a difference overnight, if it does - surely one ur app or recently changed setting is using up ur battery. If not - its time to rant

  • I thank you can save money. Android is Android. Go for something half the price or previous years flagship.

  • When I bought this phone a few months ago I was impressed by standby. I could leave phone overnight and it would only lose 5% max, sometimes less. Then on the road a week ago I didn't take backup battery and allowed the phone battery to die. Since that time my overnight battery life has become abysmal. Losing 30-40% overnight and I'm not even using the phone outside messaging.

  • How to root this phone?

  • what is the origin of blackberry DTEK60?

  • Yes, it does. How does it differ from any other Android flagman phone? Plus - a brand with proven track record of building blockbuster phones.

  • Is it worth to buy BB phones nowadays

  • This is just like Alcatel Idols 4s .

  • Does it have push email and bbm?

  • how we can compare taken pics with this s.phone

  • Yes. It's android, not blackberry os.

  • I wouldn't mind purchasing it at the right price.

  • Yea of course, it is an android system

  • Will Whats App work on this phone?

  • Perfect note.

  • Yeah!the built quality is better than s7 and its uncommon

  • None

  • You sound like you got a problem, like anybody bragged with an iPhone in front of you and now you think every iPhone user is this kind of person. Don't be so ignorant

  • It uses cryptographic Android wherein the stock Android kernel is replaced with a custom built encrypted kernel, other than that it uses OS and file-system level encryption. It uses DTEK security system which checks malicious activities of apps. Other than them it uses secure boot to protect the phone from bootloader based malware and uses automatic rootkit detection and removal system to protect the phone from rootkit based malware. BlackBerry issues additional security patches for this phone which are not even available for Pixel or Nexus devices.

  • What kind of security systems. do this model have , Locker, BBmail, Note, mail features are extraordinary. you should bring back in this device.if it is.. please share.. any one ?????

  • If you have only ever used iPhone then it's not since you will have working knowledge of iOS. Is there a specific thing you want to do with your phone?

  • Is this phone better than the S7 ?

  • It was very better if OS 10 will be replaced in all new phones of bb. That was the best comfortable with other software's also.

  • it would be better if you could bring back os 10 because android is not stable at all, or u can produce both of them for us choose. i like bb z30 and passport they are very stable.

  • Is it possible to download music and films into phone memory?... also is it possible to use otg devices, like pen drives and memory cards?

  • Guys as a BlackBerry lover i must say it was a nice device but the passport was clearly better in every aspect

  • Yes, I turned to Dteck60 from my Blackberry Passport SE, and It's good, and Passport is better.

  • Has any DTEK60 owner switched from a BlackBerry Passport? What is their verdict? Was it a good decision? Or a bad decision? And why? Geoff adams (UK)--

  • People love what they want to love.cheap or expensive depend on what they want for their life and how much they can afford. Personally BlackBerry DTEK60 has its own style. Simple and easy quick overview. Swipe..swipe..pop up!touch..touch..pop up!press and pop up!and all in one hub. Plus a decent support to all media for entertainment. For me, this phone meets my demand.

  • I have this machine for 2 months. Build quality is good Its speedy and stable. Nice display quality. Convenience key is handy, although you have to get used to the possibilities it offers. I have configured so that it starts Bluetooth so it can connect to my car. Battery lasts about 1,5 days, I am a average user, whats app, signal and the occasional Youtube, Facebook and newsapps and Maps for navigation. Sound quality speakers is very good. Camera on the back is also good, BB has an update released in December 2016 including a camera update. There are better camera's that's true. But for the average photographer it's good. But you have to look at the audience BB is targeting. And that's business and people focused on security. That's where it stands out. And people who want something different, but that will be a very small market, whit machines like Oppo and Zte etc. But for an alternative for the S6, S7, HTC M10, Lg 5 it's on pair. Not for the S7 edge, and maybe S6 edge. But that, well, you know, that's just like, you opinion man..

  • Really... Although it has high end specs yr.... i dont have it but i have seen alot of review...

  • The camera isn't great. However are your expectations too far ahead?

  • Horrible camera.. Very poor selfie.. Under sun screen turns black, Samsung n apple much better in this feature.. Made a mistake n now repenting. No one is buying it

  • Battery is not powerful..

  • I hope Blackberry will revive after launching of DTEK60

  • You can buy this at ezone....i just saw this last week...

  • Where are you from?

  • For me, i think arguing about phones is stupid, arguing about Apple or Android, is stupid, it depends on the interest of the people who buy themselves, all phones have their own advantage and disadvantage. Never bash other product, all phones are created to do the same things anyway.

  • here the apple lover, im pretty sure you are on a low end device texting now, since you say is not expensive, that is what I called, stupid people who things that buying an overprice techno toy will make him be important in society guess what? you are stupid, there is a lot of needs on this world and some people with a little more brain than you, have conscience about it, that's why the shampoo got instructions on their bottles!!!

  • Where can i get this mobile beacuase in the amazon it is showing its an imported mobile please let me know guys

  • Thank you. It was interesting. However, I honestly cannot afford to buy an iphone right now.... :(

  • So Blackberry is going to push out this DTEK60. You gotta be joking. I have seen other smartphones that are coming out at CES and MWC. I do give them a thumbs up for trying. But They are still not going to get the audience that they hope to get. I believe that consumers are looking for a phone that grabs their attention. That is where I am. I have yet to see a phone that is worthy of an upgrade. My last upgrade was 6 years ago. I sure hope that with all of this technology that we currently have, to make a phone that gives that wow effect should not be too hard to do. I guess we will just have to wait and see what comes out this year.

  • I have one processor explanation for you and for this dumb youtuber The most important thing for a processor is the architecture. The more powerful the architecture is, the more performance you'll get per second. The efficiency of a processor is also very important. It depends on the architecture. The more efficient the processor is, the less power you need per clock. That means you can also overclock your processor further without suffering from heating issues. If those two are good, then you can scale the performance with the clock speed (those mysterious GHz-numbers, you know). As mentioned above, you can upscale this number as long as you don't have heating issues, but of course this also means it needs more power. So you have to decide between power-usage and performance. The cores are just for making multiple tasks at once. For example, if a program is made for multi-core, it gives 50% of the work to one and 50% of the work to the other core, if we talk about dual core. But many programs don't have this support and also many don't need it. For example, you don't need that multi core performance for WhatsApp. The most prominent example for multi core use is video-rendering. But there really aren't many programs which need or support multi core on smartphones. Also, those cores are divided in clusters. In the SD 821, you have 2 high performance cores and two low performance cores which work simultaneously. There are also SoCs like Apples A10 Fusion, where only 1 cluster works at once and the system switches between the high performance cluster and the low performance cluster. Now to your wrong-interpretation of cores as being the most important thing. These phones you mean are often lower end phones, which have 8 of those low performance cores also used in flagships. But they can't deliver much performance because they are just made for light usage and low power usage. That's why an iPhone 5s performs in some tasks still better than a new low end octa-core device with 8 low performance cores. This "octa-core" is often just there for bragging with numbers and make people think they made a good buy. So you have to see everything from a processor, not just one number. Also, these low performance cores are much smaller than high performance cores. iPhones perform best because they have less and bigger performance cores. Many other things are also important for performance, like storage speed (where Apple also is the leader with newest NVMe storage) and gaming performance depends on graphics card and resolution (the lower the resolution and the more powerful the graphics card, the better you can play a game. Another example where iPhones are also leading. They have best gaming experience because they have on par graphics cards with competition but lower resolution screen)

  • Are u crazy? I don't know where you live but a phone for 700 € isn't that expensive. If you work, you get this amount of money in one month. Or you are just a kid who doesn't work and gets everything from it's parents when you have such a phone.

  • If camera is a very important thing for you then look elsewhere. If you're not into playing games then the phone will serve you.

  • Is BlackBerry DTek60 worth it No/yes

  • Nice opinion. Thanks so much :))

  • putting not one but two (!) iphones in a sentence with "good phones at this price" makes this comment useless....

  • No, it is single sim.

  • Blackberry will gain a part of its lost market by these 2 handsets i.e. dtek 50 & 60. I just bought dtek60 couple of days back. My opinion after using the handset are : 1. The most remarkable feature is the speaker sound. Just mind blowing. I have used some of the most advanced sets like S7, S7 edge,Iphone7, Google Pixel. The sound quality is ahead of all these sets. 2. Battery is also good. Atleast better than Iphone 7 and S7 edge, though it is 3000 MAh. 3. UI is also very good. 4. Qualcom processor is used but no delay. 5. Blackberry hub is very helpful. 6. Camera in Dtek60 is 21 megapixel but Iphone7 and Google Pixel cameras are far better, this I must accept. 7. Front camera too is not good, pictures taken with front camera is hazy though it has flash for selfie. 8. The convenience key is strategically located and very helpful as one can use this key for any app or shortcut which one may frequently use. 9. Signal strenght is not so good. All my other phones had good signal strengths. E.g. For other phones, signal got disconnected after the lift closes the door and starts moving where as Dtek's signal goes immediately after I enter the lift even when the door is open, forget moving of the lift.

  • Great Blackberry Phone!

  • So it's the best device because you have it. Interesting theory. I have iPhone 5 so that means I can say "iPhone 5 is the best device of 2017 because I'm using it"

  • dtek 60 faster than iphone7

  • Is there a Dual SIM version for this cellular phone?

  • I thnk u cant afford datsy ur sayng its better den 7 plus

  • DTEK 60 had satisfied me,loving it.

  • Turn off Auto Brightness

  • Depends on your typical usage.

  • is it single/ dual sim?

  • Is the same like TLC 950.Now TLC will produced Blackberry deviced. sad :(.

  • Blackberry DTEK60 ... Is the best device in 2016 because i am using ... And my comment is BB DTEK60 better the iPhone 7 ... an worth of price best design ...10/9.5

  • The Best phone i have used ever. Great camera, flash light for both cameras. everything is great in the Dtek60

  • Is a very good Phone, Speed, long battery, nice camera, back and front with flash and glossy. In top 5 of phones for sure

  • Is it good for use?

  • it's not that thin, it's average. If you want a thin phone, what about Moto Z?

  • Just return it and get a proper phone. Good phones at this price are: OnePlus 3 and 3T, iPhone SE, Galaxy S7, iPhone 6s. HTC 10 and Xperia XZ are also good but a little pricey for what they can.

  • It's just another android phone, what's so special? iPhone 7 is better because it has 2017 speed and rest 2016. This is pure 2016

  • Quad-Core? You don't know about phones right?

  • Thanks Saied, haven't experienced the screen going on and off since then.

  • They still have a say on what OEM's will make devices for them.

  • is it volte??

  • yes it is

  • snapdragon 820 is one of the best processors right now, its a quad-core yes, but compared to the 10 core Helio X25 we can see it's not about quantity it's about quality

  • Did you buy a magnetic case (leather one with the window)? I did and had similar issues to you in the first few days. I've changed the case now and don't get the issue.

  • Quad-Core processor will not be worth for its price. But generally the phone is good.

  • Is it Compactable For VOLTE

  • Make sure you didn't put any cheap screen gaurd. It will cause screen to dim as the sensor can't get any light.

  • Someone should please buy this phone for me, i'm going crazy with this spec.

  • 21MP? I'm sure this camera is shit because it will have small pixels

  • Can DTEK60 update on Android 7

  • In us when you apply to buy this phone from BlackBerry official site they send you the unlock version...this is the best..

  • Nope I did not this experience maybe you have to restart your phone if it's still continue you have to connect to BlackBerry customer service... they help you to find the best way...i have this phone approximately 1 month and this phone is best that I have ever...

  • just purchased the new bb dtek60 and experiencing some screen issues, screen going on and off or getting black then back to normal, like several times in a min. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their phone?

  • Hi, I just want to know is this BB DTK 60 comes unlocked. Thanks

  • loool....

  • No, is real, I've reached les than 1% in 8h standby

  • I ordered my one last night, can t wait to get it. BB is the best

  • The betry life for stand-by (3G)mode is almost two week huhuhh this is cheating

  • Thanks for your comments, I will buy one today.

  • I'm going to get one. I've always used BB. I'm in Panama.

  • When i received mine, I had uncontrollable urge to bend it since its so thin... :-)

  • I had this phone few days back and it was great but i love to see the native bb email client that I used to have in BB OS and of course the upcoming Nougat upgrade. I also noticed that camera is becoming good in the recent camera update and I know it will keep coming. This is my primary phone now and my iPhone 6s as backup

  • if you're in the US grab an Incipio dualpro case and you're good to go.

  • Does anyone know is there a wireless charging in DTEK60? No info in specifications for this

  • I'll take the risk. Honestly, i love BB brand. Classic is one of best smartphone i think. Hardware, OS, performance, i love every aspect.

  • to bad the 7s edge is also seeing issues exploding...lol, guess you should of waited

  • I'd really like to see a full review of this device...it appears to be good on the specs-front.

  • Not coming yet to Indonesia. I've been waiting too long for this. And i buy s7 edge yesterday, coz i need an android phone. Sorry BB, you late.

  • Perfect phone. Gorgeous screen, battery life is great and the stereo speakers are amazing!

  • IPhone's are still IPhone, don't do compare with Android devices.. If you need android os, My only suggestion is one plus products..

  • Yes, lots of phone's are coming up and more and more are beeting Iphone not only in preformens also in price

  • Fast charging with very good battery life, around 18 hours with mixed use

  • Single

  • Is it single or double sim?

  • battery life how mach

  • Absolutely luv , goooooood goooooood bye apple

  • Excellent outer finish. Smooth as silk performance. Though I miss the BB OS, still the best Blackberry ever.

  • This is a beautiful phone - fast, smooth, secure

  • good

  • 499$

  • Yes, BlackBerry phones running Android will receive Google security updates quickly and will eventually get Android Nougat. I have had 3 security patches come through since the dtek50 came out so they are following through on it.

  • How much is it

  • after a week the RAM of 4 GB is more then enough and is mostly arround 2 GB with my device and never had some lag or stutter with the DTEK60

  • I have bought the DTEK60 after my wife got the DTEK50 and must say the DTEK is smooth like butter like it's little brother. The Camera is very sharp and made a lot of great pictures and compare it with my brother iphone 7 and a friends Samsung S7 and both agree it looks natural and sharp, but lesser vibrant than on the Samsung S7, but you can change that if you like jumping out colors. The speakers are also much better than both device I mention before and the bass is nice if you like rock music, R&B or beat up music. Sound Quality is good and coverage much better then the iphone 7. This device is so much cheaper and is a steal comparing to all these expensive brands like Apple and Samsung. I also love the flip-case with my device. Easily to use for a day and with a quickcharger you can restore some juice in lesser then a hour. Seems to me BlackBerry is alive and kicking. great device and price.

  • DTEK60 is $30 cheaper than Zenfone 3 Deluxe, but Zenfone 3 Deluxe has bigger (64 GB) storage and higher (6 GB) RAM.

  • please review this phone

  • Is this upgradeable to android nougat? And will it receive continuous updates after nougat?

  • Thank you Max! Looks like a tie between DTEK60 and Zenfone3. I guess price will help me decide on this one now..

  • Everything is good,i like know that battery life ranking,if the dtek60 wakeup the full day with heavy use's,that's great and i take it🤗

  • Battery Life: Almost a tie, the battery life of DTEK60 is just a wee bit better which is obviously because the bigger 6 GB RAM module on Zenfone 3 Deluxe consumes more battery. Speaker: DTEK60, the stereo speakers sound marvellous. The speakers of Zenfone 3 Deluxe are quite small. However Zenfone 3 Deluxe has better sound output via the audio jack. Camera: In terms of shooting speed its a tie but the camera clarity and OIS is better on Zenfone 3 Deluxe. Camera Software: The freezing issue has been resolved and the camera of DTEK60 is easier to use. The Pixelmaster camera on Zenfone 3 Deluxe is literally overpacked with various settings, its good for pro users but absolutely confusing for normal users.

  • Need a full review please..! This is literally no review on its camera at the moment. I'm in Canada, trying to decide between DTEK60 and Asus Zenfone3 Deluxe for Christmas gift.... Please please comment on battery life, speaker, camera shooting speed, camera video focus adjust (far-close-far) speed if possible, camera software (does it freeze like PRIV?). Many thanks!

  • Well technically this would be the last phone in which BlackBerry has involved itself, the upcoming devices would be just made by random OEMs and BlackBerry would just provide them their cryptographic variant of Android. BlackBerry is just trying to maximise its profits by selling OS instead of making their own devices. Of course those devices would still carry BlackBerry logo to certify that they are running on BlackBerry's cryptographic Android. However the updates and security patches on these upcoming devices would be maintained directly by BlackBerry.

  • The upcoming BlackBerry devices would be just phones from random OEMs with BlackBerry's cryptographic Android running on them. Their OS would be no doubt the most secure among Android devices but seriously if shoddy OEMs start making all these devices then the quality would surely suffer.

  • Hopefully the final device upcoming will reign final glory for such an amazing company.

  • Always been a huge fan of BlackBerry pkb's and now with the next keyboard device upcoming running possibly nougat I'm skipping the current Dteks's android straight to the the new one coming early 2017.

  • Got week ago straight from BlackBerry, what I can say , disappointed in one word. Glitches , battery dying fast, video playing is frustrating. Touchscreen is irritating, always pushes somethings that I don't need ... Sometimes it's fast , sometimes super slow , wtf ! Will sell it and buy something else unfortunately :(

  • That one is Dtek 50. This is Dtek 60.

  • That no one can answer. But what we can say is that they have been moving their own apps over to Android which would show some commitment to the platform. Their future revenues are reliant on making sure they work well on this platform. I'm using a Z10 right now and am tossing between this and dtek50. Z10 for me is probably the best phone ever made by a company. All the right things out of the box. The last Android phone I had was an Xperia T from 2013. I had Galaxy S3 before that. I never remember updating either of those handsets and I kept them for years. I handed them to family who carried on using them to this day. They weren't secure at all.

  • My only contention is how long? If they support their devices for minimum 3 years then this price will be worth.

  • To be fair to them they are committed to providing monthly security updates.

  • ya think posting the prices be relevant-hello

  • After spending that much for DTEK 60 if BB dilly dallies on its future course then their customers will be left to fend themselves. First, these guys must understand that premium price is built over a period of time after establishing itself credibility MOST importantly, ONLY if your mobile demands premium in the resale market like Apple or Samsung.....This is possible only if you provide multi-year support for your products. Otherwise, just behave like Chinese OEM and make it cheap absolve yourselves from service and support nightmares!

  • I heard its re-branded version of Alcatel Idol 4/4s.. is this true?

  • Last nail in the coffin..

  • Late 2017 they will look at OS10. But Android is where their attention is right now as they build cross platform services.

  • I can't wait to have mine

  • BB always makes excellent device, but some article are saying that this DTEK60 Wil be the last phone of BB...?

  • Excellent device at an excellent price point!! I am waiting the industry to try to knock it down... But Blackberry still stands the fight. You wonder why? Fanbase and excellent products. Keep up with the good job!

  • Yes ...I agree ...it's amazing phone

  • I ordered this phone last week straightly from blackberry official site in us..so it received me 2 days ago... they purchased one 9v traveler QC charger and one case for dtek60...the device looks nice and great material on it...it's 5.5 point qud AMOLED 531 pixel...and also the phone is so fast that I compared with my friend's phone(Galaxy s7 edge) my device is faster than that...and the camera 21 megapixel is fabulous and great... finally I think I buy a good phone from a famous and big company BLACKBERRY with good price for flagship cellphone...and another point that you can add to this device 2T expandable memory... don't loos it...it's great.. thanks BLACKBERRY

  • Ordered DTEK60 the second day it was announced. Extremely good phone and it's a blackberry brand. Quality is amazing. Love the blackberry keyboard and other add-ons

  • if i not mistaken, there will be 10.3.4 at the end of 2017...bb also never said will stop bb10

  • When will come water proof phone

  • well, if Blackberry says clearly that 10.3.3 is the last update, then makes life easy for many BB fans, who are not sure yet to convert from BB10 to Android . this takes us again to Square 1 , why Blackberry doesn't act transparently with this matter. i think this reflects to their sales on Android powered phones.

  • Can we get a review for this one asap

  • i agree with u..john chen should update bb10,i wonder why so long 10.3.3 in niap...hope very good update,bb10 software really great..i stil use bb leap..very fast and my life get easier

  • Can anyone tell me the "Sar Value" for the mobile. Thanks

  • A removable battery would have gotten me onboard. Also, I wonder if it would be using Blackberry Assistant or Google Now Assitant.

  • If onePlus could release a handset in small batches that might be an approach BB can take. This way they only make handsets that are sold. Regardless of app situation, I reckon they could easily sell 0.5m handsets if OS10 was updated. Just limit the supply.

  • looks not good ...z20 lookes good but not android

  • looks not good ...z20 lookes good but not android

  • A brand new car!

  • the reason why no-one uses it is because BB OS 10 is dead, the reason they chose android because if they continue with the z50 and choose to continue bb10 their company would be as dead as their OS. BB failed early and failed to adapt until it was almost too late. they should have chosen android 5 years ago rather than continue to fail

  • nou this phone is very good

  • well done bb

  • why so long in NIAP

  • what about bb10?????I want update 10.3.3

  • happy comeback bb

  • when is next bb10 device?

  • Hi Can anyone tell me if you can switch of the rear facing speakers. I don't want to buy one put it in a case and find they can't be switched off and be faced with muffled rear speakers.? Regards Bert

  • Hey, be satisfied with the Priv you have.. Phones beta dan DTEK60 will be released in Jan 2017..

  • This smartphone's specs are very attractive.

  • can you provide the focal length of this phone?

  • the speakers fire from the front and rear, being four speaker grills. The DTEK50 is the blackberry version of the alcatel onetouch idol 4 and the DTEK60 is the blackberry version of the idol 4s also by alcatel, but design comes from TCL. I own the idol 4 and the speaker grills are tiny yes but is very tough to get stuff in the grills. Plus the speaker are loud and crisp and clear.

  • I love my Priv, but Cant wait to get this one.

  • I m eager to DTEK60. When is it going on Sale in India?

  • Everything is osm but look is not good........ I think it will be more better look in next segment.

  • i just dont know why blackberry is using those tiny speaker outputs they could get dirty pretty easy!

  • All Specifications are too good. I m waiting for to Know it's Camera Quality. Hope This model will Success.

  • please bring another passport

  • When I can buy it in malaysia?

  • when is it going to be available in India??

  • Well, I must say that the rumors about BB's death sound a bit over exaggerated... ;-) This high end phone is not worse than the S7, the i7 or the new Sony. HTC or LG offers. Yes, it is Android, not BB OS, but still... Well done Blackberry!

  • Waiting here inthe phillippines.. I love blackberry the way because the unique different style user interface..

  • it has amoled screen ..not ips lcd..

  • why blackberry dont make dual sim cellphone!!!!! i love blackberry . but i need dual phone...

  • i also want this phone when do you think it will be available in south africa

  • Well, I must say that the rumors about BB's death sound a bit over exaggerated... ;-) This high end phone is not worse than the S7, the i7 or the new Sony. HTC or LG offers. Yes, it is Android, not BB OS, but still... Well done Blackberry!

  • I can't wait dtek 60 in malaysia...BlackBerry make an excellent comeback. BlackBerry is smart in phone..not just smartphone

  • Maybe to avoid explode when charging too long because they are using very fast charging 3.0..only 30 minutes get 83 percent

  • Pricing it similar to the smalller iPhone 6s is a good idea on BB's part. You get security thrown in for an extra 20 dollars.

  • I can't wait for BB DTEK60 in Ghana, I want this phone for this Xmas

  • Very good move but as long ti E blackberry user I would love to see the keyboard blackberry back

  • I want this phone

  • Well done blackberry. I can't wait to long for it in South Africa

  • why cant companies under we THE PEOPLE want an need bigger batteries the DTEK60 should come with a 3600 MAH battery companies really do not pay attention as to how to get the consumers money

  • hopefully this is enough to bring them back. especially after samsung took a hit with the whole note 7 thing. there is hope yet. perfect timing though. a little too perfect.

  • Great comeback by blackberry...welcome back

  • I am all for this phone if it on par with the S7 edge in specs e.g.water and dust resistant especially when it is raining hard where you still use the phone while waiting for bus, answer a chat question or email and most off all trying to use google map to find a location when it is pouring. The company is new, I hope it sold through the usual sales chain and support is on par with Apple, Samsung or .....

  • canada only 650...so around 1800 uae

  • I am happy to see Blackberry continues to roll out new models. I am a big fun of BB. Samsung is worrying me a lot with their declined qualities.

  • Yupp...I guess dtek 60 will around that price too..dont worry...I believe dtek 60 will good in price n performance..what I see..this time BlackBerry will learn from their mistake, too expensive...

  • In US it is $499

  • When it will be released in UAE market and how much it will cost? Detek 50 is 1,200 AED and Priv is around 2,500AED so I hope Detek60 will be around 1,500 AED and sure I will be the first to buy. I have now BB Q10 and I want this phone before end of this year...anyone help please!

  • To his point, it will probably not blow up. It will probably not have touch disease either. Samsung is junk

  • There's a difference between the S7 and Note7, bro. lol

  • Just install android version....if you gave BlackBerry os 10.3.2

  • Great phone. Great price. Same processor and memory as Samsung Galaxy S7. But doesn't blow up. lol

  • It runs on Android marshmallow... So WhatsApp is by default running in Blackberry

  • People still don't read proper specifications.. As it runs on Android marshmallow... So WhatsApp runs automatically.. Plz upgrade ursslf

  • please fast release india dtek 50 & 60.

  • $499

  • I wants to buy this phone so what time it will be launched

  • put wireless charging feature.this phone would be perfect with that price

  • download whatsapp apk

  • HOW? I just want to wait it out until the next BlackBerry with PKB. I will tough it out without WhatsApp if I just knew when the next BlackBerry w/ PKB is coming out... When is it coming out? How can I get WhatsApp until the next BlackBerry w/ PKB.

  • It's on preorder in my country and it is priced lower then the galaxy s7 and the htc 10. Since it has almost the same specs i'm going to buy it. I' ll come back with an objective comment after few days of testing it.

  • BlackBerry could not detect market needs. When Android popularity was escalating, they should come with middle ranged priced models.

  • If they can manage to price it in midrange, and release earliest, blackberry will comeback to lead.

  • Blackberry has stopped standing out with the current design i would rather just stick to owning a Z10 and passport. Sigh how disappointing 😰😰😰&#128560;😰😰

  • Cheapos are the chin knockoffs that cost cents.

  • and make even less money ? At the end of the day they should go after people who value what they offer. Mass consumer market can grabs Xiaomi or Huawei.

  • The material will not impact actual usage of the phone. That will be down to Android.

  • Lowering the price isn't going to make them a leader in anything. It will mean they make even less money to join the growing army of Android OEMs who are making losses. I say charge what you want, those who want your phone will go for it. Those who don't, won't buy it. For goodness sakes there are people buying iphone SE.

  • True, they need to lower the prices to take back their place as the leading smartphone provider!

  • Please do not comment about any phones unless you know at least a bit about them.

  • Make 10000mAh

  • I wish the design was close to Priv. Even without Physical Keyboard Priv is great, Dtek60 is powerful, but ugly and looks like it has cheap material.

  • You Low end user go buy Cheap 1St year throw in Trash and buy new cells, many in years!!

  • Battery life and low light camera are going to kill this phone, imho. I don't think 3000mAh is enough to power a 5.5" qHD AMOLED display. And IMX 230 is known to have poor performance in low light setting. Dtek60 was almost close to perfect but what a shame.

  • Shocked to use android.

  • T_T y u no place 64 GB storage! it also doesn't make sense! 4 GB ram with 32 GB storage???? it's either 4/64 or 3/32!

  • it is a nice phone with excellent performance (SD820+4gb+32Gb+SDcard). very beautiful and thin. the only concern is about the price!!!

  • We are still waiting for the Keyboard android BB.

  • Never surender blackberry.. Lol The problem with you guys is the pricing policies! The "honeymoon" is over, lets back to reality. Lower the price and win back customer's heart Good luck Bb

  • download Android whataspp on your BB phone. That will continue to work after the original whatapp stops.

  • Agreed @Faisal T

  • I have been using @ BB in the last 6 yrs,First was Bold and now currently a Z30.I find this phones to be remakeable depite many who prefer Anorid once. Now we have to upgrade to either prev or Dtec as Whatapp doent support BB after end of this year.I am hoping that we can get stock of accessories.Planing to go fo a dtec 50,first traying to souce screen protector. If anyone can get it pls mail me at [email protected] am from Malaysia

  • I had been been using 2 BB phones, a 2010 Bold and a 2014 Z30. Both phones are rugged, extremely dependable and the OS with BB10 hasn't crashed a single time in 3 years. Besides, which other OS has the capability to run to OS at the same tim. I have used Android with their Amazon store a lot. With no popular app supporting BB10, I am ready to shift to Android but have not been particularly impressed with the pricing of Priv and the looks of DTEk 50. Hope they come out with a good looking reliable phone with an affordable price.

  • I have been using a Passport as my daily driver and I love BB10. However, with more and more Android apps giving compatibility issues (FB messenger, Tumblr, Audible amongst others), I look forward to trying out a BB Android device. I do hope that they will turn on the FM radio possibility, for that is the only maybe for me to not start using the DTEK60... otherwise I might end up with an LG G5 using the BB Hub+ and Priv Keyboard. And yes, I would love another PKB BB... so I keep my fingers crossed for that too,

  • Agree... BB10 is awesome in quality... Too bad, they just lost in quantities to Android.. *they should consider to have dual SIM model also, especially for Asian market

  • Offten, we talk smack about things we're jelous of. Blackberry has pioneered some awsome features for smartphones over the years, and being Canadian, it was nice to keep it real, and keep it here instead of off shore. It's to bad the world has gone android everything. I've had Blackberrys for years and I'm pissed they went android. OS10 was an awesome operating system, my friends and associates have "other" phones and still say wow, you can do that on your phone? Example, I can fast forward adds on Youtube, they can't. That's one of many little things that add up to big things ,that keep me in a BlackBerry. I don't doubt that they may be "DONE" but I don't have to like it!

  • Priv 2 with physical keepboard for who ????? Priv 1 sales set up : 5 millions Real sales in : 600.000 units ????? Forget it !!!

  • They are not making phones anymore. They are getting other companies to make them for them. This is simply a rebranded Alcatel unfortunately running Android rather than BB OS.

  • Like it or not the keyboard feature was really unique for blackberry. Instead of making this phone if they made priv 2 that would be much appreciated.

  • Asian market like to use dual sim please produce smartphone dual sim.

  • could be better with OIS (reading from this specsheet)

  • Fabulous phone with wonderful specs. Bravo BlackBerry.

  • Don't they have the same security software on it lol? So they'd both be the most secure android phones... along with the DTEK60 when it's released..

  • DTEK50 is the most secured Android not the Priv anymore

  • Security and software. The PRIV is still the most secure Android phone. Hasn't been fully rooted yet. While this is a downside to a lot of Android users, it does show the level of security they have put into their phones.

  • TCL 950

  • Not true. BlackBerry has very nice messaging software and no bloatware. Plus stem security software. Try before bashing. I have tried many androids and BlackBerry functionality out of the box is unmatched. Another plus, their phones don't explode.

  • if this true the mobile will have a good market in Saudi Arabia because we love the long battery and good cam front and back also black berry keyboard is the best. waiting for it :)

  • I wish Alcatel or TCL or BlackBerry could add IR on their smartphone devices. I really like your smartphone coz it's user friendly. Please...

  • i cant see why i shouldnt by a different android phone. there is nothing special about this phone besides the blackberry logo

  • The dtek50 is actually re-brand from alcatel 4 This is only alcatel 4 and not a blackberry made Try to search it.. This dtek60 specs are good but what phone is this

  • I love blackberry.. atleast they always have a different designs from Q10 z10 z30 and the special edition of passport love the passport the most and then they killed thit with the priv asome device. .they should stick with that design and make one like that but no hardware keyboard just touch one i mean no sliding keyboard that would be asome and love the multi color led notification light. Now with dtek50 dont really like that one the dtek 60 is slightly better but bb dont copy other phones like other companys copy iphones back side of it and if anyone from bb reading this please make the dtek 60 with multi color rbg let notification light not like dtek50 only one color. .. u guys always make good phones and al of them had multi color led notification

  • This is for the DTEK60, not 50.

  • dude have you seen lenovo zuk z2 it has far better specs than dtek50 and is comparitively cheaper not to mention the redmi phones which have far better specs and cheap as hell

  • BB have a special style design language before... But why now it has same like all smartphone design...

  • the front camera recording is 1080p dude, don't know yet about rear camera

  • Dtek50 is the best mid range fleet device on the market. Name another $299 device with universal inbox, customisable shortcuts that allow users to perform tasks within apps after only a single touch and html email auto signatures. Not built to watch youtube and play Pokemon at the same time.

  • Quad HD display, 21 MP camera and still 1080p recording ?!!? I hope these rumours are not true about video recording, otherwise this phone rocks in terms of specs.

  • DTEK 50 was a flop. Let's hope BB fixes it's issues in this revision

  • Let us hope it will look better then the DTEK 50.

  • Doesn't sync hub properly. its other android.

  • Nice

  • BlackBerry is back.....
