Blu 5.0 C HD is the WORST phone ever!!. The battery barly last even on stand-by much less using wifi. A case for it is also VERY hard to find anywhere even on the internet as well. Also while using it the phone will restart on its own as well. NEVER buy Blu products period!

bought this as my first android phone when it first came out. Tried using Waze on it but the battery gets too hot. I have an app that tells me when apps start warming up the battery. My only complaint is that the battery life is short. Tried using it when I was stuck in jury duty and the phone was at 20% by 3pm. I just did order a new battery for it. At least the battery is replaceable. The phone has rebooted a few times in the time I have had it but mostly it works fine. For me it's a keeper.

Battery Problem (Phone runs down quickly, then alas, the battery is gone for good and needs to be charged every 10 mins and if it would charge then the problem wouldn't be so big of a deal. Storage Problem ( SD card or not, it will run slow... 1 GB RAM is foolishness) Overheats... Power offs by itself Goes blank and come up with a tap on the back. I'm throwing it out.

My first BLU Studio c HD phone lasted a couple months. Then it started going dark on me for 3 to 4 minutes, then it would re-boot itself, finally it just froze for good. Nothing worked, not even the magic reset using the power and volume keys. I sent it back to BLU for warranty. It cost me about 30.00 to Fed-Ex it to them and after a week or so, they sent me a new one, color of THEIR choice via USPS 3 day. This new phone lasted about the same amount of time, just a few months and the problems repeated with this replacement phone as well.... So now here I sit, with a loaner phone from my wireless store, and it's a BLU phone and the screen just went out on it too! The customer service, I must say, was pretty good. They actually answer the phone and in the case of the 2nd phone, they'll be paying for shipping and they also said they'd give me a comparable but different model -- we shall see. I think this particular product line has problems.

I'm very disappointed with this model of phone its my second blu. Battery runs down quickly and phone heats up fast too.

Simply horrible! Do not buy this phone. It restarts itself all the time, freezes and does not come back from the block. No more update, which would be my hope, I'm throwing it out and buying another.

if you get a big sd card and have your app data and picutres go to the sd card, then you wont have a lag.

expect a little lag because its MT6582 and i have MT6589 and it lags sometimes too
