  • I like this phone but my main problem is the fact that it doesn't have a slot for an external SD card worse as it says it's storage is 32 GB meanwhile when I bought it, it showed 16GB which still isn't still sensible to me. I am also having trouble syncing it to my TV. Actually, it does sync but I can't use it to change TV channels, manually input channel numbers. Power, volume functions work only. THIS HAS TO BE FIXED!!! User from Africa

Every product based business strategy is that provide a better service for customer but letv strategy is making money without service.

  • I bought this phone little under an year back and already has issues; unable to turn on Wifi for last few days and followed by not booting at all from today. When I tried to reach out for their service, I realized they have toll free number and web site for India not working - at the same time. First of all, you don't get results in Google when you tried to search for their support. It feels like they focus only on selling their products without a good customer support. I am unable to use my phone until they keep their warranty promise. In these modern days, you know how it feels without using the phone.

Dear Team I brought Le Eco 1s smartphone online through flipkart on 19-05-2016 (invoice enclosed with this email ) but it has suddenly stopped working in October-2016. I went to Le Eco service centre at "Today Telecom, 9/10 , Padmavati Darshan , Near Deepak Cinema , Mumbai - 400013" to get my phone repaired which was flooded with LeEco customers, where they have inspected my phone and confirmed defect "no power/can no boot" mentioned in their job sheet (job sheet enclosed with this email). Finally after repair I received my phone from aforesaid in working condition. Now, my phone has stopped working on 20-04-2017 and having the same defect. Similar to the above I went to aforesaid service centre but they are not accepting the same phone for services where they told me (unofficially told as the product is defective most of the vendors of service centre stopped to give services to LeEco) to contact 180030101838 for any complaints/queries. Accordingly I called up the given contact number many times and got frustrated because no one is responding on call even if I hold the call for ten minutes many time. In view of the above it is very clear that the most of products are defective and in addition to that the Manufacturer is not providing well organised after sales service for the customers. Therefore, I request you to replace my defective Le Eco 1s phone with new one.

  • I m using leeco le 1s x507, (4g) the problem with this is that it has no volte...It is seriously a big issue plss solve it and enable volte in it.

  • I am using le eco 1s x509. The main problem I see is it has no volte. It also has heating problem but it remains below 45c. My battery of 3000 lasts around a 8-10 hours on general standby mode. Hope it can last further. Still, screen is responsive and all medium level graphics run well. Overall a good phone with avg net users.

  • This company does not bothered to support customers and making customers as fools by misleading on any warranty back up problems by duping that it is out of warranty class due to some lame excuses. Their customer care number non responsive to any grievences and their service centre in Chennai asking customers to go for a replacement of a new mobile instead rectifying the fault and indicating spares cost equal or more cost. All my efforts to follow warranty terms to do needful has failed even with supplier Flipkart as they wash off their hands . Hence,my sincere request to buyers, before make purchasing mobiles of Chinese check-up with customer reviews as early supplier dump their products and move away from their promises during/after warranty back services.

  • As company is winding up shortly,pre/post warranty service support is totally aiming towards escape route to avoid customers backup with lame excuses. My warranty Le eco 1 mobile was taken to service centre for crash up of Booting on startup and the service centre negatived the warranty by falsely claimed liquid inside motherboard and replacement cost of Rs.10000 for M.B. much more than the purchase cost of mobile. The same mobile brought back and kept in freezer for few hours to authenticate their claim,but ithttp://m.moneycontrol.com/portfolio.php?type=t­oday was surprised to find nothing so for non functioning of Booting of mobile and got reset after continuously battery charging fully. Only problem reported by me to service team was that display of update of root continuously after crashing, which never taken seriously,instead they claimed total faulty due to prefixed answer to go for a new mobile as against enhanced cost of Motherboard much more than the purchase cost. My continuous communication to Leo eco never responded and customer care telephonic line always keep engaged or keep holding. The suppler Flipcart after repeated contacts unable to find any solution from manufacturer,whose basic motivation is sell through online and discard customers support by making false claims on defects by negativing​ warranty and make customers to go for new mobile,due to higher cost of spare much more than purchase price. This game plan to avoid customer ordeals will make escape from responsibility of after sales well practiced​ from legal proceedings against them for lack of service. My mobile got set alright after reset activation by myself after false declaration by their service centre of liquid accumulation and inability to rectify the same proves the easy route to vanish our indian market after dumbing their products with out any service liabilities any more. My sincere​ advice to all buyers donot purchase any mobile from Chinese.manufacturers. with out looking into genuine service support history from customers as otherwise,,we need to consider the product are sold for use and throw concept to make us safegoat and not so in western countries/US,where strict law proceedings against such violation dealt with.

  • I am using Le 1 S Eco Model. Initialy it was little heating, after software upgradation reduced the heating problem. Main draw back is there is no expandable memory. Internal memory (32 GB) almost consumed for regular applications, no storage space for photos/Videos. Instant charging within 1 hour. Charger C type pin, it is very comfortable to use. Finger print scanner faster, there is no button in front/ screen- feel good. Data protection is not working properly. If we protected by using application, somewhere it is protected, and another area protected items are visible. This loose the privacy. There is no built in FM Radio. Please confirm the C type OTG Supports or not Ear phone is not supplied with this phone, we have to purchase extra cost about Rs.1,500. Dolby sound excellant, speakers are in side panel.

  • Cheating in Service center I am using LE 1s phone from past 6 moths suddenly one day it got powdered off. after that i have gone service center on 29th nov 2016 and i have submitted my phone for service center and while taking that phone was good physically job sheet number is 201611290409 after some days i got a call from service center and their telling your phone was physically damaged in camera broken and finger print scanar broken like that things they are telling i am totally not happy with these kind of service.

  • Don't buy this phone is my first advice. It doesn't support 4G calling coz there is no volte. Its features isn't good at all. The greatest problem in this phone is it's heating problem and camera. You can't use camera, you can't make calls if you had use internet (4G) coz it will burn your face.

  • Worst battery performance, it getting down very fast and over heating. Net browsing also very slow, I think it is not 3GB ram speed as per my experience. Camera also not decent clarity as of 13mp camera. this is not highly recomandable handset. ONE star is more than enough from my end for this product. I gave a complaint, and got a call from customer support, then they suggested some techinical steps. After that i followed what they said, but my problem not yet soloved. Again i gave a second complaint,the techinical team gave same instructions and send a mail to download an app to soloving the issue, Even though problem not soloved, finally i understand after this whole process they make a plan not to ready to recive and replace the product, So they wellknow about the product is failed, if it is fair they can solove my problem easily. At last i got a bad experience and time waste with Flipkart Service and Leeco product.

Those who have bought le mobile l just wish for them that there mobile should never get a problem because what I faced during repair is just like hell experience. my phone was having a minor problem unusual noise from headpiece and heating problem during charging. the bigger problematic part was I had to travel around 55 kms oneside to reach the service centre and they made me to travel 5 time to get the refurbished phone instead of my new phone at last after waiting around one and a half month. the phone which I got was also dirty and having dents on sides. I have done many call to their customers care which always listen my long phone story and always gave assurance that their Escalation team will reply but their team never contacted me.God knows whether their Escalation team exist or not. Also their senior supervisors r rude to talk. Earlier during their product promotion high times the company was having the policy of replacing the phone with the new one which later they changed to repaired or refurbished phone with different IMIE. please do anyone can tell me that, Is it acceptable? many times l plead them for help but response was nil from Le eco company. This company featuring for Futuristic devices and spending a lot on promotion but what they are giving to their customers is a refurbished phones.   • As per yesterday evening interaction with Le Customer support, Le2 does not generate Preview offer coupon Jio Sim and they have no plans for the same to rectify.......Interaction with Jio Team says, if there is a coupon for preview offer they will offer the SIM, else wait for them to open the offer and try the SIM with this phone......Jio said the offer is open for all phones from 05th Sep 16, it did not happen in reality at Chennai with most of the outlets including all Reliance Digital does not have the stock of the SIM and very Express Mini outlet that has it only offer it against Preview coupon still.......

This is a decent buy in for ₹9999 or u can also have a @ Redmi note 3 , LeEco Le 2 for ₹12000 or have a look@ Zuk z1 ₹13.5K and moto g4 for ₹15K( heats a lot while gaming ) . Rest u can read reviews from many sites . Also LeEco Service center are not well for hardware servicing.

  • I bought this mobile on may 21st 2016. Exactly after one month, Mobile was not switching ON. Since return duration (1 month) got over, I had to take the mobile to service centre on 24 Jun 2016. As the service centre person told that mobile mother board problem has occurred and that will be replaced with new mobile in warranty. As of today (16 Jul 2016) I didn't get my replacement mobile , even after so many follow up from customer care. I have spent 10k for the mobile which I am not using currently.

  • This phone is a nice buy if u r looking for a good devices under 15K u can also have a look at zuk z1 and Redmi note 3 Regarding this phone Its a good phone regarding performance its good , fingerprint scanner is good ,IR blaster, camera is decent in good lighting conditions but struggles in low light but thats common with every budget range devices, Eui is new not that optimize so U will notice minor ui lags but doesn't effect performance.. battery is ok u can get 3-4 hrs sot on Wi-Fi and 2-3 hrs sot on mobile data, storage is limited only 32GB available but it supports otg and etc etc .. 1 more thing its a 10K phone but some people here compare this 10K device with 30-40K devices just ignore those comments.. HOPE THAT HELPS

  • I bought this phone almost as soon as it is launched without any second thought and without reviewing. I loved the phone. Processing speed are really good. Sometimes it heats up during charging. Overall itÂ’s a good phone to use under the price range. Worth for money. The thing which dint like about this phone is its very delicate and fragile, with very bad customer service. Unfortunately my mobile fell down while IÂ’m sitting on the chair(not even 2ft). Entire screen got cracks and edge of the mobile broke into pieces. I had to go for a mobile replacement and submitted the same in the authorized service centre by paying extra 5K, as physical damage is not covered in the warranty. While submitting both service centre and customer care executives tell you that youÂ’ll be getting the replaced mobile with in 7days (inclusion of Sat & Sun). The scenario is completely different in reality. ItÂ’s already been 1 month IÂ’ve submitted my mobile. I havenÂ’t received my phone; donÂ’t know when IÂ’ll receive also. Daily youÂ’ve to follow up with customer care and service centre for your mobile status. Jus they tell that your issue will be escalated and youÂ’ll receive a call from the escalation team. To get a call youÂ’ll have to wait for weeks together even then there is no guarantee that youÂ’ll receive the call. The most embarrassing thing is that youÂ’ll get different updates from different CCE. One CCE tell the phones are in stock, another CCE tell that phones are out of stock in just a span of 10-15 mins. And I also heard from them only that around 100 mobiles are yet to be replaced starting from the month of May. After some days youÂ’ll suddenly get to know that policy has been changed and youÂ’ll receive your own damaged phone repaired that too without any proper date of delivery. Now IÂ’m regretting for buying this phone. DoesnÂ’t recommend to anyone to buy any LE products because of their poor customer service and poor manufacturing quality because of which they are forced to give replacement mobiles to so many customers and false commitments.

  • Check the battery temp install cpu z app , I use 1 Le1s With sim 1 data and my second Le1s on sim 2 data(both devices are on dual sim) I didn't notice any overheating issues check ur battery temp in overheating issue and for apps after marshmallow update u can lock ur apps with fingerprint scanner and there are few apps that really works but comparitable with android 6

Music app now comes with an equalizer and a search bar, also Dolby Atmos added in settings. 4. Smoother interface 5. Fingerprint applock also locks tried party apps amd user interface 6. Better battery management about 4.5-5hrs SOT. BUGS : 1. Some inbuilt Chinese apps crashed, I'm not bothered since I'm not Chinese, already uninstalled them all 2. Option to disable and enable soft keys and hw keys(Doesn't work though) That's my observation based on my usage since the past 3 weeks

  • Do those phone have a fingerprint sensor, a 1080p display, an IR sensor, an Octa core processor... the list will go on. Its price is rs10k and under that they cut every corner as possible. Yep they could have used a good camera sensor and a memory slot and a removable battery. Well mix these missing feature with existing feature, you'll get a good high end phone and its cost will sky rocket. Mind it's a entry level smartphone and not a companies like Nokia who has resources and patents of the *camera* techs. About the backup thing; do you really think that you need an external memory slot for that. Really? I use Moto G, it doesn't have memory slot nor my internet is super fast(I use 192kbps ADSL) but I manage backup my things before reset. The external memory is risky, you can corrupt data at any time. Even the expensive ones get corrupted. Have you ever heard of internal memory get corrupted? So that's the aim of latest phones. Even the Nexus devices doesn't have external SD support but still they are top notch.

In case I have to format my phone I have my latest backups always with me I always carry a Backup&Empty OTG , Powerbank , , Headphones etc etc and most important I carry my primary phone with me I use Le as my secondary phone. And Its would be R&D decision for sd card slot or removable battery etc etc and its a myth that which battery is better removable or non removable batteries works same it doesn't matter battery is removable or not its just removable batteries are easy to change but almost all the batteries now a days works very well till 2 years or depend on usage it doesn't matter and now for sd card some companies want fast data/storage so they use internal/solid storage as primary and 32 gb is okay for a 10k phone like this . and dude I m not a photographer or that camera crazy person I don't use that much camera for long time like video recording or so just some pictures yes sometime i miss sd card feature but it doesn't matters that much and now for thickness LG G3 8.9mm/ S3 8.6mm/ S4 7.9mm / S5 8.1mm / Note 2 9.4mm /Note 3 8.3mm/ Note 4 8.5mm and now ur so called third class Le1s 7.6mm so I hope now u have a better answer and All these devices cost twice/thrice the cost of Le1s regarding OIS I was taking about mid range devices OIS like zuk z1 .......   • Answer to the point : "How will you backup the phone just in case if you want to format immediately?. Imagine that there are no media to backup. Answer this first. It is not the company which should decide whether it should implement removable batteries or not. It is the user who must decide the same". Having memory card and user removable battery phone is a crime for you?. Do you have sense?. Can you use USB OTG devices for directly recording from mobile camera or take pictures?. This feature is not there in any phone. Talk with common sense. You are talking as if the phones with removable batteries are thick. What about LG G3, Samsung S3, S4, S5, Note 2, Note 3 and Note 4. If you call them thick, you can go and use samsung guru music 2 as you are not fit for smartphone era. Now a days OIS is a essential feature. Only now Sony has learnt that has implemented it in a latest model.

No other company phone supported at that time. Both are photo / picture monsters which give crystal clear pictures without optical stabilization because they have xenon flash and carl zeiss lens. After that only the photo clarity of G3 was matching with N8 and 808. Then after that Note 4 matched. Will you accept any mobile phone without battery in the name of being budget phone?. Do you think memory card and user removable batteries are costly features?. I agree that only OIS and OS are costly features. Answer this to the point : Imagine there is no internet and any other backup media (laptops, external hard disks, pen drives etc). Then how will you take the backup of the phone in case if you want to reset?. Do not say you will go to a backup source and then do reset. Just answer me how will you reset any phone on the spot (leeco 1s, Samsung Note 5 etc) that does not have memory card slot?.

  • Battery is good. Gives almost 15hr of backup without the internet. On light usage of internet it is 8 to 10hr. Strongly recommend it to willing buyers. Go for it.

  • about S5 and note 4 I have used both the devices and even I own almost all moto devices except x force and even own 5s and 6s regarding ur question about J7 I have 2015 edition and works fine what u say about sensors, Samsung usually doesn't provide even basic sensors for this mid range phones .... and I always go for price to performance ratio (Quality over Brand) and Regarding LeEco this is one of my daily driver...LOW CLASS , LOW QUALITY haha I don't believe in this Bullshit,, Understood and one last thing If u don't like LeEco then why u r here ??? Low quality leeco. Even lenovo a6000plus claims to have dolby chip. But its audio bass sucks compared to Samsung Note 4 and LG G3 D855 (when used with Sony MDR-XB70AP ear phones). Note that I always look the price to the facilities ratio before buying any electronic device. Quality comes first for me. Then price next. At the same time I am not a lavish spender on mobile phones. I am not like most of the people who always look only the price and choose low class, low quality phones and accessories.   • Le1s is powered by MTK x10 soc which is good haven't notice any lag in processing but Eui is new so sometime u will notice minor lags (.5-1 out of 10) times and Mtk chips heatup more as compared to snapdragon and has metal body so u will notice some heating issues not overheating, regarding hardware camera is average, battery is also average, display is good , fingerprint scanner works well , fast charge support and comes with fast charger out of box , speaker is ok not that loud But ok ram management is good overall a good buy for 10K. If u can spend upto 15K have a look at Redmi note 3 3gb ram version , zuk z1 etc.

  • Indoor usage it doesn't heats but in outdoor usage it heats also while using camera and gaming for ext time it heats ,also its summer season going on so u will feel heat. it heats bcoz of metal body and also mediatek socs heat more as compared to snapdragon . hope that helps

  • Yes this device works well with 4G in India ....both the handsets r good but if I have to pick a winner then Redmi note 3 is a clear winner but its not that easy to get Redmi note 3 bcoz of flash sales u can go for Le1s too ,, processor and battery life is better on Redmi note 3 but Ram management is way better on Le1s and branded screen protection on Le1s.. hope that help

  • Its not at all important , for me I don't use this HDMI stuff on mobile phones.. Le1s has wireless display option and even my old redmi 2 prime supports wireless display haven't use Redmi note 3 but It should have wireless display option.

It has some heating issue but by putting cover on it it's done. I gave this review after the usage of 3 months. NO COMPLAINTS FROM LETV LE1S.

Pretty thin and handy. My Rating - 9/10 2. Performance - This device comes with Mediatek MT6795 Helio X10 Octacore CPU 2.2 GHz clock speed Cortex-A53 and PowerVR G6200 GPU. A awesome octacore CPU from mediatek in this price range. GPU is also good and powerful. It means there are no problem with high end games and high loaded apps and multitasking will be good also. My Rating - 8/10 3. RAM and Memory - This device bundled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt memory. Almost 28GB space available on device after startup. Special note is no expandable card slot available. But you can attach external devices like pendrives, card readers, external hard drives etc. by USB OTG. Almost 2GB RAM available from the 1st start-up. 4. Camera - 13MP auto-focus camera with LED flash. Pic quality is average for me. Not looks like 13MP cam. Photo lovers overcome this device. 5MP front camera is good but not best. No front flash for selfie lovers. Rear camera can record 4k videos as well as 1080p. My Rating - 5/10 5. Many extra features available like DND service, inbuilt number and sms block facility, automatic contact QR code generator, inbuilt phone number locator available but it shows the location wrong every-time, battery power assistant available, notification control center and app permission facility available from settings, online themes also available from le store. My Rating - 9/10 11. Inside Box - One device, one charging adapter with usb c type cable, user manual, sim door key. No headset comes with this device so you have to purchase a new one. Note - Device is heating so quickly but after using few min. it cool-downs automatically. For it's metal body we feel that device is overheating but 48 degree is normal for this device. Overall I am giving this device 8.5 points out of 10 in this price range. Thanks for reading my review.

  • Overall its an awesome phone. The only problem which i am facing is heating issue. If we browse internet for a long time or watch videos for a long time it will heat like an iron. While charging also it is heating like iron; but i think its common in super fast charging. Perfomance is good and so many nice features are there. Camera is just good. Battery back up is as usual as normal android phones. Few functions are like iphone. As of now there is no problem
