Eh, I had to download a silent audio and replace the shutter sound with that. Not sure there is any other way to do it.

I have had one for 2 years now in August. Unfortunately it didn't last more than this since the screen stopped working. At first I managed to open the screen by pressing with my fingers but now it refuses. Apart from this minus, the phone also seemed to lower its battery after a restart. When internal memory starts filling up you also recieve a bunch of "This app stopped working"-messages. This was damn annoying. Other than this the phone is good and I got nothing else to complain about.

This is a decent device, my first smartphone. It has good battery backup, runs smoothly. The only issue i am facing with it is that when i turn it off and then on, it takes 10-15 minutes until i can use messaging or address book. Overall, i can say it's good value for th emoney. I have been using it for one year now.

This phone works great. It's not compatible with 3G Bands in the US but GSM will work on AT&T. The video GPU is very fast and it's best feature is it has a great external speaker that is loud and sounds good for a phone. You can use the FM reciever to listen to over the air music without headphones. It has many great media features, YouTube videos play well and the camera takes very good photos and videos. I installed Temple Run2 and it runs very fast.

Both sim slots support cdma and wcdma. It works well in DK so it should through europe. Its a good phone at the price but it needs to be rooted, have gapps (play store, gmail, google) flashed and personally I would recommend a rom with english language at least. Morelocales / morelocales2 will help a bit if you're non-english on english language. Available from play store.

Power on button to start, then hold between vol. up and down. CWM for zte u900 worked for me. Only used it to install TWRP though. My phone was prerooted but preinstalled recovery did not work for me. There are rooting tools for it out there. Be warned, messing with firmware MAY brick the phone, espc when using wrong recovery software. Most MKT 655** cpu, root software and rom probably works but be careful.

Hi, I'm thinking of buying this phone but have a question about connectivity. I've got dual GSM sims and travel a bit. I don't care about 3g/2g connectivity on both sims, I need the phone for voice & sms messaging. I'm concerned that the 2nd sim slot is CDMA, but the 2g slot says sim 1 & sim 2. In the settings option you might see a small sign of letter *A*. just go there and open first row, scroll to find desire language.hope it helps

Got this phone for about 4 months now, and it's pretty good. Built quality is Great, sound is great, performance is okay as all MTK6577 phones with Dualcore 1Ghz. Nice features: radio is usable without earphones (built-in antenna) and it even has an FM transmitter for sending MP3 directly to your Car stereo (this is low powered, so reception needs tweaking at first) Overal a great phone, dualsim, built quality like HTC, featurepack like Samsung. Downside: since this phone is only marketed for China it doesn't have Google (anything) so it needs to get a new ROM. (google A789 rom) Some suppliers can arrange for this when you ask for it and state that you're not from China. You can find this phone on sites like Ebay, Everbuying, Alibaba etc. etc.

I have it around 6 months. It's a good phone for the low price. A little bit slow performance, but enough for average user. A camera without flash, suitable for day-day, low quality photographing. In addition, my phone arrived without Google Play Market, so getting application from it is impossible. In general it's a good phone.
