LG G Pad IV 8.0 FHD - User Reviews

  • Same here

  • maybe its because your sim card is in korea and you're in a different country.

  • I guess you replied to the wrong person. It`s not "new user" who complained of the speed.

  • I bought 2 of these with one plus pack. Great little tablets for the money!

  • I got this one from korea,Ican't its use here, when it put a sim it says 'service desable not in service area' and not show even signal..someones know solution pleas comment ..

  • I got this for 30 bucks as part of a 2 year plan deal. I mean for 30 bucks is a steal. Imma gonna use it for school. I'll buy a keyboard for it

  • Battery life is this tablets worst enemy, Barely 4 hours of screen on time. It also gets very hot near the camera on even the lowest end games. Other then that I love this tablet, It has a very nice large display and it looks as good as an OLED panel as LG is known for making fantastic displays and it shows. These tablets can also be easily rooted and updated to Oreo via custom ROMS. As of me posting this these can be bought in excellent condition for about $40 on Ebay making it a pretty killer deal. Although It should be mentioned you can get the newest Gpad X model for about the same.

  • 3000 mAh is very less ,it will not last half a day by only gps navigation, at least 6000 mAh . not recommanded

  • Speaker and camera are cheap and low quality, but the Android experience: surfing the net, watching videos, general app responsiveness is quite good for what you pay. I think this tablet is excellent value for money if you can get it around $170 USD

  • This reminds me of galaxy s5 Worst design ever made. Well done lg Idiots

  • The faster processor requires less battery power and make this device lighter. Sounds like you never held this device in your hand or even seen one, your comment makes no sense at all.

  • Good battery life and charges fast. I can watch hours of video per charge and screen share works flawless with my smart television. I convert and edit video with this tablet no problem. Wifi connectivity is improved and is light weight and found a drop proof rugid hard case. Great value for the price and Android Oreo is around the corner for this device also.

  • Awesome tablet, but lack of accesories... I cannot find a decent protector case, all the cases i found have the edges exposed. No pen. Keyboards are too expensive, 1/3 the price of the tablet. Buy a cheap bluetooth keyboard, will see if i can pair with tablet. Where can i find a variety of cases to chose from ?

  • I use v500 for 4 years with crDroid 3.8.3 A 7.1.2 from XDA Developers and it''s awesome. No more updates? Now they develop Oreo for v500. This is by far the best tablet i ever have. BTW, G Pad 4 hahaha this is a joke for a tablet. I agree with some comments here, this is 2017-2018 and they put 2 gb ram? 3000 mah battery hahaahahaha. v500 have 4600mah. It's a joke for a tablet.

  • Just got this for free after getting an lg phone from tmobile. The tablet so far isn't bad, but it isn't close to being the best. Doesn't really have the power to provide a super smooth experience. Now the experience isn't terrible; it's just not the best. The screen is good, and the speaker battery pack that it comes with is nice. If I had to buy it outright i would go for something better.

  • My LG G3 has 3GB Ram and 3000mAh, what is this??

  • G4 stylus 1gb still fast, don't be fool by Chinese marketing bigger ram, as ram dont increase speed, chip does . If you after speed buy motorola tab SD625 faster

  • Even though this phone only has 3,000 mah battery it's still able to have a great battery life and also the 3,000 mah battery makes it lightweight

  • I have the LG G Pad X 8.0 aka LG G Pad III, it's best use for multitasking, also same specs like the G Pad IV. I'm from the Philippines

  • I just tested the GPad X2 8.0 Plus at T-Mobile. There is no support for NFC.

  • Is this released here in phils?

  • maybe plus pack accessory is more useful

  • 2gb ram? are you kidding me? this is year 2017 not 2014

  • Where I live, I can get the Galaxy Tab S2 (LTE, SD652 version) for 30 euro more than this, and you get a way better chipset, 3GB RAM, a higher resolution sAMOLED screen and 1000mAh more battery, despite it's 5.6mm thickness. This tablet is way too overpriced for what it offers.

  • For a 350 eur its a BIG MISTAKE very low battery on 8 inch screen only 2gb ram and low weak slow processor.

  • LG G PADS days are counted they are good tablets, Im still using the G PAD 8.3 V500 but no update anymore, I whish to upgrade as there are many recent G PAD versions but it is so stupid to keep using 2GB RAM, that is completely a down grade year by year to LG.

  • read, it will be possible to expand battery life trough LG G Pad Plus Pack snap-on accessory (optional), how ever will make the tablet bulky and heavy

  • 8", FHD, 32GB and 3GB RAM, Octa-Core Processor, that's all good.... But: ONLY 3000mAh Li-Ion Battery ???? For God's sake... I have the LG G Pad (1) 8.3 FHD (LG V500) and it has 4800mAh Battery... That's SO WRONG..... Please LG, install a Battery with BIGGER Capacity as time passes, NOT Smaller..... A Battery of 6000mAh or even better 7000mAh, would be SO NICE, and would DEFINITELY make your NEW Tablet so MARKETABLE! Just imagine the HUGE Volume Of Sales such a Tablet would make all over the World!!! P.S.: To keep up with the intense competition, the Rear Camera should be at least 8 MP, AT LEAST....

  • Why only 3000mAh battery? My S7 has the same amount. G Pad III 8.0 has 4800mAh...that's 1800mAh more than the new model.
