LG L65 D280 - User Reviews

  • Can't use the data mode? No internet! help!

  • the touchscreen is big problem and batery is very poor

  • I own this phone 2 years. It is really nice, with many abilities (sorry for my grammar) BUT: the battery isn't long enough, and lasts only one day to me. What is more it has a really small "memory" and many apps can't get passed at the SD card I put. Finally it would be better if more cases were suitable for this phone. 😉😉😉

  • Battery life is pooooooor, even if it has quite a big battery,it is poop.Max 4 days of standby.(tested that with my dad's lg l65 which he doesn't use that much)

  • Review based on specs and experience. (Sorry if my grammar is wrong...) The good: - The LG UI is very good; I like the "plus" features (quiet mode, Knock Code (I don't use it though), etc) - Good speed, lag spikes are rare - Good display/IPS screen; the size (4.3 inches) is "not too small and not too big" - The resolution (480x800) is average/ok - 1 GB RAM is enough (only "big(ger)" games slows the phone) - The pictures taken with the 5MP camera are ok. The flash is "good to have", and the (auto)focus is good - The sound is ok - The WiFi and the Bluetooth is "good". Haven't tried the GPS The bad (really bad): - Android 4.4.2 is REALLY bad, because of the SD-Card permission changes (apps can't access the SD-Card, etc) - The internal storage is VERY small, and Android KitKat makes it even worse (as I said above) - The videos made with the camera are just 480p! - The radio doesn't work/stopped working: when I click the "FM Radio" app it crashes immediately - There aren't many sensors. (There is just an accelerometer and a proximity sensor) - Adobe Flash player would be a good switchable feature. (Can be turned on/off) - The battery life is poor - There are wrong translations - There are bugs and glitches (for example, sometimes quiet mode only turns on/off after restarting the phone) - System updates comes out very slowly, if you even get one... - My phone survived 1 years without any problems (except Android and storage space...), then it "became independent": sometimes its flash turns on randomly, it notifies me with the notification sound when there isn't any notifications, some apps delete their data, and now, the phone crashes (bootloop, demigod crash handler pops up, etc). Not sure if the only one bugfix update messed up everything, or I got a virus (which is not likely), but now I need a new phone, because the phone became unstable. When I bought this phone, I thought it was a good phone... Well, I was wrong. Maybe I'm done with LG. Written from LG L65 (D280n). P.S. Some of the phone's specs are worse than Samsung Galaxy S' (yes, the first one!)!

  • How can i chang internal to external help me plz??

  • How can i chang internal to external?

  • please how do we enable the touch key light?

  • Standby time is bad, leave it fully charged overnight and in morning it has 80% battery. The phone has no apps installed.

  • Yes memory internal is small and baterry 2100 mAh

  • Already one year using this phone: good speed, good camera with autofocus, fast GPS tracking, played games like Asphalt 8, Riptide GP2 and Modern Combat 4 without lags, system never crashes, is very stable. Overall: 8.5/10...why? low internal memory but it can be solved.

  • Bought one. No notification light. And home button answer? Can't get it to work any of you managed those? Kinda slow... If these don't work i'll give it back.

  • Love it ,battery last for 7 days .

  • This is the worse phone you can buy, as soon as you get a few apps it gets memory full and its nearly impossible to re root it, I only have whats up, line and two more apps and I cant take any more pics or downlad any more apps. what a nightmare. PLEASE, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!! what a waste of money

  • can we buy this in all countries??

  • Only 1.5 gb u can use for apps and data.. Other 2.5 is reserved for the system. Dont worry, it is how it is :)

  • Hi LG... I like this phone, but i cant buy in my country. Will you sell it in indonesia?

  • When I open to see a memory usage in SETTINGS Ican see that the phone have just a 1.5GB of internal memory. where is the other 2.5GB, why cant I see it and is it avelaible for users?

  • With this phone I have a strange problem: sometimes I'm not able to connect with wifi (it gives "authentication error") because it seems that the previously stored wifi password get erased in some way.

  • Hello , i can't decide betwen lg l65 , lumia 630 or samsung core 2 ! i have read opinionos about these phones but still can't decide. plese help

  • Ps.... galaxy core i8260

  • Lg L65 vs samsung galaxy core???? Cant decide!! Battery seems better for samsung or not....???as it says on the info....

  • Price is the excuse

  • Hello boys where i will get this phone mani want to buy

  • 2 Months of use and 0 complains, this phone totaly worth the price.

  • PRIX

  • After GPad I decided to try LG again for the UI. Although I don't get why we need all these different models(L60,L70,L80) the L65 is a nice phone overall. I needed a mid to low priced mobile for communicating. So far, seems responsive and fast enough. Battery needs a few more charges but looks ok. It's good for its price but pricing is a bit confusing here with dual sim versions and similar models. For example L70 vs. L65 is a tricky comparison.

  • Bought one last week of August. For that price, it must be the best phone I have ever had. Ditched my Nokia Lumia 920 (fairly new, and considerably more expensive). Android has far more options, LG has positively surprised me!

  • Very good phone,speed :)

  • Is up to 5 points. Also it has a digital compass

  • How many point multitouch ?

  • Release date in the Philippines ?

  • is this phone has a notification led?

  • When will it release here in the Philippines ?

  • It will released here in the Philippines ? When ?

  • This phone is no different with china phone made in the streets of china with only 4GB of internal memory. moreover, this phone is a backward phone not of the future...

  • bakvas noew generation of quad core HD DISPLAY RATE ALSO LOW LG NO RESALE VALUE

  • This cellphone have a scratch-resistant glass or gorilla glass?

  • Nice phone.........

  • Price is also a thng man

  • LG L65 vs Moto E 1. Camera LG L65 have 5 mp camera with auto focus with 480p video recording and vga front camera. 2. LG L65 have bigger battery than Moto E. The big advantage of L65 battery is removable battery. 3. LG L65 weight 127 gram - Moto E weight 142 gram. 4. LG L65 have Low SAR value - Moto E have high SAR value. So beware from Moto E. Moto E have gorilla glass advantage .............. But LG L65 best @7.5k.......... LG L65 advantages LED Flash, 5 mp with auto focus, 480p recording, removable battery and lighter than Moto E :)

  • do not compare this phone to Z1 compact,, specs wise Z1 comp will murder this helpless device,,,,

  • It has a physical hardware home button below the screen with built-in notification light, which the Z1 compact does not, just dead space. It has a removable battery which obviously takes up more room because of the tray and terminals to accommodate a standard shaped user replaceable battery. The Z1 does not have. The L65 is likely to be around a third of the price of the Z1 compact, so rightly justifying that it will not be as slim, svelte and compact as a premium device. What was the Z1's excuse again ?

  • Wow its huge, both longer, thicker and much wider than Z1 Compact which is already big for a 4.3 inch, but the Z1C has great internals and bigger battery to justify its size, what is the excuse of L65?
