  • I own this phone for 5.5 years now. Still brilliant screen, actual specs - the phone is capable to run almost all the apps. Still factory battery. In fact this phone is almost the one combining very unique and coll characteristics - Qi Wireless charging, 3.5 Headphones Jack, HiFi Dolby Audio, IPS screen with no PWM flickering, Physical keys (Home button is the coolest ever - illuminated with all possible colours). Yeah and G Pro also has AptX high quality sound transmission over Bluetooth (same as apple air audio). The only comparable descendant is LG G7 Thinq(+) but unfortunately G7 has flickering if backlight is under 50% brightness. Also the device is so easy-to-repair. I changed almost 8 touch screens myself, instead of changing phones. Yeah, we do live in times when high quality sound through Jack 3.5 is exotic. My very simple and effective use case - I sit in the car, plug in the phone into Qi Wireless charging dock, plug in 3.5 audio or connect Bluetooth - as simple as that. G Pro is just cool, big thumbs up for the phone.

  • One of the best phones you could buy. One of the last phones with removable battery. Remove the OEM battery and install a ZeroLemon 8500 mAh extended battery, you will get extended runtime. It also makes the phone thicker and easier to hold. 5.5" screen with Full HD resolution, very nice and colorful. The USB port is cheaply made and wears out. I had to have mine replaced at least once.

  • It's crazy that my phone has already 5 years old. The USB port was fixed and the digitizer is broken, but it works! Definitely a phone ahead of its time, many recent phones in the range of $100 doesn't have IR blaster, 5.5 inch display nor 32GB of internal space. My phone is running a custom rom: SEUX ReMod By HenRy Pham (1/5/2016), which is Android 5.0.2 and the UI looks like the one on the LG G4. I hope it works for many more years, I don't want to change it for something with less functions or less memory.

  • I recently sold this phone after more than 1.5 years. I bought it second hand. It is the best phone one could get in cheap price. The only problem it had was that volume buttons werent functioning properly and cant get 4g lte to work. Other than that, everything was just perfect. Battery was average. Camera was good considering it a 2013 phone. I would recommend it to all who want to buy a cheap phone full of latest features. Hoping to buy lg v20 next.

Just get yourself a G Pro 2 battery It fits perfectly... Bl-47th and bl-48th has the exact same size and pin layout. The only diff is the 47 has like 60mah more...   • I have had this phone since about a month after they came out. For those of you trying the math, thats about 3 and a half years. I am just now starting to have trouble with it. After 3 and a half years, my battery is finally starting to go and my charging port doesnt connect properly for it to always charge. It is starting to think it is in headset mode most of the time. But most phones wont last you this long without problem. This phone had always run at good speeds for me. The apps are great and as long as you have a good data or wifi connection, download quickly. The screen is large, but not so large that you cant hold it in one hand. The pictures are of great quality (though the front selfie camera isnt the greatest) and you can save them on the phone without using too much of your internal storage. Best phone i have ever owned, and if it werent for it starting to have the charging and headset issues, i wouldnt be replacing it. There will never be another phone as reliable as this one, i believe.

  • The Optimus G Pro is probably the best phone I have ever owned or used. Unfortunately, it does not support the LTE bands used in India, ie., band 3 and 40. It supports 4 other bands, none of which are used in India. But overall, for ease of use, features, build quality and battery life, I prefer to stick to this, rather than go for a 4g sim and new phone.

But I am facing a problem, I unable to switch networks from 2g to 3g to LTE or vice versa. I wish to use a particular 4g sim in India which is not getting detected by my phone. the cellular personnel say I need to update my phone. My phone is already on kitkat.   • As an ex-AT&T employee and an Optimus G Pro user, this is one of the most reliable phones I have ever used. The customization options, speed and ease of use are top notch. any problems I have ever had have been the fault of android OS and not the hardware itself. Battery life is best I've ever experienced. To the other commenters, if you are going to post on a public website there should be at least an effort to make sense, and make it look like you graduated 1st grade.

  • I am using this phone original made in korea product e988 . this is the best device I have used till date its over two years of usage for me till date has never restarted like my old samsung. gives min 6hrs in heavy usage. lot of features even infrared. i use above 180 applications till date running smooth even after update to kitkat. usually has to free ram regularly to avoid lag once ram available falls down below 200 mb. Far far better than any samsung mobile ever. this applies only for original product I bought my mobile from Qatar.

  • You need root access to remove dual clock from lock screen, using root explorer, go to /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databa­ses, in there you'll find a file named "settings.db" - Open that database using the SQL Editor, and go to: secure - Doing the above opens a list of things related to phone settings (in this case, secure settings). Look for the id number: 1069 / Its name should be: roaming_dualclock / And it's value should be: 1 - Change its value to: 0 / Save it, and exit. - If it doesn't work, then change the value again to 1.

  • You can find stock lollipop kdz from xda or official kdz firmwares site. Download and use LG Flash Tool to flash lollipop in your G Pro. Flashing takes only 10 to 15 minutes. However there is no root method available for stock lollipop rom of G Pro, so if you rely on rooted apps then lollipop is not recommended for you. I myself reverted back to kitkat because of this rooting problem.

  • Agreed. Koren G Pro is not a clone! They are just made for korea with certain apps suitable for korean people like U+ tv, channels, etc. There is no difference in performance. Benchmarks are same and cpu-z doesn't lie, even the chipsets are same. People should do some research before misguiding others.

  • Hey Da, use Auto Hide Soft Keys instead, it worked great for me when my G Pro had a faulty touch and I had to use it. Other alternative is the Button Savior.

  • It's an amazing phone even in 2015 it beats most of the mid range smartphones. Battery life is amazing, only needs to be charged once in every 24hrs of heavy usage. Deep sleep is damn good, not even a 1% battery drain after 10 hours of deep sleep! Gaming is also great, with root and some xposed tweaks, it scores 25k+ in Antutu Benchmark on stock kitkat rom. 1080p movies are fun to watch on G Pro. Camera is also good, not vibrant like Note II but good enough. Music is awesome if you have viper4android installed and working. The only drawback of having a korean version (F240 k,s,l) is that it does not have enough development support on xda. Most of the roms there are for International version of the phone. Other than that, it's worth buying. Believe it or not, G Pro still kicks ass. Go for it!

  • The 80-char limit has nothing to do with app, it is much more complicated. You have to edit the smsmali.apk, feature.xml and some other files.

  • Hello Guys, I have been using Korean U+ LG-F240L Optimus G Pro with Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 in India from past few months. I have coming through various problems which are: 1.) Network Drop regularly i.e. I unable to make or receive any calls of messages and can�t use Data network also. Although it shows it is connect to network in my case it is Airtel(Zone2) I don�t know what �Zone 2� is. In this condition i have to search for network regularly and reconnect. 2.) There is only 2 connect mode i.e. G and 3G and no HSPA and HSPA+. I think this is some problem with base band difference in Korea and India. 3.) Roaming icon on Top with every time selecting weather to call to Korea or local. 4.) LG U+ certification every time I connect to a WI-Fi. 5.) Some random Korean popup which I don�t understand and i press the only button below it or press back button. 6.) LG U+LTE logo on start-up. 7.) Message limit of 80 characters. This is causing quiet a problem in day to day use of fone.Although i like this phone very much apart from these problems Please provide me any details how to resolve these problems. Or any custom ROM installation methods to resolve these main problems. It would be a great help. Other details of Phone although it�s same in all F240L but still to be on safe side.

  • that might be coz of the screen timeout issue. try to set screen time out at maximum or set it as always on and then try it again. what happen is when u try to connect ur phone with computer via cable and after few minutes ur phone's screen gets lock, the lg pc suite is then unable to upgrade anything as after the screen goes off, the connection breaks automatically. hope this will help u. btw what do u mean by love? in the end?

My phone is also Korean f240, but there is no difference other than the antenna.. In Korean sets, they use to give an antenna to watch the Live TV while in american sets and european sets they don't..

  • You can keep your phone on to KitKat as well, Kitkat is also a reliable system but I will suggest to go for Lollipop as its much more better, smoother and stable than Kitkat. Otherwise Kitkat is also good u can keep it and u can feel good coz the person who haven't experienced Lollipop won't be able to compare or decide whether to upgrade or not...:)

  • and yes I installed battery doctor app of Cheetah Mobile and I am veryyy veryyy happy to see that my battery lasts 3x longer.. in this app u can set background apps to stop working on background permanently which are completely unwanted apps.. I will suggest Everyone should taste this Lolli because if they have launched something, for sure that this upgrade is better than before without any app crashing or bugs or hang problem.   • Yes there are alott of new features which are mainly with Camera while using selfie there is an option of turning flash on that will increase the brightness of ur phone to 100% and the camera screen will become lower just to reflect the screen brightness on to ur face and u could take a selfie in dark as well. Secondly there is another gesture included in the selfie which is awesome. then the UI is very veryy smooth u will love to use ur phone after updating to lollipop..Built in junk file detector is included in this upgrade that will help u to free ur phone storage without any 3rd party app like ccleaner or clean master

  • Maybe this is due to the front protector or sensor problem, If there is protector on your screen, remove it and try calling again. Thats solved my problem with Nexus 4. If that not solves then it regards to a sensor problem, go to nearest support centre

  • download Sphinx V2.0 from XDA forum..will be a zip file of 1.6 gb...download freegee and lg g pro recovery software from the same site.please run freegee and save EPS of your phone. Make a nandroid backup of you phone either with CWM recovery or TWRP recovery and make an extra copy of your saved EFS and CWM recovery on to your laptop-just in case you brik your phone. there after you can flash your phone with the sphinx ROM..good luck.

  • hi undead citizen one solution to your problem is to use original firmware .kdz file and restore your gpro to factory condition. you can find instructions on xda and its fairly simple process. i also have gpro but at the moment my motherboard is busted so i dont know any hard reset methods. hope this helps.

Got it rooted when purchased through Ebay. thereafter tried three different ROMs on the same and upgraded from jellybean to kitkat. ill be willing to help anybody who wants help on the same issue. However understand that the ROMs need to be downloaded fron the net...sizes of around 1.6 GB..must know basics of rooting.   • Yes,you can. You have to search for a Korean rom and install it on your phone. Its safe. You will get steps and rom on google.. You have to install a a software on your computer. But remember, it will unroot your phone. Right now only kitkat version is available.

  • I've used my G Pro for a year and a month, for once it never got unnecessarily heat except for when playing games or surfing the internet and downloading stuff for long. That kind of heating is normal for all phones. If you want to know phone that gets really hot, go check sony Xperia z2.

  • Hey, guys I am from India, using LG g pro, Korean version(F240). When Iam using 2g Internet on my handset, I am getting only 'G' signal and getting only 2-3 kpbs which is very slow. I am not able to get 'E' signal on my handset which we usually get in other handsets. It is obvious that my handset does not support the 'edge' cellular band of India. There is no 3g signal in my area and I have to relay on 2g only which is unreliable. Is there any solution. Please help.

  • Hi Hasan, try checking the apps that u have on your phone. If those are not needed have them uninstall but if u don't feel like doing that, download an antivirus that has an app killer. U can also minimize the brightness of the phone as well like down to 30%. This type of phone can drain the battery fast if not charged properly from the start of the purchase and as u use it everyday. With my g pro, i took care of from the start up to present, well it's superb. My battery lasted for 3 days.☺

  • Hi Deam, it's either ur using prepaid or postpaid, have the APN address change on ur settings. You check it with a cellshop or ur postpaid provider. ☺

  • it is good to buy becuase in 21000/- specs are snapdragon 600, 2 gb RAM , sd card support , 4g ( two bands ) , 13 MP rear cam, 1080p display , 3140 mAH battery which cannot be found on other phone in this range..

  • Yes, there will be battery discharge lil quicker than you might expect in early days. However, on my phone after 2 months the battery started living 2 days with normal usage. My recommendation- run/install as less apps as possible, brightness 60% and set internet to 2G unless you really need speed. This helps save a lot of battery.

  • Nope there is no FM on the phone. If this is really an important feature for you, better avoid it. Otherwise, superb phone.

  • OTG is On the Go. It's that cable that u can use to connect directly to usb devices like flash drives etc. As for pc suite, it doesn't come with the phone. Just search on web and install it on ur pc.

  • yep. i can confirm usb otg works. if yours cant, then something must broke in that otg cable. i bought a very cheap otg cable and it didnt work at all. i purchase another one thats around 3x more pricey and it works (well, the first one just around 2 to 3$ while the newer ones like 10$)

Then phone will start for update At top of phones screen in notification bar show us how much percent downloaded When it reach at 11% after few secend it will be restart(download process)but dont cancell it be cause when it start for second time it will download completely

  • Highly unlikely, the confirmed list of phones as of right now for the Android 5.0 Lollipop update is very short. The most optimistic outlook would be that LG pushes an update for all phones part of the G series. It's likely that only the LG G2 and G3 will see the 5.0 update though. Honestly as someone who's had this phone for a year, KitKat is all I need. After the update my phone was actually worse for a couple weeks, but a patch came through and now my phone is faster than ever. Plus they implemented a few UI changes that I really like.

  • I've upgraded my G Pro to Kitkat via LG pc suite, I can confirm that after the update a lot of things look and perform better but I can also confirm that the battery life didn't improve, it just remained as it was and I consider that a let down from LG. By the way I didn't do factory reset, is it compulsory ?

  • m using F240L from past 6 months. The only problem i noticed is the camera is unable to take near image such as text on paper. I think the autofocus dont work properly on F240L model. Don't know about other models

I want to update my phone to Kitkat and i came accrosss that to update my phone i need to connected to Lg PC suit via computer when i tried i am getting an error message as Authentication faliure so i am not able to on the USB Debugging.   • I have this fantastic phone, there is no comparison with samsung s4 that i have couple of days ago, it out class in every aspect the battery timing, speed the supper HD screen, i think in every aspect this phone is better than note II. the samsung is just rubbish.

  • That's really disappointing actually as all lower end phones like l70 l90 and g pro lite have the knock code so the g pro should have it too and saying its due to hardware or battery issues is wrong because then these phones shouldnt be able to handle it either. It's just sad LG is so lazy when it comes to updates that they forget their old phones.

  • Same Problem here bro... My F240L (korean G Pro) Powers off several times the day... I have installed a Packing on the opposite side of the battery connector to fit the battery even more tightly than usual, it solves my problem around 50%, still it turns of some times, specially when i keep it in a pouch... Great phone but a delicate one... Do not drop....

  • You can get the update by first of all getting LG pc suite on your computer. Then connect your phone and search for updates using the pc suite. Am sure u'll get what u are looking for.

  • I have been using this phone for months now its one of the best phones out there in functions. They could really improve the sound quality in the earphones Though as only when use the earphones that comes with the phone the quad beats earphones, then only music sounds good. The quadbeat earphones attracts dust so easily and isnt hygienic to ones ears. The phone is really good for games and amazing camera like really good camera especially with flash the 13mgpx does wonders and the front too isnt that bad it gets a decent selfie taken. Overall i really love the device... i have stored so many stuff in it and it doesnt lag and it works as a tv remote and 4G is really fast and amazing on it...

The service people told the three (glass, lcd and mother board)should be changed as those 3 consider a single part. The cost they said was annoying ....12500 rs......i thought 6000.. like that.   • So this is for people who are experiencing issues while accessing media files after the kitkat update. Reason: Google acted all cheeky and took off the auto scan feature (used to automatically scan the SD card every time you booted the phone. This was apparently done for a good reason to make it more secure. I had issues with the phone not identifying the music files on the SD Card. The following players seem to work. Rocket Player- Has a setting to rescan the device - something I guess you will have to do once you add new music files. n7player - Has a better interface Trax Music player - You can access the SD card and play songs in specific folders ( file size is small) I am sure there are more. Battery Drain- yes, I faced the issue too. I was crestfallen to see that my phone battery went down from 80% to 2% without any activity (I was sleeping)in 8 hrs. I then drained the battery completely, charged to 100%. For some reason it charges really fast through computer connected USB compared to a proper power connection. I switched off the auto brightness and installed advanced task killer (scheduled it to kill apps every half an hr) it has worked and I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will continue. I DON'T want to root my phone as it has been good. Hope this helps!

  • I had similar problem. I had put 7 icons on bottom horizontal bar. When I deleted 2, then with remaing 5 icons (which are there in standard home), Home worked perfectly. Just thank if it solves your problem.

  • Hi, Updated my G PRO E988 in India on 5th July and used for last two days. For everybody I did hard reset my phone after update as hard reset removes any application/update related bug/functional interference. Below is full hands on experience: No gos first : - Battery draining is shocking. Immediately after update, battery dropped from 26% to 15% and same shows in battery usage graph. Got screenshot of the same for LG to analysse. - Charged full battery y'day to 100% whein I deliberately kept phone plugged for an hour extra even after fully charged to see battery behaviour of overcharge/extra charge. - Battery draining on 3G network while using phone (not necessary browsing but data is on) is like 1% drop for every two minutes. My battery dropped from 92% to 85% in 15 minutes today morning when I was not browsing but my 3G data was on and I was checking whatsapp messages. Screen is on 60% auto which is pretty dim in room light. Battery draining on 3G network wss like 1% for every 5 minutes on 4.1. - Network on 3G is not stable and phone keeps looking for network every now and then, it was not the case earlier and not the case with my other number put in Nokia phone having 3G connection. - Battery dimming on auto mode is too extreme. in 4.1 auto dimming was virtually non functional and now it is too much functional causing eye strain. - Internal available memory seems to have gone down by some 200 odd mb may be due to update software being larger than earlier one. Pros - UI is smooth and more responsive. - Fonts, themes etc are available thru LG smart world. - Immersive screen mode is good and exciting. - RAM manager shows more RAM available than earlier. I noticed that after my normal usage earlier RAM available used to be in the range of 700 mb which is now in 800 mb range so enhancement of 100 mb which is some 10-12% more. - I m not sure but looks like LED management has improved, earlier I had to install third party application to customise LED alerts but it is working fine with default configuration. - Standby battery management has improved dramatically e.g. i switched off my data around 10 p.m. y'day night and today morning @ 5.45 a.m. battery had gone down by 1% only but as soon I switched on my 3G data, it straightaway went down by another 1% and then draining quickly. - Exchange activesyc for corporate mails has improved by providing zoom and text wrapping option which was earlier not available. - Dialer shows little larger text which is handy for all and good usage of large screen. Rest I am still testing.. will keep updating others.

After update notification light was not working for whtsapp and other applications except calls, msg but after doing factory reset now led is working (pls take lg back up before factory reset) 2.   • I got an over the air upgrade for Android Kitkat 4.4.2 for my LG E988 on 1st july 2014. Though i spammed LG india on twitter like anything. I was excited about the upgrade but now i feel sad about it. Notification LED doesnt work for apps other than SMS , Calls and Alarms. Battery life is screwed. Auto brightness sucks big time. It dims the screen to an extent that you will end up un-checking auto brightness option.

  • well, if u use at 100% brightness + 3G when browsing, the phone will slowly dim itself because of the heat. it may go from somewhere from 42-47 celcius (without case) and with case, it rise up quickly. if you are an advance user or heavy user that demand a bit more performace than stock, you can tweak some things. After that, when you apply the same settings the phone got hotter quicker than stock also it doesnt slow the processor and brightness. temperature are very hot from 45-55 even didnt shutdown to prevent any damage and that's crazy. just for your info though.

Checked the temp using CPU Temp app, CPU-55C and Battery-41C Btw did you try 3G browsing/download at 100% brightness ?? Just getting curious here.   • Based on my research, its not about the cables for fast charging. Lg g pro chipset is snapdragon series. And lenovo is using mediatek series. Mediatek has more advantage on how they charge the battery fast than qualcomm snapdragon series. And there is great chance affecting the performance upon software update depending on your chipset. Hope this helps.

  • Try using lenovo cables. Mine is an 3000 mah battery but i used to charge it about an hour using lenovo cable. Maybe you can save an half hour more. Just try it. Have a good day. Peace!

  • I just replaced the usb cable with my Nokia usb cable and wow, 1hr 52mins my phone charged from 12% to 100% am so happy. If it was b4, it wouldve taken at least 5hrs to get to this level.

  • Hi Everyone, Just got my LG E988. The 1st thing I checked was the battery backup. Here are my observations before the phone went out of juice from 100%: Screen Brightness - 100%, No SIM Card, No WIFI, No GPS. Total Screen-On Time : 4 Hour 15 minutes. This includes: 1 Hour Gameplay(Riptide GP2) with Loudspeaker on at Full volume. 15 minutes Video Playback with Loudspeaker on at Full volume. 15 minutes Camera use(clicked few pics and one short video) Remaining time, explored the phone menus. For some reason, I am not satisfied with this result. Especially with the gaming result. 1 hour of gameplay took almost 50% of the battery. Is it normal ?? Did anyone see better results than these ??   • My wife use is using it and it's been about 4 months. The gorilla glass broke when my son drop it in month 2. The LCD it's OK only the gorilla glass is shattered and cracked. Luckily, it use plastic scratch cover so the glass didn't sprayed. It cost almost half the phone price (about $240) to fix it because to change the glass it also have to change the LCD and body. Suffice to say we didn't fix it. But the phone still usable and operate normally.

Even I updated it, rooted it and unlocked boot-loader and now running unofficial CM11 on it. I know many of you might not be knowing these things but there will be many who are much more than me. My experience says, there is no harm in this phone. No problem for signal issues or data drop, until its from your operator. I will suggest you to go for it if you're getting good deal for this.   • Am using an at&t unlocked OGP. You wont have the official updates. And some how the radio isnt catching up the signal like it should. Signal w/ data drops quickly if you are in a weak signal area. And even if you have strong signal the data connection sometimes goes off then on, which is annoying for sure.

  • Its due to non suppotive handsfree, sound quality get weired and google search page opens. Try to use any other good handsfree, not necessary to usevLG handsfree. I am using huawei and Nokia handsfree and its working great.

  • From the screen of problem, i believe you are using a anti-glare screen protection right? Check if the anti-glare covers the proximity sensors near the front camera. Anti-glare screen protection is thicker than the crystal clear ones so when calls come in, the screen protection blocks the sensors, telling that there's something near so the phone quickly turn off.

  • That's strange. Can't use OTG? I already use the feature out of the box on 4.1.2 with no other app involved. This is the step: 1. Make sure your usb otg works. First time, i buy a cheap one and it didnt work (not lucky). Then i buy another nearly twice the prize and work flawlessly. 2. Check your USB file system and make sure it was FAT32. Othet such as NTFS won't work unless you root your phone and install another app from playstore for mounting NTFS file system to your phone. I hope it helps XD

  • Hi I have the same problems described by joker. Concerning the screen off, nothing than call end makes it come on again. Talking about connection, joker has just noticed about data but me I have two 3G smart phones and the same services supplier. LG G pro usually loses data and 2G connexions (I can't even make or receive a call) but at the very same moment, the other smart phone is working very well. No software update had solved the problem. It works on Android 4.1.2 I now testing by uninstalling most of the 3rd part apps.

  • I can answer you about screen going off during calls. G Pro has proximity sensors that detects when the phone comes close to the body during calls. It inactivates the screen to avoid accidental press on the screen. As for your data you need to activate your data. Go to your seetings and turn mobile data on. I guess u are new to smart phones

  • Previously music player had audio effect of Dolby Digital. Now there is Dolby Digital Plus and Pure Surround. 1st one is crap (at least I don't like it) and the 2nd one is average. I can say the previous version of music player was much better then this new one.

  • Nope bro, that function is absent. When you connect headphone, it does not give suggested applications in notification bar like in G2 or S4. Moreover I have noticed that while listening to music via it's music player, new audio effects have been added, instead the quality of sound, bass, surround affect and Dolby Digital's base has been reduced. I have LG's orignal headphones. The QRemote is universal. I checked it on Samsung, LG, Haier and some other electronic appliances. It has almost all the electronic brands present.

Its on lg g2 when you plug an ear phone or usb otg cable its pops up with list of application that can be used with the item pluged in, say for eg. plug a ear phone and option such as music player, video player, youtube etc pops up..... and previously you said that quick remote now got an option of universal remote as on lg g2 so that we can make our own remote and make it learn the function pointing and pressing buttons on original remote, but on your youtube video the option of universal remote seems to be missing, so can you again check and confirm that its there or not.   • Guys I hav heard tht kitkat uodate has been pulled due to problem during OTA download. I also faced the problem. My G Pro F240 got stuck and more then a dozen time the download failed. Then I installed LG Software Update Tool on my laptop and it was successfully downloaded and installed on my G Pro in about an hour without any hurdle. I haven't faced any issue, hang or lagg in my phone. Instead it went more awesome. Those who haven't yet installed, just wait. LG will bring a smoother update this time.

  • Just to correct ur statement.. Do you even know how software is made? Tons of research had been developed.. Spend time making it so long.. Fixing a lot of bugs until everything is solved. After they had no doubts, they release the update. Reaction from customer? Of course report from everywhere. Bugs A, B, and C had been spotted etc etc. then from that point, they develop another fix, conduct research for any bug triggers, etc etc.. Then they patch another update. they'll be doing that till for some time, the software finally stable. I just disagree bout your update comment. It's kinda insult companies that delivers update fast (I dont even had to described it. u already know). They trying to deliver the latest android and ios software as fast as possible so people could try new features, hardware optimization and etc. i would say, LG is the worst bout update. It's very slow and people knows it. But dont get me wrong, i already read the knews that LG about to bring KitKat update. I read about 2 months ago. That brings hope. Nevertheless this LG G pro is my current phone and without KitKat, still a beast :D
