  • I got the infamous V10 bootloop that destroyed the phone and lost all my data. I could not believe it. "This phone has very nice specs but is pure garbage as it can self-destruct at the worst possible time." "Search for the infamous bootloop problem that affects G4 and the V10 models. It's *not* reliable." --------------------------------------------- Sadly this is quite accurate. I lost all of my data, notes, contacts etc with the well-known bootloop fiasco but then bought a newer V10 because I was used to the phone by then. The new one died completely without warning after five months. Lost all my data, notes, screenshots, contacts, everything all over again. The only thing retained was camera photos on my SD card. Impossible to save valuable info to SD card. So I now have a V20 and am hoping it won't be so disastrous. Third time's the charm, right? If not, I'll have to go back to Samsung I guess. These Korean companies really have us over a barrel.

  • One of the best smartphones - awsome buit quality, awsome camera, awsome screen, the 1st phone with a secondary display or a NOTCH ;), 1st phone with a Quad-DAC, mil-Spec10 ,removable battery.   • LG V10 is a beautiful phone, I absolutely loved it, big screen, fast, great cameras.... unfortunately it was a total waste of money. It worked for 6 months and appear the boot problem. Terrible news I lost data, info, photos and videos of an important period of my life. I hate it!. I will never buy a LG phone again. After that, i bought a Xiaomi Note 5 plus. Excellent phone! i am surprised cause it cost less than half of the LG and i got 64 Gb of internal storage, 4mb RAM and a 2.0 processor. It is faster than the LG, got FM Radio and infrarred port! works as a remote control hehe. Mi advise, don't waste so much money on a brand phone, get a Xiaomi, anyhow you will be changing it in 2 years because you will want to just "Change your phone". Best regards.

  • Check youtube V10 heater solution. Mine just started bootloop today and it helped; at least to save your data and transfer files. This with heater (disassemble the phone) helped to save my data. But it will not fix your phone forever unfortunately. I just went and bought Honor 8X today , I am finished with LG forever. I was looking forward to V20 but read it happens to them too..

  • Don't buy it, its processor is too weak when compared to the mobile specification, it heats up really fast ,the motherboard of mine is fried while using the messenger only.

  • I had the boot loop issue because I was using my V10 pretty hard and not giving the battery a chance to cool down which is what heated up the soilder joints and caused the issue. I sent mine in in January and got it back 2 weeks later - haven't had an issue since - but I've been paying attention and making sure it doesn't get hot - I use it just as much --- I just don't abuse it any more.

  • Yes, you can. if you look up LG V10 4 Core fix, you can flash a kernel that only uses 4 cores instead of 6, but your phone will work like normal, a tad slower maybe

  • I will not recommend LG V10. There are several great mid-range phone that you should check out. Moto G6, Nokia 6.1 2018, and my current phone Huawei Mate SE. These phone are all around $250

  • I loved this phone, the features, the screen is vibrant and colorful, high resolution, the 16:9 ratio and the user-removable battery and the flat screen with no stupid curved edges. It was also fast. They got the right formula and hit all the right points. Until it bootlooped and became junk. It's just too bad this model suffers from the bootloop defect. The phone will brick itself without your input whatsoever. Be aware your V10 can fail anytime, just shut down and never boot again! Just imagine yourself on an important trip where you cannot afford failure. It dies very suddenly and permanently. I tried everything to revive it, it's dead as a doorknob. All the data lost. Except what was backed up. Tried the freezing trick, etc. It's dead, Jim. Very disappointing. I hope V20 does not suffer from the same defect.

  • Best mobile camera ever on a smartphone including even all new phones. This was the peak on mobile photography and V20 was the last great mobile camera. The details from this camera can not be beaten and it deliveres such neutral and realistic photos unlike overprocessed photos on all of todays phones. Seems like all reviewers on earth has forgotten what image quality is all about.

  • Got one ex at&t mobile. It stuck at 5.1.1 lollipop. Bootloader also still locked. Also screen has image retention/ghost. But overall, still good for average and daily use. Big brother of lg v20 and htc u ultra.

  • Guys, my V10 simple died. It doesn't turn on in USB Cable. Doen't have no energy. It's simple dead. It may be different of the boot loop problem. Anyone here know how to fix it?

  • Good phone with a few issues: Similar issues with the mic going in & out as I had with Optimus G Pro(speaker went south too after an update), G3 & G5. I take care of my phones just to be clear. Many of the bluetooth earbud sets really don't do it for me(with exception of the sony xb950bt's that I have but who wants to wear earmuffs in the heat?). I also had to pay LG $78 to fix the no service issue when the t mobile network switched over to 5g. That should've been a courtesy regardless of expiration of waranty since they knew this was going to happen. After having 2 V10s (One I sold because I couldn't use the calls over wifi feature with t mobile on an unlocked at&t & the other that I now use a backup) I was about to try out a v20 but heard of the same bootloop problems that many of these models are plauged with. The v30 looks like a good catch but I'll pass for now & deal with the G5 (with my earmuffs) until the heat comes.

  • if you listened carefully to this video you would hear that he said it was turning on and off also he said it was mainboard issue and when mainboard gets too hot the connections wont work anymore then he put the mainboard into the oven to fix it and it worked later! those are bootloop reasons and if he didnt say bootloop or showed you lg logo doesnt mean its not a bootloop!! your tv 2014 and stil working? well my g2 from 2013 and still working too :) *Not every lg product has a bootloop*

  • I had to have the motherboard replaced two times, back to back but since then it's had no issues. I wouldn't worry about it as they'll replace it for free. It's been a rock solid phone since!

  • at first i liked this phone, the camera's photos and videos is awesome. But it always Freezes if fingerprint is set. it always overheat so i removed the casing to reduce the temperature. a month before 1-year it was not working so i had it repaired thru LG service center. now 2-months before 2-years since i bought the phone is again not working, i sent back to LG service but they don't accept because i lost my receipt. i went to 4-repair shops in balad and falastine in Jeddah but nobody would able to repair it. i'm very much frustrated of this phone. my Samsung Note 2 is almost 5-years now but still working, its easy to repair if you bring to any repair shop.

  • I am so frustrated with my LG V10. From the start I have had issues with the battery holding its charge, took it back to a local Verizon store where I paid way too much for this phone(my fault for not researching prior) and all the rep done was go get another phone, open the box and take the battery out and put in my phone. Two things wrong with that is whoever bought that new phone had a junk battery to start with and two it didn't fix my problem. My son's phone did the same thing and finally bit the dust with barely turning on and freezing, not even a year old either. I had to pay $150 for the exact same junk phone. I have never had an LG, I guarantee you I will never again own one. I can't even get my phone to charge now, states battery too low, well I thought that is why you charge it. I would really like to stomp it, but guess what I still owe on it. Yeah lucky me.

  • My V10 just got its' bootloop. Not the first and probably not the last mobile from LG to get this. Bootloop (in case you don't know) is when the mobile restarts (sometimes itself, that happened to me) and stops loading on the LG logo. Specifically, my mobile also got a GSOD (or the Green Screen of Death). It went over the warranty limit (over a year since I bought it) so this is a bit annoying situation. Not planning to buy any LG in the future, unless they fix this.

  • LG is actually much better than most phone manufacturers. My LG V10 had the Marshmallow and then Nougat upgrade. Not bad for an old phone model. Some manufacturers don't even bother updating the OS of their phones.

  • The screen of this phone is awful. It gets image retention (comparable to screen burn on AMOLED displays). It happens too offen and nothing can avoid it. LG Support doesn't help and even tells you dumb solutions.

It was working fine and suddenly it no longer works/ accepts my print... follow these steps, 1)Goto settings -> fingerprint&security -> fingerprints -> then delete all fingerprints 2)Then goto apps -> switch to show system apps(I'm using 6.0) -> find com.lge.fingerprints then remove data and cache memory, and also remove data in lge.lockscreensettings.. 3)Goto storage & USB -> clear cached data 4) Then restart your mobile 5) After that, add fingerprints in fingerprint lock then it detects your finger.. I tried it, worked fine with me.. again it doesn't detect your finger, repeat the steps.. no need to factory reset.. Hope this helps..

  • it's the processor, the Snapdragon 808. Both the G4 and V10 have it and it gets very hot and causes sluggish performance and eventually, it can even cause premature failure. I had a G4 as an insurance replacement for my G3 (grrrr) and it was shit, but I ditched it within 4 months for a V10 on my AT&T upgrade plan. That was a mistake as the V10 is plagued with the same shitty processor. I went through two replacements (one warranty, one insurance) before I got AT&T to give me a V20 insurance replacement instead. The V20 is A LOT better. I have had it for two months and the battery is still decent (not compared to Samsung, but on well) and when I am not seriously using it, it is very cool, even icy, to the touch. I love it.

  • The V10 and G4 both have defective processors. The configuration of the Snapdragon 808 in both phones leads to overheating and sluggish performance. Overheating over time leads to premature hardware failure. After I dropped my G3 in the toilet, I got an AT&T/Asurion insurance replacement. It was a G4 :( My G4 became sluggish and hot within the first 3 months. So much so that the following February, I went out and got a V10 on my upgrade plan. Oh boy, was that a mistake. While the V10 was packed with more features and power than the G5, it had the same damn faulty processor as the G4. I went through two replacement V10's (3 phones), one warranty and one insurance. I cannot stress enough that I DO NOT RECOMMEND this phone.

  • Hello I just bought LG V10 secondhand with the model number h900 which was working pretty good but the only problem I was experiencing is that the fingerprint sometimes seems to stop working that it will not even recognized my finger anymore for some minute, this made me become more interested in updating my phone from android 5.1.1 the latest marshmallow software hoping that the finger print problem might be fix with the new Rom or operating system, but to my surprising after installing the update my my phone started showing up with this signal ( unfortunately com.android VPN have stop unexpectedly) that I couldn't even do anything on my device so I tried the factory reset and I was able to boot back to normal mode again but lost all files, after some few time I notice that my fingerprint and security is not working and crushes any time that I try to open it by saying com.android settings have stop unexpectedly, now I have tried all the possible way to fix this issue by resetting it and rebooting it bot nothing I do seems to work out with me and am not able to install third patty apps that cannot be found in the play store. I wonder what has happened to my phone cause I never tried to root it our even install any custom Rom on it. Even I follow the right process of updating phones by going to settings and then about, and then update. I never update it by using any form of way of method, so I wonder why this has happened to my device and now am stuck with a half incomplete hand set because I cant access the security settings and also fingerprint and there seems to be no way out of this problem, Please I dont know much about android so any information that will be giving to me in other to fix this issue will be very much appreciated cause mobile phones in my country is very expensive. I love my device so much and cant afford to lose it and even if I do there is not much in my pocket to afford and new one, feel so sad that this has happened to me, please I need help.

  • Got this phone a little over a year ago. Phone ran fine. Was sold to me as the most "Robust" available. One day all of a sudden, without dropping it, without doing anything to it went black. Found out is called "Bootloop". Became completely unusable. Not even to recover data out of it. LG does not care as it is beyond 12 months warranty period. Turns out Bootloop has been affecting LG phones for years, G4, V10 and V20!!!!! And still they don't fix it for you. A fix costs over 300 USD!!!! Never ever will I buy an LG product again.

  • I own the H960A model. I know how to enter engineering mode and see what LTE band is in use. I have traveled North America and Asia with my phone. And I am geeky enough to check what band gets used when. I can personally confirm that I have seen my phone run on LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 12. I understand the phone also supports band LTE band 7, 17, 20 and 38, but I have never observed them myself.

  • No heat issues at all. It does heat up when you have a lot going on at the same time like when you have opened 10 apps at a time and your screen brightness is at 90 percent and you have GPS on it will heat up a little but not like the gas cooker kind of heat. Lol. It heat up JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER PHONE DOES. if you properly manage what's going on in your v10 you possibly will never experience any heat at all. Also, I have NEVER experienced any bootloop. Never! The battery also takes me through the day at normal use. I have a spare battery but I rarely use it.

  • So How to get your infos back if your phone bootlooped: Remove\Reinsert battery , turn on your device with and without charger Do that for thousand times! i mean it :D use a hair dryer sometimes but dont heat up your phone too much! it worked for me near 7 times but only for 2mins or 5mins or 10mins and finally i copied all my infos :) i will send it back underwarranty tomorrow.   • I have been using this phone for about a year now. The Verizon version, running marshmallow. All I can say is that it's a fantastic device. Blazing fast. A multitasking behemoth. Talk about audio, amazing. Screen is razor sharp, large and wide enough for me to chat, type emails and play games. The phone itself is so rugged and strong. Built like a tank. Battery is removable. Talking about battery, just install greenify and switch off your GPS, NFC and set screen brightness to 50 percent and you are good. Besides I have a spare battery so I'm always ready for anything. Bottom line, I don't need any other phone this 2017. What would samsung galaxy note 8 or iPhone x give me that this phone can't? It's just all a waste of money. I'm really enjoying my v10 in 2017.

  • bootloop news is very old...whoever is interested in buying v10 he probably heard about that problem..so you should know that buying v10 phone in 2016 production dont have that problem.. Lg V10 is excellent phone..its normal that v10 price on ebay is cheap coz that models all come from 2015...shipment to europe were mostly 2016 production so they should be fine....

  • Don't Buy!!! If you look online these phones are really a bargain for what the specs are and screen size but there's a reason the price is so low...the phone is total garbage. The processor overheats and burns up or the power regulator chip fries within a few months. Mine fried in the middle of an important call, sent in to repair....fried again a month later. Replaced the board again (only because data was on the phone i wanted to save) then the phone fried again a week later. No games, viruses or other issues. Just a trash product.

  • You should accept this update. After that is done check for updates and it will give you option to upgrade again. If not at final update, the phone will give you update again. You should always allows the updates.

  • It's because your stuck in a bootloop you may have to get some help from you carrier or from some professional phone store like Best Buy (maybe).

  • your phone has a higher chance to bootloop if its manufacture date is 2015 if its manufacture date is 2016 or 2017 it wont bootloop. you can see the manufacture date on first three numbers of the serial number under the battery.

  • I think this is an excellent phone, don't know why people are complaining about battery life mine, lasts 8-9 hrs unless I'm using the camera. Guess it depends on how/what you use it for....GREAT Camera. I took over 2,000 pictures while volunteering in Rio Olympics. Only feature I wish was a little better was the sound, video music could be a little better quality.

  • Anyone with fast battery draining problems should install GREENIFY. What this app do is that it turns any backgroind working app to sleep, so phone wont consume that much. I have been using greenify for about a year, highly recommend it, good app !!

  • HI ... Otherwise, I used a variety of mobile phones until I came up with what I did.   I had G2 for 4 years and served me without any problems and gaps. Now I use this V10 for almost a year and I'm happy with it. I've upgraded to 7.0 software and the device works perfectly. This problem with the battery seems to me to be even shorter because the 3A battery and the capabilities of the device are quite "consumer". To be realistic Iphone does not last long battery;). Anyway who likes and wants a little larger cell phone would definitely recommend this V10.

  • Hi, I have been planning to buy this dashing phone since long but only hurdle was that's it has a poor battery . GSMAreana and other websites disclosed this fact so I didn't dare to have this instead of loving this phone. However I finally decided to taste it , no matter even for a short while. Now it's my third day with this giant and it impressed me beyond my expectations. However the main problem of poor battery timings do exists but not so much that I can't manage it. If I don't use web much more ,then a full day can easily be spent with this. Nowadays it's price is very low so it is the best phone of today. After all it's a flagship phone of LG.   • I have this phone for more then a year and I'm extremely satisfied with everything, except the battery life. But this can be solved easily with another battery pack, and if I have the phone's fast charger with me, the battery is full in less than 30 minutes. The camera is one of the best I ever worked with, with excellent manual settings, and can make pictures even in RAW. 64 GB storage, extended with an SD card, and two SIMs. I love the removable back, because it's rubbery and doesn't collect your fingerprints (which I hate in the V20). The second screen is very useful and can be easily customized. All in all, still the perfect phone for me.

  • Disappointing.. Its been six months i have been using it.. The charge stays for barely 4 hours.. The rugged layer at the back is coming off.. And getting slower day by day.. And yes i make sure the background apps are turned off.. Despite having half the ram free，it takes quite a while to turn on the apps. Moreover， when dual sim is used， the voices crack while talking.. Works fine when single sim is used. The volume down button at the back stopped working within three months of purchase. The finger print sensor doesnt work half the time. I then have to unlock using pattern security. The flash light often turns on out of nowhere.

  • I'm very happy with this phone despite I'll have to reboot it once in awhile. I suspect it was due to electrostatic discharge (not good back cover) that are causing the malfunction and the 4 GB RAM that cannot cope with the speed of the processor (it lags when using Smule app). The IR remote control is very useful, I can even use it in my office to control air-conditioner while at home I can even control the unknown brand satellite receiver and DVD Player. When it comes to video recording, the quality is indeed superb and so the photo-shooting. The only thing that I am not satisfied is the audio recording quality and frequency response which perhaps attributed to the supplied headset. The low frequency reproduction is really not good. I tried other cheap headset and the recording and reproduction of low frequency becomes better. I am worried to buy a high quality headset to get a flat frequency range response because of the possibility that my LG-V10 is not capable to reproduce the actual specification shown in GSMArena.

  • There are screen burn-in apps in the app store you can get. Get one, plug the phone in for overnight charging, and leave it running. Fixed my phone when the screen burned in on a menu that stayed on all night.

  • You won't see much peformance difference. Unless you're playing heavy games. Those 4 1440mHz cores are still good performers and will be enough to provide fast and smooth multitasking experience on day-to-day basis. Plus, there will be less overheating. It is not guaranteed that a v10 with new serial won't bootloop. But disabling the big cores is a tested and proven solution as those big cores are responsible for bootloop. Take those cores out of the equation and you won't ever have to worry about the bootloop issue.

  • It is totally worth it. To avoid bootloop, you will have to root the phone and disable it's two big cores using Multi-core CPU Control app. So make sure you get the variant that is easily root-able and preferably bootloader unlocked.

  • Well, I thought I was lucky to avoid bootloop but I finally got it on Apr 14. I bought the phone in Dec 2015. Luckily I paid extra to add another year of warranty covered by the retailer, and they agreed to repay the cost in full. I'm going to pick up my phone next Monday, see how it goes.

  • I bought a refurbished unlocked att V10. A year and a half ago. Cons: Battery life is mediocre grab an extra. I usually get a day out of mine but, when used heavily. I definitely am glad I have the spare with me. unless you get an unlocked T-Mobile version, updates will only be available through PC uploads. Not difficult, just not automatic. Bluetooth drops out on select speakers. Never lost it in my truck or headset. finger print sensor works ok, ,sometimes it takes a few tries. Pros: Audio through headphones is excellent. Camera is amazing outdoors for stills and video. Dual selfie camera is actually useful too. Expandable memory up to 2 TB (whenever available). Dual screen is a useful feature for apps and flashlight access as well as controlling audio. The phone is fast, big and bright. It's easy to watch movies or TV on it. Nougat is coming, so it's still worth buying. I still love mine after almost a year and a half. Get a second battery and charger and a big memory card and you won't be disappointed.

  • I bought this mobile V10 (H962) Dual sim card 10 months ago from amazon to egypt , The mobile came with a very weak battery which only lasted 3-4 hours with display on right after it was unboxed , it also came with some problem in my screen which happens when the mobile heats , i seein the background the shade of any app that was opened for more than 10 mins before this even if i restarted my mobile + there is some area to the left of the mobile which appears after the mobile temperature goes high and thats something that happens with me everytime i work on the mobile for more than 15 mins and in summer i can't have the mobile on for so long because it closes due to high temperature , The mobile i got is very bad and i couldn't do something because it's not under warranty cuz i got the intl version from amazon , aside from all these issues the mobile is kinda fast and the cameras are great .   • I love my V10. It's sure not perfect but I love it. Nice camera.. I love the dual cam setup, it is not that good in low light conditions but you have option for screen flash so selfies will not be a problem if your ok with a little to very noisy shots. There's a screen retention problem but it can be fixed by installing screen deeming apps like s-filter or anything similar. It does heat up when playing games so this is not for heavy games. Battery is weak though, but when phone's not in use turning the battery saver feature on really helps. There's occasional lags but bearable, it's not that bad given the chip in it. my unit sometimes have issues with the screen rotation, it could be with the app (MX Player) as it doesn't happen when using VLC or the built-in video player. I never had problems with Network signals. 2G, 3G, and 4G works well. finger print sensor is ok, sometimes it doesn't read my finger print right away but after 2 or tries it's good. There are times that the Finger print sensor doesn't work so I need to type in my PIN to unlock it. One more problem with the battery, when the battery level reached 15% sometimes it just dies at 15% battery level. The UI is very friendly. I don't know why alot of people don't like the LG UI but I, personally, likes it very much. I just wish there's more options with customization. Overall, I love this phone. I just wished it don't get bootlooped soon. I'm still waiting for Nougat update. I heard it will come by 2nd quarter of this year. How about you guys? How's your experience?

  • Watching long videos is not a problem on v10. I watch the walking dead 3, 4 episodes in a row all HEVC format that requires heavy processing and it doesn't heatup or lags. Gaming however is not recommended as the phone overheats a lot during heavy games.

  • My brother bought me this for my birthday, and as yet all I can say is I love it. I love the sound from the audio using DAC and the picture and video clarity is amazing. However I am based in the UK and even though I checked th e bandwidth and was advised some carriers I may not receive full 4G. I find that 4G isn't an issue I can download and stream with ease even when mobile. However as a phone for calls I'm lucky if I can go 2 minutes on the move without the line dropping. Annoying to say the least even more annoying when you think I had an LG G2 which I took with me to Florida on holiday and never dropped a line once. Also quite amazingly even though the keyboard is English QWERTY and my dictionary is English/British there is not £ sign. There is $ and €, come on that's a scandal, how can there be a euro sign and not one for GBP? Or am I missing something blindingly obvious, Is I was to score this phone I'd score it 8.5 out of 10 purely because of no £ sign and continuous line drop when on the move

  • You actually happened to buy the two most problematic LG phones. For some reason, if you put your phone in the freezer, or in the oven at 100C, it works temporarily. You should be able to backup your files from there. You can also trying replacing the battery. Otherwise, I have no idea. People sued LG for the bootloop problem, so you might be able to get it replaced.

  • yes it does I bought mine on Dec 2015 and on Feb 2017 it got stuck on a bootloop and was pretty much roasted. I succeeded to safe most of my data by putting in the freezer for several hours then it did ran the OS and through cable I connected it to my laptop and backed up all what I could

  • Yes. SlimPort and MHL are competing standards. MHL is more common. You can get the cable pretty much anywhere. It will only connect to HDMI. SlimPort is supported by LG and Google Nexus. It will connect to HDMI or even (with the right cable) old VGA monitors, DVI or DisplayPort. You will likely have to acquire the cable from a well stocked Internet retailer. The cable doesn't require a power source, but if you have one handy, it can supply power to your phone. But it won't quickcharge, so this only slows down how fast your battery drains.

I've looked up microsd cards on amazon and 128gb ones range from $50-150 and I'm not sure the difference between them. They all are microsd xc.   • It supports slimport, not MHL. I used it to Skype with my oldest kid while he was abroad. I used a size 64 rubber band to hold my phone onto a tripod, and ran the slimport cable into my big screen TV. Worked great.

  • had my v10 h960 space black for over a year now was a g3 user this is a good upgrade has a very good display, superb camera , very durable & heavy (man's phone), battery is meh but the quick charge 2.0 does come in handy & stand by time is excellent 1 or 2% drain overnight aside from the UI which I quickly fixed with nova launcher I have no other complaints can't wait to get the nougat update if you can get this phone on a good deal go for it.

  • Same experience! It is like Intel I7 of laptops but low frequency response is not good. Also you need to keep atleast 800MB or more free internal memory space for some streaming apps. Otherwise, you might experienced some software lagging problem.

  • This smartphone is really amazing for the value of money. I bought this about four months ago and used this very heavily. The only downside I can say so far is its audio frequency range during playback and recording. The low frequency response is not good. There are many good sides and one of them is it reads the uSD memory so quickly and even if you connect 32 GB flash memory on its USB port. File transfer is also another plus, from internal to computer and to uSD. The heating happens only when this device is not exposed or you put it in your bag without ventilation.

If You Already Buy It, Then Here Are Some Tips To Take Care Of Lg V10: ------------------------------------------------­---------------------------------- I have 12 spare batteries. I paid about $10 each. I dumped the back cover and simply use the Obliq case, the battery stays in fine. the case comes off very easily as well. the trick to getting the best battery life is A) not to use the same battery two days in a row, B) not to charge the phone overnight and C) not let the battery fall below 30%. all of these bad habits kill the battery. instead of plugging in the phone to charge the phone I just swap in another battery. I leave the house with one spare battery in my radix one slim wallet just in case I run out of juice. I keep a spare in the car and a few on my desk at work. all my settings are on full blast, my screen is at full brightness. ------------------------------------------------­------------------------ Some tips. To avoid image retention (ghosting) issue, you can install Nightly app from Play Store and set its value at 80. If the display seems dim, use Lux Lite app to adjust and link the brightness to your preference. I have been using this combo for a month now and haven't seen a single ghosting issue.   • I truly love this phone. Everything about it is absolutely perfect. However, a lot of users seem to be having the "bootloop" problem with these phones, rendering the phone utterly useless. My V10 did just that last night -- it froze, and it shut itself down. When I try rebooting it, the screen will show just the LG logo, and the operating system won't boot. Putting the device in the fridge is a temporary fix -- the phone will stay on for about 10 minutes, then crash again and bootloop eternally. Fortunately my phone is still under manufacturer warranty, and I will be getting a brand new replacement phone tomorrow. I love this phone so much. Too bad it has this nasty defect. Apparently it is a motherboard issue, with LG being well aware of the problem. My advice: buy the phone nonetheless. It is so worth the money.

  • I had this phone for about a year. At one point in the year, I fell asleep with music playing from Youtube; thus, the screen was left on a static image for hours. When I woke up, the screen had a screen burn issue that I never encountered with any other phone. I was able to live with it since there was no way to fix it other than to replace the entire screen. Once the year usage was approaching, I was casually using Skype when the phone booted down like it was going to restart. I waited for it to boot back up and it never did. My LG v10 fell into a bootloop. Considering this phone has more storage than Verizon Cloud, I lost a significant amount of my pictures and other content. I won't be buying another new LG product until I hear that this bootloop issue is fixed! I've heard rumors that the v20 is having the same problem.

  • Yes, Iam also experienced the same problem on my V10 64gb but, the thing happened the next week of the warranty finished. The tech told me that the problem is Motherboard and they change the Motherboard with additional cost (approximately half of the new phone)!!!!!

  • The h961n is a V20. The h960a is an older and less expensive V10. Both are good phones. I own an h960a imported from Europe.

  • The H961N is for Hong Kong. It supports a very unusual assortment of frequency bands. It will run nicely pretty much anywhere.

  • I purchased the LG V10 11/13/2015. On 6/17/2016, the device suddenly powered off and would not boot completely. It would visibly show the LG splash screen along with the AT&T splash screen but would continually loop between those two screens and not power up completely. Ultimately I had the phone replaced via the warranty due to hardware issues according to the tech. Now here we are again 12/29/2016 and the replacement device is doing the exact same thing! Yet now I am out of warranty and have no other option but to use my own Insurance and pay a deductible for a device that is clearly defective. Let me say this, I absolutely love the LG V10 (I have used iPhones and Samsung devices) and I hate that the problem appears to be wide spread (according to Google searched, this problem is common). If they didn't have this problem, I would be a long time customer!!

  • Each has their own strength and weakness. G5 and V10 are around 400$ and V20 is around 600$. Unless i know what you're looking exactly for your new mobile phone, then its kind of tough to answer your question. The obvious choice these days is either Samsung S7 Edge or Oneplus 3/3T.

There is one huge difference between LG and and the so called market leaders. Its called a REMOVABLE Battery. Do you know how long it takes to swap a battery and restart and get back to whatever you were doing on the phone?? Less than a minute. So from very low battery to 100% battery in less than a minute verses being tied to a wall socket with a cable waiting ages for a phone with a sealed in battery to charge.......... Call me crazy but i know which option i prefer. And when camping out in the bush and there isn't a power point or a porta loo within 100km a few spare batteries hardly take up any room and they are not heavy. Yep give me the v10 anytime just for those reasons. But it has many other great features including photos and music and ExPANDABLE storage for storing all those photos and music playlists.

  • I have been using LG V10 for almost 2 months. I bought this smartphone after having a problem with the LG G4. The G4 just went crazy and it shutdown, so i went to my local shop were i bought the phone and there i have decided to get the V10. At first, everything runs smoothly and then when it turned 1month old it showed its symptoms like the image retention and a couple of hiccups (well it can be fix by restarting the phone and the hiccups will be gone for awhile and it shall return after you are having so much fun on the phone). I am pretty scared that it might turn out to be like my G4. In the end, i have concluded that this phone might got the same problem as my old one.   • Exactly my situation. I used LGUP to update the device to 6.0 marshmallow. Just download the correct .kdz file for your V10 from xdadevelopers and flash the new software. Its pretty easy. Did it few hours ago. And also it will not relock your phone.

If you are person of doing multitasking on phone, the second display do wonders for you. Great sound output and it is so fast and fluid. Only negative i found is the battery which i don't know mine is not good because my phone is second hand . Otherwise this mobile is a wonder mobile. I am a DSLR photographer and this phone can shot manual mode for photos and videos which is awesome to take shots .   • This is a big phone, so you may want to consider that when purchasing. The g4 and g5 I believe is about 5.5 inches compared to 5.7 inches with the v10. But all of the features are comparable to the g4 and g5 with upgrades to the camera and sound.

  • Love the phone upgraded to v6.0 a month after getting the phone. So far no issues other than the phone getting hot at times but performance remained the same. Best phone I've had so far.

  • You can't upgrade to Marshmallow from the phone. You need to download LG Bridge on your PC and Connect your phone and upgrade it with that program.

  • Not recommended by any means. Camera drains the battery that you need to recharge 2 times per day. The phone was advertised on TV commercial and store reps as military grade/shatter-proof, guess what, it fell off the couch onto hardwood floor and screen cracked. the store didnt even carry a case for this phone stating it wont crack. When you dial you do not hear the ringing for a person to pick up on the other side (only once in a while) and its a known issue with LG phones. Would never have purchased this phone had I known this. False advertisement on TV and certainly T-Mobile reps in the store where I purchased it. Not worth the money.

  • I faced fingerprint scanner issues with my lg v10 several times.. It was working fine and suddenly it no longer works/accept my print... follow these steps, 1)Goto settings -> fingerprint&security -> fingerprints -> then delete all fingerprints 2)Then goto apps -> swith to show system apps(im using 6.0) -> find com.lge.fingerprints then remove data and cache memory, and also remove data in lge.lockscreensettins.. 3)Goto storage & usb -> clear cached data 4) Then restart your mobile 5) Aftr that, add finerprints in fingerprint lock then it detects your finger.. I tried it, worked fine with me.. again it doesnt detects your finger, repeat the steps.. no need to factory reset.. Hope this helps..

  • I bought this phone about 6 months ago... Seemed great at first... By 3 weeks I was sending in to the manufacturer for a new phone cause it had calling issues and terrible battery. The new phone was better but battery was still terrible... I bought new batteries and a charging station just to make it through the day. Sometimes it'll take 2 minutes to connect a call... Now I've noticed icons and the key board is burning into the screen. Also the processor is sluggish and glitchy... At 6 months I'm getting a new phone because I can't just have the basics with the phone... It's terrible! I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone.

  • You probably have a faulty device, like all manufacturers produce. But I have my V10 for 4 months now also and I don't have the slight issue with it. Even more, I made an unwanted drop test, which kinda scared me at the time it happened. It fell faced down from hip height and like 2m forward. It was sliding nicely on the floor. I don't have a tile floor or a concrete one, it is made of wood, but still hard as hell. Before I picked it up, I honestly thought the screen was shattered completely, because the noise at the impact was really loud. I have only minor scratches here and there on the screen, because I don't use a screen protector or any case, because it makes my phone bulky. Yeah, probably it should have stood up to those scratches too, but I thing I had some tough microscopic debrees on the floor, and the Gorilla Glass 4 can't resist that much. All in all, it's a very good phone, the camera is great, the screen also, it feels amazing in your hands, and when you first see it you will remain speechless, especially if you buy the white version. In terms of battery usage, I charge it daily, but the QHD screen drains a lot of battery when in use, so this is normal.

  • Some of V10 suffer from bootloop too but Maybe they be fixed with newer SN 6xx My V10 has SN 602 used it 5 monthes no bootloop backup ur data always , when bootloop happen send it underwarranty wait these 10days V10 is great device but low battery life.

  • My total usage is 4 months. In the first 1 month the screen was changed because it started showing dead-pixels. The second screen broke from inside after it fell from a low distance 1 or 2 feets (so much for MIL-STD-810G certified - shock resistant). Battery is Honorable!!! I couldn't go without charging it 2-3 times a day. The camera is great, the phone is responsive and the second screen is useful. The rear buttons and the rear touch are nice and very handy. However, if I could go back in time, I wouldn't buy it.

  • I don't know why v10 owners complain about its battery life. For me, battery timing is incredible. I keep it on auto brightness and it lasts a whole day. Screen-on-Time is 5-6 hours. Doze helps with deep sleep battery saving. Plus it has quick charging support, 60% in 30 minutes. So people concerned about v10 battery life shouldn't have anything to worry about.

  • As I understood (reading on XDA forum) this bootloop is not hardware issue, like it was with G4, but software problem that is solved with factory reset or software restore. Most of those problems are related to US market AT&T phones particularly. As for screen burn issue that is not something to be concerned about as ISP LCD panel CANNOT have permanent screen burn like AMOLED screen does. If you have screen burn just let screen cool and it will disappear.

  • I had the same problem with my V10. Wouldn't even factory reset - just kept going to the LG splash screen and locking up. I talked to LG, and they checked the IMEI number and it was still under warranty. It is now enroute to LG - hoping they can reload the software and fix it. Loved the phone - sturdy, good battery life and good camera. Now looking at the Google Pixel XL.

  • Hi - used the V10 for 10 months: Bad: 1) Am on my second warranty replacement device through AT&T, so am on device #3. 2) Phone goes dormant and stays on the LG screen - there is a software issue - called a software loop error. 3) Phone runs extremely hot while on battery and also when charging. 4) Back cover is delaminating from the heat. Good: 1) Physically durable. 2) Great screen. 3) Excellent picture quality. Lessons: If you use this phone as your everyday smart device make certain you have a backup device handy,and be on the cloud, as it will just die without any warning signals other than the flashy type of heat the phone puts out - the sides of the phone get really hot and then it dies. I should have picked up an iPhone is my thinking

  • The H962 is the dual-sim version of th V10. It doesn't cover all of T-Mobile USA's LTE frequency bands. You have coverage on LTE band 4 - and this is indeed T-Mobile's main band. But T-Mobile also uses LTE bands 2 and 12. In my city, they use all three. I have the H960A version of the V10. It runs nicely on T-Mobile, but it does have to drop back to 3G to carry a voice call because of T-Mobile's funny implementation of VoLTE. I have good 3G coverage, so this doesn't bother me in the slightest.

If, as an owner of a V10 LG ensured I was assured it'd never bootloop then LG would have me as a long term customer. Also I would recommend it to others. But right now? I own it, I like it, but I cannot say I am endeared to the V10 simply because of that one big - Elephant-in-the-room - issue. So LG..... FIX IT! FFS!

  • After many decisions and reviews i took a decision to buy LG v10, this is the first time i use LG mobile brands, Actually i thank Allah (God) for my choice for this mobile, it is amazing device with all mentioned spec, it is very fast in booting (shutdown & restart), app & games running and device browsing besides some other functions and options i didn't find at Samsung and Sony devices. one more advantage is the removable battery of this device, really i suffered so much from the built-in batteries in the other devices. The mobile has 3 cameras (2 front and 1 rear) all of them can take amazing and clear pictures with high concentration colors Also the device is not going to high temperatures after long time usage like sony. The screen finger touch is very smooth, The colors and lighting are very clear. The only disadvantage in my opinion is the fast battery consumption rate when i use WIFI, mobile data or run games for long time although it is 3000 mA, That may be due to the high spec of RAM and Processor also the wide screen 5.7 inch For me it is not important point especially with the fast charger that comes with the device box it takes no time to be fully charged, but outside home or office this will be considerable, anyway i use the battery save property to save the battery life when i be far from any charger. Other than this, i find this mobile is very amazing and valuable to purchase and i like.

  • I have had the LG V10 for the past 6 months and absolutely love it. It has 4 gigs of ram, so it is extremely fast. By contrast, the new Iphone 7 is supposed to have only 3 gigs. My wife has the LG G4 and this is definitely an upgrade. I love the screen size of 5.7" and the camera is pretty awesome. Without a case, it is lightweight for its size and very sleek and comfortable in your hand. In addition, having 64 gb of internal memory is a definite bonus. I no longer have to use a separate music player for my car and even though it upgradeable to a 1 or 2 TB (I forget), I have not had to add a separate SD card. If I was choosing a new phone and wanted a large screen size I would definitely go with the V10. I can't wait till the V20 comes out, I definitely will be looking to upgrade when it is released. Hope this helps.

  • Hi! I bought lg v10 couple of days back from jarir bookstore in riyadh ,saudi arabia. My v10 is still running on lollipop ...surprize to see that. Anyways do any one have any idea when lg could release marshmallow for gcc countries. I have realise that battery backup is not that great on lollipop and i hope lg shall fix this priblem with marshmallow update. The laser auto focus blaster could also be used for distance measurement with third-party applications. That could be very useful. But their camera-application is a dream. It uses that second screen very well, and has many features.   • This is by far one of the best phones I have owned. Before owning the lgv10 I owned the S4. the v10 blows the s4 away. I liked the s4 for everyday uses. but the v10 really helps with photos, the camera is amazing and takes great photo's. The option to shoot raw is amazing and comes in handy during the winter when it snows. By far a great phone i look forward to the V20.

  • Your are the first and only person to say this is a weak phone, and I was he'd dozens of reviews by people who do lots of phone Re iews(experienced and reputable individuals). There is a lot more to a phone than gaming and I suppose that is what you are after choose a Samsung but that will be the only real world area you will notice any speed advantage. The V10 is a multitasking monster and makes good use of its 4Gb ram as opposed to Samsung with terrible ram management, to the point where the V10 is dramatically faster than the S6 in multitasking. Certainly more noticeable than the Soc performance. The real question should be why Samsung has any ram when they shut down apps constantly requiring annoying lags in performance. This ram on the V10 helps maximize it's 2nd screen feature accessing other apps without leaving their main screen, making calls or playing music. Also makes use of their excellent dual screen and floating windows Q Slide features taking full advantage of its large screen. Clearly you have not used the phone. This thing k8cks Ass. I was checking out stand alone daps costing up to thousands, many maxing out at 24bit players. I like many am a big music fan and demand quality sound, the V10 delivers with a ESS Sabre dac/amp 32bit producing audiophile quality, that destroys it's competition. Funny how cameras get all the attention when I see far more people listening to music. Oh and the camera, well, it is common knowledge this has the best manual camera in existence. These are all pretty major features plus it can actually record 4k video without running out of memory ala Samsung. Thats ridiculous.

  • I got my LG v10 in December (T-Mobile). I was going through batteries like crazy. I purchased extra batteries through LG. Aside from that the phone worked great. That is until last Saturday... A new term entered my vocabulary...BOOT LOOP!!!!! I haven't been able to recover my phone since. T-Mobile have been no help and LG asked to bring the phone in for service. My phone has some cosmetic scratches on the screen... nothing bad... and no water damage but I am sure LG will not fix the phone because of it. I also have an LG Urbane smart watch. Like the phone, I loved it. until it also suffered the rare LG illness known as BOOT LOOP!!! I sent the watch in for warranty. LG kicked the phone back stating water damage... ironically the watch has the best water resistance rating of any smart watch. Knowing I only took a shower with the watch and it was never truly submerged leads me to believe LG simply makes garbage products. I now have a useless paper weight for a phone that will cost me 400 in deductibles and program fees to replace. So the moral of this story... at least from my experience is... LG F@#%&*G SUCKS!!!!!... I will never switch from Samsung again.

  • I am using lg V10. It is one of the best camera smartphone. The quality of picture of Lg V10 is amazing even in low light ! The V10 battery is good but not very good. Usually It can last for one day . This phone has fast charging, schockproof,,, ect It is not famous like Samsung but its quality is acceptable (my opinion) because i do not face any problem by using it.

  • The Lg v10 is by far the worst phone I have ever had!! Unfortunately my girlfriend and I have had the misfortune of buying these phones. Almost everything about the phone is horrible! When I use the GPS it looses the satellites fix on the phone way more then it should. Besides that it has over heated and shut off on long drives while using the GPS! The camera is good only good if you are taking a picture of something stationary. If it's moving or you are trying to take a quick picture before something changes its not going to happen. It's either going to be blurry or it takes so long to actually focus, the shot you are trying to get will be long gone. And the battery life is terrible! I normally need to charge it a few times a day and I don't live on my phone either. When we bought the phones we were told they were impact proof and they didn't carry cases or screen protectors because they simply didn't need it..... ya right! Both our screens shattered soon after owning these phones. I also hate how it doesn't have a dedicated back button like on the samsung notes. I got suck in angry birds earlier and couldn't get out of the app because I couldn't get the home or back button to light up. We will never buy another Lg phone ever again!!

  • I have had this phone for about 5 months now, and I must say, it is, hands down, the best phone I've ever had. The 64GB of internal storage is more than enough for me, but the added SD slot is nice to have. My games run smoothly and look incredible on the large screen. The overall screen resolution is just incredible. When paired with the great cameras, my pictures and videos look so sharp. This allowed me to get a lot of great pictures of my sister's wedding. The battery does tend to die out rather quickly, but the quick charge plug and replaceable battery are more than enough to balance that out. For sheer performance, this phone cannot currently be beaten. The sturdy build does it's job as I've inadvertently dropped it a few times with only minor cosmetic damage. This prompted me to find a good case to augment the sturdy build of the device. I went with a Zizo case which is not only tested to meet military standards, but, also fits my style quite well. Overall, a modern masterpiece. 5/5 stars.

  • I agree with you completely. I have had my phone since December. I have returned it once for this problem. My phone went blank and could not get it back on for over 1 hour. They gave me a new phone but this one does exactly what you said, It goes blank when you are talking to someone. It is so irritating. I cannot wait to go back to my Samsung.

  • Mine is single sim variant. I have only one problem that my device becomes hot when i do a picture outside, but it is normal when i search internet ot watch youtube. It has very good camera in comparison with the other camera phone. I like its picture capturing in low light (in birthday event or in dark place). It is not water resistant but shockproof : i drop it accidentally two times but no problem . Its battery is not very good but not bad. . I know some reasons to drain my battery fast : so i did not turn on wifi , data , bluetooth all the time . .the other point i check its brightness also and never increase it to max level. Generally i can use my phone one full day or maximum two days without charging, but if i do lots of pictures i have to charge it two time per day :( I bought this high end smart phone because of Camera & i'm satisfied with its pictutre quality.   • I had a Samsung S6 before buying this LG V10. There's no comparison. This V10 is the worst phone I've ever used. The battery life stinks, I have to charge it twice a day and ALWAYS have to carry my charger with me. It does charge pretty fast but that's about the only good thing I can say. I've never cracked the screen on any phone except for this one. Gorilla glass 4 is easy to shatter. The phone overheats very quickly. If you have a Samsung, buying the V10 is a serious down grade. LG should stand for load of garbage.

  • I've been using the LG V10 Dual SIM since February. After travelling with this phone, these are the areas of improvement. 1. Needs at least 5-7 hours screen-on-time, 18 hours standby time. 2. Aggressive battery management like Sony's Stamina modes. 3. UI isn't smooth, slows down at times. Nova helps here. 4. Notification LEDs, front and back. 5. Dual front speakers, front+rear firing like LG G4s, that can play up to 90dB without distortion. It's currently 90dB with distortion. 6. Hybrid - Phase detect & laser auto-focus. 7. Low light front camera f/1.7 with manual controls for stills/video. 8. Dual SIMs should be default - No more single SIMs. Save on development resources.

  • Phone seems to be great at first, this is my second V10 due to malfunctioning. Has anyone else experienced this with their phone? I answer a call an my screen goes blank, can't see to put it on speaker. Tap Screen to open phone,it don't open it, have to hit the power button. That's just for starters.

  • I am and always have been a huge LG fan end the V10 by far exceeds anything else I've ever used by them and I think that it's interesting that some people are posting an opinion about it and never used it. I don't think one can give a educated opinion about anything without having experienced it first hand or or at least learned as much as you possibly could about it instead of just maybe listening to somebody else's BS anyway...I absolutely love my V10 and honestly I'm loving the video quality. I don't need to see the pores on people so I'm good with that. I know everybody has their thing and it doesn't matter what you use as there's always going to be that one thing you don't like about anything so I think if you're nitpicking and you got to find something well sure you can complain that you want a video upgrade. I think it's a wonderful phone just the way it is right now and Fingerprint scanner works really fast and I love that.

  • Yeah it will be bull crap if bootloop happens when you discharge your battery to 0% I never go below 8% because i don't like my phone turns off while im using it. Bootloop is hardware issue and it effects motherboard and they will replace it for free under warrenty but you will lose your infos The same thing happened with my friend G4 - S/N 505 They claim they fixed with newer series 6xx , Mine is 602 What is your S/N under battery OR on Box? When did you buy it?

  • I think it's bull crap if their reason that my phone went into bootloop if I allowed my battery to be fully dishcarged to 0%, I've used a lot of brands before, and I've allowed them to be fully discharged, and nothing like this happened, I guess Its LG's programming, because from what Ive read and seen on youtube, bootloop also happened on G3 and G4

  • i brought my unit to the service center, and I just got a reply that they were able to turn on my unit and is now under observation, dont have the full report yet on what they did to revive it, but I guess it was software, because they said they'll call me if any parts are needed, hopefully no reformatting done, coz I need those text messages =(

  • i have the h962 dual sim model, has anybody experienced what they call Boot Loop, its when you start your phone and it stays on the startup mode, this just happened to me after I update the latest security update, it just so happens that I maxed out my battery the other day, and when I recharged it, this happened. The service center agent said, my unit may need to be re formatted, there goes all my data, and sms messages

  • Great phone I recommend it to everyone.... I picked mine up new from eBay for about $320 which was a great deal. This phone always has at least 30 percent battery left after a full day of use. I use this phone for watching videos and lots of other battery draining activities but it never goes dead in one day. BUY THIS PHONE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

  • I would recommend that you buy the V10... I have used both phones and the S6 Edge+ was great for 2 weeks but it soon began overheating and I would have to plug it in everyday around mid-afternoon. I sold it and bought the V10... I have had it for about 4 months and have had no problems

  • To LG company : ok as you done with LG G5 updated your security update with some improvements. i dont know what level of your KDZ is . so we need some improvements. for V10 there's many thing need to improve specially: 1. battery drain and stand by drain 2. LCD lights drain when screen lock from secondary screen. 3. change UX to be like G5 4. if there any chance to release a new battery with high capacity like 3500 or 3600Amh with keeping same thinness. 5. update to June or July security patch and still stuck in March update .................. any one agree with me or not ????????????

  • Simple calculation 15% in 25min means 100% will die in 2:50 hours Note that the map use most of the sensors and internet maybe 4g and full brightness. Would you please include accurate informations because when one user says the battery stay for 1.5 days and other user like you says it die in 2 hours then some of them is misusing the phone or a lier pot works in a competitor company.

  • I just got the v10 and I'm throughly impressed. I have had samsung devices for years and just switched because samsung is changing too much with sealed phones and no memory cards. The s6 and 7 phones are encased in glass. I don't want to break the whole phone if I drop it. The v10 is beautiful, powerful and functional. Great screen and camera. Mine has 64 gigs of storage And I have a 16 gig memory card.

  • The best phone I have ever owned. I will never buy another Samsung with their stupid home button and the inability to add memory to the note 5. This phone is on many top 10 lists and it's easy to see why. 64gb, 16-megapixel camera, SD slot, and two front cameras for selfies and group photos, plus much more. This phone rocks.

  • I have the same issues. Lags like a mofo. Bluetooth connectivity sucks. I went back to my M8 and it still blows this thing away and its over two years old.

  • Phone sucks.... I have had an LG V10 for about 6 months now and I am not impressed. Phone processor starts fast but as you collect music and photos the bottlenecks within the phone make it very laggish. The phone also has a very hard time connecting and transfering files to pc computers. Not impressed.

  • I was really very excited to recieve the most praised and desired LG flagship and i was pretty sure that i was making the right choice... BUT.... after using it for a month.. In a nutshell.. I am majorly diasappointed with the screen/display.. All the reviews and specs were misleading to say the least... The display is awful... Rest of the thing is pretty amazing but as soon as u start flicking n browsing u just cant keep urself from hating the colors and bright dark patches noticable in whites and greys.. Its frustrating and stupid. In the era of S-AMOLEDs this choice of display for a flagship is plain stupid.

  • I bought my LG v10 H962 from amazon last month and it came to my home just 2 weeks ago , the 3 cameras are not good at all , the 2 front cameras are the worst front cameras i have ever seen through my life , even my old G2 is taking better photos than them , the back camera is showing pixels when you are taking the photo and when zooming in a little bit , the phone battery is draining very fast and the mobile is overheating , also LG bridge software is not working at all and always giving me a request to complete all tasks first while there are no tasks running or it gives me any error "never worked" , i have bought that phone from overseas and not sure if i can return it back since it has no warranty but actually i wish i can do it , i have seen many reviews saying that the cameras are awesome so not sure if that problem is in my device only or not

  • I've had my v10 since March 2016 and it started out great but the past week or so it's been overheating. I downloaded a cool down app and my internal temp was 125 degrees and rising! Every time I get a call I have to place phone on loud speaker because it gets so hot. I've called the manufacturer they say something went wrong internally so they're replacing my phone for free in getting the same phone because I really do love it if just has a minor malfunction so maybe the new one won't have that problem.

And as i told you before i emailed LG and they said they havent heard about V10 Bootloop Some people faced bootloop in their V10 not only in xda forums also there was a video on youtube But it could be V10 manufactured in october had bootloop issue And maybe they fix it in V10 manufactured in 2016 Here is the solution: backup your data do weekly backups, use gmail too If your phone had bootloop...your infos will be save and send it back to LG under warranty wait these 10 days and thats it.
