I previously had the Zmax with Metro and I loved it!!! The size was perfect for my daughter who loves youtube and watching cartoons on the go. Well unfortunately my ZMax died on me, and I needed a new phone. I went into Metro and saw this table, but come to find out its a phablet, so I was super excited, and knew my daughter would love it also. Well overall this phone is the worst thing I have ever purchased! Slow does not describe how slow this thing goes! The picture/video... well lets just say i can draw better then this thing takes pictures, and my drawing skills are neck and neck to a 3 year olds drawing! This thing cuts off as soon as a game starts to load, and playing a game is completely out of the question! Im a mom, my phone activity consists of taking pictures of my child, watching youtube with her, and playing games on it.... and none of these things work very well. But im guessing the makers of this phone will care less about any issues we maybe having because they have gotten their money and can care less that their product is at best a great paper weight. Oh did i mention that the camera and gallery will not open! I give this phone the lowest score possible for so many reason. Lesson learned. Maxwest Im sure you are enjoying the money that you have received from selling this horrible product, but sadly for you and maybe your investors; you are losing customers who took a chance on a new company. These are dollars that you will never see again, but there is always a sucker for something... until the word spreads far and wide that your product isnt worth the box it came in.

is the worst phone ever!!!!!! one month and the speaker blow up,i cannot receive and send txts and in the second month my touch screen doesnt work is brand new and i cannot sel it,reseting,or anything because u put a question on internet to the solution and nothin and u call the company nothin can do is the worst company with products cheap and worse than chinese,two thumbs down!!! dissapointed 200%

I had this phone not even a month.. when I first got the phone I was very excited cause it was big, and nice... then turn out my internet wouldn't work so took the phone back to where I bought it... they could not even help me so end up taking the phone somewhere else... they ended up getting my internet to work but little did I know that I could not send, or receive picture text... so I took the phone back to where I bought it to see if they could help me but they Couldn't... so they Called a number to the main company they would not answer the phone... so they sent them A email and they still to this day have not responded to the email and that's been like over three weeks ago... I am very disappointed that I spent my money and wasted a lot of time on this phone...

My phone WON'T SAVE, DOWNLOAD, OR SHARE Photos!! My phone has enough space to capture photos and save them to my phone, that works fine. I have an SD card I have space. When I try to screen shot my phone says "couldn't save screenshot" or "couldn't capture screenshot" this upsets me. Also when I try to save, download, or share an image I will get responses like this; say I try to save a photo from Facebook it will say- "saved to device" but when I go to my phones gallery it will say "no thumbnail" if I try to share the photo say to instagram it will automatically say- "unable to load" I don't understand please help!! PLEASE ANY FEED BACK WILL HELP

this phone is the biggest piece of shyt you will ever spend your hard earned money on!! buyers beware!! do not, i repeat, do not spend a penny of your money on this phone!! processor overheats constantly, boots me out of apps for no reason, battery doesn't last for squat, camera is horrible. don't do it.

I had this phone for bout three months. I had trade it twice n I'm takin it back tomorrow. All of a sudden the charger input stop working so now my phone is dead n I'm out of a phone. This phone sucks n my boyfriend paid a little over 300 for it. The camera sucks n so does the battery life.

just hold the off/on power button and the low button volume, just it for like 2 or 3 seconds.

It sucks!!! In less than 2 weeks my message and contacts apps stalled on me. I was and still unable to send sms and all my contacts has been deleted and i am unable to recieve sms or send them either. Its just a total mess. The screen jumps every now and then as if a virus thingy taking it over. When i just got this fone i waas so excited, it looks just like a samsung galaxy and the features were great but after a week everything just chnaged...

I have had this phone for four months and I have had to replace it twice the first time half of the screen woukdnt show the second time it kept freezing and not opening icant open apps or if they do I can't get out ofthem with out starting my phone over and righ now as I type this I'm locked out of the phonr and I have been trying for two days to unlock it or even reset it I am getting no help from the company what so ever I hste this phone

i have a problem with the screen and battery life. only have the phone 3mths and just overnight the screen became fuzzy and the battery isnt keeping charge.

i just bought this phone 10/2013 and im having issues the screen is jumping the bottom of the screen keys stopped working im unable to make calls and a host of other issues I've emailed the company twice no response if any one has a number please let me know. and to screen shot hold the power button and volum(low) same time it will screen shot

bought this phone last week and returned it the next day for a huawei g 510.this phone is not good,the touch was erratic,the screen viewing angle is terible,the camera flash is weak,it does not have a digital compass,the gps location with google maps was off by about 250 metres.got it exchanged and now very happy with my huawei g 510-0251.

I purchased this phone and in less than two weeks; it stop working. The warranty dept. Suggested that I buy a battery for it to start working. The phone cost. Over $200.00.
