  • I was moving from my X1-01 to this phone and it was great for me. The speaker was quite loud for me at that time, the battery life is quite good, feels comfortable to handle especially to type with one hand, and easy access to music and radio that can play without plugging earphones first. But, as I was using it, the phone lagged some times (doesn't respond to anything till the lights off) and suddenly blinked and get back to normal. The USB port is good for transferring files but I really hope it can be used as another option for charging this device. As the time flies, my X2-02 is 6 years old now, and I think it's fair for the keypad to getting hard to press, the side buttons are hard to press, especially as my phone has been dropped so many times, as I have been dropped it to make it broken so I can get another newer and more sophisticated phone but it just get the screen protector cracked, no more. Well, now I'm enjoying this phone until now as my second daily driver as my android phone battery drains too fast compared to this phone hahaha. So, Nokia, please make phone like this, but at least with X2-00 specifications (5MP camera with flash-autofocus too, please!-, more advanced music button, radio without earphones) and wifi and LTE so I can use it as my second daily driver and modem as I'm looking for a compact phone and your banana phone can't attract me that much, except you're making a flip phone.

  • Great phone.!! Have always loved it. Bought it around march of 2012 and had it for a while. Till 2017 Jan. Had no problems whatsoever. Missed the torch though, but that's it. Overall greatest basic phone I have used. :)

  • You can only use another phone to download the file, but only if the phone will not support .jar files (android, symbian), and then after downloading you can send it to your nokia x2-02 believe me its works.

  • First of all both the sims should be plugged .. if whatsapp showing"could not set up favourites then the soln is plug both sim card .. 2 secondly if you are getting problem of " could not connect to server " then go to settings / configurations delete all the configurations like Vodafone etc .. and restart the phone ,, it will work

  • Hello manan, First download whatsapp application from nokia store OR under uc broswer, go to this site called 9apps.com and download the whatsapp application from their. After that follow the you tube video "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPxF162GEa0­", and later when you start using whatsapp you get an network error. Insert another sim to yo phone (because it actually requires 2 sim) and copy the whatsapp application to yo memory card and restore all the contacts from yo first memory card to second memory card and it actually works. While restoring yo phone gets restarted, pls don even go to restart or anything, because it gets switched on by itself !!!

  • O yes yes yes...whatsapp works on x202.!! ...however it does'nt support notification when your whatsapp is not running.... Proccedure for installation 1. Go to 9apps.com 2. Set your device as x202(if it does not recognise your set) 3. Type whatsapp in the Search. You will find two results... 4. Choose the second one with smaller size. And download it. 5. Open it...it will show an expiery msg and ask you to update....so just update it... 6. Now the most cruicial stage is to install it....so just open it...it may show you some network error msg, or phone not supported .......bla bla bla..., JUST IGNORE IT and keep trying 7. If still it fails, try some other network sim card(in order to provide network for internet access).....keep trying(by ignoring network error or some other msg). 8. once your installation is complete...you will see a list of friends(home screen)...now you may use any sim card to access internet, does'nt matter at all! 9. You are ready to use whatsapp now.... 10. And yes guys one more thing....dont forget to share it, because i gave a whole week for experimenting it... And feels good when every nokia user help each other in any problem...!!

Dont expect more with this budget .I used high ended fons like Samsung Galaxy N2 , Galaxy S4 but cann't get the music quality like X2-02 even used with Boss earfon . I can recommend it for them who want qwerty key with good battery and music in budget.

(att: do not install it in c3-00) take out ur m card and put it in x2-02, install it in x2-02.. it will show phone not supported....etc... but u should continue and it will be installed. fill necessary fields and njoy

  • good net connection... install latest pc suite... plug in the mobile to the pc via usb... choose nokia suite on the mobile... open up the suite and click on the software update button...done... guys...but this phone is not worth buying.....

  • Useful because of dual sim but doesn't work it functions properly. Get stuck very regularly specially msg's. Facebook app doesn't work. talk time closer to5hrs. Stand by time with 1.5 hr talk maximum would be 3 days.
