I have this phone for almost 2 years and it's pretty incredible but it has some battery issues if you'll enable Data in 4G and Full brightness and then gaming the batter will only last 2 or 3 Hrs If you have this issue better go to the nearest oppo center and change the battery immediately Ps: It can play pubg but in low settings :>

Oppo a57 is good phone if you want to do some casual work on it like email, using high speed 4g internet, watching videos and also playing small games like clash of clans. I tried pubg and free fire but there so many lags and heating issue. Phone's UI is clean and has some nice and useful feqtures but few things can make you angry, like the notification bar when hotspot is on always blink every second. Talking about cameras the quality is very nice you can also use ultra HD mode but the selfie camera focus only on your face it will never show you details of background It may show you light green background as complete white background. UI of oppo should improve like stock android this phone will never represent notification neetly keyboard is little bit annoying and also company is not providing major software update.

It's a good deal for the money with mediocre specs. One great thing about this phone though, is the front cam. which is super clear on bright light. But this phone doesn't perform well on low light. Feels and almost weighs like an iphone 5s. But if you're looking for an overall phone for everyday use with enough storage for selfies, then this phone is just about right.

At this price tag it is a just a highly priced basic phone. found the picture quality is good not excellent or great to boast about. video quality is also good. Screen capture is good feature in this phone. phone is reliable. no lags. no gorilla glass. no hd video. No bro, I mean Note 4 only. Yes, it has a good camera for a midrange phone. Images are a little soft, that's it, no big deal. And yes, I confirmed again, it has a F/2.0 lens only, in both front and rear cameras. Mi A1 is indeed good as you say, it has f/2.2 lens in rear wide angle one, although its compensated by bigger pixels (1.25 micrometers)...

Go for Redmi Note 4 (4+64GB).... and install "Open Camera" App to record 4K (30 fps) video, because the SD625 chipset support it... Redmi Note 4 is more powerful, has better quality audio via 3.5mm jack, and loudspeaker is loud too. Camera is a strong point, with f/2.0 lens for slightly better low light shooting... Plus, its cost is also lowest here. Battery is awesome too, lasts 2 days easily. My family has one Redmi Note 4, very happy with it even after 1 year.

My oppo A57 has the same problem when it comes to battery, but have you notice that this phone is just a 2900 mah ( same with oppo A39 I think ) But this phone has better processor compared to oppo A39 so it means the prossesor and other stuff consumes a large amount of battery even though it is not used, bacause I'm also experiencing that although I'm not using my phone its battery decreases to 1% and another problem is when Im using wifi or playing games it quickly decreases its battery life, but well remember that its only 2900 mah so I guess I can deal with it. But base on my own experiences the less you use wifi the less your battery life decreases hope it make sense folks

I am using this phone for about 6 months.. Its a value for money phone.. No problems untill now.. Touch is smooth and responsive, Battery backup is good a single charge last for a full working day. Call quality is loud and clear, fingerprint is fast and accurate, you can add multiple fingerprints, no issues regarding network. Ram management is good. Camera quality is good.

I don't know what you're talking about. Then you both don't have a proper voice. My Oppo A57 works well. Person on the other side is able to hear what I'm talking clearly and louder. After latest security update on October they have provided video calling via default dialer. If you update your phone default dialer will have video calling feature. To update go to Settings-->System Updates.

Don't lie. I'm using and its battery backup is good and is better than honor 6x which has higher capacity than oppo a57. Also it just takes 3hrs to charge fully since it doesn't support any fast charging. I don't know if you've used this phone or not.

Best best best ever phone in looks. it is very premium phone. battery life is decent . Oppo phones are always better than Vivo and everybody knows that. It gives you premium feel when hold in hand. I think the reason why A37 has a better photo result is that it has a Pixel Density of 294 ppi while A57 has a Pixel Density of 282 ppi.

By far, the worst phone I have purchased. It behaves on it's own. I use it only for basic activities like making calls, listening to music but it's giving me such a hard time. 1. You should know how to handle your battery. It might be that there are running apps that you didn't stop or close properly or your wifi or data is On. You can save your battery life by closing the apps properly, lower the brightness and make sure to turn Off bluetooth, wifi and data if you are not using those.

i have never perchased this kind of phones before ( redmi, mi, oppo, vivo, micromax ), former nokia fan. used n900, lumia 520,620,720,820,1020,1520. samsung core i8262 and galaxy s5. i don't have good experience wiath android. lots of ads, hangs, battery is always an issue even if you have more than 5000mah. build quality and on and on. no one is satisfied with their phone. people don't want to spend money too much but expect everything in a budget smartphone. bought oppo a 57 2 days before. using airtel and jio sim. internet and gps are always on. it takes time to charge up almost 2 hours for 100%. even while switched off, it takes more than 1;30 hours but lasts full day. do your daily thing like fb, insta, tinder, snapchat, hike, calling, youtube, music, video, gaming. anything. it lasts full day. no heating issues till now. using charger which comes up with phone. no over charging. no hangs, no lags, good camera, light weight, handy, not too big, fingerprint works like a charm. everything is good. you can't have everything in 15000.

Nah, camera work just fine, front camera not as good as i thougt it would be but it is good for phone in this range. Been using for 3 month, i can say i am satisfied with it. Battery could last for a day, but charging take much time. The only minus is it doesnt have fingerprint.

It runs smoothly, battery life very satisfiying even though after I had downloaded many apps and playes mobile phone games, the battery in A57 was not drained. Great battery back up (last a full day with maximum brightness, because of my work i'm using it outdoor with dual sim and 4G on for almost 12h, and after work, i still got 40% battery left and 20% at bedtime), good camera too (i compare with redmi note 4x in indoor condition, and oppo capturing more detail and good color, but the picture a bit dim). It takes 2hours, 40minutes to fully charge. I purchased this phone. First, this phone is just ordinary phone that has basic features. Second, the price is high but better if you buy it when there is a discount or cashback. Positive: -the screen is very smooth, clear, easy to use and for me 5,2inch is handy enough. -the battery bckup is good enough for me, since i am not a heavy user/gamer, but if you need a phone for heavy usage, hd gaming, then go for F3 plus or vivo v5 plus (don't buy the mediatek one, choose snapdragon or other). -the chipset is snapdragon, not mediatek.. It is quite fast for streaming youtube, browsing and internet. Negative: -either there is or there is no fngerprnt scanner, doesn't impact much for me. Cos the fngerprint scanner of this phone doesn't work accurately. - lagging and hanging a few times, but it is no big deal so far. -the front camera amazed me, but this phone has very bad rear camera, it is cracked, not very clear smtimes. Note: as we know, oppo and vivo do not give us android update information. In short, if you buy marsmellow and use it for a long 3 until 4 years later. It is still marsmellow. That's my opinion, i hope it can be helpful for you all.

PEOPLE, most of the phones now have heating problems especially when you're using heavy app or games and using DATA! I have Asus phone now, fast charging but draining the battery is also fast. So I would prefer those phone who would take a little long hours for full charge. I will just buy powerbank so I can charge it while Im outside. Use battery saver app, because sometimes some apps are still running even if you're not using them. So stop saying bad words, just be thankful that it doesnt explode LOL! Every phone have some disadvantage, even if its small. No phone is perfect I guess.

Reviews after Two weeks of usage The phone is very decent and feels very premium in hand, the performance is also good and it can do multitasking easily, there is no heating issue on normal usage, or above normal usage, but yaa it heats up on heavy usage like video streaming, video calling, and timelapse recording, but it wont cross 45 degrees. Camera is pretty decent, works good it day light but, in low light conditions back is not that much good as it should but front camera is so good, so if you are selfie lover so go for this, Battery life is also decent, on normal usage it can easily survive a day, but if u are a heavy user then u will have to charge it at the end of the day. I hope it will help u at some extent...

I'm sorry but your comment doesn't make much sense to me... The Snapdragon 435 in this phone is one of the most reliable Octa-Core chip you can find in the market today... Sure, its not super fast and doesn't have a big GPU, but it sure is reliable because of its LP (Low Power) semi-conductor fabrication so it doesn't generate a TON of heat as you're trying to imply... Camera is no doubt a little weak, specially in low light but that's quite expected from a phone in this price range... So... Are you sure you've bought a genuine and original A57 and not some fake copy...?

I have bought this phone yesterday. But feeling very sad. It looks gorgeous. So I bought. But every thing else is disappointing. Battery not good. Gaming performance is extremely volatile. Calling is OK. Phone heats up while gaming or charging. Too much heat. Software seems to be like previous lollipop in A37. Display is not as Samsung. But price is very high. So my expectations were high also. Camera is like a 5mp camera. Better to buy a redmi or Samsung j2. Rs 15000 is too much for this phone.

hello first go and check the spec f2.2 is back cam and f2.0 is frnt cam. and if u have the phone go and check the camera with samsung j7 2016 . take the selfi also in normal mode. all the oppo selfi camera is power of software that is not a camera quality. and one thing the camera is not a megapixel mind that the point.And the main disappointment is all the user go and check the all oppo phone go to setting or about phone it showing andriod version 6.0.1 pls click 4 times it will not showing the marshmallow logo that means the mobile is clone version of andriod this is only color OS mobile.

Bad phone. Battery doesn't last for even 15hrs (without videos or browsing). Resolution of screen very very poor. u get eye strain. Videos appear blurred. Rear camera average in performance, bad at night. Only good part is front camera. Utter waste of money.
