Phone works fine. Haven't had any of the problems these other people post about. Yes it is a little slower then say an Iphone or a Samsung. But it is an off-brand so I can't complain to much. It works fine and the battery lasts for a good amount of time. (usually 12-24 hours if I'm using constantly. Usually for the GPS if driving.) Its a good budget phone and it does what it needs to do. if you are planning to run games or newer apps on it, don't get it though because it has trouble running those. But internet, messenger, phone, and browsing works all perfectly fine. I think most people are just really impatient that their facebook takes more then a second or two too load.

It is significantly slow compared to what you would expect based on tech specs. Warranty service is really bad. Can buy as temporary cheap option, that's it.

The tool comes withit to pop out the son slot. Trust me y mid as welltakeit n trade it for a different kindof blu, cuz it won't do nothingat all. Couldn't even call 911 if u had to. Does any1 knowif I cantaken exchangeit for a cheaperphone????

I cant believe how slow this phone is! I could walk to someones house in another city and talk to them faster than the phone app will load up. if I could trade this for a brick phone id do it, or if I could just trade it for a brick id be ok so I can smash it and buy mom a real phone. alexander graham bell would be embarrassed he ever invented a phone if he were forced to use this.

This phone is damn freaking me, runs slow, camera isn't as expected, speaker isn't loud, touch screen is so annoying. The only good thing about this device is it battery, thou it was just delivered to me today but am gonna send it back not minding how much it gonna cost me for the returning fee.

Eh-hem. Don't buy this. Seriously, just don't. This ain't no blamed reverse psychology neither. Well, let's start with the positives first. I can confirm it is indeed a phone. The clock works as well as expected. The camera is nice enough. The ringtone choices were slightly better than the alarm tones, and I appreciated the scheduled on and off to save power/reinforce putting your phone away for the night on days when you really don't feel like it. It can also technically connect to the internet, and I suppose if push came to shove you could use it in a survival situation. Maybe distract an assailant by throwing it at them (should you feel uncomfortable with inviting them to a classy tea party). Ah... yeah, I've run out of nice things to say about it. Everything else considered, this phone is a piece of shi---ns, Powdered shin dust, that's definitely what I was about to say. As evidenced by everyone else's review, the phone is slower than an asthmatic ant with some heavy shopping to do in a field of molasses in January. Apps will not run, texting? It may have issues being quick enough to open that. Check the weather? Good luck. Play some music? Okay, don't even bother trying. Heck, typing doesn't even work, well maybe if you're a sloth...might be interesting to test that one. The operating system uses up the majority of the processing power, and it dies irritatingly quickly. I do believe a Gameboy Colour could compete against it in a memory game, and the touch screen is as slow as the rest of the phone. This phone may be bold like them, and it surely would have been phenomenal ten years ago. The bottom lines? Save your money to buy something more useful to you, like ten boxes of pop-tarts. Unless you happen to have an abnormally intelligent sloth that is. ...Does anybody still use messenger pigeons?

This phone is the worst phone I've ever had.Can't run any app, everything crashes. The touch screen is abysmal. DON'T BUY IT!!!!

Yea it is slow like I needed a new att phone BC the one I had froze on me went to best buy and was asking for a good deal dude was like here's att and then we just got these in our store a few months ago and I like em he said he uses the same one I have which is grand m2 but never told me the battery drains fast and he never told me it was slow but he did tell me there was a 35$ restocking fee if there was no damages. So yeah this bad business for real.

This phone is horrible. It never is able to run any apps no matter how clean your phone and delete thing, or how many times you reset it. This phone is the worse i have ever had. If you want to buy it please buy something else. The company is also very unhelpful on how to solve these problems.

I had to get a replacement phone due to a fault in my previous phone, so I bought Grand M. I have found it is very slow, when using the apps I keep getting an error message saying that this app (regarding what app I trying to open) is not responding close, wait or report which I find very annoying. Plus I can't answer incoming phone calls what's the use of having a phone if you can't answer your phone calls. My advice for anyone looking at this phone and thinking of purchasing it is forget it.

Phone is PERFECT for the $69 at the time of this post (2/4/18) with one exception. FIRST OFF: DO NOT PURCHASE PHONES FROM BESTBUY Which is where I got (and am stuck with) from. They charge a $35 restocking fee - even after I came back in 4hrs they said restocking fee. Buy it on ebay or another outlet store. Next, as I said, phone is pretty solid for everything else (keep in mind the cost) Even with dual sim, which later I found is actually a pain. The major complain people are having, as you can see, is that the phone is VERY SLOW. This is due to the 512MB RAM. I'm like WTF! The phone does have a beefy feel to it, quite solid. I like heavy phones. But with the 512MB RAM, it is difficult to rate anything else on the phone as it all runs like crap The camera is great! I had no issues taking pics or vids. Screen res is meh. If you want a comparable (and slightly better) phone, go for the LG FORTUNE and in most retail stores, it goes for $49.99. Blows this phone out of the water, and it is somewhat larger as well. If they would have shoved in at least 1GB RAM, it would have made a world of difference, but no matter how much i like the overall design and feel of the phone, its just too slow

Well, going from an old Alcatel to this, I can see why you'd be happy with it. I had my iphone stolen and bought this as an temporary emergency replacement. It's pretty bad. Everything about it seems to be counter intuitive and while I'm not totally tech savvy, I'm not a complete moron, Lol. Mine can't seem to hold a wifi connection for more than 15 minutes without rebooting it EVERY 15 MINUTES and when trying to listen my voicemail I'm routinely greeted with a "cannot load voicemail" message or something to that effect. When loading most apps it's slow slow slow. Anyways, it's temporary and served it's purpose and, I don't know, maybe I got a lemon.

I lost my phone last march in the US, the thing just packed up. So i had to buy the Grand M at Best Buy in Maryland. I regret buying the phone. I have not enjoyed it for one day..

I don't understand why there are sooo many hate comments. My old Alcatel phone died and I wanted something new and different from my old one. I found this one and bought it right away from just reading the package. When I started using it, I loved it so much. It is an amazing phone. When the one that I have now dies, and they are still being made, I will be buying another! Love it!

The BLU Grand M is not that bad. My German smartphone didn't work with the US Simcard. That's why I bought it. The price ist definitely cheap. It navigated me through my vacation. I could do my necessary phone calls. Here at home it is my alarm clock. I keep it connected to the charger and it works reliable. Just now I have broken my regular smartphone and put my German SIM card into the BLU Grand M. Works.

This phone is horrible stuff. 512MB Ram? Seriously..?? are we in 2005? or 2017? I was on a trip to US last week and my current phone got damaged. Purchased this BLU phone as it was low cost and unlocked. I made the biggest mistake of my life. It hangs, hangs and just hangs. Even if i install youtube, it hangs...(BTW...this is the first android phone i was in my entire life where google's basic apps are missing)

I owned a BLU Studio for years and it was time for a new phone. I liked BLU but the Grand M is a piece of trash. It locks up continually, has slower response time that the Studio. I am replacing the phone with something else, it is not worth what ever you paid for it. I am chalking it up to a bad experience and will never buy a BLU product again. Don't waste your money no matter the price.

It will go flat in less than 6 hours and this is without me using it, makes it hard especially when l use the alarm for work. I can't even get the back off to try and get another battery. Worst phone l have ever used, aps don't work, very slow. Wish l could get my money back.

This phone is the worst for Blu .the battery is over heating the apps keep jumping all over the place and it keep freezing . You missing calls cause of the delays . It the worst ever

THEEE WORST PHONE "EVER"!!! There should be a law against this phone. I know the saying "you get what you pay for" But this...BLU should pay me for the money I have lost trying to keep up with my business ....Or atleast give all who have purchased Blu Grand M a free upgrade.... This phone has been the most frustrating one I've own thus far. It's terribly slow, touch response is delayed 2-3 seconds most of the time. The screen often goes black in the middle of an app and deletes or refreshes what you were doing. I've had to overall restart the phone multiple times as it has frozen and this is literally in the 24-hours I've had it. Terrible phone, so it somewhat matches the price.

Chinese products have 3 types of quality, Grada A for top of the line, Grade B for mid-range products, and Grade C which is your BLU M want a decent phone, go for Life One X2, Vivo 6 or Pure XR. remember Grade A: Iphone, Samsung High ended phones, Oppo HEP, One Plus, VIVO, Leeco. Grade B: Mid range Sammy´s, MR other brands. Grade C: 768 MB of RAM below. good luck.
