  • I read all those comments and opinion.. Users has the same problem with mine.. First thing is having unfortunately stopped in the camera then after several days the other applications as well. When I went to a techinician.. They said that this oppo is just like a disposable phone. They explained to me that The memory itself stopped without any reason..so i wasn't a happy user with this phone. I bought it last year about jan 27 and UNFORTUNATELY I got a chance to used it by 1 yr ONLY!

  • Oppo joy 3 is a good phone . Its camera has a good quality,doesn't hang that much ,easy to use,very handy, very accessible and games wont lag but then for me one time it says that the apps aren't responding so I turned it off after that it won't open already only the logo can be seen. So we went to the shop and they fixed it but after less than a month it shut down on its own so we went to the shop again they said we need to buy new parts of the phone.

  • inorder to manage this phone well. rooting is one of the best way to delete applications that are not used daily. you can delete the google play music etc. only the google applications not the system apps. atleast you will use 2gb of the 4gb. you can use other facebook apps rather than the official one to save space use facebook lite, free basics,iswipe.etc everytime you open an application, theres a ceratin data added to your phone storage. if you want to clear data of an application.. go to settings-app manager-click the application and clear data. just to save some space on your phone. facebook,messenger are one that has a big data. #oppo

  • As I checked with OPPO agents, the Joy 3 don't have option to use SD card as storage. You need to manually transfer applications to SD card.

  • I suggest you to buy the galaxy J1 over OPPO....I have the oppo joy 3 and it has lots of problem; the camera doesn't flash (lights on steady when u take photos), lack of internal memory (when u download apps, it always saying "not enough memory" and after using couple of months it will stop suddenly and only the OPPO logo will be showed all day long ( unless u take-off the battery just to switch off the phone) That is what happened to my phone...I hope this can help u

  • You have downloaded a corrupted update.. that's why it always go to recovery mode.. fix? Reprogram it with the stock firmware and update with stable connection. :)

  • This phone doesn't have enough memory, and I cannot update apps. Even with a large SD card, apps cannot be moved to the card. The camera is not good enough for my needs. Low setting on screen is still too bright for night, and bright setting is sometimes not bright enough outside. In other respects, I the phone. Good sound quality and ease of use.

  • what app that you're trying to install... most probably that app needs more BITES,the actual size is 24mb thats the size of the app itself, but once you installed the app it needs to download all the necessary files that link with it in order to work, and its not advisable to drain your phone memory, at least leave minimum of 700mb internal memory... now if you want to get more space then get rid of apps that unnecessary... try to root your phone...

  • you cant make your external SD card as your default but you can move installed files to it, just leave the way it is, just use the system default, or if you want you can root your phone and delete unnecessary apps to save space, but be careful make sure that you're deleting the wright app, don't mess with the system file or unfamiliar to you cause if that happens your phone might be misbehave or worst died and of course if you root your phone warranty will be void,and if you want to put back you're phone the way it was before,well you cant! cause OPPO company doesn't provide PC SUITE or PC COMPANION for the customers to reformat or SUPER DUPER HARD RESET the phone.

  • the best way to fix your phone is to hard reset, press down volume and the power button at the same time until the recovery interface show up and you will see this :wipe data and cache :wipe data :format data :wipe cache now click the first one and confirm then click reboot, and you're done! good to go! hit me back if still doesn't work!   • I have experienced unfortunately messenger stopped too. I simply submitted a report, uninstall it for 3 days then it eventually works after installation.

  • Remove the battery and insert it again. Switch on your phone and wait for it. If it doesn't help, just format your phone either on your settings or the volume up+switch on/off button.

  • Oh, the problem might be your SD card. Maybe your SD card doesn't work properly. Try to use 8gig not 16gig.

  • Maybe your app has an error, not the phone. Try to redownload your apps because the problem might be on how you copied/transferred your apps to your memory card. That must be the problem.

  • i bought this phone last year of December and i really love this phone it works fine! except for one thing this phone is not good for any online game, like if you play any game thats need Internet the phone gets hot! like really hot at the top of the phone which the processor located. The color os is pretty good I bought it 7300 2 MP front camera is good for salfe and 5MP rear camera is ok not good.I don't found any problems while playing higher games it was heated but browsing time it is cold.For browsing internet don't use default browser and use chrome browser. Oppo swipe keyboard is fantastic all languages are supposed.color os use ram too much so I use a normal laughter app. And you get up to 550 MB free ram.Cool gesture's are awesome.
