  • You're right it's too expensive for 24k here in PH. Got myself an HTC 10 with snapdragon 820 and 2K display for 20k. Chinese manufacturers starts to sell their phones cheap to gain popularity then eventually sells their products with a high end flagship price.

  • The 660 performance is slightly above the 653 chipset with the 510 adreno gpu in benchmark test.

  • Performance is almost the same as 653 with Adreno 510 with 28 nanometers. It's just 660 with Adreno 512 with 14 nanometers more efficient power consumption dibadingkan with 653 - Adreno 510.

Now, I think the basic configuration of a phone of acceptable quality is: latest SD 6 or 8 series, 4 or more GB RAM, minimum 32 or more ROM storage as video capture takes much space, micro sd slot in sim slot or dedicated slot, minimum 12 mp back camera, USB C port, 5.5 inches or more FHD and above screen and a set of good speakers. These are the basics I am looking for.
