P55 and p55 novo becomes defective within 6 to 8 months. Service centre unique infosystem and telecom at malse mumbai charges for repairing during warranty period and not issuing bill for payment. Even company is not ready to listen and solve the issue -.Never buy Panasonic mobiles.

u can block the source, first go in data usage then if u r using in sim then go in sim option or if in wifi then go in wifi, then scroll downward their u will see "andriod core.log...... " somethime like this block this one and ur problem will be solved

NEVER NEVER BUY their any products they r ridiculous with service .MY Whole phone became a SCRAPE because of them. Last year around December I purchased p55 novo from snapdeal got it on time. And was eventually functioning well but every thing went wrong since last week the charging jack of the mobile began to malfunction and i was able to charge my battery with the charger so, I charged it with external battery charger and it got charged up-to full still functioning.( NOT THIS ) But external charging was not a solution so i took the mobile to the Panasonic service-center ( LUCKNOW , INDIA ) as it was still under warranty . guy at the center saw the mobile and without any proof he said that it was because of water (rusting) and because of that my WARRANTY WOULD LAPSE! I asked what charge would they take to repair it they said that it was a delicate part has a risk to damage the motherboard so it would charge me 410( Rs. 50 for part and 350 for service only ) I agreed to them and gave them my mobile they gave me the receipt for the due payment of my mobile they agreed to return the mobile in 2 days. Days past on third they when I called to inquire about my mobile they simply said that the MOTHERBOARD was damaged and he got to know that during repair and asked me to pay 4000 more to replace the motherboard or else take my mobile back I opted to take my mobile back they didn't charged me penny ( not even for their service charge) and asked me return the receipt back to them ( I was in a shocked state so with out any notice i returned them back the receipt) THEY ENTIRELY GAVE THE BURDEN OF DAMAGE OF MOTHERBOARD ON ME . KNOW YOU ALL JUST THINK THAT I GAVE MY MOBILE IN OK STATE IT WAS WORKING THEIR WAS ONLY A PROBLEM WITH THE POWER JACK AND THEY GOT THE MOTHERBOARD DAMAGED ( they themselves earlier have told me about the risk of repair and demanded for extra money and they themselves damaged by mobile while repairing the jack) It a humble request to all the readers that should never waste their hard earned money on the brand as money does not grows on trees. it an advice brother to brother. Panasonic have very bad service center i purchase a p55 set during warranty period the set became death during the warranty i go to service center they said to me that it can take 25 days but they unable to give me phone after 50 days they give me my phone but next day again my phone became death than i again go to service center now it is almost six month they not response me service center says to me that it can take on e week after one week i go to the shop from where i purchase phone the shop owner says that company provide me a new phone after two week service center give me the same phone repaired by them i cant take it because again it faulty after one or two days or a month who take the response the service center and retailer says lying to me and customers never buy a Panasonic set Samsung has good for there service senter they response there customers

Actually i have a panassonic p55 phone, and its only 8 months, its shows on display "goggle play has been stop, facebbok has been stop , gmail has been stop, axisbank has been stop like that". When i go 2 service center, the guys are told " its a user fault". then thay are uploaded the software and given me, after 10 days the mob display the same problem again i go to service center. they told, " its the mother board problem" . then they are replaced the mother board and given me. after 10 to 12 day the same problem are displayed. then again i visit the service center, they told," we are not able to repair ur mobile, so u just give ur battery and back cover, we calmed to the company and after 20 to30 day we are giving a new mobile of same brand and model because ur mobile is under warrenty". now 2 months passed but still i not receive my mob. and the guys are told u just wait.

Average Battery & cam but Best display quality and much bigger Screen and Also no hanging problem. I have used Samsung S3 and Karbon Octane before. But when comes to price Novo stands better according to me . In 3 months i have faced no problems. Even my video playback is 5 hours. I bought it in Flipkart by credit card . But my friend bought it in COD. He's facing much problems in his 1gb varient. I think all problems is coz of COD . I'LL GIVE IT 4/5 stars. I love this phone

I have been using P 55 for a year. But the problem is that it is a stock android and no UI change. If you do not keep it under stand by mode, even if you accidentally touch the phone calls will go. I think it is a nuisance. I have never experienced such a problem with any other mobile. Low internal user memory about 2 GB. call quality, display and music quality are good.Lot of blotware

Yes,all following complents are correct. Battery getting discharge in 2-hrs when you use with 3g network. After softwer updation also still battery and metal part's of phone getting hot. Service center people need alway need hard copy of purchase documents.

Hello, I have purchased this phone from shopclues @6990 about 2 months ago with a Panasonic made flip cover and screen guard also. I don't know why others are criticizing this phone but the phone in 7k range, its awesome. It does have some cons but in 7k I dunna know what others are expecting.... may be next generation apple device...lol. anyway the phone has a big screen of 5.5 inch which is also better for watching movies or videos. Full HD plays flawless. Screen is IPS so better viewing angles and colors of screen are so amazing. feature of double tap to ON/Off the screen, so don't have to use lock button everytime. but there is not light in home, back, option button. lol. Panasonic forgot to provide a light there. Good speaker with good quality vacuum earphone. Battery is quite enough for 1 day use with mixed use overall a day i.e. play some videos, some music, chat, some download, surfing, daily calls. Battery drains on 3G downloading a little much. The screen to body ratio is above 70% of this phone, so looks wise its far better than 10 k phones. Panasonic is a better brand than micromax, lava, karbonn, spice or xiaomi, gionee whatever these Chinese companies. Main Camera is quite good. In daylight its awesome, has autofocus, good led flash. Secondary camera is not that good (now I am comparing with my ipad mini2) but quite sufficient for video calls. Internal memory is quite low if you are a game lover, there is no option for moving apps to SD card, as I have rooted and tried many apps (App2sd & others) but not succeeded yet. OTG not supported. :( you have to manage internal storage by removing unwanted apps from time to time. Has 1GB RAM, so never lags, no heating problem yet except 3G downloading in summer afternoon of 40 degree temperature with full brightness. for such a low budget it can be said awesome.

on january 28th i buyed this mobile from amazon..it looks slim and light weight also but it is hard to handle as it is smooth finish from behind.Internet speed is good but the rear camera is not upto the mark.we cant take pics in night as the power of flash is not so strong.we cant move applications to sd card..the main drawback in this mobile is battery backup..its draining very fast..if u use 3G the battery drains within 4 hrs.witout using internet it goes only 1 day.its very frustrating..but the phone runs smooth with only 1GB RAM.

I have been using Panasonic P55 for last 15 days or so. Display clarity, Camera are stunning for this price. Similarly priced Galaxy Neoplus or Core Prime - have lesser display resolution and camera. As I said before the only drawback is internal memory 4 GB of which finally only 2 GB is available for you. If you do not want big racing games or cricket games and apps, then this is the best phone. The battery is good and needs charging once in 24 to 36 h depending on your use. (using for 10 calls per day and frequent use of WiFi for whatsapp etc) GPS is accurate and fast WIthout GPS & Mobile Data - it comes for more than a day if all other settings like brightness, vibrate etc are properly set.

Yes internal memory matters But I said that if one does not need to install several apps or games then this is perfectly alright. The needs change. If my bro asks opinion on this phone I will say NO as he installs several games and apps If my mom or dad asks my opinion I will readily say YES as they do not install several apps and this is perfectly fine for them Finally, the limitation of "unable to install apps on external SD card" is imposed by Android and applies for all phones running on KitKat and not for this phone alone. Lollipop - upgrade - equally appliacle for phones that provide later updates.

If you will use small size apps and utility apps like OLA,Freecharge, GPS etc- typically of sizes 20 to 60 MB - then you can install several of them in the internal memory of 2 GB Overall an excellent phone for people who do not need several big apps on their phones

Dont buy this phone! internal memory is only 2.4gb on first boot. and apps are NOT movable to ext sd card inspite of rooting!. blame it on the user non-friendly Android KITKAT version. it would have been better if it was launched with Jellybean only, atleast we could have moved apps and apps data to ext sd card. USB OTG is not supported. it does not have any forum support. it is the rebranded Coolpad 7298D model, so chinese ROM's are available at ROMJD site. but i cannot decipher chinese!

Iam using this phone for the past one month. Its a good phone. Display is big and clear. Camera quality is very good when HDR is ON. Video clarity excellent. Voice, sound and other features are satisfactory. To get good battery backup we have to turn off tap to lock and unlock feature. Overall this is a very good phone. For this price excellent features.

Hello Guys can anyone please suggest me what type of apps should i use to remove junk files? After using this phone for 2 weeks I just downloaded 360 security apps after that when I switched off my phone, I can start it anymore. Only the panasonic starting logo is showing and getting off. Twice I have visited to service centre they just started the phone by installing software again but couldnot find the issue why it is happening. I am having a worst experience with this phone. Still now I have doubt after uninstalling 360 security. I really dont know what to do this phone.

i purchase this phone from snapdeal..the phone is very good but 2 problam on this phone that first battery backup is very poor and secend problam is the apps can not move on sd card otherwise phone is very good
