My battery died and the charger won't charge. I cannot find a replacement for either and I feel like I am stuck with this expensive phone that I cannot resell without a battery or a charger can anyone help me in finding a charger and a new battery for this phone? other than that the phone is ok. it is just hard to replace the parts because it was not made in America.

if you havent already tried, pull out the battery for a few seconds. put it back in, then try to turn it back on. this will usually reset most phones & pda (smartphones). good luck!

it is a good phone but the manual takes ages to read. I likethe fact it is chunky as it feels like youre actually handling something not a sheet of plastic.

great design , but a very slow phone. the java applications run very slow....and only space for 10 java apps and games.....and java pps like opera, ebuddy messenger run very slow and hang all the time...!! stylish but a turtle is the right word....!!!!

I bought this phone with a 256MB RS-MMC bundling at the end of march, but then I change it to 1GB RS-MMC. Sometimes the phone shutdown itself. For the worst thing, when I turn it on again, all my phonebook has gone! Could anybody explain what happen? Thank you.

I got this phone about 2 months ago and I honestly hate it. It is probably the worst phone I have ever owned. For one, you can't download ringtones besides the ones it gives you, unless you put an mp3 from you computer onto the phone (which I have done but takes a while and takes up tons of the storage). Also the picture quality isnt all that great, videos are short, and you cant receive or send multimedia messages.

Aqeel Ali Khan to answer your question this phone doesn't even have 1MB of internal memory but i'm sure you get a memory card with the phone. It said in a review that the internal memory is 0MB,so i'm guessing a few hundred kbs.

this concerns the question about photo call...its easy...first thing you do is to copy all names in the sim card to the phone memory. second step is to go to the stored photos you have taken either in the phone or the memory card...select the photo you want then press options....after pressing options go to the option "set as"....you will see two choices-- wallpaper and contacts...choose contacts and do it...that's all... I also have a question to any one who has used this phone...I tried to download video clips from other phones via bluetooth but the pantech 6100 does not play them although they are 3gp.!!! can any one tell me what to do...does this mean the phone does not support 3gp video clips?? thanks nadim

If i remember correctly, you have to paired the devices first if you wanted to received a file from others thru Bluetooth with this Phone PG-6100, otherwise the file could not be retrieve. but this phone is really nice thou

What you need to do is call t-mobile and get u to send the settings to ur hand set. if they are unable to this is, it is because they have not recvd them from panteck n u will need to wait a lil while! im sorry if thats the case! i think the fone is amazing but it isnt available in the U.K! x

i just got this phone 2 weeks ago and every time i use the mp3 player the phone turns off by itself after 4-5 songs and wen i try to turn it bak on, it doesnt turn on succesfully, ill always have to turn it on and off twice but it always turns on good the second time... does anybody else have that problem or can anybody help?

I'm not gonna buy a phone for its camera. It will never compete the quality of real digital camera. I have a Sony Cybershot T5 and did a comparison with SE K750i. Compared to my T5, K750i's photo result is a laughing stock. Wake up guys - buy a phone for its MOBILE functions: making calls, sms, mms, and e-mail. Buy a cheap 1GB iPod Nano for music. Or a regular 5 megapixel digital camera for taking pictures.

the mp3 is good... with built-in 3 skins graphic equaliser with animation. it has 3 types of preset sound such as rock, pop, classic and default normal. However, u wont b able to use multi-tasking such as playing mp3 as well as sending sms. this is the lack feature of this phone. I just bought this phone today and I have been looking this phone for more than a month. İt is great phone I would recommend to everybody with 2 megapiksel camera you can take great pictures.The sound is very high. The design is excellent. Dont miss this phone. The menu is just a little bit slow but with all other wonderful functions you wont mind that the menu is slow.

I have installed the cd rom and then connected but it says *connection failed. reconnect*.. I have tried it a number of times but yet it is still not working... Read in another review that this phone cannot multi-task even when radio is turned on. Then you'll be stuck listening to the radio and cannot for eg, view the images, etc. I almost got sold over the features until I read the other website. Too bad, it would have been on my buy list once it reaches Singapore shore.

This is such a nice lookin phone man... This phone has been out in South Korea for about 14 months now (in CDMA type). Now its finally out in GSM type. There is actually a massive LCD on the back side of it as well as on the inside. So when closed, it would be just like a typical Digital Camera. Now with Memory card slot, you can actually start to get some use out of the camera function. Wicked!!
