Pantech Pursuit - User Reviews

  • I've had my phone for nearly 2 years, and I must say that the battery life is terrible. The apps are very expensive and hard to use. and the keyboard is too small.

  • Hi there, I have a question about my Pantech Flex I got about a month ago. My phone keeps turning on and off by itself and I was wondering how I would stop that problem. Please help me figure this issue out.

  • I've had this phone for about a year and half and have owned two models. The first one worked perfectly for nearly a year. However, although I was extremely careful and the phone never got wet or damaged, the touch screen entirely died and rendered the phone unusable. The replacement I recieved had a working touch screen, but the key board is very broken, and the space bar never responds when pressed, so I have to use the touch interface to text. I'm biding my time until the new iPhone comes, but I'm seriously considering giving up and just ordering the 4S so I can get rid of this thing.

  • I love this phone. It is perfect in size. Takes the best pictures Ive ever seen a phone take.I didnt like the fact that it only held 200 text messages but with a sd card you can do a lot with this phone in terms of music and photos. My touch screen recently went out because I sweat on it but outside of that I havent had a single problem with the phone even though Ive dropped it a few times.

  • i have had the pantech persuit for about a year and two months maybe? and the 3rd week i had this phone i could not stand it. im 13 so i dont have a job so my parents told me i had to wait for my upgrade. i have had 7 replacement phones an 5 new batteries (not even exaderating) when i first got the phone i loved it until it started .. sending texts to random people, calling random people, going off in class when i have it on silent, shutting down, not turning back on, keys started breaking, oh and they discontinued making cases for this type of phone and i cant wait until they actually discontinue the phone itself. trust me this phone is a waste of money and time sure it may be cute and easy to type on but listen to somebody that knows... ITS HORRIBLE!! BYYE

  • This phone is the perfect size, weight, shape, and is super durable, but after only having it for a year it shuts off when ever I leave it alone for awhile. This isn't very handy, especially if you want a case on your phone. When it shuts off you have to take the battery out, so that mean take your case, and back off, then you can take the battery out. It also decides when it wants to call someone too, I could put it in my pocket and take it out, and be on the call screen. I really, really don't like this phone. But it's perfect for clumsy people (like myself) it very, very durable and I'm surprised I haven't broken it yet, even though I've dropped it at least a million times. Long story short, don't get it if your impatient.

  • Best keyboard I have ever had, the phone is super cute and perfect pocket size. I have dropped mine so many times that it probably should have broken but its still good. Mine has never turned on or off on its own. My only problems with it are the battery life is kinda short, it wont save my pictures directly to my memory card, and it gets water damage easily. I really like it if you couldnt get a smartphone i would reccomend it other than that its not worth it. I really do love mine but as soon as my contract is up I am getting rid of it. But its not a bad phone at all I know lots of people who have them as well as myself who are happy with it. :)

  • The phone sucks. The size of the phone and keypad is perfect but the the phone shuts off constantly .I've replaced the battery and had a replacement phone sent to me and i have the same problem. The phone is garbage.

  • The only thing i can tell you about this phone that is good is the shape, size, weight, and the keyboard. Aside from that the phone is completely terrible. The touchscreen is terribly annoying. It randomly calls people. The touch lock is just completely stupid. Most of the time when i pull it out of my pocket im at the call screen or a txt msg screen with a bunch of random numbers and or letters typed. It turns itself off randomly. AND on top of that mines been having problems latetly such as i turn it on and the screen lites up but its completely black or the screen will randomly screw up somehow. for instance sometimes the colors mess up and the screen will get completely inverted. Just to sum it all up DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!

  • This phone is a piece of junk. It's touchscreen stops working and the phone decides to send texts when it wants to even when you have 3G Don't get this phone it's a waste of money and time, and the people that work at AT&T don't know what's wrong with it.

  • i have the pursuit and outside of the size and keyboard it's a terrible phone. it turns off on its own and picks and chooses when it wants to send text messages. unless i code lock it, the screens move on their own and the phone dials people randomly.

  • This phone sucks. Condensation can easily get into the phone causing it to freeze and do all sorts of weird things. The touch is annoying, it restarts all the time, and sends people random text messages. This is my second replacement phone and with the replacement they sent me no one can hear me on the other end of the phone because they say it is crackling. I absolutely hate this phone, and regret ever purchasing it.

  • how good is this phone?

  • I mean seriously I wasted my money for nothing!!!!

  • I really dislike the Pantech because it turns on and off soooo many times!

  • I've had to have AT&T send me replacements several times. I'm on either my 4th or 5th handset of the Pursuit. It keeps resetting itself and having errors with displaying the text messages. I keep having it replaced through warranty, and am waiting until there's a comparable device that this can be replaced with. Do not get this device!!!

  • i don't get it whats so bad and whats so good about this phone. anyone want to tell me?

  • it's not a bad phone but it just has a bunch of tiny bugs that seriously get on my nerves

  • i love mines the keyboardd is really easy to us even though the touch screen is a bit bothering you can still text in class because it is really small i do not recommend this though.

  • i actuallllly just got onee and its not that bad i kindaa like it actuallly (:

  • It first I liked it, but mine turns itself on and off, and than takes 5 minutes to "restart", its starting to be quite a bother

  • i just got it but i dont know how to use it but it is great

  • I strongly dislike this phone. The touch screen is terrible. I'm not a picky person when it comes to phones and keep mine for the full 2 years but I just can't stand this one. I've had it for 3 months and ever since the first week it's been annoying and stupid. I thought I just had to get used to it but the response just gets worse. Since there are no buttons, it's easily dropped. I dropped my old phone 4 times in 2 years and I dropped this twice UHF first week ( on carpet but point proven).

  • cuute :))

  • I just got one and I like it. There's nothing wrong with it.

  • why? what is wrong with it? cause im thinking about getting it and if u dont like it i would like to know the cons.

  • I bought this phone and I thought I could get it unlocked so I can use it with T-Mobile but for some reason nobody can find the unlock code. Do you know how I could get it? Thanks

  • I work for Pantech and i hate this phone

  • hahah, seems like people liked this phone ;D

  • This is a joke for the jokers, what a waste of money

  • Indeed!
