I have this phone, I like it and it is very easy to use and is a great mobile for old people or young children because it has funky ringtones and fun games too.

I have had this phone (Sagem mw 3020) for almost 6years now. It developed this problem of not receiving and making any calls out, the applied to text messages. And recently when I removed the aerial I managed to receive calls and make calls. What might be the problem with it? And can this aerial be replaced given that this series have been discontinued? Where can I get the accessories for this handset because I'd love to continue using, due to the fact that its network reception is very good. Just need its aerial and Battery............Please advice.

But dont worry god must be watching over you as i have the answer, ur just being a big silly billy ok. push the middle enter key go to menu number six and push enter. Dont feel silly i had the same problem when i first got it (isnt it great)

Used to own 1...have updated sagem Mw3020 is a good phone although it is out of date...It is also weak in the water resistance area(turns off automaticly after contact with water)(can be fixed by air clean at cell shop) I have had this problem on two occasions...NO other problems But is verry hard to find Ring-tones for it... i like this phone, it has cool features, but its design i hate. Its too big!. and sometimes the keys gets stuck ,and it is really hard to figure out how where you exit at programs because it varies sometimes. And the speaker phone is ok, but at times the norml volume is too soft. But the price is right, and its ok

I' ve been using my Sagem MW3020 now for 1 year and it's still going strong. I' ll be replacing it with a new phone (probably) in a few weeks time, but it's had a good life. It has such a good balance of features, such as WAP, games and automatic keyboard locking. The only downside is that the ringtones are horrible, but I just keep it on vibrate alert. It' s the best phone I' ve ever owned. Hopefully my new phone can be just as reliable :-)

My model is MY 3020, and I understand but for the metal coloured back cover and antenna in MY, MW and MY are the same. On a whole, it is a beautiful little phone. For it's price of about Rs.3700/- to Rs.3,900/-, it is a real value for money. Yes, it does not have picture messaging! But then, the strength of reception is astonishing, and so is the voice clarity. I have used it in closed elevators, basements, and even in a short tunnel without any problem. Its draw back is its battery time. They could have equipped this with the same Li-ion battery its big-brother 3040 has! But anyway, you can do it from your side, as 3040's battery fits 3020. As regards to downloading ringtones, simply use a search-engine like Google, and you will be shown a number of sites with Sagem ringtones.
