I loved the mobile soo much. I just wish its size and features come with modification in android.I love the concept of sliding to get the feeling like you're using mini computer using fingers. This is the best of all the phones I've used so far. Hope it returns as the same external features(lools &physical aspects...keyboard) with updated internal features(ram,internal memory,sd card,and android features) 😘

I have looked at the reviews and it seems like they are just not giving people real information on this phone. I am an owner of the this phone, it's perfect for texting, taking pictures facebook is good if your wifi is good, camera is perfect. NB: If you throw down your phone a lot do not get this phone after 2 years the screen goes, if you happen to throw it down, and u can't touch the screen and the lighting to be able to see whats on your screen won't work. Right now im having this problem. The front facing camera only works with skype. It's more for users with small fingers, mainly girls. I am looking to buy a new phone, just don't know which one to go for now. If you want to buy this phone just don't throw it down keep it safe. enjoy it ;) after all its a nice phone.

After 1.5 yrs of use my corby is now not working. Service center people saying its circuit board not working and should be replaced with a cost of Rs. 3000. And they also said it wil take one week to replace because they have so many pending works. From that I learned that most of the samsung mobiles are not good for long use. So guys please dont buy a Samsung mobile. My opinion is CORBY PRO is the worst mobile I have ever used.

Not a smartphone but a nice little phone, basics plus internet and media. If you don't like complicated functions, and every app in the book; get this one. On a negative note (probably applies to most phones), it limits some other devices' services for bluetooth transfer/communication. well if you are viewing something in the internet and you want to zoom the webpage and it says phone memory full, here's what you have to do. 1. go to wifi then, 2.turn the wifi on 3. press conect(Note: if connect doesnt work you may try the edit button) 4.Scroll down and find the Linger time (Sec.) 5. change it to highest possible or as i do it, i change it to 99,999. that's it you'll have longer time in viewing your internet. hope this helps. :)

In order to get the songs playing in different sequence like one song again and again or all the songs one by one and over again and also all the songs played till the end , u need to select the option at the right top of music window there are several options how to use the music player.Its a good phone with several features which most users recognize after some time......

i have been using this phone from quite some time. not at all satisfied with it. screen resolution is OK. camera is hopeless. can have better quality pictures with other company phones like nokia even with lower MP resolutions. slider is also OK. my slider is not working properly. display goes black every time i use slider. don't know whether its a software problem or what but every time i try to use music player, it plays one song only song repeatedly... at the end... i will not recommend this phone to any one...

What did u use when charging? because if u will use its USB cord, it will transmit data to ur PC. So for that, you can upload pictures to the net. But if ur using the charger itself and you got that message, then maybe u need to reset your phone bcause of its settings.

My boyfriend and I both got the samsung corby phones and mine is the pro. We have had several issues with both phones. His turns off randomly while typing texts. Has since the day it was purchased. Mine has been fixed once, replaced once and now I have a brand new phone that nothing works on. Wifi doesn't work, radio doesn't work. Tests are taking sometimes hours to get to me. i am using corby pro from 2 years and its working fine. Use it in 3g sim and u can see super fast speed in internet making video calling is also easy in this handset (if u use an android mobile first of all u need to download some software for video calling then only it works) but there is no need to download software in corby pro for video calling

Our company bought 8 of these and it's the worst decision we ever made. Don't buy them. 1) Screen is rubbish - hard to press, not responsive, shocking resolution 2) Mail is close to impossible to configure (and we use a gmail address!) 3) Had bizarre problems with a few of them, like them not turning on for no apparent reason. JUST DON'T DO IT!!!

I found the phone good and easy to type with qwerty keyboard. But the phone book is not upto the standard. It can search only by the first letters of name and from in between. If the search is from instr(), it is much easier to locate a contact. I am using my old N 72 and this phone is just going waste.

NOBODY BUY THIS PHONE !!! The processor is too slow and the phone is heavy and there is a gap between the screen and the keyboard so it feels like its gonna break. It will never be able to support android or any other OS for that matter. Waste of money. Unless you want it as a temporary replacement .. Please dont buy this phone. It keeps restarting itself, even during calls. Very irritating. After first month battery life is horrible. Only good thing is call quality and music quality, thats why i recommend as replacment phone. Ive had this phone for a year and a half so feel free to ask questions.

I have Corby Pro B5310 using for past 18months. It is a good smart phone. But Music sound clarity on speaker mode is not at all good. Can check mail and send mails. It is very difficult to view websites and web pictures. Not equal to NOKIA, apple IPhone and Blackberry. Cant compare the features with above.

Have been using the phone for 10 months. The slider keypad makes texting very easy. About 2 months ago, touch screen doesn't react smoothly (very jerky) anymore. The battery charging not always working (says battery is full when it is not). It is also easy to accidentally hang up during a call, and not the easiest to find where things are (settings, etc). it's not bad for basic functions (text, check emails, browsing) but that is if the touch screen / battery were fine.

Hi! Before you will connect via wifi, make sure first that you are in a wifi zone. look for the wifi icon on your phone. then press "on". then look for the network to connect and wait till it will say "connect". then press the selected network again and tap "start internet". :-)

Been using it for about 9 months now : Awesome Connectivity - Internet, Email, Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS. Robust & Rugged - I dropped it a couple of times. The back cover and battery came off.but no clicks or damage. Please do not try voluntarily I may have been lucky. Fairly good camera for it's class. Horrible PC connectivity. KIES is the most terrible PC s/w. No OS upgrades available. NO proper SMS module. NO PC connectivity by Bluetooth. Teethering works.KIES works only with Win 7. Too many changes to XP with dot net so u'd rather not use it. Terrible phone if you have to manage SMS, u can do only on phone not on PC.You cannot copy SMS from PC you have to type it! 2.8 inch screen is OK. Touchscreen response is very good. Last September I padi Rs.10K for the phone. By today's competitive products I'd pay only about 6500-7000 for this product. For those wanting freedom of using applications like SMS, eMail, calendar and manage files from PC ... DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

Using this phone from over a year now. Its an average phone. i would rate it as below average. first tings first the touch is good with certain major applications such as messaging and calling but pathetic with certain games. (Try the brain challenge which comes pre installed and you ll know what im talking about) very very poor app store. if your thinking of downloading cool apps on this fone,ur gonna regret it. delivery reports come as a separate message. deleting them again and again is another pain in the ass. no option for choosing memory card to save your messages. which means u have only a limit of 1300 on your phone and a additionsl of 25 in your sim card. want more?? back up your messages to your mmc everytime. verrrryyyy slowwwww in switching applications. mute button activated automatically during a call sometimes. unmuting it is another task which takes several hours. no flash with the camera. tht means no torch too. can only type to a limit of 160 characters if your using the 'conversations' option for messaging. - it believes in talking less and hearing more. the software which comes with it is hideous. after all these cons..there has to be something good about this fone too right.. the qwerty keyboard is awesome. one of the best fones for texting. hardly any handsets can match up to this fone as far as texting is concerned. the keys are large and well shaped and texting becomes fun with this fone. oh yeah u got to be careful with tht 'ok' button on the right cause thts for sending. so use the p's and the bkspaces carefully or end up sending an unfinished message which makes u look like a fool. good battery bakc up. decent camera. very sturdy.. (lost the count of how many times i hv dropped it. still going strong) lastly... amazing pre installed app called 'find music'.. just record the music n it will tell u whats the name of the song. very useful for music lovers. in a nutshell .. not a great handset.. there r much better fones available in the market at the same price value.

Most worthless phone. RAM is very limited. Every now and then u'll get out of memory error and few apps & widget will be closed (happens specially when you are browsing). Browser can't load long webpage (out of memory). UI experience is somewhat sluggish (though faster than other corby brands). Battery life is poor, unless mostly keep it in standby. Java apps sucks battery juice within an hour , so forget about keeping IM open. One good thing is that, it can multitask(though crudely). GPS is slow to lock but you can accelerate the TTFF by loading GPS+ satellite constellation/almanac data before using it in street. Overall average experience. Not suitable for todays demanding tasks. Though its price suits its performance. Recommended for: light & novice user. who are happy with what they get. Not recommended for: demanding user, who wants to stay connected longer and wants to surf, use navigation frequently and also who always wants to explore new usage by loading 3rd party apps.

I have a quick question. Let's imagine I am on a call and someone asks for some information (say someone's contact number or a note). I am on the screen one sees when you are on a call. I click on the microphone icon to mute the line and then the large menu button to retrieve the details I need. Having done that, I am now unable to get to the screen I was originally on. Although I can hear the people on the call, I cannot unmute the microphone. Is there a way I can get back to the original screen to unmute the microphone?

Hi, This is the best phone to buy if you want a complete handset at a reasonable price. It has everything including 3G and WiFi. Coming to your queries... 1. This phone do not has any pen 2. You can install some programs on it (ngpay, newshunt etc..) 3. It has an inbuilt dictionary, which is very nice (you can find almost any word you want). 4. Sound is very good when compared with Nokia and LG. You can feel a home theatre experience if you use the headset provided by Samsung. 5. Memory Card slot is under the back jack. So far so good, the phone works perfectly and it`s worth the prize,even though it`s quite a bargain if you know how to take advantage of all its features. One thing I would change is the way the tracks are displayed on the track list, it`s a real pain in the neck when you need to create a playlist and there`s no way to filter in a more effective way than the actual one.Other than that,this phone is great.

Samsung Apps site is a chor site. They claim free but they hand in glove with operators who charge Rs.50 for download of one app. Samsung is a untrustworthy company. Lousy PC suite called KIES I & II . DONT buy Samsung phones till you know the fine details and whether all features are there like NOKIA. The NOKIA Suite simple accepts all their phones. Since pc suite is bad. dont worry. the phone has good back up & restore feature fo sms on mmc card. you can get ur self a good 2GB card only for sms. given data sze the me will last atleast a year with aout 400-600 txt sms per month. tip keep backing sms in sall nos eg 100 sms a dated folder so u can cess quicky and less navi problem. best o luck.

KIES 1 had ONLY SMS Viewer and saver, and once on the PC YOU cannot bring SMS back onto the handset! Niether can you copy sms jokes from internet into your handset! Very Good Mobile. Useless PC Suite - KIES I & II. The phone can store upto 1300 SMS . My phone reached 800 and it was nightmare reaching tge bottom. Worst was task of selectively deleting SMS where there were some which needed keeping. On the phone these operations take huge time and effort but on the PC Suit (as in NOKIA or LG PC Suites both which I have used) it is matter of few minutes and far more comfortable. Even the Bluetooth connectivity with PC is not proper.

This phone is great! It's a very standard phone with some nice gadgets. It's easy to use and has nice touch screen features. I think people will like this phone if they interested in networking and socializing. It has built-in facebook and instant messaging applications. Although the widgets are limited, there is enough useful apps to keep one satisfied. I've had my phone for 5 months and it has not let me down. I enjoy typing using a QWERTY keyboard. I also use WiFi a lot because I don't have a data plan.

hi all. dont buy this phone. as per my experience the phone is not good. message memory is very less, no flash, internet software is not good, sound quality will decrease day by day, secondary camera only for 3g support u cant click pics from secondary camera, no inbuild memory, touch resolution is not too fast. good things is google maps, qwerty with touch keypad, looks,frount screen, widgets style. but nokia is best 5230 and e 63 is good phone. in any want want any mobile phone details they can call me without any hegitation 9986334090. am sure he will get good suggestion.

Nokia better. First of all this is a sliding phone. ribbon will go rubish after 1 month. and you dont really need the qwerty keypad coz of turn the nokia horozontally, it become a qwerty keypad phone anyway. so nokia better investment.

been using corby pro for a year now.. what can i say.. it satisfied my expectation and even exceeded.. because i got an amazing phone in that particular price range.. still i think about the video call and i feel like i was fooled because they said that it is capable of doing so.. but then again still it is no biggy on part since im not much of a video call person... still loving the stylistic built of the phone and the qwerty keyboard. composing text msgs and emails is a breeze.. i just hope that there are more downloadable themes that the corby pro supports... hmmm... but now i think i need to get a real smartphone that can accommodate my mobile browsing needs... considering the n8 because of its awesome camera feature... though bugs are still a problem since nokia havent released a firmware update... still waiting..

i guess one major cons for me in my corby pro is the internet browser... you cant open more than one webpage.. and sometimes when you are visiting a fully loaded website it says "phone memory low"... so sometimes you cant view, zoom a site...

hello friend,, its a common drawback in the camera... Also there is no autofocus,, so you should wait for a couple of seconds for better picture... Try sports mode in camera,, its more effective than ordinary mode I think...

To get your PC to 'see' the phone just press 'exit' until you are at the last page. That is the one with just keypad, phonebook, menu on it. Then connect with the USB cord and your PC will see it.

it all depends on what you expect from the phone too... i had bought it last month with the same mixed feelings that you have now. if you are upgrading then you might like it, if you've used a similar phone then you will be disappointed. the inbuilt browser is hopeless but you could install opera. gps is horrible, it comes with a validity period which got renewed on it's own for a month and then became 0. not been able to use it since then. otherwise it's bearable

Wow, this Phone is amazing! In my opinion, everyone should have this phone because here in Canada, it's cheap, good quality, and the features are AMAZING! I love the touch screen, and the cartoon UI! The Texting features are great, too! I give this phone a perfect 10! By the way, I'm 16, so I think all teenagers should get this phone instead of Blackberrys (they suck) or iphones (really slow).

try to send mms on your own mobile # as well....'coz as far as I know...in sending mms, u need to ask your mobile provider for that to be activated and they will send you a configuration if needed. Mine, works, perfectly fine.

@ Deepika I am a corby pro user and am very satisfied with the phone performance in terms of telephony, Internet, eMail, camera. Over all it is a great phone. BUT. It is now quite outdated. Corby experience with net on PC, wifi and appropriate PC Suite applications is not great. The Kies only looks good but is quite mediocre and primitive in features. There I would recommend the Corby PRO only to people who would like to use phone only. For about 9.5K-10K which it is priced presently, there are very good phones available/coming soon in the market like Nokia X5 etc.

hello margs! Are you trying to find different options in music player?? All you have to do is to tap the screen while playing a song. That's it! (in music player -> select a song -> play the song -> in now playing mode -> tap the screen) it'll show you the hidden options in music player such as: *shuffle (on/off) *equillizer (normal/rock/live/etc) *repeat (off/once/all tracks) (*all in symbol form) and the track time try it. hope it helps! :)

Hi, I have been using it for over 6 months. Quite a good phone. Recently activated the GPRS in this phone (Airtel), and browsing over phone is pretty neat. However if I connect it to my laptop to PC (Dell, Windows 7, 64 Bit, Home Premium) thru bluetooth and try to browse from PC, the phone stops responding for a few minutes - then restarts itself. After restarting, if I try connecting again, the connection is successful this time (2nd attempt), and am able to browse without any issues there after. This is happening everytime, where the first attempt to connect fails and ends up in restarting. The second attempt (after restarting) goes butter smooth (within 1 min). Anyone had/has this experience? Anyone seeing any solution is highly welcome. Thanks a lot!

Its not a good technology i would rather prefer nokia c6 more than it its just a waste of money to buy it so think before buying n i will advise never to buy such a money wasting phone

Hi Jai, I don't know. Maybe you need to contact your mobile phone vendor for them to check it. I had that problem before but it fixed itself as time went by. :-)

This phone is nothing but a piece of CRAP. 1.Worst OS I have ever seen. 2.You dont get a basic text copy-paste feature. 3.The biggest flaw I felt that, phone's default browser just can not handle high quality pages and videos.I think they wanted us to browse only mobile view web pages nd stream only gprs quality videos with 3G nd WiFi connection. 4.It does not support any 3rd party software. 5.While scrolling through songs playlist u need to scroll through whole playlist (from A-Z)if u want listen a song starting wid 'Z'. 7.You need to be careful while taking snap, even slightest shiver will make the pic look shaky. 8.The PC Suit software KIES.. Ohh My God!! its takes hell amount of space & time to start.my windows boots faster than it. At last I wud say, I have done my biggest mistake by purchasing this set.Hope you'll not.

Hi Santosh, I dont think that the problem because i have a Nokia N95 phone previously and that could connect to our office wifi with no problem. Have you encountered problem with wifi saying the same error message as "Authentication failed" or "no WAP address"? What do u think is the reason aside from that reason that you gave me. actually my officemates can connect to our wifi connection as well with no problem. as well as i can connect to the other network. i need your help. :-)

Hello Kysh, I dont think your office WiFi is open for everyone, so it just show the available connections but it will not connect to the internet. If you want to connect it to internet then your have to go to your office "computer programmer" who does programming for your WiFi or LAN programming. There will be a system with him/her in which he/she feeds the settings for all the WiFi devices. Only after he/she program settings for your phone WiFi device in in his/her system then only it is possible for you to access internet from your phone using office WiFi connection. So ask your programmer to do programming for your WiFi device. All the Best :)

Friends dont go for this phone. The sliding is very loose too. The design is superb but the working condition and option are very worst. I am fully unsatisfied from part 6 months. I purchased for ten thousand five hundred. If i want to sell every one asking for 5.to 7 thousand in between. Dont waste your money. Ask the person who is using . Tu worst Java operating system. The service centre is too worst in bangalore. I gave them to update software as my mobile restarting often. They handled very badly. And they dint update. They just restore the phone by asking the code as i changed that. They kept a side and gave me after 10 minute. I saw everything . I told them u dint update. They told yes i update. Finally i told u dint. They took my phone now to service room and update the software. Worst experience. They dont know how to interact with people. Thank you so much for the patience. Sory, but I think there's something wrong with my mobile. It doesnt have anything that you mentioned. When I put it on the main screen or go to the actual Music player. Once I open it, it show me only all the tracks, thats it. Theres no arrow or anything. Just an arrow, where in you can go on a next song which is you need to click so that you can go on the next song.

Come off it Jane! Admit it: Kies is rubbish and will lose you many customers. I am looking for an alternative phone at the moment, and avoiding anything made by Samsung.

The Kies software that comes bundled with the product malfunctions. Samsung support tells you to upload Kies from the website, which takes forever. Once you get it going you have no message management - you can only view the messages. Samsung New PC Studio purports to offer message management but does not recognise the phone, except as a storage device. In summary, a very poor buying experience. Will avoid Samsung phones in the future.

Hi Joe, WiFi connection is always free, only thing connection to internet depends on the type of WiFi connection. If it is a secured WiFi connection then u have to get IP address and settings from server, if its a open WiFi network then it connects automatically to Internet. Good Day

Hi margs, I think you have set ur music player for a single song play, u can find a symbol at the upper right corner of the music player(a arrow mark with "A" on it or a double arrow symbol surrounding number "1" or a double arrow symbol surrounding letter "A"), there you can change how do you want to play ur playlist. there u set it to arrow with "A" letter on it, then it will play all the songs. u can change it just by touching the symbol. U r most welcome.. u can go to getjar....from ur mobile and can also download.. but if u want d games or applictions in landscape mode with no small white keypad in d screen, u have to save d file in pc and move it to ur fon aftr doing d steps to make it work in fullscreen... search d previous post or search by typing 'landscape' in search openions.. try it ..and hav fun..

If ur opening a track by going to a folder then it u have to play each track manually, so better play it in music player, so that it will automatically takes next track. And I have already explained how to play a particular folder in music player. Did it work???

Hi Kysh, It was my problem also. all this bloody problem is due to that each track has different album name, artist, singer, generic name, etc etc. all you have to do is remove these tags from the track. For this u can use a software called "mp3tag". there u can change all the track information for all songs in a folder at a time. (u can change for single track too) I have deleted all track information and in place of album I have put my own name like, Kannada songs, hindi songs or english songs. once you apply thses changes, all the songs in folder will have a single album name. copy this folder to your memory card and when you create a playlist in ur corby pro you can just go to album, select ur folder and add all to play list. your palylist is ready now. Its very simple. just try it... Now I dont have to add one one track to a playlist, I can put a whole folder to a playlist. ask me for anything else u need for this particular problem Have fun

Please help me with wifi connection. Why is it that everytime I connect to wifi, it says "authentication failure". This wifi connection doesnt need for the security key or password to put in though. Hi Jai, You mean, you can't play the music and do other things at the same time? all you need to do is to set the "background play" on so that you can play music with the headset eventhough you are checking your messages, etc. Hope this answers your query because i cant clearly understand it. :-)

Hi Sheheer, i followed the steps as well but when i went to "album", i couldnt find my song folder. only albums were there. Do i have to add it to album? how? i already had a folder of songs to myfile. do i have to transfer it to music folder? i got interest on this since i got the same problem. hope u can answer this because its really inconvnient to manually creating a play list. :-)

yes, you can use the touch screen keyboard to create a message.just click the "message" down the button of your screen and tap the space to type a message. and for you to use the keyboard as well. regarding your second question, you can play music on the background, just go to the music library and click settings. make sure that "background playing" is "on". then click "save". hope this could help u. :-)

Good Phone. But last month suddenly started getting display problem. Gave it to the Service Center. And they took 29 days to repair. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN LIFE. Hay, Santhosh... u can add folder to a playlist... do d following steps.. add a folder to music folder.. in music player select albums... u can c ur folder n play d folder.. after opening folder ,there is an option to add to d playlist in d bottem.. and u can add all d songs by clicking 'select all'.... try dis.... that is not so difficult to manage music player as smebody says...cause der r more optons like artist , genres ,...etc for easy mangment... anyway try dis n goodluck..

when u search for every track, for some it doesn't show exact name. it shows numbers or album or artist name for some tracks. that is a biggest problem to add perticular song to play list. the worst thing about samsung mobiles. u can do this in Nokia mobiles :(

hello kysh :) yes, you need to be connected to the internet to send/receive emails. to receive emails, you need to download it first. follow this: Go to Messages -> Email inbox -> and Download *it will send you emails from ALL your accounts created. *if you only want to receive emails for a specific account, tap the Specific Account first before you download. *try to be patient 'coz it takes time to download at first try. I already set up my gmail account by following all the steps that you provided but I'm not receiving any email still. I have lots of email on the gmail webmai account. Will it affect the settings? just go to mobile's default web browser and type m.opera.com in address bar. the site will auto detect your phone and will give u the link to compatible version. OR just go to m.getjar.com and search for opera. u will get opera 5 which is far better as compared to downloaded from opera website.

Hai Sleeky.... i think both of them may bc on their work... to install opera mini. go to d site getjardotcom... then search for browser or opera mini then click to download.. if u want it to use in ladscape mode, follow d instructons of Jane (read d previous posts or search by 'landscape' .4 dis u hav to save to ur pc)

Go on internet profile > bookmarks > opera mini...from there...you can open operamini and you can download it on your fon.

Hi Rafiq, if its saying initialising, you have to wait for that to finish loading. sometimes it takes 3minutes to restart completely. just wait while its still initializing. :-)

i had the same problem before. i went back to my mobiel vendor and they fixed it. :-) so that means, if no one can help u here, better go to your mobile vendor for them to check your mobile settings. :-)

Just go to email on the messages section and create account. check the mail servers of gmail account from the google website. hope i answer what you mean.

Well You post was so good and full of information... so thank a million for that but Did you know that you can also customize your menu pages... by simply pressing on icon that's on the top right... you will see then that you don't have 3 menu pages but in fact they are 5... also you can rename the menu... try it... it's very fun :) about the camera, I'll give you a piece if advice.. .if you having trouble making it still, then use the sports mode... believe me it will make it still... and to get excellent results always use the mode that's compatible with the scene... the smile shot is when you use it... it automatically capture the picture when it detect a smile on the face And why do you want to hide your phone :D:D:D

Please help: When I first purchased corby pro, I was able to install jar files without any html files. I just used to transfer files on my phone and click on it to install.Thats it. But due to some problem I full resetted my phone. Now I am not able to install jar files as I earlier could. It shows unsupported file type. Please suggest any trick/codes to revert to earlier settings.

Hello Pavan... Well yes you can delete the widgets that you don't use but it won't help in your problem... and no matter how much your erase from your phone memory, you will still get that message so the only way to solve it is download opera mini and use it instead of the main browser :)

Well first of all i want to apologize for not answering your questions on the same day but the thing is that I'm a married, have 3 children (2 of them are twin and 2 years old) and also work from home... so i try to help users whenever i get the chance and i always start from the old questions to the new ones... so i didn't mean to make you sad or angry because i didn't answer.. i just didn't read it yet :$... so please accept my apology... Anyway about the for accelerometer automatic menu rotation... well samsung and gsmarena are wrong about that.. it doesn't rotate and it will never will :D... it only works with pictures and videos as you said and if your want the menu and other stuff to rotate then you will have to open your keypad, that's the only way... About etiquette pause... Well Florica have already replied on you... (thanks Florica, well done :):)) :):)

4 everyone whose been experiencing "Initializing" problem in Message, here are some facts based on my experience: 1. i tried soft resetting the phone (only the phone settings), it FAILED 2. i also tried rebooting (*#7092463*# -> Debug Settings -> Reboot *the phone will automatically restart), it FAILED 3. lastly, i tried Updating the JAVA and MX. then i SUCCEED! try it. here's how: dial *#7092463*# -> DB management -> Update DB -> JAVA and MX *one at a time. tell me if it works or not. hope it helps :)

would you mind if i answer your question? well, to work the feature properly, check whether it is activated or not. go to settings -> motion settings -> etiquette pause -> on -> then Save the changes. to test if its working, make a "fake call" or just call your phone using diff mobile. when its ringing, try to turn the phone upside down. and that's it. tell me if it woks or not. :)

i suggest you go for corby pro. it is way better than champ. the only good side of champ is that it is more affordable and lighter compared to corby. :)
