I've bought this phone two years ago and I simply don't change it for nothing. I simply love it, never had problems with anything, even when I go to the internet. This phone is amazing. If one day it stop working I'll be very sad for changing it.

at first i liked the phone and it was such a beautiful phone...until i actually bought it,it started giving me a lot of problems and after a while the internet stoped working and my sister had the same problem because we had the same phone.when i called samsung they told me to reset it and i did but it did the same thing again...if u want a phone with a lot of problems then this is the phone to buy...i do not recommend this phone for anyone

I have a e860 and i had no problems with this phone. if you have a problem with internet go to opera.mini.com and load a mobile search on your cell. i guarantee you it works faster and your phone wont freeze again ps. i must say the battery is very good.

at first i loved this phone, but now everything seems to be going wrong with it. the battery is pathetic and i have to charge it at least twice a day, it is continuously freezing, the internet doesn't work and neither does the MMS. if anyone has any solutions for my problems, please help ASAP!!!!!

I absolutely love my E860.. The only problen is it turns off when I go on internet... but then again its a little conforting to know im not the only one who has this problem.. sigh :( Is there nothing that can be done to sort out this problem without taking it in for a software upgrade, im scared to do this incase i lose all the things i managed to download in the short time the internet option did work.. so frustrated!

my phone was 3 months old when it started giving me problems, also switched off when i tried to use the internet. Sent it in for repairs, it couldn't be fixed so i the phone was replaced with a new one. Everything was great, now another 3 months down the line i'm having the same problem. Am really dissapointed. any1 know how to sort it out?

It is a great phone yes. The only problem that I am experiencing is that after 3 months my phone don't want to go onto the net. It switches off. I am currently having my software upgraded. I hope that problem will be a thing of the past now.

It's a gr8 fone! I love my fone to bits. i hear people with nokia's and other Phones complain about their low memory, but I can't complain at all. The only problems i have is that battery life is very short and that i lose signal while on the net. Otherwise its a gr7 phone very user friendly and funky too!

I get this fone in Slovenia, 4 mounth back... but i wasn`t happy. I missed one inportatn function; if someone was calling u, and u dont`t want to answer the fone, u can not cancel ringing...just cant, if u press the red button, call endend...

Man, I really dont get how un user friendly this phone is. Dont the manufacturers look around at what works, what peolpe like & dislike etc?? I have had my phone for two days and already I regret getting it. Sure it's small & good looking, but I am sure they could improve the funtionality by a long way. (my infared & vodafone options dont seem to be working either?? Look at the Nokia 3650; an ugly beast of a phone, but man is it a pleasure to use.

Erm... I have the phone for almost three months now and i kinda hate it... you cannot connect it to the comp unless you have outlook 7 (linux discrimination) the infrared is useless, the software is from vodafone only and it sux, the battery flats out in an instant, not to mention the problem of gprs: whenever your download more than 2.5 mb ar there goes 2.5mb through your browser, the connection fail. The problem is in slovenia and austria and all the contries that have these phones with vodafone software. really disappointed. and yes, the phone has space for around 200 SMS + SIM.

hey eveyone, i just wanted to say, that the E860 is the BEST phone. Its is SO much smaller than the D600 and the D600 is disgusting compared to the E860 as the D600 is SO square. ANd the E860 is got such a good shape!!!!!!!!!!11

i think the E860 is a fabulous phone as it is good looking, got good features. And is easy to slide up and down, as it is so brillianty done. The only problem with the phone is the menu. I think that it should have more colour and funky movements. But other wise u should definaltly get it.

Once again, Samsung creates a great phone but doesn't pay attention to details. They're such in a hurry to slap together a phone and package it and sell it, that they don't bother using common sense. I almost bought this phone but didn't because I tried it out and the phonebook doesn't allow multiple entries within a single name. This was a problem with phones in the mid 90's but should Not even remotely be a problem now days.

One big downer...can you drive in your car and call using a voice command (i.e. voice calling) ??. No, I cannot find ANY reference to it. THis is the ONLY reason why I cannot see myself getting this phone.

the reason why your battery gets flat quickly is apparantly because these new phones you must never charge longer when the battery is full. apparantly only for 2 - 3 hours. Once its full, take it off emmediatly. If you charge it to long, the battery runs out and then resets itself to the normal lasting hours again.

nice phone but i still beg to differ from all the other comments (found on other phone comments)regarding the D500. It is if not the best phone, close to being so. So please before critising think becuase its obvious that if u drop the phone it will break. The D500 is still in a class of its own
