My samsung A7 2018 under warranty phone, Fingerprint issues come till this time.i checked on Service center they said this is not in warranty because finger print color removed. What's the problem if fingerprint sensor between color. Do not buy Samsung phones. Quality is not good.

Samsung Galaxy A7 has major problem of auto Bluetooth connection on while calling. This makes user very irritating. And neither customer care nor service centre has its solution. Instead of resolving the issue, they are making customer fool by their way of convincing. So, better to choose other mobile phone option abstinence market.

On 10.2.2019 got minor 20.79 MB update unbelievable! it says about security not security patch. One major thing I noticed is built-in memory is now more free about 1 GB (cache memory was cleared b4 update).

i have a samsung galaxy a7 2016 and i have a wifi problem, whenever i want to connect to a wifi network and turn the wifi on, it keeps saying " activating.. so I had the Note 3 and S4 for 4 years and barely had any problems. The screens were amazing, very strong and never had to pull the batteries. I now have the A7 and J5 Prime and they are honestly crap! The screens and rear covers crack easily and the chassis gets dented and chunks break away! Constant reboots are required and the bulk of the space is taken up by the operating system. The A7 fell off my desk onto the carpet and now the screen doesn't function. The phone rings when called and the alarms go of on queue but no screen function! These phones are even covered by ADH as they are not part of the premium range! I will not suggest this phone to anyone

I jave purchased this on 11 november 2016 .i dont now why it started restarting first at low battery ,then the problem increased it starts restarting itself at 95 percent of battery also. I have bought galaxy A7 Gold in Sept 2015, and using it since then, multiple application like Skype running at a single instance without any glitch and no faced no issues with battery backup. If running all the heavy application through out the day, then at the end of day, you may need to charge it.

My A7 is constantly telling me that my SD card has been removed or there is an error on Sd card or even unmount SD card to avoid aomethung or the other. Samsung galaxy a7 is a design in haste. With my personal experience with it, Samsung is out of the Nigerian phone market. The serial no of my phone is 356209066621043. It came with a defective camera. Complaints were lodged about this oversight and nothing could be done to either replace the faulty camera nor the phone despite being under warranty. I know that if Samsung carries on its business like this in the country, its fortunes would certainly plummet. Thank you

Based on my experienced a few years ago when I play root and custom rom on my ace plus. That issue maybe is a bootlop, where during update there is an error and the system doesn't work properly. Do you let your phone update clearly without any disturbance? But your truth problem I don't know why, I just stated based on my experienced only. The way when I face the issue is I reinstalled an original firmware. My suggestion, you send to the shop because it happen after update. Not your fault :)

Hi guys i bought a Samsung Galaxy A7 3 days ago, but the battery life is horrible, I'm only sending like 3 emails, 10 min calls, and like 30 min whatsup time a day and the battery doesn't last 12 hours.also when the salesman opened the phone it wasn't pre charged he had to charge it to fit the simple and see if all is well. The display went off for 3 nos of Samsung A7 mobiles which we three colleagues had purchased one and half year back. It was one after another almost within a span of 45 days. You do not have warranty after 1 year. It is better to buy another phone rather than replacing the display. Something is wrong with the display.

Pls don't go for any Samsung mobile with an expectation that it is covered under warranty. They will try to establish that you are at fault and. I bought Samsung A7 2016 and the display went off after 4 months. people at Samsung service centre was trying to establish it is because of miss handling though they could not find any damage or crack.

I updated my A7 (2015) lollipop to Marshmallow on 10th August from BD. It's become very fast and smooth. Battery become adorable (for it life) then lollipop. Missing the sms prevue on status bar.enoyanc the status bar become gray on power saving mood. And faced me about screen overly matter it's just for the side kee panal, when it appear just off the side kee panel and go to action and then you can activate the panal again. I will be happy if I got a OTA update fixing the SMS and gray bar. Tanks Samsung thanks for marshmallow.

You can flash for A700F(Exynos) A700FXXU2BPG5 the France version, it works OK. Can flash only with Odin. I have this version for 2 weeks and only one bug i found : android OS total connection time -battery drain with mobile data On;same situation was for me on Lollipop 5.0.2 it is Android bug, not Samsung. Battery life and charging time is the same. It feels a little smoother but no new Marshmallow themes. Don t know if worth update it.

I hate this mobile....every few days my wifi speed goes down to 2 mbps from 35 mbps.....I did all sorts of reset....hard reset.network reset...it stays ok for a while but speed drops down to 2 with in no time when I check in speed test....I check the speed of same wifi from my wife's one plus and all other phones and laptop in home.it's always 35 mbps and super fast...for me It just drops down and loading Facebook videos takes forever...matter of fact never loads.

The dealer had kept the phone for software update...still the problem exists. ..I am repenting as to why I bought this phone. Pse don't make this mistake. I just updated my A7(2015) to 6.0.1 it was just 892 MB update.It took some time but got updated properly. First thing i noticed the change was the icons.The icons have been rounded and smaller.It looks good. Second thing was the animations.They are now more smoother and good and fatser. Third there is a new mode known as download booster which combines WiFi and LTE network for faster download.I really like that one coz i have both of them and it will be really useful. And that just it there is no new white UI as you see on S7,S6 etc it just as lollipop 5.0.1 before.This update just make your phone faster and better. All the Marshmallow features are there such as google now on tap etc.And security patch level is 1st July.

Did you downloaded any screen filter app like, Lux brightness, Twilight or any other screen filter app. If yes then surely you will also face the problem like me. Kindly Off or deactivate the same while asking permissions. Sure you can able to access permission in marshmallow. Better uninstall screen filter apps.

Use Good look screen an app by samsung to customise your lock screen and notification panel download from apkmirror.com and you can also use new music player ths can also be downloaded frm apkmirror . Note:Good lock screen do not have samsung styled lock screen widget so download it with playstore named sungther and use it with amber weather and also use speaker can give a bit unwanted sound if you update to new music player..to remove that sound just unistall the update Thank You :)

If you want to use it for calling surfing etc,then you can go for it.Rather than that don't expect much from it .It will simply lag if you try to play simple games in it.I wanted it for heavy use(graphics intensive games)but I made the biggest mistake of my life wasting 30k.So if you want a phonew for show-off then go for it.Mind you Samsung will not be responsible for any software related lagging or slowdown. So if you are a heavy user don't who uses lot of heavy apps (high graphics games etc) never buy this phone,as you will regret it.Always buy a phone which performs well, not looks beautiful. From my experience I will never buy a Samsung phone again .

I have A7 FD. I only have it for 6 months. Battery was good when I had Kitkat. Just updated to Lollipop last mo and battery is really draining so fast. Even if i put it on power saving it still doing the same. I always close apps that I don't use and have just very few apps. Not even using it for games because of it's too short battery life. I dont have much issues with this phone but the biggest problem for me is the battery life. After updating it to lollipop, the battery just never stops draining. Had it standby for 3 hours without any apps running and had my wifi and data off and it already lost 4%. And also in less than 10 minutes having the screen on right after standby it lost another 4%.After the update, i would have to charge the phone up to 3 times a day.

If anyone is planning to buy this phone, my honest opinion is..please do not! I loved the specifications and the sleek model, the camera quality initially when I bought it.But that lasted hardly for a month and it started giving me battery problems and heating issues. The battery won't charge more that 54% ! I went to Service centre and they changed the mother board in second month after my purchase. But after that I started having another big problem. This time the touch screen won't work at all :( So I again went to service centre. They again changed the mother board. After that another problem. The phone reboots on its own after every 5 minutes ! the only remedy they have to suggest is to change the mother board again(may be they are waiting till the warranty period is over and I have to start paying them for all that). Now seems like my phone is stuck with service centre only. I am fighting the Samsung customer care on a regular basis to make an exchange or return my money back. But no luck till date. Just wanted to help others save from the troubles( phone hangs and has got many other software issues as well) of buying this phone.

I think A700F is a very good phone. I mean Exynos 5430 version, not the dual sim A700FD version. Battery life is very good, no overheating problem, the camera is good even in low light if set manual ISO 200 or 400. Is slim only 6 mm and light weight. Antutu 6 score at least 50000. Only one bug I found : battery drain on mobile data, this is software problem common to many other phones, maybe will gone after Marshmallow update.

I have A700F Exynos version, battery life is amazing. 2 days and 12 hours standby with 6 hours screen on, Lollipop 5.0.2. Also I had an Lg G3, 3 and half hours battery life with screen on, 72 degrees in 2 min on You Tube, with no overheating apps but on Lollipop 5.0. I think is a software problem.

j7 is in lower mid range price. n a7 is a upper mid range premium phone. there is alot price differences in between j7 and a7. if you want just a big phone n good batery life then go for j7. n if you wan a premium and good looking phone with high screen quality and powerful then go for a7 but batery life wil be 2 hours less then j7. j7 lack many functions. i had use j7 for almost a month and found that it lack many functions so i switch to a7. but i must say i like j7 batery life .

Hi! I'm from Philippines I've got my Galaxy A7 last Feb 9,2016 in smart postpaid plan with a kit kat 4.4.4 version. Very smooth transition. After a day I've been trying to get the latest version lollipop and I've downloaded it and upgrade to lollipop. First impressions: Cons:Not so lag free like LG G2, not so fast like G3, little lag (thanks Samsung), no driving mode, led is weak. Pro: Very very nice display, good pictures with both cameras,very good night video,very good battery life 1 day with 6 hours screen on, or 2 days of medium use, no overheating issue. Antutu 6 score: 55-56000. The black level is amazing, even in the dark can't notice if the screen is on or off. Is a very good looking phone,especially the gold one.

Dont waste your money on the A7 . It only lasted 3 months then overheated and bricked . And samsung wont even fix the piece of rubbish . Samsungs quality control and customer service have gone down the toilet . Last two samsung devices that bought have been total rubbish. Guess time check cheap china phones might last longer than samsungs overpriced rubbish.

It probably just your handset. I updated mine to lollipop a month ago and is not experiencing any problem. Downside is that whenever I play music, it doesn't show anymore on the lock screen. However, the battery life did get extended a lot. And I am an avid online gamer.

Bought A7 in April... Working like a charm...Updated to Lollipop by myself on 3rd November, but there were lags in the update, so went to the service center to have fresh update... Now working a lot better... Just a minor lag in internet browsing while scrolling any page... Camera super.. As with any samsung phone... Performance in all dept.. Gaming.. Watching movies... UI... a perfect piece... It was 30000 when I bought, but its now around 24k... So a better option to think than any other brand like HTC (excessive heating problem) and Sony (don't know why, but I hate sony.. May it contain any feature... The UI is worse than any chinese phone)... And as compared to HTC and Sony... This has a totally revamped design.. Not the conventional one from samsung... I highly Recommend it...

I had upgrade my moto g to Lollipop 5.0.2 and faced lots of issues like mic prob, people wasn't able to hear my voice clearly which was absolutely f9 on KitKat OS and connectivity prob too I faced.. Chkd on net tht dese prob is associated with Lollipop only.. So I will not advice u to upgrade to Lollipop.. But if ur device is working absolutely f9 without any issue den please let me know

The phone is good, looks are sleek and premium. Performs perfectly well for a user like me who likes to browse much and watch a lot of Youtube videos and play light games. The camera is good for a mobile phone, the camera is nice but lacks sharpness. The display overall is crisp and sharp and on the warmer side. The screen is bright and the colour reproduction in many cases is great. Responds flawlessly, however, lacks Lollipop update so far in India. Battery life is really good. I am a heavy user, yet the phones survives usage through the day. I just need it to charge once a day until full. No need to keep any security softwares, manages RAM well itself. The junk can be cleaned by accessing the storage menu in the phone's setting menu itself. The audio output is good and the speakers are decent, but not very loud. The earpiece volume is great. Call quality is great and no call drops observed so far. A product worth buying. The device is more durable than you may think. Its really strong and well built. I hope my review helps.
