You do realize this is a budget phone right? Every company dealing in android comes out with a lower end model. Spend a little cash and get the s3 or s2 epic 4g touch. Samsungs the greatest maker of Android phones.

Worst piece of crap I've ever used. Barely enough memory to run Android as it is. Samsung stopped supporting it two months after they released it. Freezes at least twice daily. Crashes constantly. Battery life is awful. Forget about running Facebook or even browsing the internet that intensively. Incapable of running any version of Angry Birds. Can't run half the apps on the market now. Do not buy this phone. Ever.

Own it for over a year. Biggest piece of junk, Unstable, slow, not enough memory, poor battery life, poor touch screen, no support from Samsung, covers hard to find a break a lot, terrible keyboard configuration, camera has issues, calling has issues, sound is mediocre, bluetooth disconnects all the time. Poor resale value, AVOID this honk of junk. It is made by Samsung the worst company in the universe.

My son went through two already..piece of crap! He gets stuck on the Samsung screen. If its less than a year and u go through 3 than they have to exchange for a different kind in the store! We are waiting for our third replacement. Don't recommend this phone at all..

The Transform is a total POS! My wife got one instead of the EVO like I told her, and I have to say that this is without a doubt the worst phone I've ever had the misfortune of putting my hands on. Slow, buggy, crashes, locks up, etc... It's so slow that some times I can't tell if it's *thinking*, or just dead. If you enjoy rebooting 3 or 4 times a day, this is the phone for you!

This phone is an island. It it tethered to G-Mail but beyond that you are on your own. No PC desktop software. No calendar sync. If you use Outlook, you need to create a special file for your contacts and upload that to a G-Mail account, then copy those over to the Android folder in G-mail. Any changes and you need to do it all over again, or duplicate all entries, if you want to add delete or change a contact. Forget about trying to access Factbook or any social networking sites. Do yourself a favor and get a Blackberry. They aren't perfect either, but a whole lot closer.

well, we all know the batt life depends on how you use the device. what we can do to prevent it from draining faster than the normal is not to charge the battery overnight and unplugged the charger as soon as the phone tells you that the batt is fully charged.

The phone as a is very nice the main concern for me is battery life it is very low not even close to what they indicate on or the book, still it is a very nice phone dose everything i need and more.

I absolutely love this phone's design and specs. I would buy it if it was available in Europe :( The keyboard looks perfect - I can't find any other Android phone that looks as good, simple and useful. Why is it not GSM? ;(
