U should also consider giving out free ringtones because we your customers need to feel your appreciation. Be informed that the has reached as far as Malawi in Africa but you seem to sideline most African countries. Nokia is very famous here because the owners have a very good customer care system, sometimes they give out free ringtone and colour wallpapers. Please broaden your marketing concepts. Africa is a very big continet therefore it deserves very good things since these good things have just started coming therefore I believe this could be your selling point more especially Malawi. Kindly hear my voice. Malawi has over 100,000 samsung users. What do you think.

I am using a samsung n620 model cellular phone. but the problem is i have some numbers and names saved in the phone memory. no matter how many SIM chip i change or swap, i should be able to access the phone memory with the numbers feeded right? but where as it shows me phone memory as empty. When i put back the old SIM it shows the list of numbers and names in the phone memory and the SIM memory. but when i use different sims it doesnt show me the the phone memeory but it will show the list of the sim memory.   • Actuallu Jack, Samsung whoop Nokia in mobile phones. It's just Samsung uses different system (Nokia uses GSM, but Samsung uses CDMA and others).   • Hey you lot, stop whinging about having no ringtones! There are plenty of sites around now you just have to do a search. A really good one I found is: but you still need a cable and software to upload onto your phone. Use melody manager which you can get from You'll have to find your own cable though. Also, Mobile Universe discussion forum has some really good tips for the SGH-T100 but lots are also applicable to the SGH-N620 (like adding words to the T9 dictionary!) So now you can stop complaining about this phone cos it rocks!

  • I would like to say that I think that the N 620 looks beautifull and its settings are very practical and its graphics are beautiful. However I really hate the sound when you want to switch your telephone off or on. The music with the little angel is really awful. One other thing which I also like is the design. It's very small but you guys should get that antenna of it. It doesn't fit the total design of the telephone.

  • its a nice phone.. could be better if it didnt have the antenna.. and the lcd blue screen is totally blinding.. not good when u switch it on to see the time in the middle of the night.. should also enable polyphonic ring tone composing.. and ring tones composed sounds disgusting.. but overall a cool phone

  • And Guyz, The talk time is 180 min and standby time is more than 2 dayz. Standby time i have noticed my self and talk time i read it at samsung.com. But plz update me that is the Computer cable,CD and kar kit available wid the mobile or not as accessories.

  • Hi, I am very happy with N620.I had sold my old Blue i (SghA200) for this compact model.Though the Nokia 8310 is the only mobile whicw surpasses this phone in size,durablity and quality, the polyphonic tunes of N620 make it a very lovable phone.Battery life is sufficient.Does not support changable operator logo.

  • Hi, I just bought the samsung N620 phone... At first, I found it cool until I tried to download the polyring tones.(Right now there are 16 tones but I want to download those pop kind of tones) Used a lot of methods,Internet,Magazines, but still find a section that downloads polyrings tones.

  • Got it at US$30 in singapore.. The ringtone rocks man... Trust me...16 polyphonic ringtones.. The appearances is very nice.. Worth every cent since i got it so damn cheap... Actually price is near $200..but super promotion ....
