I've had NO problems with the camera nor with the battery. I've had my phone for over three years and it's stood up to my abuse. It's been dropped, kicked, dropped AND kicked. It offered more functionality than the cheapo clamshells that I've had as well as better reception. The only drawback for technophiles is that the web browser is VERY limited and you don't have a full range of punctuation for texting. I use commas instead of apostrophes. I'm holding on to this phone until it becomes obsolete or it is no longer feesible to keep running. A very good phone if you are not a technophile or grammar nazi.

Has been a really good phone in most aspects BUT right from the start had trouble with the camera function. Some pictures save and some don't which is a big thumbs down. Some videos save - some don't! Another big problem is that if you move pics or vids to another folder, they disappear into a big black hole never to be seen again!!!That made me mad as hell when it happened, but never mind, just never move photos or vids and u will be fine! Other than that I have been VERY happy with the phone, it has a great capacity for vid & music downloads, super easy to use, xlnt speaker phone, has video calling etc. The phone has a very clear viewing screen too! XLNT for games videos and pics. Big plus, this phone can handle being dropped!!!

hey, i have this phone currently,looking to upgrade, the z400 is pretty coll, has all the features that you need, you can even use the video call camera as an actuall camera. i like it, only problem is that its a little bit fat and the camera isnt very good, it sorta goes everywhere. other than that its good. i have it in silver, it looks better than black. thanks

Had this phone now for 2 years and I'm looking to upgrade...only problem is that there's nothing as great as this (for the same price range that is). I have had no problems with it, however the buttons are only now going, and I have been bothered by not being able to apply custom tunes as text alerts. Other than that this phone is brilliant!!!! Had this phone for 3 years now. This phone has taken a lot of beatings as I am pretty rough on it. It is to date my favourite phone. Have had several other phones on my business contract - some very high-end, but nothing compares to this little wonder. It has a solid slider, build quality is top-notch and screen is great. Lack certain features, but if I can find a new one, I will buy a couple for the next few years.

This phone is truely brilliant, yes there are many things it cannot do but theres a whole lot more it can!!! the 3G works amazingly well, the screen quality is brilliant for a 256k colour screen and the functionality is great, all in all its a 8/10 from me and thats amazing seeing as i work for Nokia

i own a z400 and been using it for more than a year now, its quite satisfying although there are lots of notable stuffs.. primarily, the battery doesn't last a day, very disappointing, it has very poor sound, games should be downloaded directly via phone's internet service(OTA), cannot use mp3 as message alert tone, cannot send multiple data when using blutooth, no flash, poor video quality and you cannot change the phone's theme...

I bought this phone in april this year, and there isnt to many things great about it. Camera is average, battery is shyte, and I cant find a replacement, bluetooth is crap, speaker is horrible, slider is to flimsy, build quality is rubbish, mine turns itself off, cant multitask, its slow, not a great looking phone. This phone was about $750AU when it was new, I am lucky I only paid $250AU for it, because I would have been chucking a fit if I had paid anymore for it.

The phone is very good for me at work, it reads exl,ppt,pps,pdf,txt and everything plus it performes the orders fast and flexible. the body is strong and smooth whe u open it ONE PROBLEM in the phone is the batter,, 5 hrs talk time is soo poor, yet i don't regret buying it

I've got this phone some 4 months ago. I came from an SE K750i, but wanted a change. Now, I want to change back to SE all the way. The Z400 isn't all that bad, but certain things are quite annoying. The battery doesn't last half as long as my K750i, which is very disapponting! My phone is Vodafone branded, so you can't change themes the usual way. Java installation is very clumsy. The design and feel is very ok though, it feels solid, and the sliding mechanism is good and doesn't seem fragile at all. Messaging is easy and fast. Overall a decent phone, but I find the battery very poor, and there are a few minor things which can be annoying if you care.

I h8 this phone the mp3 player is really really quiet and the memory doesnt go far either. Its a very simple phone which i payed a large price for when it had first come out. the only ok thing bout this fone is the camera is excellent.

hei, everybody, i have my z400 about 18months now, its one of samsungs best phones eva!!! 3g-very very good and fast, although it makes battery life short. Memory-ive got a 1gb mmc, it works perfectly, and no problems! I did experience n problem with da phone when i send a song... about 3000kb to my friend, when the phone just turned itself of, but that was the first and only time it has happend. Further its a gr8 phone, i have da z400v. I had a d600, but samsung still rocks!!!! Keep up da good work!

Had the Z400 how for 6mths and now am having quiet a few problems.. eg wont display messages you select the meesage and all it shows is the date and time thats not even right... not loud enough. cant here is ring if im in another room.. have my z4 for almost a year and its fab.does what its suppose 2 well.it can play videos in full screen but mine is vodafone branded and if yours can accept themes then even it has to be vodafone approved so hard luck.mine does have a problem with the bluetooth it switches off between connections and restarts itself.oh and u cant install java any other way but by downloading it.via bluetooth and by copying it on to the memory card won't work.can't play music in the background which is a downfall and also very soft.

I have had a Z400 for the past year. It's a great phone but unfortunately the only thing I can't stand about it is that when the phone tells you "battery low" it only gives you about 15 minutes to recharge it - if you are out for the day and don't have your charger on you, you can forget using your phone until it is plugged in. I have heard that all Samsungs are like this which is way I'm going back to a Nokia!

I am using 1GB micro SD which works fine, I have heard people using 2GB capacity having issues, the phone will switch itself off and powers back on again, so maybe 1Gb is the maximum it supports. Does anyone know any website I can go to purchase a spare original battery for this phone??

Battery life can be made 4x longer by turning off the 3G when your not using it by going to settings, conectivity,network mode and changing it from automatic to gsm 900/1800. This makes it INFININTLY BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad reception, the reception is always breaking up in areas with good signal on Nokia or other phones.The screen is awesome but the sound is poor.Nice looking is not enough for a good phone in 2007.Not recommended.

i think this is the worst phone i ever had...would recommed avoiding this phone bad battery life...always has to be charged my old phone never had this problem.. so i doubt i am charging a battery incorrectly extremely bad reception, the reception is always breaking up (never had that problem before with my Nokia and my husband doesnt have a recpetion problem and we are with the same service providers.... ) Also text message etc sent from other phones like business cards etc can not be received due to samsung technology not being compatible with all the other phones.... the list just keeps going on .... PS ... glad i dropped it in the toilet ... its were it belongs... ery happy getting another phone and staying away from samsung (glorified camera and terrible phone)

It'a a really good phone , it has a good baterry and I've put a 1G card and it's working , but it seems to me that the file transfer is a lot slower comparing with a 64Mb card.

returned one and now i am the owner of a second one with the same problem...: when i access pictures from "my files" the night pictures or those with lot's of black apear with white dots on the black area if i access them directyl from the camera menu the defect doesen't manifest .... i must mention that this version is vodafone brand version with different software version p.s. : the sound is very low....i'm having problems hearing the phone i supose it has a poly adapted speaker not an mp3 native one does anyone have the same problem?

Just bought the phone. It's great, but have couple of issues. Strange buzzin sound in video that i recorded with him, can't put my mp3s as alarm sound and offcourse poor battery life but can live with that. Great looks, cammera, diplay, sound. Buy it! You wont be sorry.

I had mine for a while now, no problems and works fine with a 1Gig mem card. Although I must mention my phone has vodafone live software, which is completly diffrent to the normal s/w. Perhaps that is why the 1GB card works fine? With this s/w it also does full screen video which the normal one doesn't.

What is going on with this phone's memo card? I put a 1GB card and when I try to copy or move file from the phone to memo the files are not there. I have to restart and MAYBE then I can see the files. I said MAYBe because half of the pictures I already lost. I did format for 4 times but no use. Even after format the card can't be used with another phone. Error, error, error.... Mess... What to do... Samsung bug or my card is bad...

This is a nice phone. Previously I had a D500E, but it was stolen. One of the facilities I miss with the Z400 is the clock in power save mode. This was working on the D500E. Does anyone know whether it is possible to display the clock in power save? Secondly, when I connect to a 3G network on my laptop, the connection only displays as 230kbps. 3G can transfer 384kbps. Is this a driver problem? Are there any new drivers available? I am running PC Suite 3.1.1.

I'm sorry but it is possible to put your mp3 as a ringtone I've got the z400 too and it is possible to put your mp3s as a ringtone, it isn't possible to put your own sounds as ringtone for your text messages. BTW this phone is terribly good!! I don't have any problems with bad battery and the sound is also good.

I own this phone and have found the battery life on it to be fine. The only time I charge mine is before I go to bed each night. I work in a phone shop and it really depends on how you use your phone to how long your battery will last. If your using your camera alot or you tend to leave bluetooth on, then you will find that your battery will drain faster because with bluetooth your phone will be constantly searching for devices. Other than that this is a great little phone. I highly recommend it.

battery life is more than ok, for example my phone is t-mobile branded but sim unlocked so i'm using a vodafone sim card, the battery life is 3 to 4 days, with 10-15 minutes of calls some pics and games. the same phone vodafone branded instead possibly could have a less battery life, my ex zv10 lasted 1 day, 1 day and a half... so it could also be fram the software. the phone is great, the ringing volume is kind of low but then again you could make it vibrate and ring in the same time:)

I would like to buy this phone (beocs sooo many great reviews) but the negative part is that more than 3 people said the batt life is terrible, like you have to charge it twice a day. This is an excellent little phone. yes u can send business cards yes u can have mp3 ringtones You can make a voice message tone buy using a ringtone editing software The slider works beautifully and the phone fits in your hand perfectly The buttons are easy to use My battery lasts 2 to 3 days or more depending on useage it helps if you charge it for at least 8 hours when you first get the phone. The handset locks when slider is closed which is a great idea it saves buttons being accidentally pressed. The phone has security tracking if it is lost or stolen as soon as a different sim card is put in it you will receive a message telling you what the phone number is of the person that has it. The camera takes great pics in good light You can veiw office documents on the phone. The manual is very easy to understand so might i suggest that you read it before asking how to do stuff. I have this phone for a week now and i noticed that i can't transfer data directly to the phone memory card (512mb) from Samsung PC Studio, i have to transfer it to the phone memory and then to move it to memory card. This a nice fone. Nice and clear screen. Has no flash which means i cnt take fotos at nite . Battery life is bad. Fed up havin 2 charge it twice a day. Appart fr that its good fone. Great 2 hold . all phones come with a 12 month warranty. batteries have a 6 month warranty. the phone itself could be consuming too much power to run. take it back to where you bought it from and see if you can get it repaired.

This is for charlie. Press and hold gate button and all the sybols wil come up and u can get ur under score 4 ur hotmail. To other people, go into setting and set ur ringtone to increasing and melody and it will start of guiet and then it gets louder. Mine does. Does any 1 have problem with there fone frizzin, mine does it all the time. I also have 2 charge it daily.

i have no problem with this one... i got disappointed with my last handset from samsung which is the dreaded D410 and thought that samsung would not or never create a good and interesting phone... my Dad bought me another samsung phone and i thought it would be another misery for me but i was wrong, because samsung Z400 cleared up the doubt in my mind... the only issue about this phone is its battery usage life and longevity but the rest of the functions of this handset is superb... by the way, i already had my D410 repaired and t is now doing good AND WOULD ANYBODY LIKE TO BUY THIS PHONE? (...JOKE...) i still love my D410 but i'm sticking with my new Z400 coz' i'm the only one in our school who has a 3G phone..... WO AI NI samsung!!!!!!

Replies 4 some questions: 4 myia: U can't watch full screen videos on this phone. It supports only 176x144 res. videos... 4 m25S: The msg alerts can be only polyphonic, unfortunately MP3s are not... However, it's a great phone, 8 out of 10.

if you put all your mp3 into your playlist, then put it on repeat all, then it will play them all, well it does for me!!

I thing...you can create playlist where you can add more music and will play everytime(you can select repeat or shuffle) On D500 and D600 is work...I thing and this one will work ;) Good Luck!

Frustrated having to unlock the phone all the time and don't like the blank screen, (a battery saving measure!). Only plays 1 mp3 song at a time, & I must go back to load next 1 (& unlocking phone every time). Poor reception. Call centre says no problems with phone settings. ive had this phone about a month now and its fantastic. The grafics are amazing and its nice lookin phone. The only downie is it dosnt have a flash on the camera and the ringtonez are rather quiet. There not daft either havin to buy a memory card they know how to get money out of you, but once you got the memory card you can save loads on it. the camera is very good takes really clear photos and the video camera isnt to bad either. the mp3 play is very simple to use. I give this a 9 out of ten only a nine cos the camera hasnt got a flash.

Tracey - I asked a friend to play with it and she suggested that if you fill up your sim card first, messages then automatically get saved to the phone. It's all working fine now. Good luck! I may have found a solution to the battey problems. I had to charge mine up every 3 days when I first got the phone. I left it in the charger for a couple of days and it seems to have done the trick. It's been on 3 days and haven't lost any battery bars yet. Fingers crossed it keeps up.

NHD( I was thinking the same two weeks ago i've always had Nokias....the local mobile shops and on line reports told me that 6280 has alot of problems ( although 4 of my friends NEVER had problems !!) Z400 is a really great phone .. .much nice looking than 6280.. only one problem Battery life is AWFUL !!! 1st charge phone lasted 6 hours 2nd charge with hardly any use 24 hours 3rd 48 hours...with bluetooth & 3g turned off and hardly ANY USE !!! I think i'd still go for Z400 !!!

the g is supposed to be there it lets you know what network mode it is on, g means normal, and 3g means 3g obviously the phone in the coprner with the music sign is letting you know which profile you have on, like loud, or silent or outside or things like that

BUT battery life is VERY VERY bad...first day it lasted 6 hours ( with fair useage) & 2nd charge only 24 hours (with hardly any useage) PLEASE will someone give me full instructions on how to prelong the life of the battery !!! TO CAMILLA Battery life is around a couple of days depending on usage! If you turn the 3G mode off then it makes the life last a bit longer. I only switch it onto 3G mode when I want to do a video call which isn't that often! Hope that answers your question.

TO SAM You can't change the message tone to an MP3. The main difference between D600 and this one is probably the Z400 is a 3G handset so you can video call. I have had my Z400 for about 3 months and I'm more than happy with it.

TO BEC I personally wouldn't recommend the Z500. I had that before I got this Z400. Z400 takes good pics 2MP. Z500 is 1MP and you have to charge every night as battery life is pathetic. I too, like the looks of the D900 but I think I'm going to wait for the new Z720 when it comes in the shops. Hope that helps you!

I can't see what all the fuss is about regarding no TV out function. How often are you likely to use that? If you use that, then buy a camcorder! This phone is great. One function that would have been nice on this phone is a radio but after all, it's a phone that takes good pics and seems reliable so that is the main thing. So please stop moaning about tv out. This phone doesn't have so accept the fact.

Sorry to dissapoint you guys but there is a better phone out there. The Samsung D830. Advantages The design is way nicer and not the standard d500/d600/z400 design It has flash which means you can use it at night The phone is much slimmer disadvantages Maybe bit more expensive not too sure Battery life not so good but still worth getting Keypads bit small but the design is different and worth getting I'm so glad I spotted this one it looks way better then the z400. If you haven't seen it then you really must check it out.

I've taken a long time to make up my mind which phone to upgrade to after having a samsung E710 for two years ( which incidently never let me down )so I finally settled for the Z400 last week, and after my initial excitement with it's looks and features, was plunged into the depths of dispair when the battery ran out after what seemed like no time at all ! I contacted vodafone to enquire if there was a larger battery as I noticed that the phone had what was called a STANDARD battery fitted, but was told that no alternative one was availble!! However I was told that when not using the 3G facility I should reset the phone to GSM ( in network settings )which I've noticed does actually increase the battery life moderately, but still requires charging every couple of days. I love the phone but It's like having a jag with a mini engine and so i'm seriously considering returning it within my 14 day trial period for something with a bit more beef.

Elo every 1 xxx I got this fone about 4 days ago on my upgrade with orange and i must say i AM IN LOVE i used to have the motorola razr n grrrrrr did i hate it!! The damn thing wasnt compatible with my computer and if i wanted a song i had to have it bluetoothed 2 me... n then along came my baby its sleek and the camera is amazing. It hooks up to my computer (HURRAY!!) and the PC programme is relatively easy to use aswell. As my darling iPod recently died on me, i have found this phone to be a very good replacement, with an expandable memory for all my songs. The video calling is THE coolest thing ever, and the phone is just beautiful. I am really scraping the bottom of the barrel in an attempt to fault it, but i guess i wish it were a little bit louder and i wish there was a flash. But who cares?! This little baby is beautiful, another amazing Samsung model. I've never had a Samsung before, but I am definately going to stick with them. They have made me very happy!! I must admit on the first night i got this phone i kissed it goodnight. HA! Thats how cool the phone is, and how sad I am. I really do recommend this phone. Well done samsung YOU LEGENDS!!!!!!!

Personally i think its a good step forward from the D series and I wish everyone would stop complaining about no tv out feature as i think its totally overrated and probably used only a handful of times and when the novelty wears off your left with a set of cables and no use for it. Get over it.

You can set your own tone as message alert, but it has to be a poly/midi tone - I downloaded some free from ZEDGE, then these appear in the available list of message tones. These also become available for alarm tones - I hate the ones that come on the phone. Hope this helps.

This phone rules forget having no TV Out look for the Sony Bluetooth MV 200 or something like that if your that interested. It's better than the D600 (sorry D600). Its the best phone ever - I recommend it to everyone.

TO LAURA To conserve the battery life turn the 3G off by going to Settings - Network Mode - then highlight GSM 900/1800. That way, you are not using UMTS (3G).

TO EXPLORE You can't put your own tone on as a message tone only for ringtone. Also the birthday list is easy to access., organizer + tools menu - calendar - options - create - anniversary. Then input your details and don't forget to save and to set the alarm time to remind you of it.

Hi guys, me again. So I went and baught this Z400. Its a very nice phone but i am having some difficulty in setting reminders for birthdays.In the user guide it is said that: "you can retrieve person's birthday information from contacts by pressing and selecting birthday from contacts" .... however, when I do this I get the message "service unavailable". Also when I open the PC studio that is supplied on the data disc there is 3 functions that is greyed out and unusable. These are 1-manage contacts and more 2-manage messages 3-compose multimedia messages I also have the same problem as mcf120 in that I cant figure out how to set my own message alert tone. I hope there's somebody out there that can help me with these problems since not even the samsung technical support staff here in South Africa seems to be able to do it.

By the way, the TV-out function I have only ever heard of being on Samsung D600, no other phone has it, and apparently it's not that useful anyway, because TV has a much higher resolution than phones, and the pics come out pixelly and blurry. i'd rather have all the other awesome features and the 3g capabilities to lose tv-out, if yoiu want somethging that takes pics and does tv out, get a nice little digital camera, this is a phone after all!

I bought this fone today in Australia, comes in an awesome silver colour that makes it one of the classiest looking phones out there. Was gonna buy SE K800i til I saw how large it is, and the camera slide on thye back seems very flimsy too. This fone is very easy to use, great sounds and tones, lush camera (i worried about no flash but really how often do ya use ur phone cam and the led flashes are useless anyway! if SE made a slider or flip that had a high spec like this i would buy it but samsung have got my dollars instead and i am highly impressed as it is my firstg samsung phone.

I then had a replacement which was also faulty. the screen froze on the 1st occassion and the features where locked with o2. If given the choice i would always go for the samsung e370.

Just got this phone for my wife. First impressions are that it is nice size and weight, and an attractive phone. Features are good, cam is OK (no flash) but video playback seems to be QCIF only - have to check that. Also if you use a Mac and are thinking about using iSync, don't buy this phone. Not supported and may never be. Yes you CAN send contacts to the phone using vCards sent by bluetooth, but there is no USB sync. Also PLEASE NOTE that although this phone has a USB cable, that is for a modem only, and it does NOT let you read and write to the phone mem or mem card via USB. You will have to get a card reader for that (boo!). So overall a nice enough phone, but for me I went for the SE k800i due to GREAT Mac integration (using iSync plugin from mobile.feisar.com) Dave

To all those people that only want this phone 4 tv output you should go and work in a phone shop like me.No many people are bothered with this feature so why say dnt buy it just cos of tat?? This phone is stunning with its 2 megapixel camera, 3g output and its slim design.Becoming more popular than D600!I highly recommend this phone to my customers.I think its great!

When you purchase this phone can the Video-Calling work or do you have to get settings for it? Because I my aunt had the Samsung Z320i (with i-Mode) and her phone won't let her do video-calling because it says "Out of 3G Coverage" but when I checked the coverage for O2-UK it said it works but her phone still says "Out of 3G Coverage." The video calling is good. You don't need to use the same phone, just a 3G compatible handset.

i don't like it, very very common, there is no TV- out . if there is a tv -out then this phone is the most beautiful phone in the world but there is no tv-out so it is ugly. this phone will be frozen in the market. don't buy. i prefer moto v3x or samsung z500.

TO JANE This is not available on PAYG till next month I think it is. You can buy on e bay for around �200 plus. It's a brill phone.

TO TM The video resolution is 176 x 144. Pictures are very good quality. The movement during video playback is good, not real jerky like some phones I've used. The zoom function isn't smooth as it does move in stages but normal video capture is fine. I'm happy with my Z400. Far, far superior to the Z500.

we really disappointed this z400. in the exhibiton, there was a tv-out function, after then of the release, they remove the tv-out which is very essential to attract buyer. this is phone is very coomon. i prefer moto v3x or samsung z500. very disappointing. sure, it will not hit in the market.

TO LEE I have downloaded some MP3's onto mine and I'm using one as my ringtone. TO CLAREDY This is not available yet as PAYG only on contract but you can buy them on e.bay ranging in price from �185 to �240. Hope this answers both your questions.

I've just bought this mobile this morning and she's a little beauty! I'm a huge fan of the D500 but I've been wanting a 3G handset to use with my Vodafone sim. I've been testing it out for a few hours and upto now I'm very happy. The 2MP camera takes superb pictures, even without the flash. What I do like is the fact it takes my 256MB memory card so I've got loads of MP3's on now. The menu system is slightly different to the D500 but still typical Samsung and texting is easy too. Sizewise, the Z400 is a fraction bigger than D500 but it is also thinner than D500 and feels lighter in your pocket. I have put it on a long charge for it's first charging so I'll see tomorrow how the battery life is. I sold my 3G Z500 due to poor battery life so I'm hoping this Z400 will be a major improvement. A brill mobile, well done Samsung.

WHY SAMSUNG SUCKS! It doesn't matter what product they offer, Samsung will not stand behind the cheap chinese knock offs they produce. If you buy a Samsung product and it is DOA out of the box, you have to pay the shipping to send it back to Samsung just for then to talk with you. This comes from the Office of the President, Ruth Rembis "Customer Care Center." You may save a little money on the Korean garbage, but you could easily lose the whole bundle if it goes bad.

I bought this phone outright 3 days ago because it looks and feels so good! Previously I had a K750i and loved its ability to handle mp3's and store albums as individual folders. The Z400 sounds great playing mp3 on headphones and on the speaker although I have yet to persuade it to put music into definable folders such as albums although you can produce playlists but I'd rather transfer data as it's stored on my pc. Shame it doesn't have a radio as this was a good feature of my Sony K750i. The 3g mobile tv is VERY good quality and it connects extremely fast (used on vodafone. The screen is beautiful (the best I've seen) and the phone has a quality feel to it. The slider doesn't feel too delicate either. Since my last Samsung phone they have provided a sliding door that hides the usb and charging port rather than a removable rubber "bung" that got lost very quickly. The stereo bluetooth headphones are good too - if you have enought money to buy them!!. Nice to hear your music in stereo! They are a bit bulky on your ears but comfortable enough to wear. The lack of IR is not a problem as bluetooth is better and faster anyway. The camera is good quality (as you'd expect from 2 MPixels) but like all camera phones (maybe with the exception of the Nokia N93)they aren't for taking serious pictures anyway. Acceptable quality for those incidental pictures... Bearing in mind that the phone is only 3 days old and I'd expect the battery to improve with more charging cycles - I am queasy about the battery life. At the moment it doesn't last the day. Today I watched 15 mins of mobile TV and made 1 telephone call (20 minutes)and I'm on the low battery warning... Perhaps it will improve, perhaps the battery is defective. Either way that can be rectified but the phone is gorgeous.

i love samsung phones! i have the z500 one of the first samsung attemps at 3g phone (i think) and it is awesome, only a 1.3 mp camera but at the end of the day its a phone, if i wanted a camera i'd buy one (saying that, it is a nice feature to have though) i love the idwea of a samsung 3g on th format of the d600, always thought it was a v.good looking phone, now it has even more features! hurrah for samsung!

I currently own both Samsung Z500 and the D500. I'm waiting for this Z400 to come out for my next upgrade. The D500 is a superb phone and is my favourite but lacks the 3G concept so this Z400 should be a great phone if it follows in it's predecessors footsteps.

I'm not that happy with Samsung. All they do is pump out new phones from their factories like toys and don't actually 'improve' them as such. The main issues in terms of funtionability from model to model are always left unaddressed.
