SAME! D: And even though everyone else says it's so lame, I seriously loved my phone! I lost it over 15 times and always got it back, the back came off and so on, and no earphones to replace fit in... BUT STILL! I fitted a 15Gigabyte memory card. Who said it can only take a smaller memory card? OK it took a while for it to sort the monster memory card out. Job done. The only thing is it took all day on the USB cable to use WIN-XP-HOME to transfer ALL my music from my server to onboard the phone. Oh WOW my entire music server is onboard. That is over a hundred CDs I got a car/auto adaptor, now see the size of my cell/mobile battery, but it will not fit in the pocket without wheels suck on your backside (110 Ampere hours truck battery). The short point is it is USB powered and there are many, many adaptors from various supplies.

At first this was great, but after a while it just crashes a lot and the touch screen doesn't work very well. The buttons are tiny so you need small fingers.

To change the time it takes to black out go onto the settings and i can't remember in which section it is in(I got a new phone)but you can change that.I did have this phone so i know you can change it. I hope this helps x

I have been using this phone for about year getting rid of it soon and cant wait I had problems with it The back of phone has become loose so now needs to be fastened with cello-tape The battery goes dead but then goes up without charging it wen it feels like it. Predictive text is hard to use, some basic words are not included and there is no way of adding words to dictionary not enough memory for a song without a memory card and it only holds up to 1 g b memory card. can have up to like 5 images on phone. cant set as wallpaper as it looks silly as it doesn't fill screen. music play is very low quality, i cant hear it with headphones in when outside, its far too quiet at maximum level. cat add any contact details other than a name and one number when you go on to recent calls, it does not tell you how many calls were made to the last person unless you called someone else inbetween.

I have this phone for about 1 year, and i try to get rid of him. I want to buy Vairy touch II, i thing is better then this one. I don't know why thei make the Games section if is only 1 game in the phone and you can't install others, this is crap.No Java? Why? The Lock/Unlock is annoying. You can't lock you'r phone with a press of a button, you have to stay 5 sec. to lock and then put it in your pocket. If you recive a SMS, you can't use the Unlock slidebar, you have to use the Left-Right buttons. Personally, I don't like it.

For the price, this phone is OK, if a little annoying if you're used to smartphones. They can be unlocked and used on other networks, but don't expect the data options to work fully - like picture messaging. I've unlocked mine (just look it up on the net and you'll find instructions) and am using it on Vodafone, but can't seem to find the options for changing the data settings. A Vodafone shop may help. No Java games, as it doesn't support Java. Easy to push tunes on to the data card. It finds and plays tunes from a 4GB data card much faster than on my Nokia, which takes about a minute to find and play a tune. All-in-all, a good phone for the money.

I have this phone the usb used to work on it till one day it just stopped so now i have to use bluetooth on phone to send photo's and vid's to a bluetooth dongle on pc the cam and vid are quite reasonable quality and mp3 music player is very good sound is very load i not sure if this phone can run jar softwares on it it says it can from certain websites like ­ they quite few jar's i havent clue how they managed to run it on the phone the internet browsers not to bad pages keep saying unsupported but still loads page up using it to look up information is allright. google works on it it's not bad phone quite cheap for price. and phone call making is easy and very good

This phone lasted me a year it didnt do much and without a memory card i could take highest of 8 pictures. And if i wanted to change the picture on the main page it would always have the bar across the top.BUT the phone did have its advantages as well it was nice and small and could fit into any pocket. It has a clear sound when speaking and is also very simple to use. I got this phone for my 10th bday and for my 11th this year im getting the ORANGE RIO !!!!

@roseanne. Assuming you use Windows, you need to install the software from the CD, then you can see the phone as a hard drive in my computer

go into messages, write message. write text at bottom of screen under abc press key on the next screen under number 9 is the key for space bar for text. hope this helps you.

Ignore anything people say about this phone being no good. They are ignorant, unintelligent halfwits. The phone does what it says on the box. You CAN change wallpapers, down load ringtones, transfer music and MP3's, it takes 1.3mp pics, comes with a 1GB miniSD card in the box, has a touchscreen, and BT connection. £15 from Tesco I think is a serious bargain. Its cheap, small and lightweight and it works.

To get a ringtone on your t mobile vairy touch you can download mp3 tracks that you like to your computer and transfer them to your phone via the usb lead then go into contacts and then caller group then you can assign a group ringtone .I think you can have as many as you want per group with adifferent mp3 track for each

Tap that and the numeric keypad should appear. You can then use that to type in the numbers that correspond to the options when calling 150.

Not a bad phone for the money as the touch screen works fine for me, as do its other features. The only real let down for me was the lack of java support (as I love to install stuff like google maps and loads of free game downloads on my phone). So at the end of the day if you want an honest to goodness half decent cheap touchscreen phone just for making calls, sending sms messages and all, this is your phone. If however you want java functionality, look elsewhere.

the vairy touch comes in black/siver/white. the white and chrome one is reel cute. as for the texting, if you have used a nokia and foud how simple and quick it is to text then you will find the vairy touch will drive you right up the wall.overall this phone would make a very good paperweight or door wedge......pete

looks good, feels good and im sorry thats were it ends its all down hill from here. the touch screen, well its not so much touch it does need a dam good prod so good if you like knocking your phone about. next. this text thing, to be honest after messing with it for an hour or so the phone did get quite knocked about, the ezi text, not ezi it does your head in and the handwriting thing i dont think the vairy touch can understand english and finaly were is the qwerty key pad found, oh yes on the computer cos i sure cant find it in the phone. to sum up if you want a touch screen/ease of use/easy texting. my advise is spend a little more and buy a different phone.

Well when you unlock the phone you click the centre button and then you are on the menu when that comes up you see he first options are messaging, calling call etc. then you click on messages after you tilt the screen and then it is a easy way to text .Hope i have been help

Hi, I've just got hold of this phone. I got a ringtone and message tone sent via bluetooth from someone. I have managed to change the ringtone but the message tone will not change. I just keep going to the page with tone 1, tone 3 ect ect. Anyone help me out? Also is there any way to hide the time and the bar on the home screen so you are able to have a wallpaper. thanks for any help given.

you have to convert videos into 3gp before you can play them on the phone.i use real player sp it comes with a converter and its free and easy to convert.

i thought it could run movies or videos but it can't. you can play only videos made with the phone but nothing else instead. They say it can play mp4. Hi I really like this phone and the price too. Got it for �30 from asda. It took me 2 days to work out though as no user manual unless you have a computer to use the disc and even that didn't cover everything ie how to change the ringtones. The only annoying thing that I can't seem to work out is how to move the bar across the middle of the screen and if it comes with different wallpapers. Does anyone know?

Connect it to the PC in the mass storage mode, and you will see two removable drives in "My computer". One for the memory card on the phone, and one for the intermal phone memory. Then, you can transfer whatever you like on the MicroSD card.

Strange phone... Pros: it has touch-screen, nice calendar, 2GB microSD, small res camera (1.3mpix) but solid quality photos, good speaker and mic. It's charged through standard charger or through USB. In USB mode it can be used as a memory stick, webcam or as a modem. On the other side it doesn't support JAVA(???), the web browser seems to be very simple (wap browser???), and I cannot figure out how to synch the calendar with microsoft outlook (and if this is not possible, then this phone is for the trashcan). Also forget about e-mail features. Does anyone know how to synch the calendar with microsoft outlook?
