  • The worst is not having a phone??? A breathing machine???

  • I had this phone for less than a week, it got so hot the battery began leaking on my stomach, I fell to sleep, and when I awoken, the top part of my stomach was gone, I could see my intestines and organs moving and jiggling like small tremors, so I immediately called the tech support for the phone to have them replace it, and they told me it would take a few weeks, and I may have to pay for it. I have never had this many problems with a phone, now I'm permanently disfigured, have to be on a machine to breath, and the worst of it all, I'm out of a phone.

  • I had this phone for a year! After some sort of Service system update after having it a few months... All of the sudden my phone starts randomly freezing! And had to constantly take the Battery out to get it to reboot and work correctly again for awhile! But would always do the same thing till it Finally gave out when I dropped it in the snow and couldn't find it for like 230 minutes! lol But Seriously besides that I also had problems with it getting real hot like a Laptop does! And couldn't get some of the Apps that I wanted because of the Android Version wasn't New Enough! I think if they would Update the Android Version on this phone to a Newer one... That it wouldn't surely be as plagued with problems that it does have. But that's just my personal opinion! Good phone for the price! But still leaves you wanting more in the end. But just like everything else... You pretty much get what you pay for! My Overall Rating of this phone would be around a 7 out of 10! I messed with a lot of other phones and for the price it's hard to beat! There are only like 4 other phones in this price range that even come close! And 2 out 4 of them don't even have a better Android system on them!

  • This is the worst phone I've ever had.It gets so hot you would think it's going to catch on fire. Getting a signal is close to impossible. Kicks me off all the time. Hangs up on calls when gets hot. Slowest phone I'veever had.

  • I have the same problem with mine, the mirrored images to Facebook. Not sure why it does this.

  • I've had this 3 months now. I like it. My only problems is the camera has lots of trouble focusing. Have to take lots of the same picture to get one that's not blurred. Also, now the text messaging is working slower than it used to. But for $89.00 and $35. a month unlimited talk and text I cant complain. I have an SD card in it with my music and pics. You can order nice cases on Amazon for like $5.00 too.

  • Love this phone, got on Kroger Iwireless prepaid. Only problem is ZERO coverage in gigantic area of state. Sprint is still the Waffle House of cell service providers-no problems as long as you are near the interstate highways.

  • How do I make this phone stop rebooting? This is quite possibly the WORSE phone I have ever had.I returned this model 3 times for shutting off and rebooting at will. This 4th one does the same thing. The lady at the store said they have had a lot of these returned for the same thing. Internet and data connections are iffy at best. It will find and connect but won't allow access. The camera locks the phone up and the battery has to be removed to get it to unlock. Upon updating it automatically switches to LTE/CDMA which will suck your data VERY FAST because it puts my phone as a HOT SPOT!!! Techs can't figure that one out. I have to keep it on CDMA only. Can't update the camera either. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone. Sorry ZTE but I will never buy another one of your products. Should have realized it was too good to be true.

  • Why are pics uploaded to fb mirrored? I love the phone/camera. I'm currently waiting for my replacement because I was experiencing the barcode like lines running through the screen. Hope all is well with my replacement:)

  • I had the same white lines on my screen just 2 weeks after I got my phone. ZTE had me send the phone to Cali. to be repaired. About 5 days later I recieved the phone in a white box with no paper work. Since then the phone has been fine.

  • After 2 months of use the phone suddenly freezes after it goes into power saving mode. Hard Reset did not help. ZTE said so send phone back to them. Received it back without any notes, issue is gone, phone worked. After another 2 months I now have vertical white lines across the screen. Some are stationary, some move along when flipping the screen. Hard Reset did not help. ZTE said to mail in the phone again. $25 later in shipping charges (for a $99 phone I am done.

  • I just bought the ZTE about a month ago and for the most love it. The things i don't like about it are: speaker phone doesn't work for some reason and i used speaker phone a lot on my other phone for driving etc. Also just recently everyone i talk too has been complaining that they here a "screech" on their end coming from my phone. And yes, it heats up if im on it to lon, kind of like a laptop does. The excellent things in this phone are that it's extremely fast, lots of storage, screen resolution is amazing, camera is awesome..pretty much everything except what i mentioned above, which i think is a defect in this particular phone (speakers and screech).Im going to call the company tomorrow and see if it's Sprint or the phone.

  • Love this phone gets hot when I play games or long videos. That just means time to let it rest. Any way pictures are really nice but when I upload them to Facebook they're mirrored? WHY?

  • I chose this phone because of the 1gb RAM, dual-core processor and the 12.6MP camera. I've been using it for a couple of months and for the most part I love it. My only issue with the phone is the voice quality (volume) when speaking to someone. I can hear the person on the other end very well, but they have trouble hearing me speak and there's no setting to boost the mic level. My biggest issue is not with the phone itself but the network it runs on. Sprint 'Speed' = A joke

  • The cheapest way to getting the ZTE Flash and a cheap plan is iWireless. I'm getting the ZTE flash real soon and I have been looking through the reviews for it for two whole months. Looks like its really worth it!

  • The camera is really nice...but the software of this device is really anoying!!...to slowwww for an 1.5GB cpu!!!...looks like an 512MB...the batery is not the best and gets warm!!

  • I own the ZTE Flash it is just as powerful or if not even more powerful than your galaxy s3 so dearly love by everyone I get a quadruant benchmark score of 5482 that is higher than the s3 it's still good on multitasking you can use multi windows with floating app if ZTE would have been allowed proper advertising it would. Have out sold the S3 with its camera and lower price point. ..As far as overheating you just have to watch yourscreen brightness..... I use to have to do that with my ipad3 so what. ....and as far as crashes that comes from ram overload 2gigs would have been nice on this and the international version of the S3 but the both are still fast . The bottom line is ZTE is the third largest phone distributors in the world if that with the security issue America has with the company prevents promotion here In the USA..... If the name Samsung was on this head set it would have out sold the 8 megapixel variant. That being said ZTE Flash Rules

  • Such problems maybe cause by the fault of the third party software.you can reset the device by following steps the issue would get fixed, If the mobile phone can be powered on, you can enter into Menu-System Settings--Back up and reset--Factory data reset.If the mobile phone cannot be powered on, enter into recovery mode, choose wipe data/factory reset to erase the user data. To enter into Recovery mode: Hold the power key + volume down key.

  • Camera Quality is too good and the design of phone is sleek and thin. I have this phone from more than 6 months and it has not given me any problem. It is worth purchasing this phone for any amount.

  • I've had mine since late November and it still amazes me how great this phone is. Zero problems with it. Picture and Video quality is awesome. Apps start up almost instantly. The screen is much larger compared to the pre-ICS phones, of the same size, in which actual buttons are used instead of touch screen buttons. I added a 64GB class 10 memory card w/o a problem. Even software/firmware upgrades are constantly being done. When I first got it, it didn't list "upgrade camera firmware", now it does, and the upgrade went smoothly. (No clue what it changed/fixed, since this phone seems to not exist to the rest of the world.) The only 2 cons I can think of with this phone is that 1, it doesn't have an HDMI output. And 2, Sprint's 4G LTE network won't be finished until the end of this year (thanks to LightSquared screwing them over and having to start from scratch). But most major cities are covered with 4G, like LA, and the 3G is fast enough for surfing the web. WiFi works great and turns on and off fast too. My real question about this phone is where is all the hype about it? Honestly, it is one of the best phones on the market, and is far cheaper than most that compare to it, yet, even finding a review of it is hard. What's the deal?

  • Since I have been attempting to use this ZTE Flash phone. Turn phone off attach charger and charge phone -- says complete 100% -- remove charger. Try and make a call -- have strong signal until I hit call button and it completely disappears. Finally, get to talk (using phone for 23 minutes, I have to hang up because phone is hot to the touch and beginning to irritate my ear also scares me.

  • I have been using this phone since 2 weeks and it has no problem at all. It has been a very great smartphone and easy to use. The screen is nice,fast, to be honest. When on Wifi, it can load most websites just on seconds Everything pretty much flies on this phone.

  • I really can't see the point. Most networks are GSM/UMTS - LTE is really still in it's infancy. I can't see this device doing well in the current market at this present time. Maybe in 12 months when more networks have been upgraded to LTE, but not at the moment.
