I bought this product from US.It was working there. From india it never worked.Charger is not charging at all.I ordered and purchased charger again from US but it never charged my TAB.Status shows charging but it never gets charged.

i have the iconia tab but the problem is that you you turn it on no icons comes to the screen but first it was not like that .what should i do.

I have quite a few tablets and i have not had one single issue with my a200 more likely the user screwed it up otherwise one of my fastest always reliable n great battery life i have nothing bad to say in anyway

Everything worked well the first two days of using A200. I finished charging it and turned it off and it refused to start the following morning. I have pressed the reset hole but it would not start. I have tried hard starting by pressing both power button and volume up same time, yet it didn't start. Please anybody knows how ti fix this?

Glad your a200 works fine for you but it seems there are many more out there (including mine) that develop a recharging issue. Very disappointing. Acer has to be aware of this problem but doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction after the sale.

I am using this tab and it is nice in most of its' services but if once its battery is dead i can't charge it through normal charging,it needs external direct power to the battery. for that i have to open the tab. is there any solution to fix this??

The only thing that I need to do is DL Adobe for gameing at a website I play, it needs java air but will be easy to do. I really just bought this cause I wanted one, if I need to do anything big, I just use my new windows 8 laptop. All (((smiles))) here..singed, Happy Happy Happy

Choose 16gb games connot save to sd cards I recommend it . Update it to jelly bean on acer support . And how to do it just search it on youtube.

Here in Indonesia, A200 is sold for only US $200 for the 32 GB version. Speed wise it's not competitive with the latest and greatest quad core out there that cost 3-4 times as much, but for internet browsing, light to medium gaming, watching movies, or other general usages, it is more than adequate. The price/performance is very hard to beat, even when compared to noname chinese brands.

Hello, This tablet has been out in the consumer market for more that 1year. In tech years that's like 100 years. So yes it is extremely old and not competitive with today quad core tablets out in the market. Cheers, Jacob

am using iconia a200. main problem: if you switch it off while charging, it won't turn on untill the whole charge in it finished. assume it was 70% fully then you shutdown while charging, it may use approximately 5 to 6 weeks deadly untill the charge is empty. then it goes as usualy

There's no need HDMI input if you have 1080i video in ur A200 disk or external sd use cable to full HD tv will do u still get full HD movie at 1080i

This is a great device for the cost, it does have GPS which for the price is impressive. Recommended for all use from business to pleasure use.

Acer Iconia A200 DOES have GPS! I just checked on my red 16GB model, and it works (inside the house too :).

you can but you have to go to a computer store and get the usb connector. it is for wireless transmiting the video and audio to a monitor or a hdtv.

I gotta say: most $500.00 tablets might support USB Host, but having that full size USB port is just awesome. It brings my $300 tablet to a level of productivity that's hard to be rivaled by more expensive units. It also offers a degree of convenience and flexibility that in my opinion, needs to be standard equipment on ALL tablets. I don't like Acer as a company and I generally don't like their products either, but this A200 is a winner. Just my .02

Recently bought an Acer Iconia A200 8GB (A200-10g08w). Saved money by buying a manufacturer refurbished one on eBay. I must say, I am very happy with this decision. I was able to get it for less than $200 and it does everything I could ask. Great for email, surfing the web, and even streaming video. You can usually find refurbished ones on eBay for ~$200. hi bn havg diz tab 4 2weeks now its kinda heavy thou ma 1st Tab ever.In kenya n wifi is rare.Can it work via modem to connect to the internet?For me it kul but connectivity via 3G or even 2G tha only let down if cant use ma 3G modem.

yes it supports arabic language reading and writing, and the font is brilliant but no arabic menus, and i haven't found an arabic rom i bought one from USA, it has arabic and was 4.0.3 ready

Open the Youtube app and then you will see the default youtube screen selection consisting of small views of recent videos...then click the Search button to do a search on youtube then SUDDENLY THE SCREEN GOES ERRATIC...IT FLICKERS, CUTS THROUGH THE KEYBOARD SCREEN AND ITS SO UGLY. Having had the a200 for a few weeks now - it falls into the category of - it just works. Nothing that I've throw at it breaks - GTAIII played flawlessly for example. Not having 3G connectivity simply is not an issue - I really didn't need yet another phone contract/plan - and my phone works perfectly in tandem with it as a wireless hub. As for the lack of a rear camera - well seriously - have you seen the rear camera on a iPad - there are simply better tools than a 10' tablet for taking photos - oh yeah that's right - I have my 8meg pixel camera phone for that. In removing some pointless elements - acer has delivered a new tablet at a price point which is substantially lower than any other 10' ICS ready tablet on the market. If i wanted to pay for yet another camera or yet another 3G phone plan - then maybe I would have gone else where - but seriously why would I - this tablet does everything I want or need it to do.
