I have the same problem. its annoying, i am gonna try and contact Acer support about it, let me know if you found a way to fix it, because so far everything i do isnt enough to fix it.

It is difficult to swipe to open, as it sometimes takes 5-6 swipes with either a finger tip or stylus. Also contacts list migrated to phone list for some unknown reason. Is the phone about to die?

My z320 stopped working so i need someone to help me. when i plug it in a flashing blue light comes on, but thats the only response. other than that, nothing else happens.

All electronics generate some degree of heat...one of the reasons for a cell phone getting hot is poor signal...also, keep the phone out of a case if it's in one.

Camera is not 'greenish'. We thought that, too, until we noticed the green sticker on the camera. Remove that and the green is gone.

I have hard time downloading apps. Internall memory takes us 5.29 gig. I dont know how to transfer downloaded apps to SD card

If you know anything about how android works, you cannot directly download an app to an SD card. It can only be downloaded to the internal memory. After the download, you can then transfer most apps to your SD card.

I find the keyboard horrible for texting. It reads every other letter but the ones you are typing. Very frustrating. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have this model. in my opinion: Pros: cheap for the features baterai decent lifetime usage Cons: RAM is not real 1GB..its rounded aprox 900mb to say 1GB when internal memory below 300mb you cant instal app said that memory is low must delete some app camera is greenish and only good for short range DTS sound is not so good compare to walkman sony phone phone is easily get hot when for play game or calling

The phone is fine for the price, the problem is that the cameras produce horrible picture.

This phone is an excellent phone but my only problem is that it gets hot when charging and also the time can remain static unless you restart it.

After removing all the bloatware Acer did deliver with this phone, this is a very good phone for his price. I only dont understand why the screen gets so hot when I am calling. After some minutes it hurts your face. I did have many, many other phone models in the past but none of them did get so hot. Bummer.

Change from back camera to front is so late.. And ex ternal mmory can't read 32Gb is not well for me

I just ply it open gentlely using the very shallow depression on the lower border of the phone. The backing is a thin somewhat flexible piece of polycarbon, so be gentle.

Just a point of interest, there is a small round thin plastic cover over the rear lens with a pull tab to remove it. However when you insert the battery the pull tab ends up under the cover, thus it is easy to miss it (I found this out because of the lousy focus).

The camera on my z320 is reversed. The 5 megapixel camera faces the front while the rear camera is obviously the 2 megapixel camera as it takes lousy pictures. Bought a second phone for my wife and it has the same issue.

This phone is good. Battery is good, RAM 1 GB is enough for me. The camera is good, with its flash light. Although the navigation buttons are not on the body but on the screen, I still wanna recommend this phone. I love the stripes on the back cover, does not make it slip. A little bit odd with the circle of the speaker either on the back cover or at the front, but the audio quality is better than my previous phone. I am not disappointed at all.
