It is not recommended smartphone, now my phone is bootloop, stuck on logo. Never use the factory reset, or your phone will bootloop like mine.

got the z320 dual sim model. works pretty well except for the storage space, and the dual sims. mobile data and such only work with one sim physically in the phone meaning you cant just disable the second sim and have working mobile data. i can understand that i can only have one sim on a 3g/4g connection, but whats the point of having a dual sim phone if things dont work with 2 sims in the phone??? anyways have fun

If your phone stuck in a logo (in a boot loop) try to remove the battery to force it to shut-down. Then put the battery back in place in turn in on. The phone probably will "remap applications" (whatever it means), and then will boot up normally. Generally, the customized Android on that device is crappy, and you should flash it to "clean" Android.

Well. I bought this phone about one year ago to replace my Xperia M, but... This phone is a mixed bag. First pros: Dual SIM, LTE, nice screen (I dont think about resolution), notification diode, LTE support, good GPS accuracy (with fast fix), works good with Android Auto and good audio quality now cons: very small amount of user available memory (about 1,3GB), poor cameras (both main and front), slow internal memory, lots of crapware. So... This phone runs quite smooth, but only if You DONT use background working apps. I don't use any messengers etc. The strange thing is that when You move app to SD Card, the icons of them are dissappearing from desktop. The system does not allow to install anything to SD Card, and also apps cannot access SD Card (i.e. Here Navigation) to write data there. So if You want to install offline maps the memory runs out very fast. Next the dialer. It is showing the favourite contacts by default instead of keypad. This is quite annoing. The camera is poor, even the old S3 Mini takes better photos, but remember, these photos are still better than most cheap "unknown" smartphones. Now the best. Notification diode is good, dual SIM is good (it allows to run LTE and 3G) and audio is good (when using headphones). I will not say anything about battery. When my son was using this phone it lasted up to 3-4 days (no cellular data used, only some WiFi), I am using this one for Navigation. Anyway, I advise that phone only for less requiring persons.

I bought this phone months ago. I'm not satisfied with the device. It's slow, the quality of camera sucks (especially front one), sometimes while using it, freezes then the screen becomes black and it goes to lock screen, often, when i need to call somebody, my phone freezes and it takes a lot of time until it starts working normal again,... I would not recommend buying this device. -.-

Worst. Phone. Ever. At least, the worst phone I ever dealt with. Fortunately it's only a 'backup' device I got through work, so I rarely need to use it for anything serious. But it's slow, laggy and the touchscreen sensitivity is a joke. Battery life is mediocre at best. On the software side, it's overloaded with bloatware; system updates are rare but it takes about 10 attempts to install one anyway. I realize it's a low end device, in contrast to my regular phone, but this thing really isn't doing any good for Acer's reputation.

the only thing it does a decent job is its audio quality... the rest is just rubbish... rear cam sucks... laggy as hell... battery life is grrrrrr!!! this will be my first and last acer.. never consider them again

Whenever I shutdown my device n open again my device star but it take time to start then there is popup come out android app restating wait a moment additional in my problem sometimes my phone freeze then go to live ck mode.pls make an update that fixs this

I have a problem with this phone, sometimes while using it, the phone blinks, freezes then the screen becomes black and it goes to lock screen. Any suggestion on how can I fix this?

This phone can only open links from TXT and E-mail in the Android Browser. Then you have to cut the link from that, open the browser that IS synced with your laptop/desktop and then paste the link in that.

As I bought it, I had the impression I had gotten a cheap wellworking phone. A bit short on memory, but after adding a 64MB micro SD card and moving as much as possible to the card, that has not been any issue. Although, it is really annoying to have the phone telling me it is out of storage space and it has a lot of unremovable acer apps installed... BUT The wifi is not working well. It will randomly fall off wifi networks and refuse to reconnect without a reboot. The screen suddenly started to mess up. Bad connection somewhere. Alarms and calls are coming, but no display and no response to the screen. As far as I know, the phone has not had any physical abuse - unless having the phone in the pocket and using it in slight rain counts as abuse - if that is the case I bought the wrong phone. Will not consider Acer again, seems to be bad buildquality (at least for my use) and a truckload of unremovable unusable crapware.

Guys, I'm looking for a phone that can access several simple features like attach/download a document/pic to email, grab & uber aplications, reading pdf, standard quality photo (just enough for my FB and IG), social media (only use FB, IG, and twitter), listening music ( I don't really picky about the sound. Just clear enough is fine by me) and a long-life battery. I took interest in this phone because of it affordable for me. But I read many complaints about the battery life. If I didn't use the LTE there's not many LTE area in my city, so I probably would use it very seldom), would the battery last longer? Or should I choose another phone (and maybe you can reccomend me)? Thx a lot guys.

Just bought Acer z330 phone and battery sucks. Drained within hours of full charge . no apps running , drops 100 to 80 within minutes .company does stand by product.

Got my phone on December of 2015, it seemed ok though, now my complaints about the fone.. :texting is slow, the keypad either lags or types up the wrong letter/number :screen is not that sensitive :apps are slow to open :after latest system update, photos insist on being saved on internal memory even after selecting sd card memory :Bluetooth/downloaded items are directly saved on internal memory, no option to save on sd card :after updating apps, you still have to transfer them back to sd card.

Got mine few weeks ago, so far no problem, I bought extra memory card 32gb. I'm satisfied with its performance, all the games I download it's working well, good processor quad core, 1gigram A bit ok for me, 8gig... it would have been better if 16gb, camera is good because of autofocus, LTE works like charm, tried 2 LTE Sims globe and smart in good LTE location download speed 25mb upload is 23mb, it has system update Acer will automatically prompt on notificaton....and it's very affordable I rate this phone 8/10 on 4.5inch category

yeah me too! my friend has acer too but she can exit her quick mode , when i tap exit and ok nothing happens. I think i have to reset my phone. just have to back up my apps. too much hassle. I just had my phone for like a week. grrrrr

yes there are three slots at the back 2 for sims and 1 for the micro sd its dual sim and both slots are 4g capable... but you can only set 1 sim for 4g/3g connections at a time... its dual stand by which means both sims are active... battery is decent but wouldn't last you a day even if you use this phone casually (eg. data, wifi, calls, txts games etc..) hope this helps... cheers

Mine is slightly heating when charging, and i think its normal. Heating phones when excessively using Wi-Fi and playing games can cause your phone to heat up too. Then again, i think your phone is working pretty fine. :)

Dates/Time settings are doing just fine if you do not update Acer's Liquid Z330. Reboot and Shutdown my Z330 a couple of times settings for dates/time are still intact. However, after I successfully install the updates, Dates/Time settings will automatically change to January 1, 1970 whenever you shutdown/reboot your phone. I think the update/s itself has a bug. Calling for Acer Technical Team here if any. Any suggestions/fix for this issue?

This is how to exit the Quick Mode:: Go to Settings, select "Apps" under "Device" section, then swipe towards the "All" section. Look for "Quick Mode" app then select Force Stop and press Clear Data. Go back to Home screen then very quickly press the Back (leftward triangle) button for several times until the screen leads you the option of exiting all running apps and goes back to the normal Home screen. I hope this helps. ;)

i bought this phone yesterday and here's what i found out.. internal memory: 8GB - user available less than 3GB RAM: 1GB - user available 880MB SCREEN: great viewing angle.. even if u tilt the phone (left,right,up,down) u can clearly see the icons, etc without washing out the colors.. CAMERA: the worst camera i've ever had.. photos taken doesn't look like 5MP.. details suck.. colors are washed out.. i dont know why.. 5MP pics look like VGA.. photos are grainy and some parts are smoothened.. even if i downloaded Google camera.. same result.. supports multi window via "floating" apps which are movable and resizable.. no custom Acer UI.. u cant sort apps in the apps drawer.. great loudspeaker for music.. (DTS sound) PROBLEM: Acer QUICK MODE..!!! i cant exit quick mode if u go quick mode.. ended up with factory resetting the unit and i wont try quick mode again..! what do u expect from a Php 3,990 ($85.00) phone..? Zzzzz zzz zzz FINAL WORDS: cheap phone, great performance but stay away from CAMERA and QUICK MODE
