To switch between predictive and upper /lower case, just press the star(*) key on the bottom left of keyboard and select what you want.

Sorry, can't agree with most of the comments here. The phone is not that bad! No instruction Manual is a minus, but MOSTLY, it's dead easy to figure out. My 82 year-old aunt was given one of these for Christmas 2016 (as her very first mobile phone) and learned how to use it in about an hour, (with some help from me!) If you guys can't figure it out, maybe it's because it's too simple. It even has an FM Radio that can play through the earphones OR the internal speaker, which is the first time I have seen this. And it comes with a Flashlight. The worst thing about it so far is that I haven't figured out how to use LOWER CASE in SMS. Typing in Capitals is normally viewed as SHOUTING and RUDE. Anyone know how to switch it?

Absolutely the worst phone ever made. No matter what you do, you cannot type a text that makes any sense. It doesn't even recognize some letters, completely skipping them. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

This incredibly stupid phone won't even let me load credit for texting and still has not given me any info on what its phone number is. What is this phone meant for. Whole new meaning to dumb phone. Do not buy this phone!!!

Its a horrible phone. Cant disable predictive text and each time I do a text have to remove the predictive text twice, once at start of text then before sending it

I want to send a text to somebody, but cannot (a) find where or how to enter the number (b) find out how to type in a simple message without a bizarre predictive text that is totally unpredictable. If anybody can make a simple operation like texting more difficult than this phone does, they should get a Nobel prize. Do not buy this phone -- it must be designed to force you to buy a smart phone.

What a rubbish phone. Agree with another comment. There are no instructions. Impossible to find anything on a website as to how to use phone. Would never recommend anyone to buy one. It is impossible to use.

I thought I was buying a very easy to use, simple phone but I am finding it impossible to find out how to use it. There is no useful information with the phone and it doesn't even list the correct website to find info about it. I just want to write a text message, and can't get the letters I press to some up in the message! Don't buy this phone. They have made it too complicated. Bring back the simple to navigate and use phone!

I am seriously wondering what is the point of making phone with Stand-by Up to 144 h and Talk time Up to 3 h?! No, no, what is the point of making this kind of ultra basic phone and the thing that is much important - the baterry is that pooor??? Anyone can answer?!
