alcatel OT Pocket - User Reviews

  • I know guys that we are in 2018. but I really want it. I had a very nice memory of this phone. Maybe all that I will do is just keep playing its nice ringtones.

  • One of the best. exceptional signal reception. I loved it when I was hiking. always capital letters and couldn't send an sms without memorizing phone number, no phone book option for sms section. But I'm still keeping.

  • One of the best mobile phones ever made It has a call blocking feauture for FREE reception was AMASING very practical size

  • It's obvious that you can't sms small letters. My brother sent 2 units from Paris some years ago but only 1 usable, the other asks for service key!!! They all like new & still use one when traveling, the reception is fantastic!

  • it is a good phone, i hav use it for three year.but i dont now how to sms with small letter.can somebody help!

  • Nice phone.I started a pretty good fire with 2 of these :)

  • I have this phone few years back. The phone is obscelete and i hate it so much . Very hard to find extra battery in the market and its very expensive too. Although the ordinary AA baterries can be use but it only last for few minutes (maximum 7 minutes talk time). It really irritating. Anybody have extra slim battery please ive me your e-mail.

  • I had it, fantastic! Somebody tells me where I can buy it?

  • ( from Serbia and Montenegro ) I have same problem with battery for my Pocket. I want to buy but I dont know where. If anybody know please reply message to me.

  • Dear all of this nice phone, I'm using since 5 years now, I didn't have problem in battary, if you got problem, do the following, 000000* then (1)Vider Arrets, this delete the last GSM stations or location you were, this improve signal (2)select Ctrl Charge, look at second line it have Battary Votage and fourth line it have LIT2 if you have lithium Batt, it can bee 4.00 or more/less, then put it on the charger,on this mode for 12 hours, and every day before you sleep leave it on charger normally "not maint. mode" , you will be glad ... I still love that phone, I don't want to change it, until GSM 900 die, I will change ... becuase also it have the black list function, if anyone have software for it, please send it to me link or email [email protected], Happy Pocket :)

  • can u tell me where can i find a li-ion battery for this phone?thanks

  • (from turkey)I'USE THIS PHONE NEARLY 2 YEARRS.AFTER USİNG 2 YEARS İTS NOT EASY TO FIND IT'S BATTERY(600mAh Li-Ion)I like this phone but its not working more than 12 hours.I try to buy its battery but in alcatel web site I couldn't find the model of this series name(one touch pocket)I hope alcatel couldnt forget that this model is also theır products.

  • This is a great fone and a unique looker. now if only someone could show me where that internet ready function is, and answer that poor chaps question below.... else, well done Alcatel...oh and stay away from large mergers ;P

  • hi, can anybody tell me how to sms to a number stored on the phone rather than manually entering it to every number i send an sms to thanx

  • Dear Mixalis Tterlikkas, I can't possibly know what shops you have out there in Greece, but I owned the same model until few months ago, it broke down and I still have it's battery. If you're interested say it on my email. Regards.

  • Dear Sirs, I have a mobile telephone Alcatel one touch pocket and i neet a lithium battery for it. Can you please informe from where i can bye one? and how much it cost? Thanks Mixalis tterlikkas.

  • Hey, any of you users can tell me what the "menu2" keyword is for this phone? (after you type 000000*) Regards.

  • It's OK! Really! Though i can't find any "internet ready" feature inside the menu. Pretty, small, smart, big (easy to read)screen, resitant phone. OK Alcatel! You've done it! Nokia and Ericsson you should concentrate more to your client's needs, and not over the size, and other fancy features as games, logos, and so on. People need mobile phones to talk in the first place, and to feel comfortable with their phone. Thanks.

  • This is one great phone!!! I've dropped it on concrete a few times and it's still going strong. I'm a student and I use it in the basement (where the computer labs are) and the reception is great, I never had any problems with this phone at all, even when the girlfriend drowned it in softdrink. Cheers Alcatel.

  • being one of the very few who own this phone in davao city, philippines, i enjoy the privelege of having an eye-catcher at hand. it has features that are just coming out of new model nokia phones. it serves me well, but the paint seems to peel off by itself. alcatel doesn't hold much in the cellphone market here. nokia still reigns, but i admire its stand-out looks. only if someone can fix the darn paint from peeling of on its own!

  • it's the best phone I have... bravo

  • I would only like to know the price of this device. I would also thank information about mobile phones available for their use wirelessly connecting Internet. Thank you.
