I tried all the solutions found on the net, none of them worked out. Any help plz? (My IG: johnnywaked)

  • The last realiphone actualy not good iphone. :-(

  • The last good iPhone! ;-;

  • Yes

  • iPhone SE

  • Updated on iOS 13.1.2. Working like a charm without facing any issue. Performance is much better as compared to iOS 12.

  • No such problem with. Successfully updated. ask apple care

  • Used for about 7 months and loved the phone. The size was compact and nice, battery life was actually decent, and was very fast. I had to ditch it because I was switching to another carrier, but I would of kept it if I had the chance to bring the phone with me.

  • Available 64gb factory unlock

  • i want to buy iphone se 128gb...messaging from hyderabad

  • I can’t update to ios 13. They told me update requested almost 3 days now and I can’t cancel too. I restart the phone several times but nothing could change. l Anyone also facing same problem here? Any suggestions pls.

  • I can’t update to ios 13. They told me update requested almost 3 days now and I can’t cancel too. I restart the phone several times but nothing could change. l Anyone also facing same problem here? Any suggestions pls.

  • Cellbuddy , India sells iphones in different conditions .I bought iPhone SE 64 GB for Rs.11k

  • interested in RoseGold color option in SE model.

  • I need Iphone se grey unlocked or even new if possible. I know in apple have stopped selling iphone se , but want to gift somebody .

  • IOS 13.1.2... that's fast for updates taking place recently...amazing "fruit factory"!

  • best iphone i have, keep updating this phone. Thanks

  • Same things here...getting slower

  • ios 13.0, this is my work/business phone, its the best. I got an unused iPhone Xs lying here but still prefer to use the SE for business, which is why i have an SE 64GB backup phone on the desk. The SE is so great, lasts a whole days work without charging even if this is an early 16GB model, so old and so much used but still strong, the quality is unreal.

  • IOS 13.1.1 did improve on baterry life! Good job!

  • iOS 13.1 great battery backup. awesome,

  • Updated my SE to iOS 13.1 yesterday. Everything looks snappy. Apps reload very fast. Battery performance as great as before. Hoping it will still get iOS 14

  • iOS 13 is ruining my phone. Thanks apple Batter drain, Siri glitching, apps glitching, and camera sometimes takes pictures like I was drunk or something. Sigh.

  • There also few bucks here and there on ios 13. Hopefully apple bring few updates to solve the issues.

  • Paid RM2.5k for this phone 3 years ago.. This phone has nothing to impress now since it is a dated phone.. But it still receive OS update.. maybe iOS 13 is the last update for this phone.. so I have no regret that I chosen this phone..

  • Agree on this battery issue after update

  • One of the most valuable, and underrated phones in Apple’s lineup! What a great idea. -Perfect smaller size -Strong aluminum body -Squared edges are so convenient for pics! -Processor and GPU from higher-end phones so it’s fast Hope Apple really considers building an SE.2.0!!!! (Id still be ok if the screen grew an inch, or used a flexible lcd screen ;) ;) ;))

  • Downloaded ios 13 today morning Battery drainage very fast Things have changed a lot Dark mode is nothing impressive But really dissatisfied with battery issue

  • I wish they would make an appledroid, but until then this is the greatest phone ever made.

  • at the same time when apple will announce.

  • Kindly, update any Dual Sim - I - phones to be Available in Future with Compact and Mid Range Price.

  • Extremely true haha

  • When will we get the ios 13 in India ? Waiting anxiously

  • yes support

  • yes and it's amazing gays

  • This phone is 3D Touch but in iOS 13 :)

  • Yes but in iOS 13:)

  • Yes

  • No 3D Touch

  • Yes

  • Do AirPods work with this phone?

  • Does this have 3D Touch?

  • Horrible

  • Mine is same

  • How's the battery life on 12.4 compared to 12.3?

  • No problems here with 12.4. Phone runs the same.

  • shame about the battery, great phone everywhere else

  • go for xr

  • best option is XR...if u like the notch and new controls,, else if u like the old controls go for 8 or 8plus...

  • Mine has the battery problem as well.. Even after replacing with a new one, the problem is still there.. Draining is so fast that I have to bring powerbank with me.. And I know somebody is going to say it's my usage problem.. Whatever..

  • Better take google pixel 3a-Amazing pictures, very nice screen...

  • After 12.4 iOS update the battery is draining very fast. Phone gets automatic restart quite a number of times. Did anyone face the same issues? Planning to get a new phone - suggest between 7, 8 and xr. Price is a definite highlight. Need the phone to run for atleast 3 years with latest iOS updates.

  • I have to say, you are extremely clumsy with your stuff

  • You can send bug info to apple support centre

  • As much as i liked stability and responsiveness of iOS, I got disappointed with multiple UI bugs in Apple software as well as with the battery life. Even after replacement, need to charge it from two to three times a day. None of my previous phones needed so much energy. That it a shame. I will not buy another iPhone anymore. Pre-notch models feature small battery and ridiculous price. And the ones with notch are so big, so heavy, thick and ugly...

  • yes and voice over lte also

  • can support 4g sim card

  • You must use your phone carefully. How do you expect any phone not be broken even after dropping it from cliff or in water.

  • I lost my S8 down the cliff and got this guy afterwards. It served me well for a year, and I really liked some aspects of iOS. Unfortunatley, this phone has no IP68 and I lost it because of water damage (dropped it in puddle of water by accident). An amazing phone which made me appreciate compact phones.

  • I'm previous iPhone SE user and I got myself the S10e, and I am extremley satisfied with it. Currently the best compact smartphone on the market.

  • The iPhone SE will only possibly get only one more update, which means that it is pretty much done for. I would not buy used phone personally. If you do - you will need to get a new battery because Apple likes to throttle CPU (experienced it myself as previous iPhone SE owner). And battery replacement is going to cost you, too. Screen is small and great for one handed use, phone is reliable but I did notice it became slow and laggy with time. It will also shut down during winter if it isn't close enough to your skin (it likes to stay warm I guess). I hope I was helpful.

  • Absolutely, nothing else like it out there. Where I’m not a huge fan of IOS I have a phone still running current updates many years later. Pick one up used for about $100 put in a new battery and all good to go.

  • Is it worth buying in 2019..?

  • it`s about IOS discussion here, not android!

  • if you like ios, go and buy it. The price seems to be OK if it is in good condition. However don`t forget that is completely different OS from android, it`s not the same!

  • how is the storage on that thing is at 32GB? if so, it’s worth for the price. and regarding updates, apple has no doubt the best software support on their phones. the iPhone SE has been supported for 4 years now (it has support for iOS 13 coming in september) and probably will be supported until 2020 or 2021 regarding music, if you have music files from your android or on your computer you can use iTunes to place your music

  • I would like some advice for SE. I am looking for a phone, and I found one SE second-handed at 100 euros. Is it worth it in terms of the updates, cause I do not know if they stop at some point? Also, on Ipones, is it free to have music or you have to pay? Thanks in advance!

  • Go buy s10e or s7 regular. Better screen, better battery.

  • You’re kidding? S8 is so powerful! It’s just that android needs to be maintained, clear app cache etc. lol. I have the iphone SE but the display just sucks. You can’t enjoy media with this. Yes, it’s fast. But so as the s8. Selfie on the s8 is better too esp. in low light.

  • These comments aint so unpractical... yes you love your phone, very cool, but why? Sony Xperia XZ1 compact is similar in morphology but better hardware.

  • yes my dude, you are very right. i own my iphone se gold 32gb for almost 2 years now. i have NEVER had any hardware or slowdown issues. and i really think you can't get more out o f a 2gb apple a9 chip. and also you need to get up to date, as my iphone se recieves updates until 2021 (5 years support from launch). so go be a fanboy at that unoptimised phone.

  • i believ

  • Thats true, i have experience of both brand, apple environment win at all

  • Great phone..i got one for 10k used .64gb model.throwed in a new apple orginal battery and its so good.i was using samsung galaxy s8 and trust me guys this is better .s8 has a way better screen and design but i replaced s8 with se as s8 became laggy as hell and i cant afford a s10 now. I compared se with xs max and perfomance wise se still holds up well.yeah se has a old hardware ,camera not upto the mark etv etc but softqare is silky smooth hence overall experimce is good.if you were to decide between s7 and se go for se .buy samsung only if you Are gomma get the latest model which is really good and if not better om par with apple flagship.comparing old apple and old samsung apple wins

  • Actually, more people people are using a S7/Edge than the SE. Also, unlike the SE you can flash a custom rom on your S7. This means monthly security updates if someone keeps maintaining it. And because it's still so popular it will probably last until Android Q and maybe android 11 after a while. meanwhile your phone will get slower and slower because apple loves pushing users into buying new hardware. Also you shouldn't forget that your SE is just the leftover cases of the 5S reused with newer hardware. Also, replacing any component will probably lock you out of your phone because apple hates users that try to use their phone for more than one year and repairing it. Using a custom rom is as easy as pie. Almost no risk of breaking anything if you just read the instructions, and it will still maintain all it's original functionalities like the fingerprint reader, nfc, volte if you're poor and indian, gps, Camera and always on display.

  • Only if you are registered for Developer or Public beta !

  • Both

  • True

  • iPhone se

  • The best small smartfone ever. Even today,in June 2019 there is nothing better on market

  • S7 it's better in everything the camera is really good the battery too.And the price isn't bad at all.

  • Lovely phone in this universe and I love it I m also waiting for se2

  • Has anyone got ios13 for SE?

  • Love my SE.

  • Hi. Is it possible set the phone to film video to a lightening connected drive by default? Thanks.

  • I love my SE. one of the greatest phones ever made. That being said I’m tired of the low res screen and would love to see something better while staying small. I don’t want a tablet.

  • se

  • S7

  • iPhone SE and newer phones like iPhone 6s and 6splus would be getting ios13 confrirmed while older phones like 6, 6plus and 5 wont be getting iOS 13.

  • i use s7 with latest scurity patch. as per samsung more than 2 million s7 are still active.

  • why the maximum capacity down from 88% to 83 in one day please help meee , any solution ?!!!

  • iPhone SE is in the list of device that is compatible with iOS 13..!!! iOS 9 (2016) to iOS 13 (soon).. Good (not great for sure) phone after all despite the horrible battery life, grainy photo, etc..

  • LMAO at all these top comments saying the Samsung S7 which was twice the price is way better in every cathegory than the SE, but we're now in 2019 and literally nobody uses an S7, while SE is still rocking on iOS 12 and will probably get 13 as well

  • Am still using it for 3 years and still working nicely as expected.

  • SE gang still rocking in 2k19

  • may be:)))

  • The iphone SE or Samsung s7?

  • on 3rd june you’ll get your answer.

  • Will the SE get IOS 13 ??

  • "nor would the phone last for more than a few hours" which phone lasts for more than a few hours anyways? The Energizer phone of course, but nobody would buy a brick as their phone.

  • I like this phone but its biggest flaws are the battery life and it's by Apple. Contrary to popular opinion, I do not think of quality when I think of Apple. I think of aesthetically pleasing looking electronics that always have bugs of some sort. I subscribed to Apple Music to give it a go and upon downloading some music the battery drain was atrocious. The phone was around 75% and after minutes of downloading songs it went down to 5-10%... the next few days I had a battery that did not display its percentage properly nor would the phone last for more than a few hours. This b.s. is not something I expect from a trillion dollar company. What I expect and don't ever see is damn near perfection for the cost of the ecosystem. My last gripe I'm not really mad about but I just found it humorous when it happened. I was looking in a group of apps, and I wanted to rearrange the icons, so I held down one to activate the move-gesture and whilst moving things around the phone bugged out; one of the icons I was trying to move left my finger and crash landed on the home screen... I could not move the icon or any icon, trying to move it resulted in the icon rotating in a circular motion. The only way I found to return things back to normal was to press the home button and then the app went back into its group. Top notch stuff, Apple. Top notch.

  • I have been waiting for SE2, If they lie they lost me!!

  • Thank gosh the phone was cheap compared to the 5C I had before. I love SE design but after two years and half with these updates the battery drains so so fast that I might switch to another device soon. And it wont be Apple (Sorry I love iOS though but the prices are ridiculous now). I also experienced Wifi issues in a previous iOS version so that's why I kept it up-to-date. It fixed the Wifi problem but the battery has gotten worser. However if I do the switch I will miss iOS. I can only suggest this phone to everyone who just wants to do basic things, call, texting, emailing and a little internet browsing. Use for photo editing apps so on or a game? Sure but be prepared for battery drains. It will only last a few hours depending on what you do or play.

  • Just updated mine at 12.3. Will try to check what are the changes. Tell me yours...

  • hello am having a problem with my IPhone SE. First my screen has a black spot and the screen has literally lost its since of touch. At times it dials itself and makes several calls and am not able to end the calls. Kindly help me find a solution for this problem.

  • An iPhone SE on iOS 10 is a nice collector's item. You can definitely sell it for € 150 or more. When you did so, either buy another SE for 100€ or get the Pixel or whatever, just what you prefer.

  • I don't know why you would carry 2 phones but yeah, this is great for that scenario.

  • Hi guys, decided to update my SE to the latest update today 12.2 and am regretting it badly. First battery drains faster and the Touch ID stopped working. Keeps telling me unable to activate Touch ID. Is there any solution for this, really need your help guys.

  • You still believe in SE2 rumors? Apple played us for 2 years now, spreading rumors is their marketing strategy.

  • offcourse

  • Help me! Should I make this my second Daily Driver?

  • love this phone, so easy to use.

  • Its charging ic problem, you have to change the ic , i cant remember exact name but may its called u2. You have to take it to mobile repairing shop.

  • To me, the SE is the best iPhone ever and no doubt my favorite iPhone. But it will be my last iPhone. Just 30 minutes ago, I was using mine again to do Twitter. And as usual, it was laggy again. My Androids don't do that. I can't even search for a specific gif on Twitter using iPhone. I just can't wait for my Pixel 3 to arrive next Monday. It was moved up a week earlier. NEVER AGAIN with iPhone. It has its advantages like all things when you compare something to another. But there's too many quirks. I'm sticking to Android, period. Stock Android, specifically. I don't care if the Pixels are iPhone wannabes. They're better than iPhones because Android is simply better than iOS.

  • Professional use!!!! Don't make me laugh - it's just a phone like any other phone which has been greatly surpassed.

  • - Cons: A good phone! yes it's a good phone for an affordable price device. It stays fast even when it has only 25% memory. Updates come usually even if it is an old device. The iOS system is designed for professional use not like Android. Now It's working on a v12.1 system update and it is working fine. no lags to be mentioned - Pros: I have to use WIFI to update my system and any application over 150mb as there is no option to use the Cellular plan to update apps over 150mb.

  • Replace the battery.

  • Check the Pixel's SAR ratings, some were off the charts. My sister got one & she likes it a lot so far.

  • Looking forward for the iPhone XE. I will understand the absence of 3DTouch if they want to implement the full-screen design. I hope Apple will put a decent FaceTime camera on it, though, unlike the original iPhone SE. But I will only get them with these price points (based on the current price of iPhone 7 early 2019) 64Gb $399 or less 256Gb $449 or less Although, I will be willing to pay $100 more for 3D Touch, and/or $50 more if they give us the 3.5mm headphone jack. (wishful thinking)

  • Its unbreakable, i have dropped it so many times, on asphalt, on tiles and just a few scratches. And its now 3 years old and still got support for newest updates. Love it.

  • Apple store may replace the battery for free at times find out how much it is and if it’s a good price or free have them change it

  • Make sure you run latest iOS version, and check battery health it could be dead battery

  • Some help please? My SE has 87% battery capacity but it's draining in chunks all the sudden. It will stay at like 100 then go to 88 all the sudden, also when I restart the phone the percentage always changes. Is it time for a new battery or is there a trick to fix this?

  • I just recently dropped my perfectly mint SE for the first time. I didn't know it was on the left side of my bed. It nicked a little on the bottom right corner. I dropped my Essential Phone twice. Once it fell on its side. Only light scratches and you can only see it under direct sunlight. This is the weaker aluminum Apple used. I guess it's a sign for me to sell the SE off. It's become completely useless using the Dasher app and browsing through mobile Twitter. If my parents are traveling, I'll just contact them using Viber.

  • Yes. And it's verry good!

  • it's quite okay lol.

  • u just to need to read to inform from time to time.. ios 12 is way faster and efficient os than ios 10. :)

  • Did you get it second hand or refurbished??

  • I got this SE within a wk now. It was 96% battery healthy by the time I was getting the phone but now within a wk of use is 95 so is this normal or I hv to set something. Is the first time to be an iPhone user plz help.

  • Battery 91% , 11 months heavy use.

  • No iPhone SE 2 announced. Guess I won't be an apple user for a long time.

  • restore your producent settings ,it's that simple. And then set once again yours. Will be like the new one

  • Battery 94% ... 18 months No problems whatsoever ... very nice phone and works flawlessly !

  • OMG. Update your IOS version. One of the reasons its slow because of the outdated OS -.-

  • My iPhone SE still on 10.2.1 is now gawd awfully slow browsing through the mobile Twitter site using Safari. I can barely type something on it. Apple slowing it down and wants us to travel back to a decade ago with 450-600 MHz speeds. I can go on my Android phones with Kiwi Browser and all is fine typing on Twitter. I'm now considering selling my SE and replacing it with the original Pixel which I've owned before. That was the smoothest Android phone I had ever owned. Only my Essential is close to it but the digitizer is a bit weak, so the touch response can be a tad off. Just a tad. Only reason why I want to keep the SE is the design, size, headphone jack, and iMessages. I can also always replace the battery for $50. It's the principle of it all. The underhanded schemes Apple loves to do gets annoying. Wishlist - 1. Google Pixel 3a 2. Sony Xperia XA2 3. Samsung Galaxy S10e I also must consider the original Pixel for headphone jack. I did check the photo comparisons between Pixel 2 vs Pixel 3. Some people say Pixel 2 is better. Only in the audio during video recording. The still photos of the Pixel 3 are mostly superior to me with some shots being better on the Pixel 2. I prefer cooler tones than warmer. Cooler tones shows whites more accurate. It's more realistic to the naked eye. Goodbye to iOS for good. I hate how slow my SE has become. And I have no urge to update it to iOS12. I'll only keep my SE for iPod touch usage.

  • Where can I buy "Brand New" in PH???

  • It really sucks guys and it costs so much

  • 24 months 88% battery health

  • Thanks,man😊

  • This phone sucks My colleague had it for like 8 days and it spoilt for no reason, the repair shop can't fix it and Apple won't give refund. Apple phones worst phone ever.

  • great 4 inche smart phone unit now i get one the day before 32 gb rose for a second phone just for music and calls good job apple

  • BEST IPHONE EVER! had mine for a year and a half now, battery levels are at 96% maximum capacity! Waiting for the SE 2 to be released maybe it'll be waterproof :D :D :D

  • In addition I think iPhone SE space grey color looks very classic and elegant. Im not sure about 64GB model, if its available on your market, you can just get 64GB.

  • Thanks a lot. I have a pocophone now but SE is my old crush, your opinions were helpful. But i cant trust the sellers around as they sell telling brand new phones,in case of iphones its sensitive. I will keep your sentences in my mind.

  • Using SE 2months and phone its amazing 5H+ SOT gaming amazing playing every game on appstore without lag camera amazing front mah only problem its bad speaker can't wait to see how hold on 12.2

  • Hi. I bought it from my local electronics reseller, it was a tough decision because of many new powerful Androids phones available on the market. I got it pretty cheap (i paid 230 euro for brand new 32 gb space grey model). I did not run any benchmark tests on it, but its very smooth. You should buy it only from original reseller, and avoid refurbished models!

  • Why you still at iOS 11??

  • Hello bro,i need some suggestions as i intend to buy new one. How much it costs?when did u brought & from where? Please mention the performance ratings. Thanks

  • Mine is 94% after 18 months

  • battery status 94% after 10 months of usage

  • I don't really hate the iPhone SE but I absolutely hate what Apple stands for. My SE is getting slow. I'm still on 10.2.1 with no plans to update. The new iOS12 would take up 2 GB. I notice every time I check Twitter, I sometimes can't put a message. Just last night, my Dasher app couldn't even connect on where my location was for a dropoff just two blocks away. I hate this stuff. Greedy. So now I have to spend $50 just to replace the battery. On my favorite phones, I no put ANY iPhones on there. I'm now thinking of selling the SE but I will only cling onto it for iMessages to my relatives and friends. That's it. I will always be an Android guy. The SE is my iPhone ever but it will certainly be my last one. 1. LG G5 2. Essential Phone 3. LG V20 Just had to put my G5 back on top because of removable battery and ergonomics. My Essential does feel a little weird typing on. Too angular. Say no to iOS for good. I also don't understand still needing iTunes to add media files. That's like asking Apple for permission to use YOUR OWN media. This isn't 2005 anymore. Hating iTunes and performance slowdowns is why I will never enjoy iOS. SE is a great iPhone. My favorite iPhone. What will always bring it down is Apple's greed and iOS. With iOS, you get traded like a user. With Android, you're the admin. I'd rather be the admin.

  • best mobile ever made sorry for apple designers that loose this opportunity to design new models with same size and boxy shape like this phone

  • Guys, post your battery health stats. I have 98 % left after 2 months.

  • I’m happy IPhone SE space gray owner. It’s still pretty fresh phone, I bought in early 2019, what I most like about it is size, fast processor, awesome 12 mp camera. I don’t really care about watching videos or playing games, mostly I use it for calls, texts and emails. Sometimes I open safari to look over websites. It’s sells pretty cheap now (32gb) you can get it for a great price !!

  • This is my favorite iPhone ever but not my favorite phone ever. That honor is between my Essential Phone or LG G5 depending on my mood. As of now, the Essential Phone because it happens to be where my sim is and I just prefer the software experience, size, and longer battery life. I will admit my SE is starting to have issues using Safari especially when I go to the mobile Twitter page. Since my SE will be near 2-years-old by May 20, it could be throttling down thanks to the degraded battery. My SE is still on 10.2.1. This is fairly annoying. It's why I can never have an iPhone as my favorite. If I check my Bovada account, I can't see anything using Safari. On my Androids using Kiwi Browser, I can see the odds. This is why I will always be an Android guy. I started on iOS first like 11 years ago but Android has been my OS for nearly 8 years. I really only use my SE to text relatives thanks to iMessages.

  • Upgraded from a 5s to a SE. The performance bump and better rear camera are delightful. As a macOS user (but not a fanboy) and wanting to stay with a truly small phone with a good enough camera I decided to stick with Apple (a refurbed 64GB for $US165). I looked hard at Xiaomi's Android One and MIUI handsets, and Sony's XZs with/without SailFish. I use Google for search, maps and translations, but that is as far as I'll go with them in my life. So a slightly complex decision based on size, Apple ecosystem integration, not learning a new OS to a level for some privacy, and price.

  • Thank for replying. After checking out iphone SE, 6s and 7, I purchased iPhone 7 128gb for 430$. :)

  • Favorite phone ever, Waiting for se 2 as well.

  • I think the biggest deciding factor here is screen size. If you can live with the smaller screen, the SE is still an excellent phone. If that screen is too small for you, you're better off spending a bit more on the iPhone 6s or 7. I personally switched in 2016 from the iPhone 5 to the iPhone 7 and while I think the 5 screen is livable, the bigger screen of the 7 makes the phone more pleasant to use. But as I said, take a look at the 6s, it is just like the SE but with a bigger screen (and some smaller goodies like faster fingerprint reader, better selfie cam and better screen quality, but those should not be the most important things in the world)

  • Fast Better than android 2017

  • Same here, Iphone SE kick ass

  • This nibba is with me for 2 years, not good for gaming though, but still. If it's not winter, my vagane wet.

  • Batt seems amazing huh :)

  • Me too! I am waiting for SE 2

  • My favorite phone eveeeeeeeeeeer! I wish apple release an iphone se 2!! that would be amazing!

  • Still the best iPhone ever made and I'm not even an iOS fan. The Dasher app is inferior on the platform. I only keep it for the jack and iMessages to my relatives. I was checking out my space gray SE and the design is quite remarkable for essentially a 6 to 7-year-old design. Yes, it has giant top and bottom bezels but the design still is quite timeless and gorgeous.

  • You did well

  • I bought a brand new-ish iphone 7 128gb for 430$. Just a couple of days used. :D

  • Don't they give you a new battery when you purchased a refurbished product? Even if they don't, you can get a new battery and it'd still be a much better deal

  • Thanks for the reply. Yeah, for the price, SE seems the better choice. I use the laptop for movies + games. Occasional YouTube videos will play just fine on SE and i can install a new battery for 20$ which will make the device perform better. Refurbished iPhone 7's water resistance might be compromised and the battery health is around 80% (there are no official Apple Stores here in my country). Thanks again :)

  • It's a tough choice between the two, given their price difference. I am assuming you don't want to wait for SE 2. Of course iPhone 7 is more powerful, with a better front camera, a bigger screen, and a better battery. But then, it costs over twice as much as the SE does (in your case). And SE has A9, which is just as good as iPhone 7's A10. I mean, unless you are playing graphics intensive games, editing videos, etc, you won't even notice the performance difference between the two when launching everyday apps. And it's rear camera does the job. It would cost you just 180$, which is the best part. It comes down to couple of things (mainly) : 1 : If you are not buying it for media consumption or gaming, SE's screen is good enough. Heck! You'll actually enjoy it a lot more than iPhone 7's screen because of its smaller size and you will find it difficult to like larger screens. 2 : If you don't care about updates, you can go with the SE. A10 makes iPhone 7 a bit more future proof (though it's a 2 years old CPU). When iOS 13 comes out, it'd probably run better on the A10, just a guess. Who knows? iOS is optimized and maybe, iOS 13 will run just as smooth on A9 as well. No doubt A9 is a powerful chipset. Even the first generation iPad pro has it. I am just a bit skeptical about SE's battery. If you are getting a new phone, battery backup will be decent of course. If you do get the SE, just make sure you don't update to the latest iOS right away. Let others install it first, lol. Wait for a few days to know from others whether it's safe to update or not. Well, this is true for any other phone. If I were you, I'd go with the SE. Price gap between the two is pretty significant, which makes SE truly a compelling choice. That apart, I love smaller screen phones. But that's just me. And you'll be fine with either

  • Where I live, refurbished iPhone SE can be bought for around 180$ and iPhone 7 (refurbished) is available for around 400$. I'm kinda stuck in between these 2 options because for extra 200$ I'd be getting stuff like a better display, a faster chipset, a better camera (specially the selfie shooter), stereo speakers if I go for the iPhone 7. But the smaller iPhone SE is more compact with a classic design, much more affordable, A9 chipset is still pretty capable, 2GB RAM is pretty much enough still in 2019 and i get a headphone jack too! I'm really stuck here being not able to decide which one should i buy! What do you guys think? Should i spend that extra 220 and go for the 7 or save 220 by setting with SE? (PS: I'm a student - I won't be playing FPS games which takes advantage of 3D touch)

  • I was planning on it myself. BUT... i highly recommend to wait for the September Event to see if Apple will release an iPhone SE 2. If ever you can't wait tho, please consider the iPhone 7 with 2nd gen TouchID, and 3DTouch.

  • Off course

  • No, it's not worthy in 2019. Don't get me wrong: the phone is blazing fast and it has good camera and a pretty compact desing but battery life it's just awful, I mean: it doesn't even handle trough a fullday even with light use. I'm getting 2 hs of screen on time, and it's brand new (I use it like a secondary phone by the way)

  • Mine doesn’t show that signals and i also upgrade mine to IOS 12.1.4. Battery isn’t affected.

  • Yes. Worth it

  • I got 8 hour screen on time on my SE 11.4.1

  • I'm planning to buy SE this year, is still worth buying it? I want a small iPhone.

  • I would stay at 12.1.2,battery is good, fast apps and smooth performance,no lag at all,my battery health is 92% after 2 1/2 year,so I know it will not work 100%,especially after updates, new futures and so on,I just switched off things I don"t use and will never use.

  • I never said it was applicable to everyone. But if you're already having a horrible battery backup on 12.1.3, I don't see any reason why you should not update to 12.1.4. But as I said, it's up to you whether you want to update or not

  • That's great news. But I don't think it will be applicable to everyone. There can be multiple reasons for battery backup issue.

  • It's for you to decide. But my suggestion is : Don't update unless you are having issues with the current version of your iOS. If the current iOS version you have does everything you want it to do, and if you're not facing any major issues like battery backup, lags, etc, there is no point updating. But at the end of the day, you have to decide

  • That's a shame! How good was the battery life for you on 12.1.3? And how old is the battery? Battery health? Sometimes battery backup takes a hit after an update. You might try restoring your SE. Though I know none of us look forward to doing that, but it might help

  • shell i update my se to ios12 plz suggest

  • From iOS 12.1.3 to 12.1.4 baterry life very dispointed, i have charge often ..well time to say goodbye to iphone SE

  • And btw, it was not just me who was facing this battery backup issues on 12.1.3. 12.1.3 was awful in general in terms of battery life. Even YouTubers acknowledged it

  • I have an iPad 6, only a couple of months old. Came with 11.4.1 out of the box, and battery life was very good for me on 11.4.1. I updated it to 12.1.3 and battery life went from being very good to awful! Just horrible. I regretted updating to 12.1.3. Then 12.1.4 came out, I was not sure whether to update or not. I was afraid it might make the battery backup even worse. But I went ahead and updated it, and guess what? Battery life is back to being as good as it was for me on 11.4.1. I was so relieved. If you are stuck with awful battery life on 12.1.3 and in a dilemma whether to update to 12.1.4 or not, I suggest do it. Even if your phone's battery backup improves only by a little, I'm sure it won't get any worse

  • What is your current battery health?

  • New update doesn't have anything to do with Battery Life. Its primarily for Facetime issue. Its better to wait for a day or two and then update based on the reviews

  • Still thinking whether to update ios 12.1.4 on my se or not! The battery life sucks like persians but the performance is still like mighty spartans! 😎

  • been using an se for 2 and a half years and has been a great bit of gear I have hammered this thing and still going strong the battery life is not as good but what do you expect after being hammered for so long I was very hopefully apple would have brought out an updated version of this I would have bought it instead I will stay with this one as I do not like such a big phone the se is a perfect size for me I find the x, xs, xr to big. I also get phone signal where other people dont cant argue with that

  • same happened with me.

  • This iPhone has awesome battery, I updated it to iOS 12.1.4 and it's excellent

  • Updated to 12.1.4 and still battery life isn't good. I should have left it at its original version, ios 11. I should have read comments here before I updated it. By the way, I just purchased iphone se last week, and battery life was good then. Anyway just a warning to those who are planning to update to ios 12.

  • iOS 12.1.4 release today ..hope this fix my battery life for iphone SE

  • After the update to IOS 12.1.3 battery 🔋 getting terrible. Apple can you fix this. This is annoying forcing me to give up my iPhone SE..... 😑

  • after updated to 12.1.3, my imessage not working

  • Looking forward for the iPhone SE2. I will understand the absence of 3DTouch if they want to implement the full-screen design. I hope Apple will put a decent FaceTime camera on it, though. But I will only get them with these price points (based on the current price of iPhone 7 early 2019) 64Gb $399 or less 256Gb $449 or less Although, I will be willing to pay $50 more if they give us the 3.5mm headphone jack. (wishful thinking)

  • Looks fine to me after update. I didn't face any battery drain or connectivity issues.

  • I updated it yesterday night. Will see the results for few days.

  • Maybe wait for the next update or try resetting it, if it works

  • Ahhh thats bad. Also saw in news that the new update causes some connectivity issues too. Will wait for more info and then update

  • 1:07 and it’s 43% I’m done with apple

  • 11:15am and it’s 60% Wow 😮

  • Here’s my day, Get up at 430am and at work 530am to 130pm and back home by 2pm. Battery was always between 65-70% Here I am today at 930am and it’s at 72% already. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN APPLE FOR UPDATING AND TURNING MY DEVICE TO CRAP. Can’t wait till I can buy an android.

  • Draining the battery too quickly. Hope this works itself out.

  • Yes, if you like Small screen phones

  • IOS 12.1.3 released

  • Worth buy refurbished Iphone se 64gb as new?

  • One of the best iPhone Apple ever made.... Really a Beast in Performance.... Good rear camera with 4K recording ... If you are looking for a medium screen size mobile phone with all new specifications , then iPhone SE is the right choice even in 2019...... Really Worth...!!!!

  • High is max frame-rate for PUBG

  • what are the framerates that are available on pubg mobile under 'smooth' graphic settings? ultra? extreme? or only high?

  • Yes I have, I just ordered one from aliexpress, so far it’s okay. I can’t really tell how many hours it take from 100-0% yet, it just came in today. I hope this helps

  • I have a this phone 64GB but it's not look like 113gr I think it's heavy

  • Yes. Latest ios has mobile and wifi data toggle option in control centre.

  • Yes, there is mobile data toggle in control center.

  • can someone please tell me if this phone has the mobile data toggle button in the control center?

  • It's such a good business to make the battery non removable that no manufacturer have resisted the temptation lately, it makes so much sense to them, why let you replace the battery of a perfectly working device under a minute? no way in hell.

  • Yeah true. The gameplay is smooth. But the visiblity is low and difficult to use on-screen controls.

  • Yes It support pubg but you want get a good gaming experience because it's too small you can't see nothing while playing

  • Thats not a conclusion but a result, a result of your charging pattern. My oldest SE is nearly 2 years old and battery health still at 100%. ALL PHONES and gadgets will have battery degradation if charged full and run down to 0%, never let your batt go below 20%, and try to charge already at 40% when possible. Look at a Tesla, electric cars has 8-10 years battery warranty, and it is made possible because of low energy density. The 85kwh Tesla battery would have been 160kwh if it was charged to the same level as a cellphone battery and drained as far down before reaching 0%. Cellphone batteries are by default overcharged by approximately 80-100%, which is why they last so short and thats why its up to the user to not let the battery drain too much before charging, and preferably also to not let it charge to 100%.

  • Yes

  • me.. during the promotion.. but within less than a year, the capacity drops to 81% according to battery health conclusion is that iphone se has bad battery life

  • It was too old I guess. They don‘t want to sell a device with A9 as the cheapest but rather one with A10. May also be because the 6s and SE stole sales from more expensive models.

  • iPhone SE supports pubg

  • Hi Did anyone tried replacing battery of your iPhone se 2017 through battery replacement support? how successful was the experience? please share.

  • is it support band 0 (800 MHz ) and 1900 band 1

  • Super phone for me and everyone. but idk why they stopped making this phone

  • iphone SE

  • se is more powerful ND good

  • I just bought one today for me!

  • why your asking this when you know the answer. its like asking me which one is better iphone 6s or iphone 8

  • Wich one is more good ? iPhone 5S or iPhone SE ?

  • No iPhone SE beats my cousin Huawei P20. Thank You IPhone

  • Yes. I am using mi band 3 with iPhone SE.

  • do mi band 3 support iphone se??

  • I think like 12 out of 15 of the devices work

  • This Is A Massive Beast In 2018 With The Benchmark Of 15K!

  • @_@

  • Yep! I often find broken phones in the target phone recycling bin, and I've gotten like 15 free devices

  • whoa...! that's great

  • Niwadays 99% plus smartphones have battery which are non-replaceable by user. And all these phones battery are replaceable by technician.

  • Yeah Same Thought.

  • It's a great phone for sure, been using it for 2 years now. Love the small build and solid performance. No plans of changing it for at least another year.

  • Im not an iphone guy but even i know no iPhone has a user replaceable battery! Apple does not wantyou under the hood touching the guts period ever end of story. Its Vherbolten.

  • Iphone SE my first one,I"m to old to get used to new OS and phone itself, but after 6 years with Blackberry phone and OS just nothing to do it"s got to and of life. I"m impressed, can"t compare 12.1 to any thing bcs didn"t use any lower update, but after disabling some things that I don"t need and don"t use have no problem with battery(not havy user though),don"t play games, just calls, sms, some browsing and it"s hold good charge all day long.Good camera for me(rear one) smooth and fast working device, really love it and big plus 4" display just like my Z10 good for any pocket.I do have Sony 6" phone and use it for apps and like tablet at home, but just can"t get used to carry it too big. I"m sure SE not really good for gaming and video(4" display) but it"s not outdated compering speed and smoothness, performance, even camera, solid compact phone.

  • Ia that worth it to update for iphone SE ? Im still on ios 12.1 not sure for update to 12.1.1 ..the biggest problem is battery drain so fast in ios 12.1

  • You and me have quite a bit in common then only i prefer my iPhone SE slightly to my LG G5 only because battery life pales in comparison... I justed can't get my G5 to get better then 5-6 hours screen on time and that's with a brand new battery from Amazon that already but it's claim was manufactured in 2018 and is supposedly 3200mah instead of the 2800mah oem. I also slightly prefer the smaller size of the iPhone SE if only it's battery were replaceable I'm so sticl between the two because in all reality my G5 will likely outlive most average phones and with a waterproof case it's hard to come up with a downside.

  • ios 12.1.1 released

  • The last great iPhone. Not just for the design, size, and price but for being the last iPhone to offer a headphone jack! You don't realize having a headphone jack can be practical until you realize wireless offers Bluetooth radiation and it kills your phone's battery life alot sooner. In fairness, my LG G5 and V20 have a headphone jack but my iPhone SE headphones can't fit in them. So SE ends up being my iPod when I need to use wired headphones. G5 for music playing via the speakers. We really do start to appreciate 2016 more because while 2017 and 2018 were great years for me personally, they also killed my love for phones. Perhaps that's a good thing. Helps my bank account. Glass backs Notches No headphone jack Raised prices Sealed batteries Nomore IR blaster ^ Middle finger to all of them. Let's hope 2019 brings something revolutionary to the table. Waiting for those foldable displays...

  • I have this phone and it handles anything I throw at it, whether apps or games, without breaking a sweat. It's more like the current iPhones are unnecessarily overpowered rather than the SE being underpowered.

  • I wanted this phone up until about a few months ago, i love small screen phones but this phone is too outdated specs wise now and cant cope with modern software. my dream would be to have this chassis phone but bezeless making it 4.7-4.8 screen and maybe a little wider.

  • Agreee the battery life now sucks since ios 12.1

  • I have this phone until now 2018-12-03. But thinking to buy another one and u know why ? Because the screen size is panthetic. 4 inches.... cmon guys.. everything so small, cant ewan see my face at facebook properly. What to talk about others.. Im just tired of the small screen tottaly. If not that small screen the phone is usable but after iOS 12.1 battery life decreased. Im getting about 4 hours 30 min screen on time. Battery health is at 97%. I used this phone for 1 year. So some minus why u dont wanna to buy this phone and they are the bigest ones: 1 small screen, 4 inches only. To read text, to watch youtube, social networks is a disaster to use.. 2 Battery life after iOS 12 is decreased. 3 Front face camera is only 1.3 mp !!! HD resolution photos MAX. Terrible. Its only great as backup phone or second.

  • Better replace it officialy.

  • I see that this phone has non-removable battery, but yet, its sold on Amazon with tool replacement kit. Can this battery be replaced or not?? Confused!

  • Might be hand set issue . I am using last from 9 month it’s cery good

  • :(

  • Still the best phone ever made. Shame they didn’t make a SE2.

  • I bought one for my mom from Simple Mobile.

  • You can buy one right now on walmart. com its only $79 for blackfriday

  • The fingerprint sensor is pathetic.. 9/10 times it fails to verify.. probably because of 1st generation Battery life is another horrible aspect. My phone hard to make it through half day. Mostly, i have to charge twice a day. Performance is average since it is 2 years ikd device. In antutu mine scores just 106999. In real life, the phone do lag, esp in certain light games. I didnt use my device for hardcore task e.g. pubg. For camera, its performance is just average. The details is just fine. It goes terrible when shooting on night.

  • do iPhone SE's have speech to text dictation feature or do I have to use Siri?

  • Where can you buy this with that amount? TIA

  • It is comparable to 2016 Android flagships, it is selling for $80 now.

  • If a 4-inch screen doesn’t bother you, the iPhone SE is for you. I really love this phone! It’s handy, powerful, good battery life.

  • I kind of hate this phone. After a few months of use the battery life started to go downhill and it is horrible. I am not really one that uses the phone that often so I didn’t think the small battery would be a problem, but it can barely last a day usually only half a day and when it is at 20% it drops within 20min and turns off. I thought it would be a one hand phone but using it like that frustrates me to no end since you have click above a button for it to actually register. The back button in the left top corner also rarely works the first time and the fingerprint thing only works every second time. Maybe I just got a dud, but I will rather go for the bigger version next time and see if that works better for me.

  • A superb and handy phone. It’s iphone 6S miniaturised. Comfy with pocket ( size and money). I keep it constantly updated and it works well in all the environs. No battery hitches though.

  • iPhone se is a good phone but it's too small, u can use this phone as a primary phone for calling, important security etc.

  • buy 4x.

  • 4 inch screen, can't beat that with a stick. bring back the 3.5" life!

  • Got my SE on May 20, 2017. The battery is getting bad. It will say something like 75%. Before you know it, drops to 60%. I checked Coconut Battery on my Mac and battery capacity is at 86% last I checked over a month ago. Time to replace the battery soon.

  • Go buy a TV

  • I am skeptical about its small battery. How's the backup? I will mostly use it for Netflix and Youtube and we are talking about several hours of these per day. Will it be good for that? If not, what other Android phone is recommended?

  • If your wanting to watch HD movies the iPhone SE should not be on that list. It’s a great phone but not that kind of phone.

  • I am planning to buy a phone but can't decide between Iphone SE, Honor P smart and Redmi 4x. I am a big fan of compact phones but considering the Redmi 4x due to its reasonable size. Anyway, after seeing the reviews, Iphone SE ranks higher on my priority but please tell me how's the battery backup? Can it play HD movies and does the Apple store contain as many apps as the Google Play store?

  • nice phone very good iphone is iphone oly

  • I hate apple iOS but I love this phone. I wish android and apple would make a hybrid phone and give us best of both worlds.

  • I use iPhone SE since 2016. I'd say if you can live with 4inch display it is a beast. Hands down it has better performance than some other 2018 android flagships.

  • Really its still very useful phone should not be discontinue ever, I replace iphone 6s into iphone se and i am happy with this precious phone.

  • I bet you don’t even use / have this phone.

  • I guess you don't have iPhone SE, (maybe Galaxy, Zenone or Xperia owner, or......) I used to had the same opinion untill it's in my hand..... now, I am totally happy with the phone. Yes, I thought it is only a very expenisive girls toy when I played with, at Apple store. But, once bough it, then set up and installed some applications, it exceeded my expectation. It surely is well designed product. Only thing I missed from android is, LED indicator.

  • Are you talking about the phone? or yourself? -_-

  • Love it ? This a trash in every asoect

  • So, how then happens that transfer, via cable and does it need a special software or the PC recognises the phone as a removable storage??

  • iPhone has bluetooth therefore it can connect to Windows 10 PC, but that's the end of story. iPhone doesn't support API for FTP profile, therefore you can not use bluetooth connection to transfer file between iPhone and Windows PC.

  • Oh, sorry, I meant the bluetooth connectivity of Iphone with Windows 10 PC, are there any difficulties with that, thanks...?

  • I meant Bluetooth connectivity, sorry...

  • iPhones work fine with iTunes windows app. Or does the term 'Connectivity' refer to something else?

  • Of course 7 is better If you don't want to spend a lot & need a best performing 4 inch phone, then go for SE

  • Bought one yesterday. Love it, works great for running programs. Things are a little cramped because of a small screen, but the super-fast performance, long battery life, and excellent main camera make it an excellent phone. Service is great, and I have yet to find something I don't like about it (i don't use the selfie camera, which is pretty poor). You can get one on Straight Talk wireless for $140-$160 US, $55/month unlimited talk/text/data. Strong recommend.

  • Is IPhone 7 much better than SE, in terms of speed, camera, stability etc, the sizes aside, what do you think?

  • Are there any troubles with the connection between SE and Windows based laptops, I'm intending to buy an iPhone, the very first such phone for me...???

  • It's still a great phone in 2018 but only if you are not a large screen user. The phone is very fast, runs the latest ios, has good battery life and a great camera. Personally I prefer smaller/lighter phones and this one is fantastic.

  • Bought one today (64GB) around $130. going to test it later.

  • i need real opinion i am apple user so i want to bay this model is it good or not for 2018?? nothing for suprise wit selfie camera ,back sane like other models ,what about updates on ios goood? or? tell me i respect real and good advice ..tnx ..waiting for answers

  • Yes, I think this phone is great. I have moved from the Android which I have had for years. My LGV10 got to the point where I was only getting 1/2 a day of battery use. It was a larger phone, this one is much smaller, but I actually like the compactness of it and its battery life is way longer. I get a full days use and do not have to worry about running out of battery. Many other nice features, so I would say go for it. I actually went to Ebay and got a refurbished one, factory reset and it is perfect. It was a store model so it was not a user's. I am pleased that I spent more than half of what the new ones cost. :)

  • Everything Excellent In This Compact Phone. My Daily Driver.

  • Today is 22 oct 2018! I bought iphone 5se 16gb on 18 oct 2018 and i am happy with it working fine overall i found no issues in it awesome phone good 4g speed and fair battery timing

  • could anyone suggest is this phone worth for buying in 2018. It's pros and cons?,Compared to latest Android phones. Any drawback in its performance, battery? Tell Ur opinions friends!

  • It Doesn't Support LTE Advance. But It's Normal LTE Does The Job Well.

  • Does it really support LTE Advanced? Apple support tell me it doesn’t...

  • Even i found it to be elegant iphone 6s looks boring, you can go for se if you want but you will miss some features like 3d touch etc

  • Even I did the same - Took a 32gb used one (1 year old) which had dents - Got a full body cover Running smooth with iOS 12 (But lesser battery backup compared to 11)

  • I want to try iPhone myself, So I bought certiied refurbished iPhone SE (64G) from Ebay for C$200 (almost US$150), and I've been using for a couple weeks. Although it has obvious scratch and minor dent on frame, iOS had been upgraded to 12 (recent version) and Looks like it has new battery and new screen (and probably home button as well) I bought waterproof case, which covers entire body, means covers those ugly scratches and dent, just in case for sudden heavy rain. Well, my opinion, Yes, I like it. If your main use is for Phone and SMS (Text message), the size of phone is perfect, very handy, and one hand input (use only thumb) is easy. Finger print sensor works very well (I registered both Thumb), Camera is more than OK level, way much beter than those cheap $100 compact camera. Another good thing is, most of Google Apps works on iPhone the same way as on Android, I use Google Map (instead of Apple Map) and Google Assistant (instead of Siri)

  • Dude it isnt a downgrade in anything else than the screen size the se has a whopping 150k score on antutu whilst the 6s hardly still reaches 100k it’s discontinued so selling it later might have a bigger value the camera got an update software wise with ios 12 its amazing anyways all around worth it im using it as one of my 2 phones so you can believe me😉

  • I need advice. I am android user, using galaxy s7. I want to enter Iphone world. In my country the cheapest I could buy is SE. I need advice Does SE will be enough to try and judge Iphone, will give me enough idea or experience? I don't want to spend much money because I will lose too much if I resale it used.

  • i find it funny that you say going from a 6s to SE is downgrade but you suggest a iphone 5 which is even more of a downgrade. Listen, the iphone se doesn’t even cost that much. you can buy a used one on ebay for $100.

  • i have ordered it! @16k :)

  • Hmm... Going from 6s to SE would be a downgrade, you loose 3D Touch, worse front facing camera, slower fingerprint reader. If you are just about the design, how about buying a used iPhone 5 for € 40 from eBay? I personally collect phones and I have a 3GS, 4, 5, 7, Xperia Z1 Compact, Xperia M4 Aqua and I just ordered an iPhone 4s which I got for only € 18 used from eBay. Some people might find it useless but I think it's fun :) I mean I can buy phones for € 20 where when they were released, I thought "woooow this is so amazing but I can't spend € 600 on a new phone"

  • se is worth buy in 2018 r not?

  • I bought iphone 6s 2 years ago and I am still using it, actually I am kinda bored of my phone and this classical phone body interests me a lot in these days. I found it very elite and elegant to be honest I am wondering if it worths to sell my 6s and buy a new SE? Even I need to spend some money for it also.

  • Yes this is the perfect device for you

  • It ia

  • Yeah still too much worth

  • could anyone suggest is this phone worth for buying in 2018! from flipkart

  • I was facing same issue with my iPhone 5c which I used earlier but it didn't bother me. Display was working fine without any issue.

  • In Yours place I would do nothing, have the same "problem" with my SE (two years old),I just bought good case to cover the phone all around, that's it,btw had the same with 5C,so no worry.I read some where it"s common problem with Iphone 5 casing.

  • Sorry For The Previous Comment, It Looks Like U Need A Full LCD Replacement. As I Did Before.

  • Have Your Battery Change As Expected.

  • Never dropped, as fast as I know the battery is on the left side and it is lifting on the right top corner, it’s more like 0.5mm lift or less, not 1mm as I mentioned before.

  • Did You Drop Before? Change LCD. Check Your Battery Whether It Is Bloated Change 1, If Necessary.

  • I have 1 month old SE and the screen is lifting a little at the top right corner (around 1mm) compared to the other corners, when I press it it goes down but then it returns. It doesn’t bother me atm but does it get worse after time?

  • Just restart the phone, I don’t have the problem for 2 weeks since restart

  • yes, most apple stores are still giving them away till they run out of stock. same for local phone stores.

  • I see increase in performance and low battery backup

  • buy it you won't regrets but you'll thank me later

  • I am using only whatsup,fb, and masaging so any body is this best choise for me

  • Yes you can buy SE it is still available in some stores.

  • Can I buy iPhone se in 2018?

  • xperia xz1 compact or xz2 compact.

  • is there any android phone which runs oreo and have the iphone se or iphone7 form factor? in other words rival of iphone se or 7? plese guide.....

  • SE Is Excellent In Performance As We Know & It Is Also Well Compact. Well Truth Is, IPhone 7 Is Much Better With Longer Update, IP67, Bigger Display, A10 Chip & Better Camera. Both Is Too Excellent, Overall Is Up To User Opinion.

  • No,not 7,exactly se

  • Please share your experience after updating iOS 12. Specially battery backup.

  • Iphone 7.

  • the iphone 7 is definitely the better phone as it comes with a bigger screen, newer processor, waterproofing, and better camera set up. It is newer but not by far, it also has a few drawbacks compared to the se such as no headphone jack but i suppose that might not be too big a deal, it's battery is slightly weaker in comparison to the se and the price difference is definitely wide. so if you want a better phone with minor issues go for the 7, but if you have a tight budget and don't mind the screen size, older (but nontheless capable processor), no waterproofing, and the alright camera setup go for the se, it's a capable phone for the price.

  • iPhone 7 or iPhone SE ?

  • How do I save my messages cause I don’t see the option? How do I use iMessage? I like the keyboard it’s extremely fast to type and chat. Best iPhone ever ,,,

  • The best 4 inch phone ever built in the universe

  • Try hard reset

  • No problem at all on my se camera but my battery capacity dropped 2 percent in 2 days even though it’s a fresh battery only been used 2 weeks max now

  • Anyone having trouble with SE camera after ios12 update? I am unable to take pictures on few occasions. The focusing keeps on herring and unable to press the shutter button

  • thank you so much

  • The back camera on the se is basically the same in the 6s but the front camera is the same as the 5s There 6s plus is the first iPhone I think with ois so the phone camera kind of compensates and reduces some camera shake, doesn’t mean all shots will be crystal clear and amazing but it’s an added bonus, the se doesn’t get ois but in good light is still quite good. I use Microsoft word and can save word docs and other such things directly on the phone, meaning adding docs , cv’s to emails is easier now...android have usually always been the easiest to get things done on but with Microsoft my apple isn’t too far behind on office usability. I loved my iPhone 7 and even though people moaned about no wireless charging I did get a mophie product red wireless charging case for my 7 :-) still prefer cable charging though.

  • Yes. It's A Very Excellent Phone Even Today 2018!

  • The screen size is too small for online studies and excel work etc for long durations. SE is an excellent phone but buy something with a bigger screen for your choices

  • try others

  • my husband plan on buying me my first iphone so we both choose the iphone SE 32 gig can i be able to do online studies on the phone also can i be able to us office work like excel words ect ,its my first iphone but i dont want to buy a next one anytime soon i wanna make the rite choice

  • other than the 3d touch that is missing is this phone ok to watch videos do excel words ect,my huzzy planning to buy me my first iphone the SE is cute and i love it but i been reading up on this phone alot of ppl have bad things to say about it some thing 6 7 8 is better also they camera is bad as they said.

  • can u do office work on they iphone SE

  • Bro,ios is an operating system........bt snapdragon is a processor..........so u can't compare ios and sd835........bt u can compare a12 bionic and snapdragon 845

  • iPhone se doesn’t have a 1080p screen so surely even if you’re able to play a 1080 video it won’t actually be playing in HD but more likely 720

  • definey iphone se i bought 4 days ago best phone under 300 euro vedios on youtube u can watch in 1080p this is best u wont feel small while u watching vedios and day to day use works like butter and u can play all games without droping frame rates or graphic compromise

  • samsung will have a slightly better camera experience , it has ois, dual pixel focus, etc I have had both the s7 and se, in fact I've got an se again after selling my huawei p20 pro, the se is more work friendly when you're not meant to have a phone at work :-) but yes both se and s7 perfectly good phones, but if camera is your main aim then the samsung will probably be a better choice.

  • Both Same Year Same Goodness, Up To U To Pick Whichever You Prefer.

  • iphone se or nsamsung s7

  • Nice power up for this little beast.

  • Your new iOS 12 is just re-indexing all the files & stuff in your phone that's why your battery is draining faster. Just wait until next day & see if it went back to normal. Mine had the same issue on the first day, now it's fine.

  • Even I felt the same. Will test for few more days

  • If Not The Case, Do A Full Reset.

  • Check Battery Health %, To See Whether U Change Battery Usually 75% Or Lower Is Recommended To Get A New Battery.

  • Actually i'm getting more battery life with ios 12

  • I don't think that is normal. My wife is using my iPhone SE and we just updated it to iOS 12 and she is still getting her typical excellent battery life from the phone. I'm on my 6s and I'm still getting about the same battery life as I had in iOS 11 as well.

  • After istalled ios 12 on SE 32gb buy at march 2018 my iphone batreai drain so fast..is this normal for iphone SE ?

  • Try in phone itself and patients till downlad finishes. Trust me i felt it.

  • Why are you using iTunes? Have any problem trying to update from phone?

  • :D

  • Yep :)

  • Just here to support iPhone SE. Been using for 2.5 years now & still works great! Able to run latest high end games on High Settings. Comparatively load apps & games faster than most of Android phones (noticed when playing coop games with Android phones). Definitely the best 4 inch phone in the market!

  • Loved this update! My SE feels great now! :D

  • iOS 12 speeds up apps launch on iSE (based on my own experience, Android already achieved this in their earlier versions) Battery usage as good as iOS 11 after 24 hours.

  • Are you seriously comparing an OS with A Processor

  • I have trying to update mine Via ITunes but it stops after downloading 900mb

  • ios 12 fast? snap 835 comparision

  • what about battery performance please differentiate.

  • Tested SE With IOS 12 Is Definitely Significant Fast!!! From Supper Snappy Becoming Ultra Snappy!!!

  • Update to iOS 12 is available.

  • I think you can manage with 16 gb for phone, sms & social. But for Music and Photos you need 32gb minimum.

  • Go For At Least "32 GB", 16 GB Easily Run Out Of Storage.

  • go for 32 gb

  • To my favorite iPhone of all-time... RIP iPhone SE (2016-2018) Like Shenmue III, I still have faith that Apple will finally offer us an iPhone SE-X. That compact market won't be forgotten. Just stay patient like Shenmue fans.

  • i wanna buy this 16gb, is it ok? i only use for phone, sms, social and music, and maybe use camera a bit for photos

  • *Sept 17 IOS 12 Release

  • Will Update It Once Official Release On 19 Sept....

  • Will be updating right away

  • Any reason you don't want to?

  • is anyone updating to ios 12 once it’s released?

  • Yes. Still Available In Any Apple Store Or Any Online Marketplace.

  • iPhone se is available in markets ...???

  • Lg cheapened out on the thermal paste with the v20. Did you already repaste it?

  • True.

  • Got my LG V20 and iPhone SE in May 2017. Got my second LG G5 in October 2017. Got my Motorola Moto E4 in March 2018. Among all those four smartphones, the iPhone SE is the only one that has remained smooth and maintained its battery life on 10.2.1. My V20 and E4 have gotten slow. My G5 is giving me draining issues with both OEM batteries I have. Only the iPhone SE has remained consistent since Day 1 that I got it. Kudos to Apple. I may return to Apple fully thanks to the Apple Watch. I repeat, the SE is the best iPhone ever made. The last to offer headphone jack. For now, I shall only stick to Pixels and iPhones. I want as close to stock as possible. These OEM skins and hardware just don't seem reliable to offer a great software experience.

  • Planning to buy this phone next January.

  • Even I had the same confusion, but my priority was to to get a phone which I can use one-handedly. So I went for SE

  • I was thinking for weeks on should I buy the iPhone SE or 6s, and I choosed 6s. Why? Because it has a bigger screen, better selfie camera, 3D Touch (which isn't too neccesary for me but still...), and faster fingerprint scanner. SE is awesome for me but I watch YouTube videos everyday and a device that has a screen size of 4.0 inches is really small for me. My current phone has a screen size of 5.2 inches so imagine me replacing it with a phone a lot smaller xD

  • This is becoming my 2nd favorite smartphone by default because my LG G5 and V20 are giving me issues. G5 battery drain and ghosting and V20's lag. The iPhone SE is already my favorite iPhone by far. Still very reliable. No severe battery drain and still very smooth and fast on 10.2.1. Will just take advantage of the $29 battery replacement deal before it expires at the end of this year. And in all honesty, I can't stand iOS. It's just the iPhone hardware is more reliable than LG's. Only keeping these LGs for wide-angle and IR blaster. My move to Sony or even OnePlus is imminent once my Essential Phone dies or needs to be retired.

  • Hahaha

  • There is no file manager, at least not in the way you have it on Android. If you want to send a particular file, you will have to navigate through the available options and click on open in or share. Ordinarily, this should give you the option to send the file via email or WhatsApp. If you want to attach more than one file, you will have to save the file on the 'Files' app (which should be available if you are using the latest OS) or a third party app like Xender or Total Downloader. Create a new message. Write whatever you want. Press and hold a blank part of the message body and toggle the options till you find the one with attachments. Follow the instructions. You should be fine.

  • So, to review this phone again, the longer I have it, the more I love it. It's just smooth and fluid, camera is actually really good. And UI is also really nice. I can use it with 1 hand without any problem. Really compact phone. iOS is more natural to me, I got used to it really fast. It is 2 years old phone with 3 years old components but, it's also waaay cheaper because of that. This is pretty much best phone that I could get in 300 Euro range. Blows away any Android in that price range (unless you want huge screen). I was listening only positive things about this phone for years now, and decided to give it a shot. People's comments were right, this is an awesome phone and I'm having positive user experience with it. I would definitley reccomend.

  • Figure yourself

  • I am new in ios. where is file manager? how to download attachment from mail or other sites? how to change ringtones? how to share photos and videos with a android devices?..plz help

  • Thats not even true, all smartphones are restricted from using max power when the battery is old or its in a cold environment. My HTC 8 years ago also disabled performance and LED flash in cold weather, this is because a sudden battery drain from the processor will cause the phone to shut down, you do not want that in negative 28 celsius trying to call for roadside assistance in the middle of the night, but of course its up to you if you rather freeze to death than have reduced processor power for running benchmarks. For real people with real lives who use phones as important tools to do important things the needs are different. Anyway you can now disable the "crippling" on iPhones, you can override the battery wear, but can you do that on your android? Again only Apple give users freedom over their own devices.

  • What store is that, where? One of my SE had the display a fraction of a millimetre higher on the centre of one side, it was almost impossible to notice, really no issue at all, but it was replaced at once when the Apple technician found out that "maybe it is a bit higher". Apple is the only brand where you can demand perfection and they do it because only 100% satisfaction is good enough, its strange that they didnt replace yours. Was your phone brand new, not used or refurbished?

  • Then just buy whatever you want. Duhhhhhhh

  • I am planning to buy it now for 17K. Will OS support? or should I go for the higher model? 17k I can but Nokia 6.1 or other models.

  • I bought tempered glass screen protector (which fits perfectly because screen isn't curved like on S8) and really tough case made out of hard ruber, plastic and carbon fibers... that thing is now probably tough as hell, even tho I won't try to test it LOL

  • I am currently on iOS 11.4.1 Everything is smooth.

  • Yeah that will be awesome. Lets wait till 12th

  • Yep totally true. Optimizations take a higher level than specs nowadays. Before comparing Android & iOS everyone need to remember that. My friend used to say good things about iOS whenever we had an discussion and I used to argue with him. But I came to know the real power of iOS after using one. (That doesn't mean Android is bad or slow)

  • I agree! iPhone SE is superior! (Also this phone can EASILY survive with a case, believe me. Boxy phones are awesome with durability.)

  • Apple proved that Megapixels arent that important, it more has to do with software optimization and aperture capabilities. Super AMOLED and OLED in general suffers burn in. Its basically impossible for an LCD display to suffer it. And iPhones dont need RAM, because our software isn’t unoptimized trash. Lol

  • And dont ever use an emoticon ever again. This is GSMArena, not Tumblr.

  • 18:9 aspect ratios suck. It’s untraditional.

  • Oh and I just found an old laptop for € 50 on eBay which has a 15000mAh battery while your phone doesn't even have 5000mAh smh

  • Even my € 1 chocolate bar has a 47:9 aspect ratio while your phone only has 18:9. And you paid € 80 for that?

  • Please please please please Come out with an SE 2 basically the same size but better hardware and screen. Please!

  • Which Cersion of ios You Are Using…?

  • i bought an iPhone SE at local Apple store. The next morning i found out that it is lightly bend on left side of the phone. The store refuse to replace it.

  • that is not comparable as iOS is much better optimized than Android and also lower screen size of only 4" consumes much less energy than larger screens, and there are also other reasons

  • The battery is terrible, even my 80$ phone came with a 4000mAh while this thing does not even have 2000mAh! Plus it does not even have a 18:9! O3O

  • how can you even say that? in that price range you could get Samsung A6 with 3gb of RAM, 32gb of ROM, 16mp rear and 16mp front camera + super amoled display and way way newer software in contrary to iphone's policy of intentionally slowing down previous generations of devices

  • I got it a month or two ago (Iphone SE 16gb) and It still better then most androids you can buy for the price. Tho a bit old when it comes to design

  • I bought this phone recently (32GB version) after my disappointment with Android phones. I actually like to have a small phone, despite the fact it takes some time to get used to it. This is also my first iOS device, and so far I like it. UI is nice and simple, I learned to use it really fast. Phone itself is fluid and fast. I like design (curved glass on S8 sucked bad, Huawei was just ugly). It doesn't heat up like S8 did, and it's hopefully more durable than Huawei.

  • Yep Its awesome. But isn't it difficult to live with 16gb? unless you use it just for basic use.

  • I am using this model (16gb) from february. WONDERFUL phone!!!

  • Are you living in the future?!

  • Buy the SE. Its pretty cheap as long as you buy it from somewhere else that’s NOT directly from Apple or even Amazon. I got my SE for just $129 :)

  • At first you WILL notice that the SE is much smaller, and you will feel pretty uncomfortable with the overall experience at first use. But give yourself an hour or so, it will be okay. You just have to give yourself time when switching from such a large phone to such a small one. But its entirely up to you.

  • iPhone SE for sure, unless you are more into android and cannot handle its 4 inch display. But overall Id say the iPhone SE just because its much more premium than it may seem and its SUPER fast!

  • For me, its actually easier to get used to a smaller sized screen than a larger sized screen. I dont know if thats just me but I have noticed it when transitioning from my phone to something like my tablet.

  • I have had my SE for nearly a year now (August 29th marks one year for me) and I can say that this phone deserves WAY more credit and attention than it’s actually receiving. The display is great, sure its pretty small by todays standard, but who cares? It still gets the job done! Its sharp, its vibrant, its easy to see even in direct sun (I do have a tad bit trouble seeing it, but its totally okay), and this thing charges SO FAST! Even with 2 lousy gigabytes of RAM, this phone is STILL super fast. It can handle anything basically! And it feels so durable. I dont feel the need for a case at all, because it can handle drops in puddles, and it doesnt crack as easily as glass or super duper thin phones do, which for me is a plus because I HATE cases! Sound quality for the speakers could be better, but I usually use my tablet for listening to music and watching videos (unless of course it starts lagging like heck ... ), but I dont mind, because AT LEAST it still has the headphone jack! I would say this is arguably Apple’s greatest iPhone. Why? Because, there have been 0 controversial issues with it, sure there have been some minor issues such as drop calls, but nothing to be majorly concerned of. Its speed and every-day performance hasnt slouched even the slightest bit. And its Apple’s most reasonably priced iPhone too. With little-to-no compromises besides minor things. Overall, best iPhone ever. Hands down.

  • I’ve been using the SE for the last 12 months and I love it. I’m not really bothered with its screen. It’s fast and powerful.

  • Fling. Tilt to Live.

  • SE is very powerful

  • Hi. Experienced home button overheating for a couple of days, Touch ID not possible to activate too. Anybody with the same problem, and how did you get it solved? Thanks.

  • Yep

  • the iphone 5e screen is ‘small’ compared to other phones but you get use to it, and this is coming from someone who went from the iphone 6 plus to this. it took me about 3 hours to the get use to the screen size. now it feels just right to me.

  • Absolutely. Small phones don't need to be justified as their utility is obvious. The buyer just needs to decide if a small screen is compatible with their needs from a smartphone.

  • Yes. I agree

  • Guys iam going to buy one phone from those .... (SE....honor play....xiaomi mi A2.....xiaomi redmi note 5 pro).... any suggestion? ....honest opinions pleas ❤️

  • Couldn't agree more. But there is still market for small sized phones surprisingly due the the portability and compactness.

  • The SE still benchmarks better especially in single core which is very important for most mobile apps. The SE GPU is still excellent as well. Not to throw shade on the Note 5 AI's Snapdragon 636... But the A9 is still better. But the small screen on the SE is hard to live with these days. There are compromises either way you go.

  • It beats s7 & s8 in terms of speed and performance. I can’t wait to join my SE with the upcoming SE2. Thank you iPhone

  • SE beats the Note 5 AI hands down. Nearly twice as much in benchmarks. I was a SE user previously and the speed was still very snappy for daily tasks and games.

  • Accuracy, idk maybe or maybe not. Speed? Hell no, maybe if it was still 2016. Sorry but Redmi Note 5 AI has far better specs for nearly half the price.

  • If you want speed and accuracy then you should bought the iPhone se

  • i would recommend the se. the se is very compact and good for one handed use and is much smoother and faster than the a5 imo. it is much more optimised and it should be supported for the upcoming years. any iphone with the a9 chip and higher runs very fast and smooth on ios. i do not recommend going ganything lower than a iphone se or iphone 6s if you are getting an iphone. for android phones i recommend something with stock android such as a pixel 2 xl but they are very expensive

  • Someone pls suggest nice games i can enjoy on this phone. i am getting bored. offline games pls.

  • Which is a better buy Samsung Galaxy A5 or iPhone SE?

  • I own an Xperia XZ and I bought this phone. What I’ve got to say is, the SE is damn fast and smooth. I played some games on my XZ, switched to the SE; and found way too much differences. Gundam Wars on the SE is blazing smooth with highest graphic setting, while on my XZ was slightly lagging there and there. Now I’m using the SE as my main phone instead of the XZ. I don’t mind the small screen anymore now that I’m used to it; the SE is compact, fast, smooth, and I’m not regretting spent a worth sum of money on this iPhone. The XZ can serve as my secondary phone just well. I always ended up returning back to the iPhones...

  • You can buy it at lower price at Flipkart. Don't buy it from Amazon.

  • it is the 4g set.

  • Go to App Store, you'll find youtube available there to download.

  • How do you download tube mate on iPhone SE

  • That amazon cheater raise the price to 22346/- , please remove his link from your site, Independence Day is coming , that’s why he raise the price , plsease friends don’t buy from amazon this iPhone SE mobile fone

  • SE

  • what a bs lol

  • They are very different but I would go with the SE. Higher end hardware and much better software support over the next few years.

  • My SE June 2028

  • SE Ofcourse :)

  • go and check rather doing lold

  • Iphone se and iphone X were discontinued last month there is no way to get 2018 dated box LOL!

  • What is best to buy iphone se or samsung j7 pro?

  • Yes, if screen size does not matter as much and compactness is what you want. SE is slightly better in terms of specs. Furthermore you can get it at a pretty decent price which will last for another 2-3 years. Worth to get because I doubt Apple will release 2nd gen SE.

  • Pls suggest, I am using redmi note 5 pro..but i like iphone se very much. I am thinkimg to sale my rn5 pro and buy SE..is that will be a good choice?..

  • *personal preference

  • I was using xperia xa1 plus which is 5.5 inch screen but from past month i m using iphone se. I don’t think that now i going back to android and also a big no for big screens. Size depends on your personal interests.

  • Would be interesting to know which phone it is. And it's pretty strange that you have an overly massive phone and want to switch to a (by today's standards) tiny phone.

  • defo not, the size difference is huge.

  • Reset your password from settings

  • Ask yourself?

  • I'm thinking about getting the iPhone se. But I'm using a 6-inch phone is the switch worth it?

  • I was just fully satisfied until iOS 11 came. I always proud having this which is better than 6 generation but after iOS 11, everything went disaster. My screen kept unresponsive. Hopefully iOS 12 this September will enhance at least for relief. I heard there'll be SE2, is it true? LOL

  • it’s volte don’t know about video calling. if it’s not volte you will not get jio signal on it. i am using jio on iphone se. it is working perfect.

  • i have checked last month on apple store manufacturer month was may 2018

  • Does it support all apps?

  • Still the best iPhone I have ever used.

  • Y maxinum battry of my iphone se dropdown to 95.? It just 6 months old. What happen? Did i do something wrong? Pleses help me to figure it out... tnx in advanced

  • Hi, am from India. Am not able to find the option to enable VoLTE on my SE. I was using S7 and was able to make direct video call to other JIO numbers from its native dialer, but here on iPhone SE, it seems apple does not have VoLTE option and video call support via native dialer. Please help me any one of know how to resolve it. Regards, Vineet

  • Are you from India ? If so where did you buy? What's the date of manufactue Printed on the box?

  • I agree with you. Wish they do so.

  • I like the ergonomics of the SE, it feels great in hand and it's barely noticeable in the pocket, but the small screen won't do much for me, i hope Apple can launch a SE2 same size as the original SE but without bezels.

  • I got your point. But you sounded defensive, like a hard core android fan boy when I didn't even say iOS was better or worst than android. And I do know people who prefer stock android. Yes, os are improving and so are phones.

  • Yeah true ios is really well optimized and doesn't slow down over time. And yes, it's the personal preference that matters. But i was stating the fact that Android has improved really well. Has becomes smooth, hicup/slowdown free... (just in case you've missed what happend on the Android side within last couple of years)

  • I recently updated it to version 11.4 and it works fantastic, something that I never liked personally is the size of this

  • Agreed, iOS 11 runs phenomenally on the iPhone SE. And 12 is probably going to run even better with all of Apple's optimizations.

  • I merely stated that I’ve switched from the other 2 phones? Read properly. I’m talking about iOS on the SE which I’m currently using. Shows no sign of ageing despite being 2 years old. To each his own, everyone has their own preference in terms of mobile os, and I didn’t say which is more superior.

  • Dude you're talking about 2015 devices!!! What was is ? Android Lollipop?? Try comparing with a pure android Oreo flagship (Pixel/Oneplus/ or a cheap Nokia 8)

  • Blame no one but yourself.

  • i have an old iphone and it stinks, can't do anything because i forgot my icloud password, i've been trying to reset for 2 months and it says it will text me and never did, i called and they can't reset it. what a nightmare

  • True. Best Of 2018 Beast!!!!!

  • Great Battery Life!!! Even On A Heavy Usage!!! Playable With More Graphically Intensive Games.

  • One of the best and Authentic Iphone Great Size Great Battery time Great Speed

  • got the phone 4 days ago and i get through a full day with heavy internet usage with at least 30 percent left, also the battery charges fast.

  • How about the battery life ?

  • From Zamboanga city here...iPhone SE is the best small smartphone...i’ve just updated latest iOS beta 2 on apple’s developer,so amazing!!! Not yet release on public...it has a new features supported in iphone SE...dont worry your FREE RAM MEMORY whether its low or high even no apps are running...experts says “FREE RAM, is a WASTED RAM” iphoneS RAM inactive active wired or free RAM, its already automatically do the job nothing to worry about... IOS RAM vs ANDROID RAM? 1gig of ios RAM is equivalent to 2gig RAM on ANDROID RAM MEMORY...tips restart the ios smartphone 3x a day...install ACT MONITOR APP so you can monitor your system devices especially the RAM... ❤️💛&#128154;🤘🏼😂

  • Yeah, I dont mind Android, but a few things that iOS offers that android doesnt makes it very hard for me to switch, especially the optimization

  • I am too. It would definitely suck if Apple just cancelled it, especially since a lot of people are pretty excited for it

  • I would say iPhones are better optimised than android. I’ve switched from the S6 to iPhone 6 and now the SE. I’m totally comfortable with both OS, but iOS provides me with a slight advantage over user friendliness.

  • Still Rocking This Device As My Daily Driver In Mid 2018! Blazing Fast Like New!!!

  • I’m so hoping that’s correct.

  • Apple delayed the project. It more than likely is coming in September with the other iPhones, dont give up just yet.

  • News flash: With the iPhone, RAM doesnt matter. Because iPhones are better with performance than any android phone ever. ;)

  • SE & 6S Plus (Longer Support For Updates, Battery Life Tie Within This Two Device, Multi-Tasking & Speed Better!) & As For S7 (IP68 Rating, Camera, Battery Life Better!)

  • Am buying a second hand iphone and am not sure which to choose between iphone se, iphone 6s plus. would second hand samsung s7 beat these two in terms of, -battery life -perfomance -camera

  • I sure did. And no new iPhone se2 anymore.

  • Very Snappy, Excellent & Fast For A 2 Years Phone!!!!! Waiting To Experience IOS 12 In SE!

  • Best 4 inch iPhone and even phone ever made it’s just perfect! Waiting for a successor since I’m not a fan of huge screens But SE is just perfect especially when you leave 5s for it or even 6 for it Plus the fact that The 6s and the others are expensive This is just the iPhone fit for those loving one hand usable phone and when it’s 64gb you’re just free of putting almost everything in it from media files to documents I warmly recommend as a 6 years old iPhone user

  • Yo Obviously choose the SE since it has 12mpx rear camera 2go of ram and will be supported till 2020 by Apple For Android if it’s just about characteristics you can have many phones in this range of price but if it’s just iPhone better choose SE

  • hi, need suggestion. iPhone 6 32GB is available for 350$ and iPhone SE 32GB is available for 275$. What to choose and any other android alternatives in same price range which would last 2-3 years and have good camera, speakers, screen and sound quality.

  • How do I downgrade this phone? I used now iOS 11.4, I want 10.3.3. Any chance?

  • I used the A5 2017 and replaced it for the iPhone SE. Android 8.0 is a lot worse than Android 7. Desperate battery on it. Camera performance is good, but much better on paper than in practice. The pictures indoor are desperate and have a lot of noise. Outdoor there are better. I would not go back to a5, no chance. Sorry for my bad english.

  • The A5 has a better 16MP f/1.9 low-light camera and 16MP selfie camera, is water resistant, has a better processor (8 1.9GHz cores vs 2 1.84GHz cores), more RAM (3 vs 2GB), bigger and better screen (5.2" 1080p vs 4" 640p) and it just got the latest major Android version (8.0)

  • Not really. After a few minutes of looking at it your eyes will get used to it. Trust me.

  • iPhone SE only because it has iMessage, and the performance is more smooth than the S7 Edge. But if you cannot handle the small 4” screen of the SE than dont even bother. Just go with the S7 Edge in that case.

  • That wasnt the point. The point was just use low power mode if you want your battery life to last longer.

  • Some people prefer smaller phones, like me. I like having the ability to put my phone in my pocket without having to worry about it bending or it sticking out. And plus, its very easy to use this phone with one hand, its also light, and its design is a pure classic.

  • The Galaxy A5 is a mid range phone. Why the hell would you want that over the iPhone SE? It’s camera isn’t as good as the iPhone SE’s, and the performance is horrible compared to the iPhone SE’s performance as well. When it comes to Samsung, you should never pick a low-end or mid-range smartphone from them, because they are built so poorly, and they never ever get updates. So no, dont even think about the Galaxy A5. If anything, get the Galaxy s7 or S7 Edge.

  • Agreed.

  • I paid $129 for the iPhone SE. So I got probably the best deal I could possibly get for an iPhone.

  • You made a horrible decision but okay.

  • Battery life could be effected because of the battery capacity. Did you check it? Mine is at 91% so yeah my battery life has been awful lately. :/

  • 11.4 update ruined my phone. Poor cell signal Poor battery Poor wifi signal And constant glitches/freeze ups. Sigh.

  • Done with Apple, going back to Android. Every time they update a phone it runs like crap.

  • I was readint about that and no. iPhone SE2 will never be presented.

  • How to you know that is battery healt 100%? Battery healt you can see on iOS 11.3, not before that. My battery is 91% performanse and really poor battery life. I thinh that may be because I update se on iOS 11.4. Big mistake for me!

  • Will there be a new SE? Like SE2 or SE 2018?

  • It's not that bad overall...battery life is not bad....performance is good though I don't have any games and very few apps applications ....Good but very small display....better than buying 6 & 6s....front camera is worst...not value for money at all

  • hai friends i am using this mobile last 4 months so nice and good battery backup no problems only one problem small screen

  • I had it for 8 months, and the battery capacity is still 100%! It came out of the box running iOS 10.3.3, i didn't upgrade it, I always use this phone at low power mode,it lasts me 2-3 days, even with intensive gaming like bully, gtasa, but sometimes it really lags due to low power mode turned on,I also not updating my apps, espicially when an app says "optimized for the iPhone X,A11,iOS 11". i only charge it 20%-80% i just calibrate it's battery every 3 months. After having tons of android/iOS phones or even devices: This is the best phone i ever handed. 8 months but it's battery capacity has no wears yet! not even 1%, But the first time i got it,it's even 1645mah which is higher than designed 1624,

  • Best iPhone ever made.

  • i've been using this phone since it was released in 2016 and i have no issue at all. this is my 1st iphone and i used to have android phones before. none of those android phones were still in perfect performance after 2 years, unlike this iphone. i have no interest anymore with android, :D

  • You don't... the unit is sealed. Unless it is a junker unit and no longer under warranty... then go for it.

  • huh? disconnect and reconnect the battery? how would you do that?

  • In terms of performance there is absolutely no difference from iPhone 6S, and it is far better than iPhone 6. I have used all these phones, the SE outperforms both iPhone 6 and Iphone 6S in terms of battery life. Apple has done a great job, memory management is fantastic and you will never experience a bug with the SE. Applications run smoothly and I have never experienced a bug when I compare it with Samsung S7 Edge which I have also used. If you do not mind about smaller screen size, lower pixel resolution than other iPhones, and front camera, then go for it. One thing only, if you buy, go for the 64GB memory. This will be the best gift for your graduation :)

  • for those who are facing battery problem, u better get u battery replaced since there is huge discount on it, and besides u can open low battery mode. Here comes the dilemma. U buy a phone, then to keep it standing for the whole day, u need to open low battery mode, albeit charged fully or more than half, then what is the point. Fyi, i just have my battery replaced. But the problem is still going on. It lasts few hours only when watching youtube vid. My 5 yo samsung grand 2 does better than that. As an iphone se user, iphone se is a greatly overrated phone. I know that 4 inch screen can be something. But other than that, all is average. I mean average for what u have paid. Average (i think it is poor) battery life, average screen (i dont mean the size), average camera (vy vy vy poor front camera plus in low light), and average performance. Dont expect too much from it. For me, iphone se is a low price range phone for iphone (while bear in mind that for this price range u could get some better midrange phone or topup a bit to get a flagship). My recommendation? Get other than this. If u really2 want apple, then go for it. But dont expect too much. ##I dont know what is the problem with iphone fans, when posting sth about bad of iphone, they will like "u r the only one" ''user problem' evything is not about iphone fault. i get it.. iphone is way too perfect.. even beyond it!!!!! yea if it costs a car.. overpriced overrated stuff

  • Don't Buy ... Samsung galaxy a5 2017 .phone front camera is very poor.

  • Definitely, if you want a cheap iPhone.

  • samsung definitely, superior in all aspects and not restricted as iphones

  • My SE, I have to say i loved it. But one fine thursday evening went out on a date and the screen, while im looking at it turns blue, then fades into red, then into a white and then black. Hasnt turned on ever since. Tried to reset, hard reset, over itunes. It doesnt detect. I hear that i have to disconnect and connect the battery. I, will never buy an iPhone again, spent all the money i earned to spend even more over something i did not ask for. ANY, other phone is the way. Never an Apple product. Thank you so much for the 1 year you gave me.

  • whether iphone se still worth 2018?

  • Should i go for this phone or the samsung galaxy a5 2017? :/

  • Some people loves small screens :: Like Me :: Besides I heard Most of people In USA Still uses iPhone Small Display :: Like 5s : 5C : 5 and SE... And also some people has small hands and they must use small phones📱

  • Actually "usage" in battery stats doesn't mean screen on time. Year 2018 and people still think that "usage" is the same thing as Android SoT. Gosh...

  • Nooo ,se too small screen for today

  • They are comparable. If you like both operation systems, choose which size you prefer.

  • There will be loads of iOS vs Android comparisons in the Internet. Personally, as someone who has used both I would vouch for iOS only. And when it comes to the phone, SE is the most powerful 4 inch phone around. I’ve been using it for a while and it gives a rich feel in spite of being the cheapest iPhone in the market. On the downside, data transfer is quite complicated compared to android and the front cam is just 1.2 MP. If you are a selfie lover, SE may not be the best choice

  • Should i buy iPhone SE or Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge? I use my phone just for browsing, chatting, like every students do to their phone. Please help its for my graduation gift! Ps. rn im using android, but 2 years ago i used ios and its make me confuse bcs both of them r great os. Thx.

  • You should take advantage of the lower price battery replacement that Apple offers while it lasts. It will really help you out, but why I’m telling you to hurry is because Apple will stop offering it by the end of 2018 according to some reports.

  • My experience with the iPhone SE, battery life has been acceptable, you should use low power mode, yes the phone tends to start overheating and still drains, but most of the time low power mode will give you at least 2 - 3 hours extra on-screen-time. And the screen freezing, I’ve had a similar issue throughout iOS 11, not just iOS 11.3, when I first boot up the phone, the screen literally freezes and I have to keep pressing the power button and then finally it stops. I say you should either save up some money and get a replacement SE, or just buy a different phone.

  • If your brother really cares about screen size more than anything, I say the iPhone SE is the best phone on the market for that. But battery life is debatable, as a person who’s used the SE for a long time now, I can say iOS 11 really screwed with the battery life. But the rear camera is excellent, but the front facing one isn’t, plus first generation Touch ID. Really what it comes down to is if the screen size matters the most, than he should get the SE, but if he likes the Android platform and can handle a screen that it’s a bit larger than the SE’s, he should go for the LG G5.

  • I don’t recommend the iPhone 6, it’s had A LOT of issues in it’s lifespan, and overall I don’t think that phone aged too well, I strongly recommend getting the 6s, it’s specs are more up-to-date, and it doesn’t have the bendgate problem and it has second generation Touch ID. But if you can’t afford the 6s, I say you should just go for the SE, yes the screen takes time to get used to, but it’s more worth the price than the iPhone 6, and it hasn’t had really any issues.

  • The fact that I only paid $129 USD for this phone and how fast it is, all the things it’s capable of, and overall I have had absolutely zero issues with it — well, besides battery draining issues due to iOS 11, but it’s a lot better now — I feel like I’ve gotten probably one of the best deals I could ever get from Apple. God I love this phone.

  • I won't recommend any of those, at dis point of time (2018). I mean Come onnn... Buy only if u r new to iPhone nd want to test out iOS experience... Other than that i won't suggest... Go for 7 Plus at least... Or wait for SE2...

  • Look what screen size you want. If the SE is too small, I would just skip the iPhone 6 and pay a bit more for the iPhone 6s, it's really worth it

  • I dont't know how to choose between ip se and ip 6.iphone 6 have a big screen but iphone se its small.and iphone se more latest from ip 6.help me please

  • For software support, go for iPhone SE. But feature-wise, try looking at the iPhone 6S first.

  • Hi... i would like to by iphone SE bcoz i need compact phone enough. So SE is now worth to buy now? or SE-2 will confirm to launch?

  • You got two options. 1) if you are in hurry to buy a new one then go for iPhone 8/8plus or x,don’t go for 6s/se 2) if you can wait, then wait till September 2018 and buy a latest 2018 iPhone

  • I don’t trust battery endurance rating provided by gsmarena, seems as if they are outdated, not refreshed according to the latest OS

  • Iphone se is tooooo small for todays content...big screen is way better

  • If he prefers smaller phones, iPhone SE. Day-to-day handling is more important than a sometimes-used dual camera, which is more of a nice-to-have but not necessary

  • According to the specs, the SE is better

  • Go for lg g5 using it better in every respect than ipse. See the specs yourself.

  • Go For SE, Super Snappy!

  • iPhone SE or LG G5? My brother likes smaller phone like iPhone SE. But the dual camera on G5 sounds promising. iPSE have brighter brightness (3.681) and better battery (73h stand-by) compared to LG G5 which has decent battery (60h stand-by) and decent brightness (2.905) referred on GSMArena. Please help, which one is the best? Appreciate any answers.

  • plzz giv a dual sim option

  • Both Handset That You Mention I Had It On My Hand Can Say Is Ultimate Snappy Very Good To Have In 2018, If I Have More Cash In Hand, I Would Definitely Wait For SE 2 Release & Purchase.

  • Should I buy iphone se or 6s at this time or wait for the iphone se 2 which is reportedly coming in the mext few months?

  • Lesson learnt. Protect your phone with a case to prevent scratches hahaha.

  • I have updated my SE to 11.3. After 3-4 hrs usage its touch screen became unresponsive for few minutes and again works fine.. And it repeated so many times... Nxt day it became unresponsive permanently.. I have givn it to servce centre ..they have done hard reset and os reinstall..and returned... It workd fine for one day and again the same issue... Again i hav sent it to main servce centre at bangalore.. They hav said that they can't repair it and one thing they can do is replace it with another phone.. But i hav to pay 21000₹ bcoz warranty is rejected due to some sractches on its edges!!! What should i do? Did anybody hav the same problem? Vry much dissapointd by this useless servce cntres.. Will an update to 11.3.1 solve this issue? Any suggestions?

  • Don’t blame the battery but yourself. You are not taking good care of the battery. My SE is 21 months old and battery health is at 91%.

  • Battery life on this phone is a problem now (after 2 years) I’d moderate-heavy usage daily. I charge it to full two times a day, I live my life as a highschool student. I personally think battery life is the worst aspect of this phone. At first it was manageable but it reduced 17% of it’s orginial capacity over 2 years according to my OS’s “battery health (beta)”.

  • I’ve had this phone for around 15 months and the form factor is the absolute best thing about it. I want to be able to use my phone with one hand and it’s easily done with the SE. It’s still a very capable phone, and if you set things - like the camera - up properly, it’s a great phone. With iOS 11, battery life isn’t as good, but still good enough. I just wish more cell phone manufacturers would make phones that can be used with one hand.

  • Using it for the past 11 months. Seems the use of 4G drains the battery very quickly. This phone is not appropriate for today's 4G network. need better battery tech for such small phone to last one full 24 hrs.

  • dude, don't try iOS on this go with larger. but don't try it at all. you don't miss anything unless you waste time gaming. this phone has poorer camera than moto g5 that costs 3x less and a3 which you can get for half the price . I don't recommend this phone as of now to nobody. midrange androids all over the place.

  • After updating to iOS 11.xx, battery life is not good at all. For me, it gives around only 21 hours. When it was on iOS 10.xx, it used to give around 31 hours battery life, I usually don’t drain my battery up to 0%. I start charging my iPhone when it reaches 15-20%.

  • How's the battery life? From early used and after about 1 or already 2 years usage, can anyone tell me?

  • IPHONE SE2 is releasing in may i just hope the battery is bigger charging time is quicker

  • i have the se in rose gold never had an issue had it for 2 years now except battery quality has dropped which am very very dissapointed in hope another brand releases small screen phone perhaps samsung aswel

  • IPHONE SE2 is releasing in may i just hope the battery is bigger charging time is quicker

  • I've always wanted this pink phone and now that is cheaper i might buy it. I have galaxy j5 2017 but it's too big for my hand. Should i go for the SE?

  • Android to iOS will be a happy change if your brother is not too much into fun and games. iOS is more for the business users or the no nonsense types. Further, SE has a small screen compared to 7s and XZ you mentioned so there may be some adaptability issues. I mean your brother may not support both the change to iOS plus a change to small screen. Do one thing at a time.

  • Buy another S5

  • yes i agree apple need to boost more battery capacity also more faster chargeing and they beed to stop conning ppl with holding back the performance because of the battery is too old etc like they have said on the news. less battery eg

  • My younger brother was an Android user before. He used Samsung Galaxy S5 and it died yesterday. He wants to tried iOS for first time but he afraid that he would be regret. Any Android to iOS users here? Is it good change? Or simple question, does iPhone SE can be a good buy over Galaxy S7 edge / Xperia XZ?

  • Good overall phone but in-call volume is poor.

  • Dude forget it. Apple has some other things in mind when supporting. 11.3 did this to my barely new SE it now takes 2 hrs to charge and not many in between of use

  • If you want a super small phone, yes. Otherwise, the iPhone 7/8 can do the job

  • Bruh. Add punctuation. I didn't understand a thing!

  • Should i Buy Iphone SE??? maybe yes because the camera of Iphone SE has 4k resolution also maybe u like small phones or because of the speed or maybe u like SE because its still supported by apple or maybe no because this phone is still expensive as hell for 2 years the price of this phone is still over $300 theres alot of good phones under $300 like Xiaomi Redmi note 5 pro just $210 theres alot of good phone under $300 compared of buying a small screen 2years old phone If u want SE then its your decision :) someone say that its old and yep its old but the speed of SE is much faster than Galaxy S8

  • iphone SE , 6s is still in production . its brand new although its specs are somewhat old.

  • Yes

  • Should I buy iPhone se?please help me I am so confused 😖..

  • SE best option 👌🏻

  • Don't buy any of them iPhone 6,6s and SE is too old for today.

  • How I get Apple Iphone SE

  • I’ve been using the iPhone SE for a little over 6 months now. As I wanted a 4” screen as my previous iPhone, I simply cannot fault this phone. It’s 2018, I’m on iOS 11.3 and it is as smooth as it was when I bought it. The battery lasts me an entire day of use at work (12-14 hours, mostly calls, texts, whasapp) and, while that’s better than most of my other colleagues (4 in 5 use iphones), I’d still like to see battery technology that would last me a couple days, minimum. That’s what Apple should introduce next...not more emojis and foldable screens.

  • Better choose iphone SE than 6...

  • If I have £250/€250 between a Galaxy S7 that sports Nougat 7.0 or an Iphone 6S (or SE) that sports iOS 11.3 which right now would you guys recommend in regards to true full day battery life if we consider almost all tips & tricks of saving battery life on each individual's mobile OS excluding rooting or jailbreaking and if we consider the actual battery is still at least 90% healthy?

  • Which 1 i should buy between Iphone 6 64GB and Iphone SE ? please help me ... im confused right now 🤒

  • At least 3 years more I Guess? Get a case I suggest. It’s kind of slippery with its aluminium body. I’ve been using a clear silicone case for a year or so, phone is still in tip top condition.

  • Just got this phone, really like it. Any idea how much more it will be supported? Also worth getting a case or is it pretty hardy?

  • iOS 11.3 does have a lot of new features. I would say go for it. I updated my mother's iPhone SE to iOS 11.3.

  • My iphone se with ios11.3 is having battery life as same as ios 10.3.3.. Everyone getting the same battery life?

  • Yes, it got less flaws and the battery health feature

  • Yes

  • My iPhone SE running on 11.2.5. Should I update iOS 11.3

  • Screen on time

  • Did iphone se support volte (voice over lte)

  • What does SOT stand for PLZ?

  • Compared to ios11.2.6, battery usage has increased a lot. In ios 11.2.6, i got 6 hrs SOT, whereas in ios 11.3, i got around 7.5 hrs SOT.

  • No change. Battery performance is good

  • Battery performance after iOS 11.3 update. Please share your experience.

  • Hello, I have one for about ~ 4/5 months, it was replaced, cuz the first one had some problem. Since IOS 11, the battery life is well, kinda bad. I do not think that this would be a good buy in 2018. Under medium/heavy usage lasts about half a day.

  • Well i am geeting about 4.5 - 5 hrs SOT on heavy usage. 100% to about 7. Or 5

  • You have to go to settings general and then tap software update and if it is on ios 10 or lower it will took longer to update

  • With Long press you can move.

  • Waiting to get my iPhone 6, how do I upgrade iOs to 11 or higher?

  • Can anyone tell me about the battery of Iphone SE? I am planning to buy this phone.

  • I am agree with you mate

  • This phone is a powerful phone. Many people don’t buy the genuine iPhone that’s why they face lots of problems. ADVICE. It’s important to buy from authorized seller. I love this phone.

  • i am a regular android user . but i really happy to say iphone se is a good product . it hv longer battery life . and selfie camera is also good . and i want to say ios 11 is good os . before buying , i had a clue about ios . but aftr using one month , i love it . itz simple . itz powerfull . no lagging . no neex to clear memory aftr using apps . there called ' documents ' app . itz really worth to download .

  • just got update of ios 11.3 for 699.5mb

  • But personally I would recommend the iPhone SE

  • Yo You see it’s not only a question of budget but mainly a question of personal use for me iPhone SE is the cheapest and the most powerful 4inch iPhone But you also have iPhone 5s of 2013 for a small budget but the problem is that the phone is totally laggy with iOS 11 and will not be supported with iOS 12 no more You also have the iPhone 6 with 4.7inch but that phone also is about to be cut off from iOS updates soon So if you look for performances with reasonable budget choose among iPhone SE If you look for performances iPhone SE iPhone 6s and all the ones starting from 2016 So just think and make your choice

  • Lol then go for a Samsung galaxy S2 mate Android phones haven’t those sized phones since years

  • iPhone SE of course!!! iPhone 6 is just an iPhone 5s with a bigger screen since iPhone SE is an iPhone 6s with a smaller screen lol

  • Totally agreed with you mate! Hoping for an SE 2 with the same dimensions

  • Yoooooo iPhone SE is the same powered idevice as iPhone 6s The main differences are The screen size The frontal camera 1.2mpx vs 5mpx 3D Touch For the rest of like small screen sized phones like me just go for iPhone SE it’s just perfect and especially if you’ve held an iPhone 5s before But if you rather prefer big phones just go for iPhone 6s It’s a matter of personal use

  • Yeah iPhone SE is just amazing!

  • Yo It’s mainly due to the update iOS 11 eat the battery life We are all waiting for iOS 11.3 to fix that problem But the battery life is still quite good especially compared to an iPhone 5s or even an iPhone 6 running under iOS 11

  • You don't know yet to use iOS so google the things that bother you. there are answers. Here's the solution: you hold your finger on the text long enough until you can move the cursor left-right how many characters you want. There is no need to delete the whole text to reach whatever you want inside the text. Keep practicing!

  • Yes

  • I like it’s camera etc . A major problem I face is after typing a word the cursor can not be taken to a particular letter. The whole word have to be deleted if needed.

  • What support with relience jio sim?

  • i have to say people the battery time has dropoed since this phone was released and it always happens with apple which quite annoyed about

  • Tq for you recommend

  • Finally I’ve got mine, a really great, awesome, perfect, nice phone. Completely satisfying, way better than rubbish Android phones with that f... supports!

  • Exactly SE

  • Yess bro

  • Can anybody help me to choice with one iphone SE and iphone 6s

  • Lol

  • The SE is a exellent phone, its fast and small with a very good finish, i wishApple hade continued the 4 with the SE platform, would have been a perfect phone, i am tired about those tabletphones, the 4 was the perfect size, in my opinion

  • Games run perfectly, however it's very uncomfortable to play some games on such small screen. Any racing games should be fine, but stay away from shooters :/

  • How about gaming in this phone?

  • English please

  • SE defently

  • thank you

  • Of course iPhone se

  • iPhone 6 or iPhone se ?

  • I have this phone for 10 months already, 32gb version, it is perfect, never lagged. Camera is amazing, even the front one which is supposed to be quite average. I have over 30 downloaded apps, they work perfectly. Only thing that was hard to get used to after nokia is that battery lasts only one day, but it is more than enough. It is the cheapest iphone and i would definetly recommend it to everyone who likes small phones and screens. I dont think any android can compete.

  • Budget says it all. The SE hands down. You can get 6 as well, but SE has slight processing power advantage.

  • Sony xz compact

  • none.. I am in the same boat as you I want a compact android phone in this size but dont like iOS.

  • I like the size of the phone, but I don't like ios. Is there any similar sized Android phones? Thanks

  • i'm new with apple phones and i need to buy one but can't decide which is better with moderate budget. can you help me?

  • Guys, I have to report on this phone after using it couple of months, that it has going for him: speed, performance and battery (its browser safari is the best mobile browser IMO, having things when it comes to the wayy you interact with videos on pages the chrome could still wish for) and ios which is better than most android incarnations to day. But going against it are: camera(serviceable, but sorry to inform after thourougly tested with photographing banknotes and studying them on calibrated desktop monitor, that moto G5 a phone that costs 3 times less, takes better photos, /facepalm, I guess that can you squeeze in slim body and that can you offer in huge one),iphone's low light are really bad. sound and heaphones. one would congratulate himself still catching an iphone with headphone jack but the beautifully packed earphones delivered with it you could use them to tie your shoes, sony 10 euros ones trashed them. ah, screen. I guess you can't wish for bigger in smaller. typing and text suggestions are pathetic. lots of mishitting keys. so, basically choose your poison

  • Is it sure it is upgradable until 11?

  • What the hell is wrong with you. I don‘t get what you want to tell me. Silver is beautiful, maybe the most beautiful color.

  • Buy all of them. They only look good in pairs of 4 like in the official promo material. Each day different iphone you will be like another person. For the price of a shittier X you get all the goodness

  • I guess this happens in places with plenty of sunlight

  • Choose which screen size you prefer, everything else isn't really different between those 2.

  • Sonys biggest problem is second hand value. Its hard to "give away" an Xperia Z3 Compact for 30 euros, people dont want to pay anything for them, while iphone 5s still fetches home 100 Euro and a bit above in used condition. iPhones have always been cheapest to own due to the very high second hand value.

  • iPhone SE 128GB has been quietly phased out in western europe, supply channels are running dry. Its believed this is dont to make space for SE2. Its always the models with more storage that tend to collect dust in store shelves so it makes sense that only the 128GB version is getting rare, same thing happened with 64GB iPhone 5s before the SE came out.

  • hope they release the iphone se2 because apart from sony no compacts on the market also even sony has released a new one which they call compact and it isnt!

  • Just bought it a few days ago. Phone's smoother than my bloodstream. Renders photos in Lightroom in no time, what I am particularly thankful for, because I'm into Photography world. Connects great with my sony a6000... but even this phone's got a great camera. handles small distance focus, has got 4K video. It will kick ass until 2020. minimum.

  • Yas bro same problam I’m facing

  • I’m facing some time YouTube ply video time stil plz reply

  • Check your network coverage also. Poor network drains battery fast

  • haha very funny.. well mine is original for sure.. plus i still cant figure out why my iphone has short battery life.. forget to mention.. because of this problem.. usually i open the low battery mode all the time.. even it is above 80%.. still it hardly make to half day with moderate use

  • No

  • Yes

  • well i have mentioned that my phone last half day with moderate use.. facebook, phone call, etc.. i play one game only temple run.. thats all..

  • Is the battery still holding up well after about 2 years?

  • Update 11.2.6 any problem face

  • 6s.. bigger screen, more high end iphone but probably the SE has mire battery life.. i would go for the 6s and if you can just get the 6S+ it's a beast

  • I plan to buy iphone SE & iphne 6S.. any opinion? Android user current..tq

  • You need to teach me how to travel in time !

  • Just upgrade to 11.2.6

  • We will help you when September 2018 comes hahahaha

  • Hello everyone, I bought iPhone SE in September 2018 and I never connect iTunes with my iPhone. Please help me on this

  • My se is running 11.2.5. Antutu: 124618. Everything runs smooth and fast!

  • Here in Germany you can get a 32GB for € 300, and 32GB is enough for most people.

  • About 300 ??? No sh*t Sherlock.... Its 389 for cheapest version. The hell i am suposed to do with 32 gb ?

  • Bad luck! Or maybe you’ve using it for gaming only and last half day. That’s a damn good phone.

  • It’s a fault in the motherboard! 99% of SE users don’t have those sorts of problems. Only the 1% of unlucky users like you.

  • same here.. replaced the battery.. but still having serious battery drain.. this phone can withstand half day only with low battery mode and moderate use.. someone please help me.. my software is up-to-date..

  • Go for the rose gold! I have one and people around me do not know the existence of the SE. They will say wow, what phone is this.

  • Never buy the silver colour one! It's like having a dimmer switch all around you. People may staring at your phone like "what the.. He's holding some sh*t!"! Go for the gold one or space grey.

  • Buy silver color. never buy space grey. the next best is gold after that

  • Best

  • My se last for 2 days before I charge with 28 to 35% remaining

  • Bought the phone a week back, battery draining pretty fast.was in 100% today morning 8am.watched YouTube video for max.15 mins, safari for

  • Black

  • There’s rumours saying that there won’t be SE2 though. They were saying that Apple is currently working with very limited resources as they are preparing the next gen iPhone X. Personally, I do hope that the SE gets a refreshed look. But looking at the time line, the SE has been launched for almost 2 years and till date there isn’t any single confirmation from Apple.

  • If they come out with another SE model I will be all over it as long as its same screen size.

  • Go for the gold one it's gorgeous

  • i want to perchase the iphone se so im confusing wich color is beter to take the men plz give me the ans any one friend..

  • Hasn't changed at all for me, i still come home from work with same 50-60% left.

  • I have a SE 64GB It has a very serious problem when having video recording . All of you can try to find out

  • This is my first iPhone ever. Always been an Android user. I love this so much. It’s really fast, beautiful and smooth. Only bad thing is the battery.. but this is the best thing ever!!

  • Hey Siri! Connect to the tv!

  • Just do it . End up you will find out the problem.

  • Se contains screen mirroning or else how to connect to tv

  • ST you go on about video recording bud you don't give any details on the problem bud at the end just take up space on reviews

  • video recording as more as you can ,you will find out something !

  • try as more as you can for the video recording , then. you will know what will be happen at the end !

  • You’re welcome

  • In my opinion iPhone se is a decent smart phone. Its fast, doesnt lag or slow down at all and supports iOS 11 very very well. Back camera is superb. But there are some downsides. After updating to iOS 11, battery doesnt last long as it used to in iOS 10. Now on average with normal use it gives around 23 to 27 hours (100%-20%) in iOS 11.2.x, where as in iOS 10.x.x it used to give 27 to 35 hours (100% - 20) on normal use. 4inch screen is very small, front camera is shit and no 3D touch. Beside these, iPhone se is an awesome iPhone.

  • There is software stabilisation in SE ..the videos comes out real smooth to say

  • Thanks for the polite answer. Reason why I asked is I want to hear it from the users in here.

  • No No No No No No Google yourself for f sake

  • Does the SE have some form of image and/or video stabilisation when capturing video at 1080p/30fps? Can I take a photo whilst taking a video at the same time? Is there a way to assign an mp3 song to a contact without the use of iTunes or Garageband? Does the new Files app "include" Google Drive as compatible support?

  • my dream phone...I give it to Jacob...

  • this phone is the best phone i never had

  • For a phone that I got for 150 quid, the performance is amazing, and I much prefer the size to larger phones. Even better, I managed to find one on 10.2, meaning I can jailbreak. Best phone ever ;)

  • Update and you will know

  • how is the battery life after update 11.2.5????

  • Who is your bro?

  • Bro can anybody tell me what iPhone is the cheapest iPhone that accepts H2O Wireless?

  • In anyway can I rollback to iOS 10.3.3

  • Naaa

  • In anyway can I rollback to iOS 10.3.3

  • whatever duh

  • iphone se is a nice phone

  • The phone which I've owned for the longest period of time. Still a respectable device till date.

  • Best phone i have ever had, 10.3.3 is the best.

  • My SE is running 11.2.2 and everything is fine.

  • Since many of you are complaining about performance issues after updating to iOS 11.2.2, thought to share my findings of the newest update. After updating to iOS 11.2.2 on SE, Antutu: 123278 Geekbench: CPU: single core - 2532 Multi core - 4377 METAL: 10937

  • The only difference between the iPhone SE 2016 and 2017 are storage sizes, don't expect it to be any different.

  • antutu is bs. Try Geekbench

  • stay on this software. Never update this.

  • aight, whatever rocks your boat

  • to you and all that complain about performance SE after updates. give you this friendly advice: don't update. How do you do that: google articles How to disable iOS OTA updates and download from github the profile : noota.mobileconfig and install it in your iphone. It will say to apple I am an AppleTV do you have any updates for me? Apple will answer: No you are good to go. It's sad that some people only recently bought the SE just when Apple starts to only show interest in bigger models and breaks the older. Do not fear their vulnerability bla bla. Meltdown. Your biggest threat is Apple. Save as little passwords possible. You're good to go. Let the updates pass by as seasons pass by.

  • Updated se to 11.2.2 and my phone a tutu score is now 73335. It was earlier 119021. Thanks apple for slowing my phone.

  • gee, man use whatever suits your fancies and let others use theirs.

  • Obvious question? It all depends on usage pattern -.-

  • Check by ur self

  • Hey guys, i just bought this phone, first Iphone ever, really looking forward to using it in 2018, hope it all goes well. i'll post a review after couple weeks of using it. But so far IOS seems very simple :)

  • How many hrs it can last while using internet?

  • Same here, i am so happy with this phone after so many Android phones, it has great battery life and great performance :)

  • Weell, i had 2016 se, best one ever, 2017 december after some updates my iphone got too slow, changed it into se 2017 and worst nightmare ever. Old se as new battery holded like for 2 days, new one fairly 8 hours, old one were just little bit slow, by that i mean, crashed some sites, new one overheated, crashed, keyboard missed letters, and the battery were like cheap android, empty just after touching. 2 times sended to warranty fix, came back with words " apple test fine, did updates" after first time worked even worse, second time when i got it back, i went straight into apple shop and asked them to do diagnostics, and even if that turns out fine i will take battery change either way. I am kind of getting the feeling that apple messed up the diagnostics things also with the idea that it will not come out. Oh btw, they also cashed me money for update and reset so they could say that the phone is fine... right now it is almost 75% of phones value. After apples resellers test and battery change my phone will be worth like double of the price.. so yeah, i do hate iphone, but found one which was good and yeah, hope is gone again..

  • Because they don't want to do it. Same issue, after third time of so called fixing i am forcing them to do a battery change.. 😁

  • Yea i agree.....this is my first iPhone after so many androids (most od them was high end) and i have greet time with it. No lags or anything like thet and battery is greet on SE. Must say i didny have this smoth experience on any Android because they usualy after couple months get so laggy and stop geting updates

  • yea....1000 years of updates, just for you...c'mon guy, how can you buy that piece od s*ht...it's not even a smarthphone ,it's a dumbphone.

  • this mobile, cause i don't think it qualifies as a smarthphone, it's designed especially for girls cause is dumb and has a tiny screen, you need big glasses to see that screen.

  • After IOS 11.2(2) update my Iphone Se is not working like before thes F**king update!!! It’s slow & hanging!!! When I bought my Iphone se It was perfect phone ,but after few last updates it looks like it is first and last winter for this Iphone on my hands & pocket!!! Just five month from day when I bought this device and I am disappointed in battery backUP, performanc, Front camera & ios!!!

  • Does anyone manage to use LTE-A/4G+ on their SE? Because the modem is only Cat4 but this site state it is capable of LTE-A. I alsl heard other iPhone also made compatible with LTE-A but with slower 150/50 speed.

  • It is on the front of the phone

  • This little Kia is only $129 in US. Haha very cheap like entry phone.

  • I still haven't upgrade to iOS 11. I have iOS 10 now, and how is the battery performances and is it worth upgrading?

  • Can anyone tell me about the front camera

  • Update and you will know

  • Is any one update to ios 11.2.2 till us what is battery performance

  • Wth. I didn’t say that and neither did Apple mention about changing battery will enhance the phone’s slow down issue.

  • Apple didnt said by change the battery, will make the phone faster again, Any assurance replace battery put back or phone to full speed?

  • I kind of understood about the aperture but now I understand ore about the pixels. And yes I agree megapixels size is not important in a camera. I believe individual mobile camera tech are very subjective and very unique to each one but it is how one utilizes it and optimizes the software. For example the camera quality of a person sitting in a chair in low-light in front of a bar may bring out sharper details with a background photo more resolved with less purple/orange fringing (SE) than that of say an Xperia X Compact or Moto G4 Play despite those two Android phones having "superior" camera tech.

  • Yes, but if you still want a bigger screen, you should go with the iPhone 6s. Just no iPhone 6.

  • micron pixels are better the larger they are, so 1.5 ym is better than 1.2 ym for focus, you have to look at the individual technologies the phones use. This is nothing to be decided by a spec sheet the wider the aperture, the better. This means that the number behind the f has to be smaller, so f/1.7 is better than f/1.9 The least indicating factor about camera quality is the resolution in Megapixels, but It seems like that's something you already guessed.

  • Music quality in earphone is not that good

  • Iphone SE supports live photos. It's perfect for moving objects. Music from earpods is great like every other iPhone. This is high quality made phone at midrange price. Apple never compromises quality. Yes design is from 2012 but it's so classic. The last phone designed by the great mind of Steve Jobs.

  • Great it’s fast and has a lot of space and Sounds good... really recommend it

  • I am planing to buy this . Can anyone tell me how is the music quility of this iphone? Is it great with the earpods /handsfree ?

  • Trying to compare this phone to a similarly priced, mid-range Android iike the G5 Plus.... Talking about the cameras of these phones...Am i correct in saying a smaller micron pixel, dual focus and smaller aperture mean a camera is better "overall" in speed/performance & low light? Is PDAF feature sufficient enough in daily photos whereas laser autofocus is good for faster moving objects & faster shots in general?

  • Great phone! Light, fast, no bugs. A9 is doing great! Updates from Apple at least for the next 4 years. Apple rulzz

  • You never had an iPhone and your not an iPhone users. So please stop pretending and nobody asking you to buy iPhone. I updated my unit and still good.

  • will it be worth it if I will have an iphone SE rather than the iphone 6?

  • Wow.. this is my second SE and I have the new iPhone X and iPhone 7 Plus and other top notch androids... I just bought it two days ago, battery was dead when I took it out oof two years box grave, it took a while to accept charging, but it accept the full charge in less than 4 hours. Then I did all the restoration, downloading, registrations and updating to iOS 11.2 which took over night.. now and after two days of this tough use, I still have 20% battery left... I can’t believe it. AMAZING !!! This little thing is a monster but show-off users definitely wont recognize it.

  • Did you even read? They slow down the phone to cater to ageing batteries. Not like what you said. But what Apple did was nonsensical to most consumers and it's considered as an unethical business act. For now I’ll live with the SE still, and see how things will go in the year to come.

  • I owned the 6 before and now the SE and my dad has the 6. SE has the same camera as 6S, except for OIS. The 6 quality is slightly exposed as compared. But 6 is still a decent camera

  • people please beware its been on news one week before christmas that in the software updates apple is doing something to ur battery do it can cope with the performance and ur battery wont last as long as normal. please read about this on google im never buying an apple phone again con artists!!!!! i never paid for a lowered battery performance

  • if ur phone under warranty go take it back tell em!!!

  • is ur phone under warranty go back to them and tell them their software caused this they should fix it or replace battery mine is under warranty and if that happened to my phone id be screaming and what software did u update it too???

  • Between the cameras of the iPhone SE and 6S which one is better with a more "natural" photo with near-accurate colours, contrast, sharpness and resolved detail & less overexposure during daylight and a more stable video recording (w/ louder/clearer audio)?

  • I phone up date basically has destroyed my iPhone SE and left it with 1.5 hours usage time and 12 hours standby. I had the battery professionally changed, but that made no difference. I am very unhappy with the phone now! Apple is at fault, but i don't expect that they will replace it! NEVER accept their updates if you do buy this phone!

  • Same here pal! Merry Christmas!

  • Bought it new in Dec 2016. I am very impressed with speed and battery life. Now running ios 11.2.1. I ve reached 7hours of usage-screen on time and 20 hours stand by! I am very pleased!!!

  • iPhone front covered ion-strengthen glass......

  • They have the glass from same manufacturer as all other have: corning it‘s just that apple does not like calling it the same as all others and probably presses its own manufacturing ideas whichever they were

  • This. Actually a very sound advice

  • No. Love how compact the device is. Happy with the price that I’ve paid for it and offering close to flagship performance (as of now) as compared to other brands offering a midranger with a similar pricing. You’re comparing it with a Redmi Note 3 are you sure? I was an android user before, the SE is definitely a device that’s still worth the bucks and gives better value then most midrange devices that’s of the same price range. And don’t expcect the SE to excel in every segment, it’s made to be a Budget Apple device.

  • I M facing issues my battery life suddenly became half after iOS 11.2

  • I think only apple logo makes you happy, Let me know If there is any other reason.

  • Not in my case at least, I’m on iOS 11 and it seemed to be pretty fine. I actually observed my battery cycle and it appears to improved bc of the iOS 11 update.

  • Battery life is amazing. I have 10.3.3

  • Am using 2 month, excellent phone, good battery life,am also apple user,my old mobile is 4s,but Why IPHONE SE not coming in gorilla glass..?

  • Let's refer to page 5 and see your past comments. I'm using iPhone SE from last 2 months and regretting on my decision by paying 22k for this piece of shit, on the other hand I use redmi note 3 which is far better than iPhone SE in every aspects including cameras and music quality in earphone. There're a lot of issues with iphones such as yellowish screen, maximum paid apps, even the mx player and dictionary aren't free on iOS, maps are worst on iPhones because when we select the destination on maps it just shows the blue icon but in Android phones it shoes navigation distance and time as well. Camera is very poor on iphone As compare to redmi note 3 and the sound quality is worst in earphone just like listening songs on radio with no equalizer on the other hand android phones have an option of equalizer to adjust accordingly..Apple thinks they know what is best for the customers but I believe that Apple want customers to use what they have unlike Android phones which has a lot of customization from widgets to themes, launchers, music etc etc...I would have buyed a better android phone instead of of wasting 22k on this IPhone stupid edition. WOW so is the iPhone SE a good phone or a piece of s*it? I am a SE user and I'm totally happy with the price which I've paid, budget and user friendly. Your comments or reviews are just simply biased.

  • Am using 2 month, excellent phone, good battery life,am also apple user,my old mobile is 4s,but Why IPHONE SE not coming in gorilla glass..?

  • After using this phone for around 2 months, I've observed some pros and cons as follows. Pros : beautiful design & built quality, external sound quality, works smooth while multitasking including high graphics games, battery backup is good as compare to other iphones & Siri works awesome. Cons : normal rear camera and pathetic front camera, finger print is bit slow, very poor sound quality in earphone which has no bass at all, screen looks little dull.

  • Okay can you tell me what is battery time usage and are you facing suddenly battery drop percentage

  • Please guide me between SE and 6. I think SE is has better IOS, chipset, camera, am I correct?

  • Been using this phone for half a year heres my opinion: The best efficient battery on a phone, the battery only had 1642mah which is so small but the endurance rating is 73h! this made other phone to shame, if any other phone have 1600mah it will be battery life sucks, and most phone have 70h of endurance it must atleast around 3000mah.I usually carry an Anker10000 and it gives me around 5 times charges. The fact is it is so small that it charge quickly and battery life is great too. The only bummer thing for people might only be the screen, but for people who like compact phone this is the best choice, compare to Sony compact phone with 70h-100h, their battery is 2700 which is big and hungry that will take more time and energy to charge. The second bummer thing for some people might be the closed IOS system, because of IOS and A9 chip it is so battery optimized at the same time.

  • Poor battery life

  • Are any one facing battery suddenly drop percentage

  • Performance is same only screen is different. Now its your choice. Battery is better on SE.

  • Yeah iPhone se is volte enabled

  • Okay can ya till me what is battery performance

  • The best smart phone on earth

  • Apple updates is sucks it make my phone battery drop about 7 percentage from no were

  • is there volte available in iphone se

  • Sometimes my phone SE drops onto the floor, alongside the battery that’s equipped inside the phone.

  • Please any one notice battery suddenly drop 5 percent by exsmple

  • Between she and 6s which will be a better choice??

  • Yes I'm a heavy user

  • I have 33 apps installed. 191 photos. 12 videos. And I still have 5.6GB worth of free storage. I do frequent backups of my photos to my laptop, mainly because I do no like my phone to be cluttered with photos. Backing up frequently I can sort them nicely according to various events, people etc. Hope that helps.

  • r u a heavy user?

  • great battery performance for the new update of ios

  • I’m still on 16GB, good enough

  • 32GB is enough in 2017?

  • how much the memory space out oc 32 GB when first boot

  • Why

  • Ios 11.2 is no good. Battery life is bad

  • This is one of the greatest phones ever made For people like me who don’t want to carry around a tablet size phone this is heaven Maps suck but I download google maps and problem solved Hey Siri on locked screen, rise to wake, everything on a 6s but in a smaller package makes this just fantastic If you want to play games and watch movies then get a big phone If you want to put a computer in your shorts pocket then this is it Would love to see an SE 2 version that uses more screen like the X but it’s great as is

  • hi, I am looking for a new phone, but I would like to ask if anyone knows a phone that the same size with this iphone SE?

  • LOL notification LED. You high?

  • Hi, is the notification LED of a RGB kind on this device?

  • you are either a child or a grandpa whoever it is you dont know even a simplest settings to change in IOS. poor you....lol

  • Bro yellowish screen is due to that u have turned on your night shift by mistake turnoff your night shift. At first people sometimes use to say why ur iPhones screen is yellow I had turned on my night shift sometimes in day.

  • most of those taht do not get those SAR values are people living with the their smartphone attached to their head. they literally do not leave it out of their hand and stream their videos with it on their belly or chest. they have plenty reasons to pick out their SAR of choice. I linked in another comment the SAR of iphone SE and Galaxy A3(2017).

  • Recently stumbled upon specs of a A3 2017 I was interested in: SAR EU 0.35 W/kg (head) 1.38 W/kg (body) and Iphone SE: SAR EU 0.72 W/kg (head) 0.97 W/kg (body) the EU values are much stricter tahn the US ones. But you can read those too anywhere.

  • I do not disagree on most things here but two: I never saw yellowish screen on iphone SE and the camera is outstanding.

  • which primary cam is better? se or a5 2017

  • Ios battery drain like hell

  • battery life is going to be crap as compard to 10.3.3 just sitting and regretting why i did it.

  • Android was developed by a company that Google bought in 2005, and the iPhone was introduced in 2007. How is Android the stolen product? Or are you meaning the whole Oracle/Google lawsuit in which Google was found to be not infringing?

  • get the upgraded 32 GB version, or 64 older version. 16 won't be enough

  • Maybe You are not satisfied with apple devices but android is an stolen product

  • hi guys, i need ur advice. im gonna pick this phone in 2nd condition but is iphone se with 16gb still worth this day? or i should get the bigger capacity than 16gb?

  • I'm using iPhone SE from last 2 months and regretting on my decision by paying 22k for this piece of shit, on the other hand I use redmi note 3 which is far better than iPhone SE in every aspects including cameras and music quality in earphone.

  • Hello guys I still have my iPhone SE at iOS 10.3.3, and i still have 32 bit apps like flappy bird, spymouse, etc and they will not work on iOS 11, but i really want to upgraded due to new features specially the screen recording. But one thing i really worry is battery life. Is iOS 11 iPhone SE good for gaming battery life?

  • I still have iOS 10 because everyone has been complaining about iOS 11's battery life. And by usage time I mean when you check for how long iPhone has been on standby and for how long has it been used.

  • Ios 11 make this proplem i think but what is your battery usage time؟

  • Hey ...if you are confused to buy a phone between Samsung galaxy s7 and iPhone SE..I'll recommend go for iPhone SE because it's a compact device when compared to S7...and it has a excellent camera compared to Samsung S7...and the main thing is every single part in this phone is Apple product...I'm having Samsung galaxy s7 and my brother has iPhone SE ..my S7 gets slow after a few months...and it get only a few software updates ...iPhone SE is running smoothly on ios11.1.2..the battery backup in iPhone is really decent...finally your choice???

  • I bought my iphone se a month ago. It has been working perfectly and considering I'm not a heavy user battery would be over 80% by the end of the day. I usually charged it before going to sleep and then plugging it out. In the morning it would still be 100%. But yesterday battery usage and both stanby says I've been using it for certain amount of time when I haven't and my battery just drains. Any advice?

  • I see. Didn't experienced that. Mine was another issue. Reached home and I turn on wifi and it prompts for the password. Even though its the correct password, I will have to connect (select join at least twice) in order to connect to the wifi. Could be some software issues that we're facing, hopefully can be solved with future updates

  • Is any one notice that phone closes at 4 percent or higher

  • Its good

  • The issue was, Wifi connects successfully and browsing works great. But when I try to download or update an app from Store, it dosent work. This seems to be fixed after this update.. Not sure, if it was a standalone issue that I faced..

  • Are you referring to the wifi always requesting for password or not accepting the correct password for a few tries ?

  • Can any one till me what is the battery usage time plese plese please

  • turn on "do not disturb" (the lunar icon in control center)

  • Mazen.. Overall I was happy with SE until I updated to 11. Slowly I started noticing issues with Wifi, however with 11.1.2 update, I feel the issue is fixed.. Overall, I dont see any issue with Battery so far.. Now its ur luck 2 try..

  • Any one update to 11.1.2 and what is the battery performane

  • Iphone is far better compare to s7, because of below points 1) One hand use 2) compact device 3) good build and good battery back-up 4) Easily fit in any pocket 5) we don't feel that something is bigger in our pocket 6) good hardware quality 7) available at very decent cost

  • Hello friends, does anyone know how to turn off vibration for messages only in silent mode with IOS 11.0.3,,,,please help me

  • IPhone 5c?

  • I have the S7 Edge and still fast, both the S7 and SE are great phones and at the end it's just size preference, the SE it's way smaller and low res screen but excellent for one hand operation... the S7 is bigger and more screen res but it's size can be tad uncomfortable for one hand use if you have small hands.

  • Hi friends i want an honest advice. I am going to buy a new phone. My choise is between Galaxy S7 and Iphone SE. Which is better? Will the S7 getting slower after months?

  • iphone SE or samsung C7 pro?

  • No one is a pro in every aspect, plus asking is not a shame! If you look just here, many people are found asking question that can be found over the internet even if they are pros which certainly are!

  • Yes. And I’m really wondering why you guys haven’t noticed this issue yet. Seems like it’s a common bug in iOS 11! Follow these links for more information.

  • Do not call yourself a pro when you are asking questions that can be found on the web

  • Yes, my iPhone SE runs on iOS 11.1.1 and it works perfectly well. The battery performence is quite good too. I bought this iPhone to be my second phone and I don't regret it - this is a small and very good phone. It works perfectly well and seamlessly. I recommend it to anyone who needs a second phone to take along when traveling.

  • Did you check your background app refresh ?

  • Is any one update to ios 11.1.1 and what is the battery performance

  • Can you tell me what is the battery time usage and which ios

  • Is any one update to 11.1.1 and what is the battery condition on it please till me quicley

  • Simply the best! Exelent performance and batery lifetime

  • Hi, I have a few questions, please someone answer me if possible. Thanks in advance 1. How is battery life with 4G usage? 2. Is hotspot as easy as what we see on Android? 3. This is my first try for an iPhone device, any free substitution for Microsoft office app? Does iOS has any default apps for office files? 4. For games like Clash of Clans or Clash Royale, is it possible to have multiple accounts on one device like what we see on Android? 5. This question is very important, how long would it be supported for operating system updates? Is it possible that iOS 11.1 is the last version supported by this device? I'm going to buy an iPhone because I think the software support is much better than Android. Is it also true for this cheap iPhone? Any trusted source to know how long it will be supported for newer versions of iOS?

  • iOS 11.1 Standby: about 14 hours Usage: 6 hours Conditions: WiFi: ON Data: OFF GPS: ON Power saver: OFF Brightness: ~50% Mostly used apps: Google app, YouTube, Chrome, Last day on earth, Hill climb 2, Reddit

  • updating to 11.2 beta 2 was worth it. battery life improved alot.

  • What is the battery time usage

  • Hi again! Has anyone noticed a decreasement in iOS 11? I am coming from iOS 10 (has updated regularly and now in iOS 11.1) and back in time I could simply put an app to sleep and open up other apps and again simply bring up the first app and could continue the work from where I left. But now I have noticed the ability to put apps to sleep has decreased. When I open the task manager and go back to previously opened apps, they are starting from the beginning! (OK. In simply, multitasking is way reduced with this version) This didn’t happen in iOS 10! Has anyone noticed this? I am really trying to find a solution.

  • Haha! Me too i bought iphone SE last August as replacement for my old iphone 6 - bad quality many defects after 1 year of use :(

  • Gold

  • SE because specs is better... Iphone 6 has many problems specially on the signal part. Minor bending can damage the signal antenna and motherboard.

  • No, the text is as big as in bigger phones, you just don‘t see as much text. But 4“ isn‘t really that small, people survived with this size for a long time and the first iPhone with its 3.5“ screen was considered „huge“

  • Gold

  • Would you need to squint to read writing on this like Facebook..

  • No big changes except TV replaces the videos app, quite intrusive with tons of ridiculous recommendations on the Watch Now tab, and i dont see it in the Notifications settings list, this is an app i would hate to get recommendations from, really want to turn them off but its nowhere to be found. The app can be removed but then one dont have a videos app for ones video library.

  • Yep. Same as with Galaxy 8, take photo and hold it up to the motive and compare it, it looks impressive on its own but it doesnt look like the motive, while the iphone SE impresses with a correct rendering of reality. Android phones impresses with fancy tuning but for realism its pretty much just lipstick on a goat.

  • Yes bro.. I updated mine yesterday and being a normal user, I dont know if there has been a great deal of improvement in performance.. it was around 250+ MB.

  • Hey guys, does anyone here have updated SE to iOS 11.1? I am eagerly waiting for a brief review of iOS 11.1 on SE!!! Thanks.. 👍

  • I do not believe for sure that that redmi takes better pictures. Please upload each picture somewhere and link them here. The other points could stand though

  • All iOS products can install Apple Pages for free, it reads word documents. For excel documents theres Apple Numbers. People who use Lumias just for office do so because they are uninformed, of course iPhone as the worlds most used business phone has the best tools for office use.

  • SE iPhone 6 has tons of problems and is much slower

  • If you want a small screen and iOS, then SE Else Note 5 But you can‘t go wrong with any of them

  • I don’t know about „doc viewer“ but iPhone SE is a great replacement for a Lumia 830, you will appreciate the fluidity you already know from lumia

  • Yes its safe, even at 10 times higher levels it does not cause cancer. the photon energy at these wavelengths is extremely low, it cannot destroy or change a cell (cancer), only exite its atoms (heat it slightly). Better worry about exploding batteries, thats a real and high risk and not imaginary like sar.

  • Im not sure you get the point here, SAR is high in SE because the phone is small, bringing the antenna closer to your head. High SAR Is a good indication of high signal quality, its a good thing, you want that. Cellphone radiation is completely harmless, the few “scientists” from a certain subcontinent who claim its dangerous has not yet provided a shred of evidence, but others has provided solid evidence of it being harmless.

  • Any day note 5

  • Apple iPhones and Huawei phones have notoriously high SAR levels.

  • one of the reasons I pick samsung devices over Apple. Apple dont care about radiation levels, but Samsung continually works on the antenna designs to keep SAR levels low on their phones. That's something i can really support samsung for.

  • iPhone have high SAR value is it safe ??

  • Presently using lumia 830, is iphone se a best replacement or switch to android.my requirements, good Battery backup, voice/call quality, doc viewer, browsing are m

  • I own an iPhone SE space grey 32GB, before this I used xiaomi redmi note 3 & this is my first experience with ios and I've observed some pros and cons for iphone SE. Pros : Battery backup, touch pad, multitasking, WiFi connectivity Cons: music quality is poor in earphone, no bass seems like playing songs on radio. Display colour is dim looks like yellowish. Limited apps in app store. Camera is also not that good compared to redmi note 3. This is one of the most powerful and beautiful smartphone in the market today but because of some cons like music quality camera quality and dim display I'm regretting my decision with ios and thinking to switch back to android because as compared to iPhone SE, redmi note 3 is better in every aspect. Just wanted to know user opinions who are using iPhone SE.

  • note 5 or s6 edge or iphone se ??

  • Thats right. I took extra classed in high frequency systems (radars and so on) during my ekectrinic studies. We even did field messurements with crazy expensive equippments and the fact is: Better antenna gives higher SAR and better signal quality, higher effect transmitter gives higher SAR and better signal quality. Theres no way to improve signal without increasing SAR, NO WAY. Sammy has lower sar because the antenna is far from your head, if you double the distance you reduce the radiation to one quart.

  • There is some misunderstanding about SAR, Apple does them in the admissable limits you do know, right Another thing is that there is a correlation between the SAR value and the signal power. I am aware Samsung ahs the lowest SAR values on their phones but try to put it into the perspective when you read all the negative comments about dropped signal and poor calling. You then get it.

  • my vote is for Iphone SE and oneplus 5

  • just pretty awesome btw thanks buddy..i was in dilemma coz i have soft corner for sapace gray..now i am go with space gray.. once again thanks!!

  • What do you want then seriously. Judging from your name, just take BLACK!

  • If you wanna bigger screen go with 6, se is for single hand use as it is compact, faster performance than 6.

  • help me...iphone 6 or iphone SE??

  • Nice decent sized phone. It's a joy to use phone one handed again.

  • Good

  • is this colour really good than other option???!!??

  • Go for iOS instead of android if you want constant upgrades from time to time.

  • Does anyone knows where to buy SE in cheap prices in Malaysia? It's expensive to buy from Apple certified resellers or the website itself. I really want to upgrade my 5s.

  • HELP!!! P10 Lite or iPhone SE!?!

  • Myself also the same from september 2017. very awesome phone

  • me also from sep. 2017 replacing iphone 6

  • very very good and enjoyable

  • dam chief please by it and enjoy. for net browsing and you tube it lasts for 12 hours. i got one india 32 for 24500 last month. very beautiful in design wise and battery charge with one hr. i age loaded 11.3 last week and no problem

  • I'm using 5s for three quarters of a year for now. The speed is normal. I really like SE but I don't have that much of money to buy as I'm a college student. I'm looking forward for Apple to launch SE 2 or something similar. Will Apple launch a better SE version?

  • Smal devices Hi speed

  • lol

  • lol

  • yes worth updating to 11.3 in se i have done it easily in my se

  • one hour forty five minute for zero to 100

  • out of 32 gb 8 gb used including phone storage and balance is 24 gb in my SE WHICH i got one new grey in india one month back .Battery is long lasting even after browsing land you tube using 12 hrs.Charging is done full full in one hour forty five minute. After exchanging my iphone 6(six)which was 3 year old i got this one and i am now happy.

  • I really wanted it, Anyone knows if there will be SE 2? Here in Indonesia iPhone SE only sold for a flash before they erased the stock after it's available back then around April 2017 so I didn't really get the chance to even saw it was displayed not to mention sale in offline store.

  • I rarely game or watch movies on my phone. I do abit of youtubing, web surfing, email and spotify , what does spotify look like on it? ok? should everything else be alright on this? I love how compact this phone is.

  • Battery life on iOS 11.0.3 is better. Worth updating

  • Even after IOs 11??

  • OTG supported in I phone SE 32gb ???

  • I am sorry to hear that but since I have been using this beast for more than a year now I must say, (according to my experience) I never charge this twice a day! I leave home at around 6.30 am and comes back by 9 pm. Usually there is ~20% remaining!

  • 23gb

  • Yes

  • I highly recommend this phone! it's the best product they made! iOS 11 is perfect but eduroam which is global wi-fi for students it's not yet fixed! if anyone knows how to setup edroam for iOS 11 please answer. :D

  • SE is The Best_Best_Best Smart Phone for non Game Addicted User.

  • strange that my father gets 3 days of usage out of it.

  • Best iPhone ever made

  • This phone is the best! Torn between 6s and se, i hold both on each hand, never really like big phones, i had a nexus 5x, never had problem adjusting to 4" screen, plus a phone that i can operate with 1 hand is a big convinience 👌🏻

  • Someone please tell the free space available after installing IOS 11.0.3

  • small battery.. plus serious battery drain.. i need to charge my phone twice a day.. besides, everything works pretty fine..
