I've owned this cell phone for 2 years now. It's the cutest thing ever, and I wish phone manufacturers hadn't forgotten about originality when designing their handhelds. I know it doesn't have the best specs, but it goes a long way in looks, and it performs it's role perfectly: it makes and receives phone calls, and even in speaker, the reception is wonderful. I just love my cube!

common guys, this phone can looks UGLY or horrible, but NO its fun and beautiful, it doesnt have bluetooth and the camera its not the best feature it have, i had this equipment like 6 months and i sell it in 90 dlls, just to get the Nokia 5700 (awsome cell phone let me say it) but i want it back my benq z2, where can i purchase, i miss this phone

ii got this phone in a tried but the person did not give us the data cable or softwere. i tried just putting the stuff on my icro sd i have the minie sd adaptor so i can still us my micro but the files read as empty do i have to have a minie sd or will the adaptor with the micro work is that why i can't get the files or do i have to get the data cable and softwere to make it work please help and here can i get the data cable and softwere.

Hello Toronto? im originally from Ottawa. I just got my benq phone yesterday in aus and its great. Ive tried to go on ebay.au and ive found nothing. Then i tried taiwan ebay "the manufactuers" but nothing can you write the link you found the benq phones on? im hoping to get a new faceplate and a battery. One downfall on this phone is if u scrath the numbers pad, you mite not be able to replace them....weird.Its hard to get info on the benq z2 other then reviews.

Hi everyone just purchased (in perth australia)the benq phone and im picking it up on wednesday. I must say from all the reviews im happy to hear that ppl love it, i wanted to be different from everyone else wich is why im getting this phone altho! im a bit nervous. It seems like no one has transfered pics from their pc to the phone and if you have can you tell me if its easy to do? Also is txt msg ok? Id say the downfall of this phone is you can barely find info on it, who are we to call if we have problems with this phone? and if anyone knows where to buy faceplates and accessories for this phone PLZ POST!

@andy umm,, it's a great phone and good looking there,, but since BENQ make it looks like a digi cam,, why don't BENQ make it better camera, with a lot more feature,, guess what, if it has camera 2mpx minimum or 3 mpx with a good image quality, i tink this phone will sell a lot,, o yeah,, this day, i think it's kinda rare to have a phone without bluetooth or even infrared.. If only this phone has much better feature i can't wait to buy this phone ^^...

i realy like the phone. it is good looking, i only find difficult to know if it support video phone as my e-mail account express it self im working for vodacom tanzania wereby my network has lounch 3g technology that as a customercare agent im in demend to own something precious as benq z2 that i can serve confidently with full support. i mean to say congratulations to the whole benq team for great product you gave to world. if it is going to be affordable (pricewise and 3g technology ) i will need one for myself. conratulations again- saphina!

well benq Z2 is a really good phone nearlly all the people i have seen have complimented it it is great but i would of rathered it have bluetooth but that des not really matter cause i have another phone with 256mb so i just put all my songs on that phone

Worse tan anything. I would prefer my W900 than this little crap. Anyway if you purchase it, cosider you a total fool, being available S700 with its 1.3MG with CCD matrix. Or you could patch into tecnology an step fordward with W900 just like me. Good bye.

I purchased the phone in mexico and love it. The design is different from anything else on the market and many of my friends love it. Reception is great on the cell and fm tuner. Mp3 feature is also great. The one drawback is the quality of the camera, it's a bit too low and there is no video.

I paid $3000 pesos in Mexico (about $270 us), the phone is great, but as I have now a smartphone, I'm selling my Z2. I like a lot the handsfree because controls the mp3 volume, play, stop, fw, rw, and have a button to answer the calls as well as a mic, so the phone never get out of my pocket.

I can give you all details about the Qube, but as my english is not good and here can't write in spanish, I will write only the advantages: Radio FM, voice recorder is 64kbps mp3, THE LOOK :), loudspeaker, SD slot. The bad and details if you don't care about translatin spanish text.

Got it in Rome, Italy, the blue one. Pretty cool. Screen is small, but colours great. Sounds are very nice. Two problems: no e-mail support and no bluetooth.

It can be used in the US with Cingular/ATT if they use the 1900mhz band in your area, you have to call them to find out. It can indefintely be used with T-mobile because all they use is the 1900mhz band. As far as purchasig it goes your best bet is ebay, search without selecting a category and type in Benq z2, there is at least three sellers as of Sept. 4 selling them on there.

you should try changing the frequency through the menu-settings-network-frequency/band. i haven't used this one before so the actual operation may be slightly different. but you should be able to figure that out. we use 1900 here in north america. good luck.

I was always under the idea that USA didnt use the same freq as asia and the EU? well...maybe im wrong but maybe the Freq of the sim card is not compatible with the network? maybe i dunno? but isnt this phone a beauty! sending SMS is really hard and im a hardcore sender but you know, where theres a will there is a way!!! has any tested the USB thing for sending pics to a computer?? Can anyone let me know how much memory the mini Sd cards have and how many songs I can put into each one? i think it does., i asked the woman in dong gou what it has and im pretty sureshe said it does. and if you live in china or taiwan you will see the adds for it too... i think that shows a movie being made on it. im not 100% tho. Cute phone right but dont get this colour there is a nicer one out with loads of accessories.

Okay i saw this phone in a store in oriental shopping plaza Shijiazhuang. its cute. yellow is ugly. everything is packed in. i think they keyboard is small but nevertheless fine, it will take a little getting used to but i had a xelibri a few years ago and that was no problem. i think the functions on this outweigh the smaller screen, reading english is okay try reading chinese on this thing!!!! haha all in all its a sh*t hot phone. I think that BENQ produce very poor quality equipment, eaven if it looks good. A friend of mine has a BENQ telephone and the battery life is pittyfull. Also the contrast of the display is very bad, not like the hake-ass photos here.But that`s just me..

A great new design, which looks more like a camera than a phone. But why is there no infrared, bluetooth ???? The screen is very small, just 128x128 pixels, but color depth is very high, i.e. 256K colors.
