This phone is very Good a Good Windows Phone compared to Lumia Low end phones... This doesn't support VOLTE (Jio) for calling, but yes it supports Jio Net. Airtel 4G is supported & it works very well as I am currently using it... Camera is OK. Battery is Good. Phone doesn't gets heated up. Display is also Good & most important being a 720p HD you can easily play 1080p videos without any lags or crashes... My Opinion : This is a Good Windows Phone. Thumbs Up from my side... Jio doesn't work with this phone. Go for Airtel 4G or Idea 4G, they work with this phone.

The battery performance is good but remember to go for the Nillkin 2A charger instead of the Remax charger sold by Amazon. The Remax charger is not only slow, it causes surface charging issue of the battery and is detrimental for battery life.

Only data is supported on Jio, you can't make calls with it on Jio SIM. If you buy this phone then better go for Airtel 4G. Both 4G data as well as calls work on Airtel 4G.

Yes Jio sim works better in Blu win hd lte but for only Mobile internet and not for calling. This is because even in many 4G android devices you need a app called Jio4Gvoice(Formerly Jiojoin) to make a call if the VoLTE function is not enabled. If Jio brings this app to windows store then we might be able to make the calls also.

Updated it to the official Windows 10 Mobile build. The phone is stable but I've noticed that the app launch animations are longer and the phone doesn't feel as smooth as it used to feel on Windows Phone 8.1. Not sure whether it's a problem with the phone or Windows 10 Mobile itself.

Without the code I can't go further means can't download any apps from windows store but the phone can be still used for calling. Any one has faced this kind of issue previously?

May I ask you does the voice quided navigation work after you have updated MAPS app which replaces HERE+ Drive for Windows 10? Does the GPS still work after updating the "Network Services"? After win 10 update this phone has received many OTA update. The phone is stable and brightness adjustment works perfect . Excellent call clarity i am not sure whether this phone support VOLTE . however the SOC in this phone is SD 410 which support VOLTE.

I got this phone for my dad, he just need it to make calls, get text messages and whattsapp, the phone wasn't work right out of the box, screen freezing and lag on the graphics also it wouldn't install any apps, so I did upgrade it to win 8.1, then win10 and finally a second update for windows10, it took me about 4-5 hours to complete but the phone works beautiful now, it doesn't have the extras menu that a lumia would have but still a good phone for the price, I paid $59.99 new on amazon

Great news! This is for those who still are on older firmware 15009 X150E. Now w10m update through upgrade advisor app as well as windows insider app is available. So if you are on this firmware you don't need to flash through wdrt. Currently I have flashed 15009 through microsoftffutool and downloading windows 10 mobile.

The upgrade is already available for this device however some firmware flashing through Wndows Device Recovery tool is essential because Blu doesn't send Firmware via OTA.Just follow these steps and w10m upgrade will be available. 1) Install WIndows Device Recovery Tool onto your pc or laptop. 2) After Launching the tool select My device Was not detected. 3) Then select the manufacturer BLU. Select the Model BLU WIN HD LTE. Well if you have updated to redstone build 14352.1xxx or higher via windows insider then this is a common dual sim issue that affecting many phones and Microsoft is working on it. Currently I am on 14356.1000 and I am also having this issue where putting second sim will result in cellular data settings goes blank and phone freezes. In the next updates hopefully Microsoft will come with the fix. But you shouldn't face this issue if you are on threshold (production 10586.xxx) build.

Solution: Open the back cover and locate the reset button between power and volume down button near the battery.Press and hold the reset button for atleast 30 seconds which will then reset the battery charging and everything will be normal.

Finally, the European version x150e got a first Windows Insider win10 update! Works well, I think! Now I find this phone more appealing, because it was cheap and it still runs nicely with the new OS. Also new instagram is available with more options! Somehow the screen seems bigger, because everything in win10 layout is smaller than in win8.1 :D Love this!

Windows 10 upgrade has been out since march for the BLÜ Win HD LTE phone. You need to do all the updates for windows 8.1 first, then download the upgrade advisor app. There is the one problem with battery draining in windows 10 so be aware of that. Everything else works great and snappy but you will have to disable a few things to get longer battery life until microsoft fixes it. Also, the outlook mail app doesnt work either in windows 10. But we are all used to that, it is windows after all!

Finally battery problem solved .... But for that you have to limit functions .... 1. Disable all background apps in settings 2. enable battery saver mode for 100% 3. Reduce brightness into 25% 4. Disable Cortana 5. Disable auto sync 6. Disable wifi/data if not needed ....

The initial installation will begin with 10.10.10586.107. This build has lot of bugs. Immidiately download .164 and finally yesterday released .218. Then Perform Hard Reset.This will solve your problem.

Guys .... Here r the particular things before flashing .... Windows 7 or newer operating system with driver support Your phone should have minimum of 25% battery Surely you should have unlimited data that to with WiFi connectivity Your system or laptop hard disk should have minimum 5gb free space that to on c: Your system or laptop shouldn't have any operating system errors.... My best advice better u should try the flashing windows 10 desktop or laptop because it already have all supportive files ..... The windows device flashing tool will use minimum 500mb internet usage .... The windows 8.1 latest update download should use hardly 2gb internet usage .... The windows 10 mobile update should use 1gb internet usage on first update .... After updating first time check again for updates .... And another second update should come and it's use minimum 500mb internet usage .... Better have a unlimited high speed plan with WiFi connectivity..... It took 3hours to complete the entire process for me with 9mbps connection speed ... After u download the windows 8.1 update u should click next then battery icon appears then next it shows how to get flash mode in mobile .... Now switch off your mobile and switch on by pressing power key and after vibration cluck and hold volume up .... After u got flash screen release the key and connect the mobile to ur pc or laptop .... Now u don't have to click anything .... The windows device flash tool should start flashing your mobile automatically.... If check for connectivity .... Either cable, usb ports .... If still having problem send me a email to .... You will see the progress bar there.Once the flashing is done the phone will automatically restart and you will see the laungage and welcome screen. After completing the process when start screen appears go to the settings. This newly modified image will be updated to windows 8.1 update 2. go the system- about phone-more info.The last five digits are the firmware no changed from 15009 to 15013.

Hi, Is there a possible way to track the progress of the Firmware being flashed ?. After the final stage, the Microsoft Recovery tool stays at "Device Restart" & there is a still image of a "Flash & a Static Gear". I'm not sure if this is progressing since I've done this same step many times without any results. Please help to provide some directions !. Thanks !

Oddly, it doesn't seem to work for me. It will not start flashing after I started the flashing mode and clicked install software. After the battery screen only the screen with the instructions how to set the phone into flashing mode will appear again. I have a Blu win HD LTE x150.

Hi Rijax. I think the small update you are talking after installing PFD is probably Developer Preview configuration Update. I bought this phone in January. First it was updated to Win 8.1 GDR2 update.Then I remember when i have downloaded PFD app and tried to install this update but it was getting error that "Update Downloaded couldn't be opened". But this time i unlocked my phone through Windows Developer Registration tool which is a part of Visual studio 2013 or higher version (But you can download win phone 8.1 or Win 10 SDK lite or full version without having Visual Studio in your pc for that search google how to download standalone SDK )then downloaded PFD from the store and this time the same update successfully installed. But as you said I followed the steps but no update was available. Anyway I will try one more time.

Mine had a same problem but it will solve. Just open the battery cover and point out reset switch. It is between vol down and power button. Just hold the reset switch for 30 sec and reboot the phone. It will show the right percentage. Just give it a try.

I have just started using this phone not knowing much about windows phone. I have had a number of android phone. I am disappointed and frustrated.the features archaic. I feel as if I'm in the 1990s. I can't do simple things with the phone. I can't find out how to turn on data service. The battery percentage can't stay permanently on the screen .in wattsapp I can't view profile pics. The background is so white and it can't be changed. It seems as if I am back in the dark ages. I know i was buying a windows phone but I did not realize that I can't use apps that i was used to. 4 pic 1 word the pics keep repeating. Subway surf the color is pale. I can't play criminal case because the phone does not support it. How the apps are listed seem awkward.I can't use google chrome which is what I prefer to use. If it were my first phone I might like it but being used to android u am just frustrated and feels like a fool cause I've wasted my money

After enabling developer update connect your Mobile with WiFi and download a small update after u check for updates .... Again open preview for developer app and remove developer tick in the desire option then uninstall the app .... Restart your mobile then connect with WiFi and check for updates .... Finally it will show you " windows 10 update " availability to download .... For fast crash less download use WiFi connection....

It become a grave mystery that whether blu win hd lte x150e will actually get win 10 mobile upgrade in India. Every time whenever I run win 10 upgrade advisor app it keeps telling me that win 10 isn't available as they are determing whether my phone can be eligible to run win10. Right now Blu win hd lte is the perfect candidate to run wm10 successfully.Both MS & Blu are keeping their mouth shut.

If you change sim you may also be changing networks. They all have slightly differenr settings for wifi and msm. Look on tinternet for your network settings and reenter. This should solve your problem.

1. The phone has issues with battery loosing power quite fast. The Remax charger sold as additional attachment is 1Amp and that appears not to charge it quite enough. 2. Send "4GCHECK" without quotes to 121 in case you are Airtel. It will reply back stating this phone is not 4G compatible. Even the Airtel 121 call support confirms that. If you are buying this phone for 4G, check with provider (Airtel or BSNL) as they are providing data connection not BLU.

Hi, SMS, Call back, Call forwarding are features supported by your TSP. They are available in BLU Win HD LTE. SMS thread view is an OS feature and is also available via Windows. To block/unblock calls you may use free apps like Truecaller for Win 10. Other similar apps also available. Win 10 upgrade is announced as Windows Insider Release Preview mode as of date (04-Mar-2016) which includes BLU Win HD LTE. Appears that BLU has dock instrument also (sold separately) to use this phone as a PC with wifi keyboard & mouse with HDMI Monitor/TV. In windowscentral.com find the forum for this device. I have bought BLU WIN HD LTE in October 2015, and it stopped working in November 2015. I took it to the service center, they have provided me a ticket number, but they have no clue what to do --they said the battery has to be replaced, now they say that the software needs to be updated. I've had the phone for a week and I find it to be a great phone. I moved from an iPhone 5 and after getting up to speed on Windows I prefer this phone over apple. Price point, dual sim and quality of screen are top points for me. On the down side the availability of apps is limited.

Forgot to tell, the package contains a silicone back protective shell. I got rid of that 3 or 4 days after I got it because it makes the phone ugly and much thicker. My policy is that I won't brake that phone because I won't get it down. So I don't care it doesn't have Gorilla Glass because I don't need it :)

Got this phone but I had to return it has I could not hear decently on phone calls (not very loud). Appart from that, I think that the back could have been worked a bit more has the front is very nice. Performance very good too. Gorilla glass missing.

No lag even when I am using a external 32 GB card. waiting for the promised windows 10 upgrade. coming to windows phone , The design is good and expecting it to be better after we get windows 10 official release. apps in store are less but has most of the commonly used ones.

Pros: Nice screen, good sound through speakers and headphones, lightweight, good ergonomics, good battery life, good mobile signal, camera is surprisingly good when it focuses properly. Biggest Pro: The glass covering the camera is actually glass, not plastic. It may not be gorilla glass, but it should resist scratches much better than any plastic covering. Besides iPhone, a glass camera cover is rare on even high end phones. Cons: Build quality is a little flimsy, screen occasionally doesn't respond to taps - especially in camera app. Feels like a 720p screen is a bit too many pixels to push around for a snapdragon 410. Lag in some games, apps, and occasionally when scrolling OS menus. Camera focus is hit and miss. Biggest Con: Windows Phone's app ecosystem. Even if you do find a first party app it is usually many, many updates behind. Use the same app on an android or iphone side by side with windows phone and the differences are pronounced. Lots of missing features.

There is no way to set up call blocking i.e. maintain a call reject number list on this phone so I will take it back to the Windows store. Also, after I imported my pictures from another windows phone the Picture Icons where different from the actual pictures that appear after clicking on the Icons. Also the "People"ICON on the start page I found impossible to size up larger than the smallest size Icons. This is the icon that takes you directly to the phone contacts. Simply, I found customizing the Start page icons was very difficult if not impossible and very frustrating.

I bought this based on reviews here. Used it for a bit over a month and all of a sudden got a blue screen and wont power on or charge after that. Since I bought this in Microsoft store took it to the store assuming I can get an exchange since it is just a month old but no luck. Microsoft store does not honor warranties from other companies even though they sell this product in their store. Now I am left with having to pay for shipping this phone to & fro to Florida to get it fixed. Not worth the hassle next time I will buy only products from reputed companies. I will never buy from Microsoft store again as they don't stand behind the products they sell. Microsoft did not allow me to post their review in Microsoft store. My post was moderated.

Sorry to come back again. But is a mistake on the description of the Phone. The Micro SD Card: I use it with a 64 Gb. Micro SD card and it works perfect... so the limit of 32 does not exists. (by now perhaps I have problems in the future but I will come back with the update).
