  • People around here don't even know the different between BB os and the android's.....learn it first then u talk...did u ever use this 2 os based phones?explore yourself by using it and experience it. Let me ask u some thing, why did u say that BB should sell and join the android maker?? Add me in BBM 229DA765

  • Yeah Ive Been waiting for a blackberry type android too. i think RIM sould just partner with another company and make Androberry lol.

  • I love the design of this phone. I've been waiting for a Blackberry-type Android phone (in reference to the keyboard.) I've had slide out keyboards and they just make the phone too big and cumbersome. Touchscreen keyboards save space, but make typing much slower compared to a physical keyboard. A small one-handed keyboard is perfect for a phone. This actually looks like a phone, with all the capabilities of Android. Anything more demanding (larger screen) is what my laptop is for. I really hope this phone makes it to market, although with better specs than currently listed as they're already dated (10/04/2010)

  • Even without holding one, i feel the SMOKE will fit perfectly within my daily routine. i've waited a long time for a phone this sleek, comfortable and useful.I can't wait to get it.

  • The specifications on this phone look great, even with the distortion on the picture, still quite impressive. The reasons I personally like it are because its thin and the Android might have a good internet and phone calling experience. I hate having too many things in my pockets and the thinner the phone, is always better in my book. Also having the physical QWERTY keyboard in the front without having to slide the screen in any direction is a very welcomed feature for me as I have become annoyed of having to switch the phone to landscape, also the virtual keyboard (with Swype keyboard)on my most recent phone (HTC HD2) has me really wanting a physical keyboard again.(Have been looking for a replacement for the Nokia E71 (best QWERTY IMHO and thin form factor yet lagging internet and touch interface) Also purchased the Nokia N900 (best internet experience and computer-like integration yet lagging in phone/portrait usability ((the Maemo software is still growing though)). Does anyone have updates on this phone???

  • so sad , just a concept , not true

  • Does it support flash player 8 9 or 10. I want to buy candy bar phone instead of flex like milestone or n900.

  • spec are nice, especially the connectivity and processor... but the screen resolution's are outdated...

  • agree with u man , the pic is fault , can not be 2.8" QVGA with this .

  • The screen looks 16/9 or 5/3(240*400)rather than 4:3(240*320)

  • is this even a cell phone?

  • Common Dell get a fashion designer

  • this phone is awesome

  • first 14.4 mbps phone

  • i saw all d features n i was quiet happy wid dat,but wen i saw size i felt funny about d phone length.

  • i saw all d features n i was quiet happy wid dat,but wen i saw size i felt funny about d phone length.

  • The specifications don't match the picture. The ratio of hight and wight is off. It is 2 to 1 according to the specifications (hight 120mm wight 59mm). But in the picture it is more like 2,5 to 1 (hight 170mm wight 70mm). I know the picture is blown up but proportion should be the same. In short it is probably not going to look like this or the specs are wrong. I still want it though.

  • Going to sell my n900 and buy this or the dell lightening

  • Android FROYO...... surprise!!!!!

  • This is close to being the best phone on the market. Android, candy-bar, touch Screen and full keyboard. Awesome. Only issue: Why the mass of keys? The keyboard on the SE P1i was such an elegant solution!

  • I like this one..

  • seems like a skycrapper for the mobile phone world....looks good never the less

  • too tall...

  • Nice work Dell
