He looked siilar phone allover for 5 months not getting it, until he pleaded me to buy for him another honor 6. Thanks honor 6, its increadible, great, wonderful phone,,, old is as origanal as gold!! Even the so called 5G new phone lack many features and performance like it

  • i'm MO from EGYPT So I replaced the battery only and it worked fine, but after 2 months now the phone isn't charging and when I use the charger it keeps restarting with massive heat coming out of the phone and the charger. It turned out it is the power IC, and its only can be replaced by a similar model of the phone now, definitely NO MORE Huawei or Honor products again

These companies phones are just use and throw type if you go for service centre for battery replacement you should wait at least 1 month to get new battery With reference to the above mentioned post earlier by today I received a call from Huawei customer support centre delhi they told that mafacture of devices is stopped so we are unable to provide the battery . Requesting to Huawei company's please shut down your operations in india .

  • Honor 6 H 60-L04 has some manufacturing /software problem. After certain interval( 2 years and 6 month around) of time motherboard creating problem. Your mobile stops working when not in charging. In my group I have seen 2 mobile with same problem more over local service station also confirms lots of mobile in this model has same problem. And changing the motherboard will cost you INR. 9000/=. I suggest the buyer not to go with this brand who has no customer support.

I have try everything possible to find a place it will be lacking behind but to my surprise the hauwei honor 6 is just telling me bring it on man I am more then you think 💭. All in all if you want to buy a quality high performance phone just go for the Huawei honor 6 its super great. The only little problem is the battery life but still it can last you well enough to carry out all your task and with remaining to through the day. Winks 😉 winks 😉 am madly in love with this phone right now am feeling like this is my best investment on smartphone.

  • it is a problem due to battery. get it to a good service center they will repair your phone battery circuit for you. no need to change battery

  • First impression: appears very good value for money spec-wise. Very unreliable. Would randomly restart itself (not updates) throughout the 2 years I had the Honor 6. Eventually got so bad it would turn itself off and not turn back on until plugged into a charge source (battery had adequate charge). Tried to do the phone's stock factory reset, only for the phone to "brick" itself. Have found through looking online this seems to be a common fault. Avoid.

  • Hi, H60-L04 will not receive any further update after EMUI 4.0.1. It has been updated from Kit Kat to Lolipop then Marshmallow. EMUI 2.3->3.0->3.1->4.0->4.0.1, I guess myself is quite satisfied with the software support from Huawei.

  • Setting SD card (at least class 10 is recommended) as default storage after a factory reset should help.

  • While using my Honor 6 (more than a year old), suddenly it just turned off. And I thought it was battery empty. When I charged it, it turned on and my battery is stil 75%.   • February 15th 2017. I've had this mobile (Huawei Honor 6) for 3 years now and for the price I really love it. I love the pictures, and the sound quality is great as well. I would recommend it to anyone, but then the latest version of course . I've had a Samsung Omnia, and after that I had an iphone 4s. Though I enjoyed those phones when they were new, it doesn't come close to the fun and intense usage I've enjoyed with my Honor 6. I never jail broke it or did anything like that. My next phone will definitely be a Huawei. Though I love gadgets, I've learned to wait at least 3 to 4 months when a new model is released to hear what people have to say after a few months of usage. I had a couple of experiences when I bought the latest gadget just because the device seemed super on paper but turned out to be a very expensive mistake and disappointment. Another thing is it annoys me that in this day and age the producers of our gadgets still don't make modular devices that can be upgraded by upgrading different components. Like cpu, memory etc. You should be able to just buy these parts and replace the part by simply opening the back and exchanging before mentioned parts.

  • I own an H60-L04 for almost 2 years now. It is a great phone and I'm a huge fan of it. It is still super fast which is more than I can say for all my other Android phone I've had in the past (usually tragically slow after about 10 months). It is not perfect though with minor issues along the way: 1) 3 months into owning it, it started multiplying my contacts and I ended up going from about 300 to 38000 which slowed the phone down. It was an app incompatibility which I could easily fix. 2) about 14 months in, the back cover started opening at the bottom left. I was worried about dust and humidity going in so I glued it back -easy fix 3) When used for gaming, the battery remaining estimate is hugely inaccurate - It says 36% left and then shuts down due to no battery? This isn't something I can easily fix but am careful to use it for gaming only when charging (or generally less). 4) Pictures - It takes great pictures (for my needs) BUT if you are photographing a group, note that the people at the edges will get stretched considerably! make sure to allow more space that you can crop out. Otherwise, the palm of the person at the edge will be larger that the head of the person in the middle. I find that this is about a sixth of the picture on each side is stretched which means about a third of the picture is affected. BEST PART OF THE PHONE for me is still that I only need 2 or 3 seconds to place a call from the time I unlock the phone. In other cases, this has been the weakest point... as much as a minute was needed!

  • I have a black honor 6 since release and I am very happy with it still. No issues at all, using it for a lot of 4G browsing and navigation in Germany. The battery is the weakest point of the phone, but it still lasts me one and a half days. Thumbs up for the phone and the clean looks of the UI.

  • It is easy to find the upgrade for the H60-L04. Mine is H60-L02. The firmware that i can find is on chinese sites. However the solution was in front of me, but i didn´t notice. I did the update via HI-Suite. Very easy, but took me 7-8 hours to download the file

  • Change your battery. Buy form ebay at 600 rs. Get change it from local repair guy at around 150 rs. Every honor 6 is facing this issue after 1 year.

  • My Honor 6 was working perfectly. A large quantity of data was sent on WhatsApp yesterday for a meeting in progress. The data overload, reflected in the "No Disk Space" notation, was cleared by deleting all stored videos, audios, etc. along with a couple of Misc Apps and programs immediately releasing over 3.5 GB space.   • i can't express how am angry from Huawei , i was one of the big fans to Huawei and i was recommending this brand to all people and now i changed my mind after what happened , i have two phoned Huawei honor 6 and both of them damaged by the same issue one was damaged after 1 year and 3 months and the other was damaged after 1 year and 5 months both of them had the same issue that they won't work unless connecting them to the charger (note: i was using the original charger ) , and when i went to Raya smart care with both phones they refused to fix the phone because they will cost 80% of the phone price wish is ridiculous , now both phones were by 6600 L.E and both of them damaged for the same reason at the same time. looking forward to help me out with this issue

  • I bought this phone almost 2 years ago. Works fine battery lasts for a day of moderate to heavy use. The only problem is that it will not update the android or EMUI systems. The automated update function says that is up to date and It doesn't have a local update option and all the methods found on the internet are not working. I have downloaded new versionsn and put them on the SD card root tried to install them with the 2 or three buttons methods ,I've rooted the phone, nothing works. So my H60-L02 is still on Android 4.2 and EMUI 2.0.

  • You are just the lucky one! I used each of my previous cell phones for at least 4-5 years except this one. If I didn't read consumers comment with so many problems on honor 6, I would not have given such advice. It just make me so irritated with all information stored in the cell lost.

  • DONT buy Honor 6. I bought it for 14 months. Now, it works only when the phone is charged with the charger plugged into the wall socket. Whenever you unplug it, it's dead. However, the battery still shows 100% full. Before that, it turns off and restarts automatically all the time. "Google.com stops responding" signal always appears on the screen with a OK sign for you to click it. After clicking OK, the signal shows up again. I have to wait till the battery is used up and to restart the phone. What kind of cell phone is this?

  • Don`t buy this phone, I bought it with 2 year contract (Tele 2 Croatia), after just one week phone stopped reading sim card (I tried other sim cards, reseting phone, nothing worked). I took it to Mobis which is authorised service center here in Croatia on May 5th (more than 50 days ago !!!!), and they still have the same status (waiting for the part / broken sim conector) and they can`t tell me how long more I should wait. I have sent compaints on various email adresses direct to Huawei and Tele 2, and still no answer or solution. I am mostly disappointed with Huawei as a company, horrible user experience both with phone and Huawei company. Don`t buy this phone, I am so angry and disappointed, my fault, I was aware of the risk buying this phone-I have read other opinions, but I never thought it would go this far and take so long. Now I can only make a complaint on Tele 2 and Mobis to our State inspectorate of Republic of Croatia as well as to Market inspection and hope they will get me some positive answer.

  • For those who faced dead battery problem; Try replacing it by yourself if no warranty left. Search the replacement battery at china online store. eg; AliExpress. Don't forget to buy replacement back cover adhesive too. You'll need small suction cup, small screwdriver & patience. Remove back cover using suction cup, start from right side (opposite of speaker grill). Remove the shield from top part & disconnect the battery connector. You might also need hairdryer to remove the battery, do it carefully. After replacing the battery, try turning on the device first before putting everything back together. You can also replace the battery adhesive using thin double sided tape. Clean the original adhesive before you place replacement adhesive. Put everything back together if you're satisfy. Replacement back cover might not stick as strong as the original, use any casing for few days or weeks. Good luck! BTW, I love this phone very much. The battery backup are not that great but it was okay. Last a day with normal usage. I love it even more after upgrading to Marshmallow. Cheers !

  • Hi, I am using this phone since last 1.5 and faced no issues. However, last month I dropped my mobile and after that I am not able to transfer data to and from my mobile.   • Hi, I have been using this phone since past 1.5 years and having no issues. However, last month I dropped this phone and after that I am having problems while connecting this phone to a computer/laptop.   • Hi, I too facing this Battery problem, few days back phone started rebooting and not even moving from Logo screen and later when it connected to charge it booting and came to home screen. When i removed the charge it's again started rebooting and stucked in Logo screen it's. When i taken to Huawei Service Center they said because of Battery Problem, need to change new battery no other option. so gave it to fix new battery. Hopefully after fixing it should work fine.

  • Ive been using this phone for almost 2 years now n having this problem, i did change the battery but it still not ok. What i did after that, i just tap my phone using my hand or smack it to a hard surface n voila its back to normal. If u wanna use this solution, make sure u had ur phone covered with tempered glass screen protector or a silicone cover case. But ofc the problem will come again, but u just need to do that smack thing (just make sure u do it not in a way it will b broken) till it back to normal. My phone will start the bootloop thing again if i accidently drop it. I hope this helps

  • Huawei Honor 6 is a bullshit device. I got this phone like 6 months ago and it's now plain dead when charger is unplugged. If the charger is plugged then I can still use this phone. I tried to go to the collection center but they said the warranty is void because the LCD screen is broken (well, the glass is broken). So, if some users are facing the same experience then this device type is the bullshit one as it got some defect.

  • Divya, you need to replace the battery. It may usually take upto 2 weeks if batteries are not in stock. I experienced similar problem in April. I have used phone for 1.5 years now. Cost could be in range of 2k INR for battery.

  • if it is battery issue, phone will switch off. but as it is looping, this is not battery issue. if it is mother board issue , phone will dead. so this is not the case. this could be issue with wrong rom flashing. might be you flashed L04 rom for L02 model or viceversa. first if you are on lollipop, try to get correct downgrade package file and downgrade full rom file. flash through dload folder procedure first flash downgrade package later full rom file.

  • first your phone should be in lollipop 5.1.1 and u need 2 files to upgrade to marshmallow. first file is upgrade preparation file CUSTC675D001 second one is H60-L04C675B810. create "dload" name folder in internal memory and copy the file CUSTC675D001 in to that folder. Open "Updater" app > "Menu" > "Local update. phone will restart in few minutes after that repeat the same for the file H60-L04C675B810 ( put this file in dload folder and Open "Updater" app > "Menu" > "Local update ). try above 2 files CUSTC675D001 ,H60-L04C675B810 in google search if not found, i will share through gdrive if possible.

  • i disabled all the options in settings-->smart assistance and brightness set as low and autosync,gps off. i am getting decent battery backup. today i charged to 100 at 9AM. now it is 8PM my phone battery status is 51% with 40 min calling, 2 hours internet usage and some chatting. i am happy with it. i did factory reset after 6.0 installation.

  • Hey Suresh - Lot of Indian users including me downgraded back to lollipop after using MM for a month due to heavy battery draining issues. Suggest that you stay in Lollipop and keeping watching the Facebook Honor 6 users forum till a stable MM update is received.

  • This problem has been faced by a lot of Indian users. Some of them have got the battery changed from the service centre and some report to have got the motherboard replaced. Battery has cost INR1200/- and Motherboard INR7500/-(which is 50% the cost of a new phone), as reported by most users. In fact, my own phone is having this issue since past 2 days and am using an alternate phone now. Am wondering if it is really worth spending it after 1.5 years. Suggest you take it to the service centre and take it forward from there.

  • update through manual method. download updater file put it in internal storage dload folder update later h60-l04c675b810 file put it in internal storage in folder dload and update. mine working well. but in stand by mode i.e., night sleeping 8 hours time it is consuming total 8% battery, except this everything working fine.

  • In case of network problem, better to give for service, even i had the same issue. But after phone replacement the problem got rectified. I had to frequently on/off the data to download messages. Same is the case with phone going off after removing from changer. Only solution is to get it serviced and mother board replaced. They will mostly replace the cell itself. I see that its a common problem with most people having Huawei honor 6. The company is cheating all its customers with this product. It cost me Rs3150 to get it rectified as my warranty expired a few days back. Around the 1 year mark i see many have posted that the phone is having backup issue. Which service center told me is not a battery problem but problem with mother board.

  • Good phone in terms of performance and quality. Unfortunately after more then a year since I got it (model H60-L02) there is no update for EMUI (2.3) or Android(4.4.2). There is no CMW or boot-loader unlock for it ,so even if you download a new ROM it will not install. All the inferior models got there updates with the exception of HONOR. I believe Huawei is not a trustworthy company when it comes to services.

  • Ive been using my honor 6 for six months. No problem at all. Fast charging and good battery life. One time I put my phone in my back pocket and fell down the stairs so I accidentally sat on the phone at the edge of the stairs but phone didnt even crack. Only a bit red colour appear on the screen but not disturbing. Satisfied till now but im not sure what happens after a year.

  • Try to do a factory reset...And make sure that there is nothing wrong with your setting...

  • When you are on screen saving mode (EMUI 3.0 and 3.1) or ROG mode (EMUI 2.3)...The screen resolution will change to 720p to save battery and improve performance

I would request not to fall for the opinions given in initial pages of opinion which says this phone has got this problem that problem, actually there's nothing like that. In 15k they give you beast which stands by s4-s5 and other flagship phones which you get around 30k-40k-50k I am very game addicted guy Have played shadow fight 2, dead trigger 2 all works so smoothly. Have installed all the updates provided by Huawei and believe me experience had got improved everytime. Just scroll over initial few pages and then you'll find genuine opinion and you'll hardly see any negative opinions. If you really try and understand mostly it's the users bad experience with the phone which they say phone is not good. Have bought this phone after reading opinions and feedback across many sites and then dared to fall for this as I have been brand lover of Samsung. Believe me people get amazed when they find such powerful phone with so responsive and smooth screen.

If it is plugged on charger then it will work fine Otherwise auto off at all times.. I have found many users here in this gsm itself with this same issue. When contacted the service center they informed that it is the issue with battery and also told that Honor 6 battery is not available at the moment. They also don't know that when the battery will be available. I'm having this issue currently and its been 3 weeks. No idea when it will get repaired:( When I contacted the Huawei through the information in the site huaweidevice.co.in, no response from them too. This is an serious drawback for this phone. Auto restart issue comes within warranty and phone is submitted to authorized service center to get repaired but even after 1 month, cell phone neither repaired nor even service center executives aware about status. Service center executives are putting while blame on Huawei. When lodged a complain on huawei customer care, still waiting for reply from huawei service executives. Huawei Service level is very poor, Pathetic, Irritating and dissappointing. Be careful for choosing huawei brand as it has service constraint and poor SLA.

It may not be the greatest, but it beats most of the beasted phones in the market. At first everything goes smooth and silky, except that I have problem with network operator when inserting sim card in slot 1 (4G/3G). "No Service / Emergency Calls Only". Sometimes the phone is OK but most of the time, no network. Why having such powerful phone when I cannot even do the most basic function of phone..   • Hi, Heating issue will be gone once u update the firmware by using force update.. ie.. 1st copy dload in sdcard and switch off the mob. then switchon the mob by pressing vol+ , vol- and power button together... And problem will be solved..

  • Awesum phone with super smooth touch and very good emui.. after lollipop update and a small update of 131mb, heating problem is resolved.. and battery back up is very good..gives more than a day.. fast charging and awesum looks too.. one must go for this if its in ur budget..

  • Hello Friendz, I've also been die hard fan of branded cell phones but Honor 6 has really changed my mentality. First time ever I got a Chinese phone and my experience is really amazing as of now. UI is really very awesome especially after the update battery as of now is just beyond expectations Best value for this price one can ever get I have dare to purchase this Chinese brand phones after reviewing the reviews from different site but made a good choice by not falling for any brand and letting my big money going down the train. the very unique thing is IR blaster which works as universal remote. Many reviews says Indian version is not working properly when it comes to IR blaster but trust me it gives exact command as needed. So just close your eyes and get the one.

After a full charge, i keep on fligh mode, stand by (while sleeping) wake up in the mornig after 6 hours to see it at 68%. I checked the settings, it was the android system that was eating all the battery. Its just been a month since I bought this phone. I think the software update's buggy. seriously buggy.

  • I bought Honor 6 from Malaysia in month of Jan 2015, but after 4 months 3100mah battery facing problem, it’s discharge in one day, use only whatup and facebook. And if I close data connection and battery is 30-40% at night, in morning mobile will be switchoff. When I ask in authorised service center which in located in dadar, they said if mobile is outoff india, they are not give any paid service for this. Is there any solution for this. Thanks

  • I don't know about mi4c but I'm using honor 6 for last 7 months and I definitely recommend to anyone. Updated to lollipop 5.1 and it's awesome. Ice on the cake, huawei announced Android M update for honor 6, 6 plus, 4x,4c,7. So honor will never be outdated. Conclusion :buy a phone by doing research on your own. Don't go for false claims.

  • Direct video calling not possible. You have to use third party apps like Skype imo

  • That's almost normal dude. To increase battery backup just go to settings and tap protected apps and unselect the apps that you don't need to get notifications when your screen is off.

  • I bought this phone on Oct 2014 (H60-L04) for Rs 20,000 from Flipkart. It was fine for a year. Exactly a day after the warranty expired, the phone started to switch off on its own. Within a day, it stopped working completely. I contacted the authorized service center, who told me that the problem is with the phone's motherboard and the repair cost would be approx Rs 11,000. This was least expected from the phone which was launched as a flagship model. I would never recommend anyone the phones of this company as they are not worth the price, as I have experienced how worthless such China phones are.

  • Hi all, there is a latest update of b520 131 mb through OTA. Don't install it. It is sucking battery like a juic.battery discharging at 1% every minute or two while browsing the net. This update only solves heating problem at the cost of battery life. The update says it can be rolled back but I didn't know how.I'm searching for the roll back procedure. Please reply if you know.

  • Hello everyone; I bought this Honor 6, H60 L12 32GB NFC, last month of January, straight purchased at Huawei´s official webstore. The phone was working amazingly great till a couple of weeks ago, when it suffered sudden battery problems, which render its daily usage almost useless, since battery is not working reliably. I do not know whether it´s a software problem, or a hardware issue related to either the battery itself, or the battery micro-usb charging port. This is the Problem description, in case any of you, peolpe, suffered a similar issue with this model battery or has any technichal suggestion: - The phone will not switch off or stay off when charger is connected, and the unit will restart itself automatically, and as a result, rear part of the device is extremely hot. - The phone battery will never charge fully. It gets stuck on either 10%, 30% or 40 % charge, and if you restart it after a while charging, battery indicator will rise up to 80% at most: never more. - The battery sends a random warning requiring immediate charging within 30 seconds, or will switch off automatically; - No damage due either to neglecting usage or accidental drop has happened, and no exposure to extreme temperatures has occurred. The phone is protected in an official suitable leather rigid case. Since the defect first evidenced, I have had to do the following trouble shooting: - try 2 other different chargers and check out original charger: all chargers work ok with other phones, but this unit will not recognise when charger is connected and charging. - up date the EMUI operating system up to EMUI3.0 (latest version); - revied and checked all phone system settings. - boot and restablish to older backup saved version prior to defect appearance; - boot and restablished factory settings; I am thinking of changins the original battery by a new one, but I do not even know how to open the rear cover and get to the pone insides. Can any of you, guys, tell me if you had similar problems with this model´s battery??? Thank you!

  • I never use other branded fone, bought this during promotion. It really works charm, dunno why ppl keep complaining. Fully charged easily last for a day and charging jz take less than 2 hours to reach 90percent. Most graphic intense game runs smoothly compared to my nex7. 3gb ram really make me dont bother bout how many background apps. UI is very beautiful, esp the lockscreen changing wallpapers are brilliant. I dont like default launcher, so i installed nova and it works great. Otherwise the system UI is really nice. Camera quality is great, esp super night mode. I jz dont like beauty mode in front camera setting, it make pictures unrealistic. IR blaster is cool, but not necessary. NFC is lacking, dont bother me actually. Lollipop upgrade make UI look better. Overall, for the price i paid, i have no complain at all. And everyone look curious bout my phone. Mostly are positive feedback.

  • Yeah right! Mine hangs up on both web browsers - phones original and Chrome. Today it started to copy-paste text with ever increasing length when I used backspace button to delete a few letters in a message... Few backspaces gave me several lines of unwanted mess of letters. More so most of the positive comments abouth this phone are so rudimentary in this forum that I wonder if those are genuine users or just trolls from Huawei farm.

  • Hi Guys, I am using Huawei honor 6 from previous 4 months and it is amazing phone with excellent feature of 3GB Ram, and 13MP back and 5MP front camera. Camera: Camera Quality is very good and picture captured in night is awesome and day too. so overall camera picture quality is very good. i am satisfied with this. Battery Performance: Battery performance is also good. with normal use it discharged in approx 36 hours. and it fully charged in 2 hours only. Gaming performance is also good. Voice call quality is very good. It support app2sd also also. *No Heating No Hanging Problem if anyone want to buy a phone which has everything can go for honor 6 for sure.

  • Do use time at a store and check the test unit well for functionalities before deciding - it is not as perfect as some sellers and commentators would like you to think. It supports few languages set for each region it is sold at, if you need more languages than the ones that are installed for your region, external applications with their flaws are your only option. Camera has zoom, but why have zoom if that reduces the picture quality as you zoom in? Pictures stored from this phone on SD-card are not readable on windows platform (excuse me if there are some tricks that have to be performed... that should be straight forward in my opinion, but it is not). It is not very intuitive and not everything described in users manual is quite like that in reality. And after two long chats with support and reverting back to factory settings my unit turns out to be most likely defective - have to return it to the store for further testing and eventual replacement. Make sure you buy it from a serious shop where your consumer rights are honoured. In my opinion buying this phone was a big mistake. Not a reliable product at all, corresponds exactly to what "Made in China" means in my experience.

  • Hi buddy I updated my honor 6 to lollipop 5.1 and I am very satisfied with the performance. I didnt notice any significant battery improvements. Performance has improved slightly. Apps are opening quickly. One hand usage is awesome. There is silent button in quick settings(notification) which is great in lollipop. I felt that the phone heats a little more than in kitkat. And the keyboard has become little buggy (backspace button not responding sometimes). Finally I suggest to update to lollipop. Cons are not so serious.

  • There is no OTA update. However you can download from honor website (1.3 GB file) and then copy to internal storage and do local update. I have updated successfully to 5.1 lollipop.So far running smoothly with slight increase in battery life. Have to wait and see

  • After using for 11 months. 1 .It is a quite compact phone for its size and huge 3000 mah battery. 2 .The battery life is quite good .I get 4.5 to 5 hrs of screen on time always.So battery life is not a issue at all. 3 .The display is very good in quality.But saturation lovers might find it undersaturated comparing with some amoled. 4. Camera quality is decent ,not great. 5. Emotions UI is very user friendly.No interface issue even with kitkat. The best part of the phone is performance .Steeller performance with no lag at all. 3gb ram hold anything like a champ. Some issues : 1. The phone crashes sometimes but not frequently. 2. Update is a major issue,it's still working on kitkat. Now finally getting lollipop in September. Conclusion : A great phone with solid performance strongly recommend."BUT" those who are more concerned about the updates ,"Xperia's" or "galaxies" are better choice.

  • Agreed. beta Lollipop was not worth it. Have many bugs I want to talk about. Status bar does not tint with app background of app. When we open a full screen app like Clash of Clans and swipe down to see status bar, we get a solid coloured status bar. On stock android, we see a transparent status bar which is cool. Notification bar is not up to the mark. The two swipe action in stock android is better according to me (for those who do not like this two swipe thing, you can enable Quick Swipe in settings menu on lollipop). Next up, is that when we click photos while taking a video, a pinkish line is seen on top of some pictures. Next is that the Draw option in settings is not working. When locking the phone, the screen, instead of fading out, shuts down immediately, making it slightly uninteresting. Hope Huawei to take care of these issues in final EMUI 3.1 update. Although notification bar is not a big deal (just my personal opinion).

  • Bought Honor 6 Last Week from Malaysia.. Version: - H60-L12 (Dual Sim).. Maximum Satisfaction.. Back Camera is Outstanding, clear as the image from iPhone.. Front Camera is clear but over exposed.. Battery is Solid.. No Heating issues at all, very cool.. Auido is clear and good.. The only irritating thing is Chinese words/language everywhere.. But I overcame this by installing alternate keyboard app from PlayStore.. Internal storage 32GB (25GB available for User).. Ram usage is Average.. Graphics and LCD touchscreen are impressive, the best part in the phone.. Finally it's an iPhone from Huawei.. MyRate 9/10 :)

  • Bought my honor 6, 10 days ago. . You will really have to carry a battery bank unless you don't switch on your data connectivity which we all smart phone users will. To save battery I am using the phone in 2g network and has to optimize every now and then. The mobile heats up when you are having a long conversation. Design - 9/10 Features - 9/10 Performance - 9/10 Camera - 7/10 battery back up - 3/10 I would recommend not to buy the phone since there lots of better phones available in this price range.

  • follow as below settings- under wireless and networks - more - mobile networks - preferred network type - choose the network type

  • even if the 4G indicator is showing ON, it is still running on 2g. dont worry about that. I think it is some issue with thteir notification. However in their latet update it has been fixed. Try to update your software.

  • Purchased this phone via flipkart in india. The phone seems to be good for first 15 days .then started heating and got switch off.Then sent to service center , they sent to Huawei .The phone is with the company for six months,still no whereabouts. Keep on call in customer care ,they said to mail company .no phone call or mail received from company in last six months. Huawei claim to one of largest telecom company in globe but its seems to be worst. Never ever think of purchasing online .You are at the mercy of the company.
