I bought this phone 2 years precisely in august 2016 for 70$ The phone doesn't hang, I've used the phone for years and never had the restart issues everyone complaining about. You get what you pay for tbh the front cam is a joke and i never used it, the main camera works great in lights, and it is amazing in shooting 1080p vids but once it gets dark you gonna suffer. The battery is acceptable it lasts you a full day but once you're on the cellular data it's gonna be drained quickly Now the bad thing about this phone that i guess it's made out of crap, two months of use and i encountared a problem and it shut and never went on again, i gave it back since it was under warranty and i received a new one. And after 2 years of use the phone died again due to a "memory" problem inside it.. if you're reading this and thinking whether you should get this phone or not I strongly advise you to get something better because it's not worth it..

After my phone died I'm using this as an spare until I get a new one. It works fine so far. Don't expect many fancy things and super speedy performance (mine is the 512 MB and can't play some "heavy" games after all). But for calling, texting and light web surfing it does wonderfully. Screen sometimes used to freeze but lately I'm not having that problem. Battery life is decent, for me lasts one day with a single charge. Camera is awful though.

this was a good phone when i first got it, but there where definitely issues with it, like typing was always a few seconds behind, the GPS has never worked for me, and the cameras are very bad, unless your in direct sunlight, and then they have a very bad glare. it got extremely laggy after about 3 months, it was very difficult to type, let alone play games, i eventually factory reset it, and installed clean master onto it, and it an pretty well i guess, it did still have issues when typing and switching between apps. when running games it would get very hot, i at times would need to close the games and shut it off, or else it would freeze, other times it just wouldn't open the games, or it would get too hot and shut off completely by itself with no warning. i am still using this phone (due to no other option) but i am no longer able to put apps or anything else onto it, because of updates to the factory preinstalled apps, and i cannot unupdate them because the refuse to work, so i am left with a phone i can barely text on let alone play games, i feel like this could have been a much better phone, if there had been a bit better hardware on it, bu being as it was a budget phone i get what i paid for. long story short i recommend against buying this phone.

Whilst phone is on goto settings, scroll down to backup & restore. Back up your Palnackie data either to Google servers or your home computer,then (on same page) scroll down to factory reset.reset phone turn off, then restart. It should load exactly the same way you purchased it.

This phone has to be the worst phone I have ever used. From the soft buttons destroying my gameplay, to brutal sluggishness when doing pretty much anything. It's like using a scooter engine in a tank, tank sucks because of it. Not that I'm saying it's tank like I'm sure the first time I drop it it will shatter like a cheap wine glass. HTC if you are going to put out a budget model either splurge on making it better and charge a bit more or don't bother. I used to laude HTC phones but this one makes me want to vomit

I am using this phone from february 2015. There is no problem for my phone yet. The only problem I felt was the poor front and rear camera with a useless flash. My phone never gone hang till day. But dont buy this phone, you will get a better phone with better spec at the same price.

Bloody useless. My first smart phne bought from local Carphone Warehouse, who just wanted the contract and fobbed me off when I later complained. Had nothing but problems from day one, a year ago. Have to take the battery out virtually every day, as the fully charged phone dies without warning and it is the only way to reboot it and the cover has started to split as a result. It gets red hot and dies without warning. The screen calibration seems to be haywire, I hit a letter, it lights but the next letter appears on my screen. A couple of days ago, the diialler would not work at all and now I have no phone whatsoever as it refuses to accept the charger and is now dead. I would not have another one if you paid me..budget or not...

So laggy! Sentence appears about a minute after you typed it. Freezes constantly. Standby button regularly decides not to work, I constantly have to take the battery out and put it back in again. You get so much more for your money with a windows phone; they cost the same as a low end android but are infinitely faster and more reliable (if a bit lacking in apps).

the software is rubbish, it doesn't have flash capability, the screen malfunctions and the streaming speed is slow at best also it downloads software that if you forget to close your phone does not charge

I got this Phone from my brothers as a gift but from that day my mind is ruined by this phone. This is a piece of shit as to me. I'm very much fed up with this phone as it is not switched on from 2 hrs ago but as I press the power button it starts to get on but still can't. I'm trying all those things but still I'm unable to switch it on. I guess if anyone can solve my problem here . Plesae don't even think to giva an idea about Pressing power button with volume key. agreed... however the faults are the touch screen, i believe. when im txtg it constantly clicks the home button or finds the wrong letter im typing and the auto correct is bad. it takes me 2 min to send a 10 sec txt. so for this reason i HATE this phone. there really isnt much about the phone that stands out. but i know that android phones are all getting worse. it seems that there trying to be like apple. i HATE mac and will soon figure out how to use Linux on my phone to solve many probs. including privacy issues.

Its actually a really good phone. You normally get 5.5GB out of the total 8GB but what do you expect? Its £50, not £200-300. Put in an SD card (normally does the trick for me). Never freezes for me (in fact, the S3 my friend has freezes constantly and needed me to clear out all the crap and cache from her phone and its still slow)

SD card sorta works, it doesn't disconnect for me but for some reason any file on it counts as internal storage for the phone Great strong phone (fell out of my bag onto some rocks on the coast and only suffered two scratches), very fast and good quality, well worth the £50

the SD slot doesn't work. if you put in a new micro SD it will work for a week or so and then it'll start disconnecting the sd card randomly and in order to fix it you have to take it out and put it back in again but then eventually it disconnects again

Not a good choice for the price I bought. It shutdown himself and don’t start unless I remove the battery and its happening at least two to three times in a day. Internet via Wi-Fi is ok but internet via my mobile network is big NO. I was thinking it's my mobile network problem but I checked my sim card with Samsung grand prime vola works like charm. Internet setting (AP) is good don't know why it won't work. More over I have warranty for this garbage. I will update after i visited service center.

Got this phone 3 months ago when my galaxy s3 broke. The HTC desire 320 is by far the worst smartphone I have ever used. Very glitchy, constantly freezing, terrible touch screen, no flashlight. This phone is a nightmare to use everyday, this is the first and last HTC phone I will ever own. Can't believe they let this phone go to market, terrible phone.

if you plan to do ANYTHING dont get this phone! the buttons get stuck in place, it can barely run its pre installed apps, there is 4 gigs of space advertised though mine had less than 500 mb available! it can only hold 3 apps from the playstore before i get the notification of "internal storage running low"!! not at all worth the 150$ price tag, its worth 50$ at best!!

Worst phone I've ever owned. The touch screen is so bad it often thinks it is being pressed when isnt - its hanging up calls, calling people aitomatically etc. Also the power button is tiny and difficult to find and I have also had tge issue where it turns its self off and wont turn on again.

Sad. 1. Internal memory is too small. Ran out of memory with just a few apps installed. 2. No autofocus or manual focus for camera. so most pictures are blurred. 3. Design flaw, where the hell is my power button when I need it? oh here it is right next to the volume down button.

I have this phone and I can say I hate it. It's just... Bleh, I had a Galaxy S 3 mini before and this feels like a step back. Like, I'd give this phone to a teenager if I didnt want it to get stolen at school. went from htc one v (luved it) to the desire 320 (not so much) phone does random s#^*t down loads all by its self, the return button is way to close the type board, no indacatore led, and battery dies way to fast even in idel (screen black and no use) went to bed at 20% dead by morning and alarm clock did not go off battery dead. and now i put in a 32gig micro sd card in for seriouse lack of internal memory did a format and cant down load a thing! cant change downloads to go to sd card and phone says not enough internal space even though ive gotten rid of most of my favret games to make room still nothing. if some one can hepl me ...maybe im doing something wrong. if not hat this phone! p.s. sorry fot bad spelling.

Hello, I came here to say my official review on this HTC Desire 320 phone. The sensitivity on the touchscreen is excellent, the display is also very bright (depending on brightness level). One thing I would consider is the phone storage. Now, this is very important, because it is impossible to download more than 8 apps on this phone. If you don't believe me, see it for yourself. Even if you delete your apps, the phone apparently still has no storage (I mean, seriously!) This is a terrible feature, ruining the spectacular design on the phone. Above all, I still think this is an excellent smartphone for everyday use. I will give it a 3.89 star rating out of 5.

This phone is a disappointment to the history of HTC, For a phone production company with a very high reputation to produce a phone with user interface equal to that of devoloping phone makers, i am highly dissapointed. for the price i should have expected less of course but i got way lesser than i can imagine.... The phone is without HTC sense, no led light, no double tap special feature.... The touch screen wont recognize inputs fast or multiple ones. Its good for everyday use, but I could not use it for a certain rhythmical game I play on my free time. Overall, It's quite fast and rarely lags even with multiple apps. The camera doesn't have autofocus, so I can't take photos of texts, but if you trade performance for that, I'm quite satisficed with this model.

Just bought this for my sister. Phone feels high quality and it's a bit bigger and thinner than my Moto G LTE, even when the screen is the same size. Screen isn't as sharp as Moto G but has decent viewing angles. Phone feels responsive and quick, even with the low RAM. Free space is around 1.75 GB, which is low. Comes with charger and headphones. On boot it uses 200 mb Ram, running KitKat 4.4.2. I bought it for $60 on discount, it was $20 cheaper than Moto E with same discount. It's a nice and cheap phone.

It has indeed a Mediatek MT6582 ARM Cortex-A7 quadcore cpu running at 1.3ghz. The GPU is a Mali-400 MP2 running at 500mhz, 512MB of RAM (at least the model I have, there could be 1GB variants). I have been using the device for around 3 weeks now, and for its price, its a great device. It has great processing power and great graphic capabilities (also the resolution being FWVGA lets the GPU give more FPS in games). The device low points would be the RAM, which does not let you multitask with too many apps, for example opening Chrome with three tabs, the Play Store, YouTube, a game and Maps would mean that when returning to Chrome it would load again (of course with the pages that were open) but its not a problem other than that. It comes with KitKat 4.4.2 and it's rootable. It also has a proximity sensor. My HTC Desire 320 is rooted and customized with the Xposed Framework running 5 modules and I am very glad to say everything has been running smoothly. Running programs, games and emulators have been a breeze. Very happy with this device, great device power for the price.
