i bought this phone on the year 2015 i.e, the year the phone actually came into existence thinking that HTC is a well known brand but the software is making the phone useless...its been not even 2years and i have already spent alot just for fixing the software prior to the 1st fixation it work smoothly for a month and now again the same problem.. suddenly all the apps stopped working and shows "unfortunately google stopped working, whatsapp stopped working, facebook stopped working and so on" therefore i would want to know if i can receive any kind of help?? or i would suggest people to stop buying this phone..

I am tiatally satisfied with this phone, i have been using this phone since 10 month. I doesn't face any major issues. The only problem is its camera and partially its hanging problem. And htc is the only company through which you can get the 1 year gurantee on cell phone as well as its earphone ,charger and cables. This the true, belive it.

My HTC 326g is getting switched off on its own. I use to have this problem since 2 months so I have given my phone to HTC service centre in Vashi ,navi Mumbai.I have given my phone twice to the service centre in 3 weeks because at first they said it's prepared but when I started using I got the same problem and now it's getting off very frequently before at least it was ok tbese guys have destroyed my phone.These service centre guys are just doing factory reset of your device.I suggest you all not to buy HTC products.

1.charge your phone more than 70%. 2.remove sim and sd card. 3.shut down your phone. 4.press volume UP & power button at the same time. 5.select factory reset. 6.select erase all data. 7.your phone has been reset--you can give new pattern and password.

I had a similar issue. I figured out the memory of the phone was low. Hence took back ups of watsapp & photos & did a reset. Working fine now. Plan to purchase a micro SD card to solve for the issue permanently

Guys i am very disappointed with this phone. I bought it 150 dollars in October 2015 but i have not experienced anything that can make it better than the other Brands of Android phones, only hating it by day. First i had to bear with it loosing some contacts mysteriously AND now it does not pop up the keypad for me to type anything, gives an error "Unfortunately, HTC Sense Input has stopped"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is very heartbreaking.. And on a serious note if the HTC Support does not intervene to provide a remedy for this i am embarking on a serious compain to DECAMPAIGN this CellPone brand.

fully satisfied with htc desire 326g dual sim.now there is a universal problem in android faced by everybody , when apps don't install and it says "insufficient storage"inspite of the fact there is a lot of space in sd card .i have 8gb internal and 4gb sd card .so the trick is to clear cached data (settings>storage),then free internal space by moving apps to sd card storage>apps touch particular app then select move to sd card .u must keep more than 600mb free in internal storage .then select "preferred install location" to let the system decide.i have tried selecting "removable sd card" and tried to install apps directly to sd card but failed.so the best option is " let the system decide".just installed ES file explorer file manager and talking babaji.made a couple of jumps in subway surfer but after that couldn't proceed .this 326g plays all games but the swipe in subway surfer is not enough to jump over the wall.maybe a flaw in 326g.don't try to root 326g to install apps it will become a brick.i think rooting any device for full potential is unnecessary .android is getting updated to more powerful versions by google .jellybean to kitkat to marshmallow ...for any issues feel free to write to me at [email protected] .

very happy with 326 g.polaris office is preinstalled great app for docs sheets.downloaded ghostery,firefox,flv video player,vlc,real times ,erosnow, cricbuzz,hotstar,skype,transparent weather clock .gmail etc is already there.games fast like fox, templerun 2,wings on fire,traffic racer.tom and jerry and talking tom.tom repeats everything u say.raise the phone and speak . .search by speaking .others say can't find contacts and i am touching mic and speaking the name and instantly the contact appears one touch and the call happens.same with google search app,no typing only talking.for secret files go to file explorer ,tap new folder name it anything ,like secret ,hidden , gavaskar,just put a dot before it ,.raj .to view the hidden file go to settings check show hidden files .Biplab sorry no number but..; i selected htc326g over samsung j2.wise choice,now i know .for anything regarding htc 326g or any other device or tech issues write to [email protected] .Biplab note it. happy to help .cheers.

hi! its me again raj.added an sd card 4gb to htc desire 326g .downloaded game"need for speed no limits" -big file .graphics performance of this phone is really impressive.enjoyed playing nfs and real racing 3.the only issue is camera which could have been better but htc is not known for budget phones ,they make high end phones 15k,20k,30k even 40k.those who are getting error message "insufficient space can't install app"---this is common problem in android.go to settings tap storage under total space find cached data and tap it-this will clear cached data for all apps tap ok.second option download "app cache cleaner" app "2mb app from google playstore and clean the cache which will solve the problem faced during downloads.this phone has a torch too.shadow fight 2 is another game i am enjoying.326g is highly recommended, for peter and few others like me, limited in number,in this site who are very happy with the set 326g.others i guess got bugs and faulty set.clean master is preinstalled get 360 security.save your contacts in gmail too .my phone never hung up so don't really know what to say ,take out battery and place it back ,i guess ,or get a new battery .when i searched "Find HTC Mobiles Mobile Service Centers in India " i got 42 centres, hope 1 is there in your city .during warranty period something can be done i guess.if u have any query regarding 326g,android or any other phones feel free to write.

htc desire 326g rocks.been using for 3 months no problemo .abhi why are u playing clash of clans ,the graphics is of the 80's.play brothers in arms 3,asphalt nitro,real racing 3.i transferred contacts from my old nokia phone thru bluetooth .it can be done in " setup " and also in settings..get contents from another phone.but the contacts names only came from nokia not the numbers ..i had to add the numbers manually.but the people app is working perfectly .numbers names and corresponding pictures get stored and stays stored.the Lnd list cannot be deleted for quick calling.fave list can be deleted.the market is flooded with new smarphone brands but htc has a presence/marketshare in india.i recommend htc desire326g for 7k.but micromax has launched canvas spark 2 with marshmallow 6.0 with 1gb ram at rs 3999.smartphones are getting cheaper by the hour.one thing more the call quality, tower reception ,and battery life (5 hrs with call, net wifi and gaming) are decent in htc desire 326g dual sim.go for it if u prefer a brand that makes premium 30k smartphones-htc e9 plus.

htc desire 326g dual sim is an awesome mobile.i am using it for 7 days and it is lightning fast.touchscreen is super sensitive,camera is a beauty and charging is super fast.yes i am shouting because of the lies posted in an important portal like gsmarena.this phone is worth 15000rs but u can get it at rs6549 .the phone does'n't have bloatware.the quadcore processor with 1gb ram and 8gb rom is terrific.the phone is slim and light.wifi bluetooth is superfast.those who can't add contacts are idiots.u got to be smart enough to use the smartphone.last thing u touch and say ok google ,then say vasant panchami date or racing games or any goddamn terms it gets typed and instantly the webpage links appear.the keyboard is big enough but u dont have to type much for predictive text and dictionary takes over.whatsapping is very easy.music is loud,videos are crystal clear.i can go on and on ...at this price its a steal...below 7k...dont buy samsung j5/j7 or lenovo k4 note go for htc desire 326g u wont regret...its a guarantee...raj kolkata india...

Second those who says phone restarts itself then it may be becoz of battery problem so change it with new one. Camera is ok.u will not much in this price range. Quadcore is doing fine itself so no hanging problem.i suggest u all to install clean master and cm security or avast security for better. Feel free to ask anything about this phone.!

I am using this device from past 6 months I am not facing any type of problem or say it is the best device in this range some people also say that device is slower but it is very very fast in 1 month I am facing lots of problem like application launches very slower and contact problem ,camera is very bad but after update I like it most application launches very faster than any device in this range and camera improve little bit contacts problem is solved and I like it's auto correct key board that is the best virtual keyboard and some problems like storage and camera and it never no hiccups no bloatware no hanging and I suggest that this device is best in all class under 10000

You can not see any call logs, it never displays the contacts saved either in ur sim card or in phone memory never..... camera is worst. the picture quality is so poor whenever u zoom any pic , it blures... even the battery backup is poor so overall its a ridiculous phone........ I can suggest every one not to choose this mobile. i have lost display screen whith in 5 months we can not feed the contacts easly as all mobiles its a long procedure to save the contact name. it is slow running and eavry time shutting down. i dont know why HTC going down by taking this type of mobiles to the market.

I bought this mobile recently and facing same problem. To resolve problem open your call app, you will see most frequent caller information, scroll down and there will be option for contact. You can check your saved contact it will show only there. Update: Thanks to the recent update approx 32MB the problem got solved. Now contact showing in contact list.

I called Customer care and first of all they apologised about this inconvenience and informed me that their developement team is working on it on urgent basis. soon an update will be coming which will resolve this issue. So i hope very soon this problem will get resolve. apart from this the phone is really nice.

Dear all I was facing the same contact saving problem. U can solve the problem 1st of all export all ur contacts to memory card and then just factory reset ur phone and then let the updated be automatic. Import all the contacts from memory card and ur phone will work fine and u can save ur contacts normally.

There's no problem of loosing contact numbers as such..it's just that u r not being able to operate it correctly...I have been using HTC phones for 3 years..I'm using 816g at the moment but my sister is using HTC 326g..all HTC phones are like that only..at first I faced the same thing too but now I know how to operate it..well for Ur contacts go to menu>people>then on d right side press the three dot buttons n click contacts to display then click the option all contacts then ur problem will be solved..N regarding ur problems to set ur favourite song as ur ringtone..go to settings>audio profiles>click the equaliser like button on Ur right>phone ringtone>more ringtones>choose music track and u r done...u can also download mp3 cutter and ringtone from playstore,trim ur favourite part of the song n set it as Ur ringtone!I hope it helps 😊!HTC is a good phone company I would say.

Try force stopping the contacts and contacts manager app, then clear their cache, then restart the phone. This is what the customer care told me. Worked for me, got almost 99% contacts back. But I am not sure this is a permanent solution or not.

I bought HTC 326G on 15th June. I am facing issue in saving contacts . After some time It shows me number not name. I reset my phone and got software updated by HTC Service Centre. What is the use of phone when you are not able to save contacts? Kindly donot launch LOW BUDGET phones when you are not able to give proper features. I read reviews . Problems are same with many users.

Worst hardware company I had bought htc desire x and wifi/host-spot problem occurred within a year. I gave it to the service centre and they changed motherboard because in case of any hardware issue they have only one option which is replacement of motherboard. And when they changed motherboard of my phone then 3 and half months later camera stopped working first and then phone get dead within one month. So this is htc (Htc Third Class). And again they asked me to replacement of motherboard (what the f**k they people) and motherboard cost is near about Rs.7500/-. Even htc dosn't trust on their hardware more that 3 months cause whenever they change motherboard they only gives an extended warrenty of only 3 months. Shame on you guys(htc team). There are lot of smartphone companies are there having more features as compare with htc in less price.

Dear,this phone is in entry level below 10000/-, why u all compare with z1, S5 or other high end smartphone. Bcoz of entry level phone it's not hv gorilla glass . So this is a great phone in this price range. HTC Rockz.

HTC's phone looks bigger due to dimensions. this phone has a screen with 4.5 inch but its dimensions like a smart phone in Sony with 5.1 inch screen HTC, please do your best to have big screens with small dimensions
