HTC EVO View 4G - User Reviews

  • No SIM (for carriers) is possible. THe tablet is fix for Sprint's old CDMA / EVDO network. So it is to be used in the defunct WiMax 4G network. It still can be used in WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. The pen is an N-Trig pen (similar to some of the newer Surface Tablets) It is not Wacom compatable (so Pens from Wacom, Samsung, Lenovo do NOT work). The back (where the rear camera is) can slide out. In it you can add a micro SD card (up to 32GB) for a total of 64GB (32 internal and 32 in the card) of storage.

  • htc evo view doen have a sim in it

  • The matte plastic part on the back/top around the camera comes off. Press in gently where it meets the back and slide up/off. You'll see a slot for the micro SD there.

  • How can I insert a sim card in HTC evo view 4G??? Can anyone please tell me?

  • what battery talk time of HTC view 4g. please tell me??????????????

  • It's performance is really good. But I got the one with Sprint account disabled. Now am looking for either I can enable any CDMA in India ?

  • Can we have video chat on skype?

  • I have this for about a week now. It's the best option available in the mid price range. If you use it smartly there are no battery issues. The HDMI is supported by a MHL to HDMI Female convertor. Very good build quality, gorilla glass so no screen protector is required. The back is rubber padded with aluminum black in the center. I have heard it works with Reliance in India, its a non sim CDMA/EVDO based. Not used it though. Like old CDMA Phones without sim, you have to give MEID to the service provider and he can provide 2g/3g services. The tab is however 4G compatible. Must have ! ******

  • It does not have a HDMI card..

  • there's nothing to kill galaxy tab if they don't have GSM calling and 1gb ram.

  • cool working 2.3.1 gingerbread in my htc hd2

  • android 2.3 gingerbread will upgrade and become android 2.4 gingerbread

  • is htc evo 4 works in canada? thank you, joe

  • it will kill galaxy tab

  • I think Gingerbread is 2.3 and not 2.4

  • I'm upgrading to but not to this, take a look at this one

  • You can say there is sort of a GSM version... The HTC Flyer is coming out soon and it is a GSM version tab with the same features.

  • hayi, this is a tablet, sorry it's totally heard stupid if you replace your smartphone with this. BELMOT, the GSM version is the HTC Flyer.

  • I'm definetly upgrading again...bye bye evo4g...Yessssssss.

  • If there will be a gsm version before the summer, I will buy it for sure.
