  • I have problems with HTC gratia more often disconnected from the network and I have no network at all and disconnecting and locks itself and then lost the entire network from the screen, please be to prefer what I do with my phone, thank you.

  • Have this phone for a more then 1.5 years... It is great phone. Rooted, updated to latest (20120420) Cyanogen 7.2.0 for Aria... Working great, no memory problem (after root, before that there was a lot of memory problems to install software), fast enough for my needs, screen is very good... Small one, but you can do whatever you like with this phone. Maybe not to play some 3D games, but for business use - just great! I am very happy with my Gratia. Price was about 240EUR.

  • its not a gud fone i hv dis battry time poor no flash smaller screen hangs most of the timee xpenssive

  • Has this phone sensitive touch controls or mechanical buttons?

  • how much cost of this phone.

  • hello every one! I have a htc gratia i'm from iran and i want to download this app "goEnglish.me Farsi" from market, but i can't can u help me? i mean:download it for me, and send it to my E-mail """[email protected]""&quot; thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!

  • HTC Gratia have a LCD screen (not a TFT like GSM Arena says). I compare Gratia screen with LG P500/350, HTC Wildfire, SonyEricsson X10 mini's,X8's and small res. screen Samsung's - Gratia screen is not comparable with them, it's more better. Angle view is better as HTC Incredible. 256 colours looking more better how on 16M TFT Nokia's screen. Audio output quality hearing in Hi-Fi systems is a great for phone and clear and better as SE Walkman's and Nokia XM series. Streaming net radio's working great (i using Winamp and TuneInRadio). Optical tracpad is a very comfortable with reading WordDoc's. HTC Gratia is a small beautiful phone, with a great capabilities. I have it 10 months.

  • Actually, i bought this phone since a while and i'm so happy with it but one of its 2 drawbacks is that it doesn't have flash with the camera and the 2nd one is that the battery life is rather short.

  • Simply Beautiful phone.... all desingners are beauty...

  • Is there a flash for camera?

  • I'd go for the Desire (exceptionally Desire Z if you're unexperienced with the touch-keyboard) ;) hope that helped!

  • I want to buy a new HTC set.. which one should i prefer... 1 wildfire s 2 desire 3 gratia... also does any of the above have video calling feature?? plzz help....

  • Did anyone manage to root this phone and put in a new ROM in it?

  • can u upgrade it to ice cream sandwich?

  • can it run on gingerbread version?thank`s a lot.

  • Can it run on gingerbread? Thanks!!!

  • Bought this phone in Stockholm and used SIM card from Australia. Worked there. Went to Canada. It worked there in Calgary while roaming on the Rogers network. Then came back to Melbourne. Works here too, on the Three network. This is a fantastic little phone. Would recommend to anyone!

  • Proppably not. It's ment for European market and so it supports Europes networks. How ever ypu can by the HTC Aria.(Same phone but American version). When you buy it it has Android 2.1 but you can update it into Android 2.2.

  • Does anyone knows if this phone works in usa carrier at&t

  • Does this phone have gorillaglass in front like the htc mini? Also do the updates make the batterylife longer?

  • Yep..Thanks a lot mate..I bought this phone and I am really enjoying it! :D..It supports all the live wallpapers on the market I have tried this far..And also the games..I have installed NFS Shift on it! (I couldn't install it on ma Xperia X8) and it's working really great..:D Only drawback I can see is the battery life..And I really hope that it will get the gingerbread pretty soon! :D.. YET THIS PHONE IS AN AMAZING ONE!! :D

  • does it work in canada ? help please

  • Hi, I donno about games (have not tried yet, except Angry Brirds :)), but it definitely supports Live Wallpapers. In fact I am using one now. I am not sure it supports all Live Wallpapers on the market, probably the newer ones... but it does support Live Wallpapers.

  • have a look at the settings and make sure they are correct or have been setup and/or correctly. Ive had several HTCs in the past and all of them Ive had to setup network settings such as Mobile Data and PXT and operator services. Under Settings > Wireless & networks > Mobile networks > Access Point Names or APN.

  • I just bought this phone and unlocked it for T-Mobile. Works great, but the data connection won't connect for me and I can't send or receive photo messages. I'm assuming this is due to the frequency as T-Mobile only operates at 850mhz and 1900 mhz but I can't figure out a solution to make it work. If anyone has experience with this or can offer advice it would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to sell my new phone! Thanks

  • Some feedback I'm eager to leave here: - The review is accurate, well balanced and meticulously done. It served me well to decide which phone to buy. The 3.5mm jack output test is one of a kind. It helped me to correlate my subjective perception to experimental measurements. - I enjoy well-played music but was not willing to churn out hundreds of bucks for a phone. So I found the little (if a lil bit fat, though) HTC Gratia and, after reading the specifications and toying with a demo unit (not that I was able to test anything useful with it!), I decided to buy one for me and another one for my wife. We're really pleased. Thank you, gsmarena!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hi guys! I am hopinna buy this phone pretty soon.. so I just needa clarify some doubts before going for it..does it support live wallpapers..coz I heard recently that HTC wildfire does not..So is it the same with sitaution with this one as well or does this support Live wallpapers? and how about the support for gaming? does it support quality games such as NFS shift?

  • and yes: it DOES support Skype...no problem with that!

  • c'mon....no FLASH???? easy as can be: go to Market (or search WEB), download and install it!!!!

  • i have also htc aria but unfotunetly my phon touch pad broken were can i buy

  • Strengths: - appealing design - good web browser Weaknesses: - unable to play internet radios - does not support Skype - no photoflash (!) - no louspeakers for radio playing (radio only plays with headphones plugged in!) - very weak loudspeaker and only with phone calls Summary: Disappointment - twice more expensive device than its real value is - but in an attractive coat...

  • Will be exclusive to Brighstar Europe in the UK

  • The Gratia has a smaller screen resolution than the desire so the 600 mhz processor is more than enough... And it looks incredibly beautiful imo! Just ordered one in green :)

  • hi i am using aria in india .. if you need help then tell me

  • THE gratia and aria are the same phone just diffrent name seem silly change the name might as well say my toyota is a bmw

  • Whats the SAR rating for the Gratia. Heard that its very high but I have not seen any numbers myself

  • Hi, Am using the unlocked HTC Aria in India which i got from the US. Its amazing, powerful, yet so compact. But i guess it ll be costlier in India when its launched when compared to the prices at US

  • Where is the flash? What is HTC thinking, its not a cheap fone. Are they trying to copy SGS? Lots of ppl didnt buy SGS coz of no flash. And im not buying this for my daughter coz of no flash. Other than that it seems great, a led flash cost less than a Euro, i think we would be willing to carry that expense even if they added 5 Euro to the price. So what is an alternative to this? I dont know of any. And i want HTC because its the most flawless fones, both in software and hardware. Samsung and LG are not serious abut customer satisfaction, they dont have anything useful. SonyEriczn is an option, but they dont have anyting modern in this class when considering screen resolution and so on. I rather have Symbian than a phone without a flash. Yes its that serious, really annoying by HTC this, i even hate my desire Z now coz of this.

  • hi, could anybody tell me when HTC will launch the green version of this model? thanks in advance!

  • Hi, I love this model. Can someone please let me know when this model will be available in India ? Is there anyone who already using this mobile in India? if so plz share your thoughts immdly.

  • Aria is version for USA and Gratia is the version for Europe. There's the difference.

  • Ofcourse HD7 is not coming out in Android, the 7 means Windows 7, if you want Android, you want the Desire HD.

  • the phone is so expensive.....the feature is just like ARIA ....i dont see any posible reason why someone will buy this while they can buy a much better phone and cheaper in price...

  • There is android version of hd7, its called Desire HD.

  • Ok.Thank you. That's great,I also want black colour with rubbery back panel... :)

  • Mine's black. This was probably the only one on sale in the whole country so i have no info on the materials of the green and white colored versions

  • These is very good but pls is htc hd7 coming out in andriod I can't wait for its andriod

  • I mean back panel,sorry... :D

  • What colour is yours? I'm interested if all colours have same rubbery black panel.

  • Can the Aria 2.1 be upgraded to 2.2?

  • hi Mike, just wanted to say: thanks very much for the answer to my question.

  • Got myself one yesterday and can say the answer to your question is "yes - it has that rubbery back panel". Also - the device is really snappy - no lag detected anywhere yet, just embedded flash on web pages. But when flash is played in the standalone player - everything runs just fine.

  • hi Tomi, it's the link of the Italian website where they've already selling the actual product. have a look at detailed specs, platform: but I did have a look at yours, I guess it's simply a mistake. fortunately!

  • Hi everyone, I'm planning to purchase this phone as it will be launched,to the market. I've been spending quiet a lot of time watching videos and review about the US version Aria which is obviously the same just running Android 2.1. My question is simple but I need to know this because I love the look of this device (coming with Froyo, perfect), is it gonna have the same back cover in terms of material as for example the Aria or the HD Mini? You know? I mean with that rubbery effect? Pls someone who knows it for sure reply! Thx in advance! Cs.

  • Looks exactly like HTC Aria.

  • I saw it yesterday in Bulgaria, however not offered by Mobile operator, price ~375 Euro, much more than i personally expected, Legend is more worthy in this situation.

  • Well the basic point is that it isn't released yet so - definitely status should be changed to coming soon, or not available

  • You are wrong. There are more HTC phones with secondary camera:HTC Touch HD,Diamond 2,Touch Pro 2...

  • I wonder that too. Only model that has a secondarycamera in these past years by HTC is the 4G Evo. No other.

  • It's just for Europe thats why it looks the same as Aria :) Aria was for America and the Gratia will be for Europe :) Hope that helps !

  • @Dan - the only difference i see is that the gratia has android 2.2 stock while the aria has 2.1. Although if you ask me, HTC couldnt possibly do something as silly as release a new phone that is 99.9% similar to a phone that was released 3 months ago - the aria is pretty great though :)

  • I Too Dont Understand Why All the new HTC Phones Dont Come With A Secondary Camera. Its Really Making Me Not Wanna Buy Any HTC Phones Anymore

  • Difference between this and HTC Aria..?

  • Why doesn't HTC equip their phones with secondary camera? Android does support videocalls. So why not?

  • sexiest mobile i have seen ever

  • This model is just same as Aria except the Android version right? Can Aria update to Android 2.2?

  • Hope this phones comes soon. On Facebook htc -forum I asked and they said release in November (for europe anyway)... so they have another week!

  • The Only difference from the current HTC Aria is Android OS, v2.2 (Froyo) This phone lacks in having an internal memory which is a positive point in Samsung Galaxy or an iPhone. Though Samsung Galaxy has a very good option of an added card slot for enhancing the memory. I wish iPhone had the same option and a basic FM radio

  • I dont see how this differs from the HTC Aria... Its the same phone with a new name.

  • this phone doesn't support multi touch. why?

  • wow! GSMArena updates first than the HTC's official website... hehehe hope you can review this phone soon

  • will the gratia be launched worldwide? if so, when? thanks!!` =)

  • Of course it has.

  • Does this phone have an MP3 player????

  • why are you people wasting time and arguing about a operating systems dont you have anything better to do for crying out loud

  • hey moron, stop bragging about ur things, fyi..second genereation 600-800Mhz is way faster than 1Ghz 1st gen chipset..faster and more efficient.. Same as PC chipsets.. Higher number on specs doesn't mean it is better than the lower one..(chipset/processor).. 1Ghz on 2008 is way slower than 1Ghz for 2010...number is the same but performance is not..

  • I think it's just a mistake on HTC site. They copied exactly HTC Aria specification.

  • OMFG! This beauty dont support Android 2.2 but 2.1. Yes, its true - guys check it out at official HTC site -

  • you are right sandeep this phone is not impressive at all 600 MHZ is nothing i like my HTC DESIRE much better.

  • It has 2.2 and Stereo FM ... otherwise its the same as Aria

  • Waay to weak. Cmon... 600MHz with 384mb RAM? My iPod can do better than that.

  • what networks is it going to be released on in the uk?

  • no Camera Flash!! Otherwise it's okay.

  • guys, can anybody tell me whats new in this phone except android 2.2? and visit mozart, its awesome...guy,shoot the target,go to mozart

  • guys, can anybody tell me whats new in this phone except android 2.2? and visit mozart, its awesome...guy,shoot the target,go to mozart

  • Agreed

  • Wow thanks for the life story

  • Phew, thanks, all i needed was you to confirm that, cause GSM Arena is so sus about their info. your a much better source. *rolls eyes* Now ill sleep better at night.

  • going to use htc for the 1st time how is the camera of these phones plssss rply

  • all imformation ok

  • 430 euros thats roughly £380 and for a phone with no amoled screen no flash and not 1ghz snapdragon processor i would give it a pass with £380 i would get a HTC Desire but the only drawback on the HTC desire is the old HTC Sense UI which is only featured in phones that have been released after the Desire

  • did this phone have multitouch?

  • too expensive for its outdated hardware and poor display...

  • recommended retail price is 18000 rubles (after taxes of course). that's 430 euro.

  • Htc Aria is also available in Australia, only diff between Gratia and Aria is Android 2.1 vs 2.2

  • Screen is capitative not resistivz

  • no 2ndayr camera!!! otherwise its ok

  • Of course you can.

  • Do you think that you can install gratia software to HTC aria.. They are the same phone right??

  • htc aria runs android 2.1, htc gracia seems to be running android 2.2 (aka froyo). everything else seems the same, though

  • Not really...HTC Aria is also available for Asian market and also same version hit Europe some weeks ago,3G compatible.

  • HTC Gratia is the European version of Aria. HTC Aria is an AT&T exclusive and is only available in the US.

  • plz keep in mind htc desire iz high end phone wid more feature,,,, thiz one iz a mid range phone...

  • htc rock.... it'll be my next phone insha allah...

  • Don't dare to change your HTC Desire. I think this is one of the best HTC made.

  • I have a Desire now and I would definitely by this one :D

  • Is this just the Aria with Froyo?

  • i really love htc android phones.. it is undoubtedly the best when it comes to producing android phones.. but the main flaw is that, all htc's have no secondary camera.. and that's what making it suck.. oh.. htc, please work on this..

  • Wake up buddy! iPhone is durable but fragile. If you don't know how to handle, you're sorry!

  • No big difference between HTC Aria and HTC Gratia. I've check the comparison. I've found out the diference is the releasing date. HTC Aria has been released since June 2010 and HTC Gratia will be release in November 2010. That's the only diference between this two HTC phones. Any comment? For me, I will stick with my iPhone 4.

  • Hey Nice looking one... Hope i am the first posting Yipeeeee !!!

  • no multitouch ????

  • This phone is realy good for budget and people with not so much money, because it comes with Android 2.2 out-of-the-box,nice 5MP camera,a good amount of RAM and the beautiful HTC Sense interface.

  • where's the flash HTC..!!!

  • htc desire has 8mp while this one has only 5mp? how come? i think only problem in htc is the battery life, built in storage. they mst have at least 32gb built in and also the seconday cam. what more? and they should stick to android. no more!

  • they should stick with htc desire hd and improve it. no more! this phone is useless! right?

  • looks like Aria isn't?

  • HTC is going the WRONG way, cloning their own phones. The same action, like Motorola in 2004-2005 (after v3), pr Sony Ericsson in 2005-2008 (many wariations on slider and bar walkman phones). This one, HTC Gratia, is almost the same like HTC Aria. The same crap, i must say. Slow processor, poor display, crap phone for the masses. And both two of them, are similar to HTC Wildfire....

  • desire hd best.

  • htc desire hd is better than this.. why htc dont want to make another version of htc desire hd better than the old version. :D

  • My next phone
