  • Go to settings and then click apps and go for manage application then these following will come running in ternal storage,sd card,and there will be in the up called downloaded and the apps that you have downloaded will come move them to sd card (click the relavent app you wanna move ...there will be move to SD card and like that free up the downloaded column space ...by sending them to SD card ...try to download Apps now ..it worked for me

  • Not highly recommendable. Using for 1 year 2 months. Battery no problem - full charge two days. Using internet - 1/2 a day. But not so recommendable - buttons go wrong, speed not sufficient etc.

  • it's rubbish, the ascent p7 is much better, i've used both, the y511 is an absolute pain to use, and don't even bother using the camera on it, the p7 however is a great phone, nice to use, decent camera, and usually sells for around the same price if not a touch cheaper.

  • hey, the phone came with 4gb memory, 1.27GB to phone storage and the rest to system, you used all space on the phone with games, so what you expect!! if you want to install more games you have to root your phone and then make a 2nd partition on your "32GB" memory card, use partition magic in windows and make it EXT4 file system, then install link2sd on your android then read the EXT4 partition, then download flodermount and mount games or programs data folders to "32GB"memory card.

  • For automatic switchg off it's all abt settings, i used to experience same problem with my y600-20 too until I discovered that it had times already set by default that it switch off automatically. ...all I had to do is to edit the settings and let my handset be on always. You can even redefine the option and come up with your prefered new automatic switching on and off times. Therefore go ur phone settings check out that provision and amend times accordingly

  • don't you ever never clear ur ram using apps like clean master and task killer... because killing some system apps aggressively will damage your phone and make your device slower and slower over time, just make your device work normal, those system apps are very important and they should be active all the time... if you don't trust me on this just google it !

  • Rating : Pretty goo for a cheap smart phone. Camera: Bad rear camera quality in low light. Front camera rarely used since it is low rez and I don't selfies or video chat. If I do take a selfie, I prefer to do it with the rear camera in daylight or under bright light. No option for turning off / changing camera sounds, maybe unless you install a separate app. Apps / performance: Most of the apps are google based so i don't mind them being bloatware. I used Go launcher and it lags a bit, but it's just fine for me. It loads apps reasonably well, I'm able to play my snes emulator well - including "special roms" like Super Mario RPG. I like casual, small sized games, not heavy 3d or internet based games, but this is capable of things like that. Speakers are reasonably ok, performance with headphones is good - standard. Built in Huawei keyboard is ok too, of course you have apps from google Play store I was comparing this to the Nokia X. This may be a bit better hardware-wise. I have no idea performance wise. nokia-X seems to have limited Android options when this is all android, so I picked this one. For a cheap phone under Php 5000, I'm very happy with it.

  • pls use a high speed memory card especially if you take movies, or play games, use s Class 4 men card or higher class: Class 10 men card. Also, use the camera outdoors. maximize the use of the camera, use the movie function outdoors.

  • Using this device for couple of weeks. Basic features work fine. Temple Run 2 works without any trouble, however Minion Rush behaved very badly. Camera is not good, unless you are under direct sunlight. Front cam is terrible. If your usage is making calls and messaging it will last for 2 days ... but it consumes battery when using the wifi or 3g fastly . The 3d games consumes the battery in hours.   • hi huawei y511 users and not users after a month of observation comparison and operation in my opinion the y511 black battery doesn't last a day,if you do like the usual like answering calling playing music then it will last more than a day.

  • Go for Huawei with your eyes closed. Huawei is an international brand. Qmobile being a pakistani company is a myth, its a chinnese brand that is rebranded in different countries. Qmobile has bootloader problems. Huawei's warranty claim is very good. Qmobile is money maker.

  • An excellent low budget with max features mobile. Though I bought it 3 days ago, but have found it an ideal set. Its a dual sim with dual camera mobile. Wifi works fine. I have checked Skype, Viber and WhatsApp which functioned perfectly. Front camera is VGA and hence does not give a perfect video chat fun, but with such a low price you will not find a better alternative. Battery timing is average. With an average use of 1-1.5 hours on wifi and minimal number of calls/sms, you can drain battery in 1.5 day. It may last more if you spend less hours on wifi and long phone calls. I switched from QWERT Keyboard Blackberry to this set and found its keypad relatively ok. (though BB was better).

  • Thanks guys for your timely reply. I have bought this cell. 3.15mp Camera is quite decent outdoors but indoor it's worse then I expected but screen is good for its price and touch is smooth, no lags. Overall its a good budget phone.

  • Bilal camera is not excellent but according to price tag it works very well.Camera is acceptable only in day light but lags quality during night due to unavailability of flash light with camera.2nd thing regarding display its cooooool.IPS is strong enough to deliver excellent colours r contrast ratios.Its far better than LED.Dilivers awsome display in every angle n in every mode rather we are viewing pics, videos r games.

  • hi,please bear in mind that huawei-Y511 has 512MB of RAM and the camera at the back doesn't have a flash, if you are critical on this two item buy a higher RAM for gaming and higher pixels for camera. hope it helps you to decide now. thank you!

  • Display [and at almost all angles]is very good for the price/equal to appx.USD 120.,in indian rupees from flipkart.com.If u are into gaming this is better than the one-year old Y300 which has a smaller 4inch screen.In black color it looks good too..camera for day shots is fair/3.15 mp camera on a Hd screen is good enough.

  • well if you want dual sim then y511 is ur option but if it doesn't matter then consider these points as i have used ascend y300 and gave it to my wife and bought ascend g610s my self and yesterday a family member bought y511. looks wise ascend y511 is winner for me it looks amazing (black one) y300 is not great looking (white should never be bought black is better i have seen both) display of ascend y511 is also bigger and i think 4.5 inch is best size for a screen 4 is too small that's why i moved to g610 camera of y300 is better at-least it takes respectable pics in day light and it have led flash which i think is brighter then my g610s y511 has no flash available internal memory of both are same and you can install most of your required software. gaming in y300 was not that great but temple run, minion rush, subway surfer, angry birds, jetpack joy ride and similar games run smothly and i think y511 will do the same but not sure as both have different chipset and i am not an expert on that. i think u will find some points helpful.

  • Great phone for this price (~140 USD)in egypt the screen is the best thing in this phone Dual sim with dual stand by and H+ internet speed is 21MB touch screen is very good and the performance is totally great ram is good as 512 just dont run alot of apps at the same time the bad thing is the camera but u know it is a cheap phone so can have all the great things at least u have a VGA front cam u can reply for any questions :)
