Literally the worst phone brand in the world. Please get yourselves a real job. Touch screen stopped working in 2 days and the entire thing broke down in 3 all by itself. It was barely a phone.... !!!STNUC SODD GNIKCUF

Do not buy Karbonn. The phones from Karbonn are bad and there support is worst in all brands. My phones touch stopped responding after a month of purchase. I have it to their service Center and they said that they do not keep hardware and their only job is to send it to company. Post this I kept on calling company support number every week and they always said my request is being escalated. After 4 months of follow up, I got a call from Karbonn and guy said that they only have white screens (but my phone had black screen). I knew that Karbonn will never fix my phone and I accepted a white screen. Finally after 5 months my phone screen got replaced but image having a white screen on a new black phone that I just paid.

Karbonn handsets may seem to be 'value for money' in most of their segments, but unfortunate that their after-sales support (warranty/post-warranty) is horrible. Toll free and mail responses are pathetic, as they fail to understand the urgency and pain of the suffering customer. Service centers are mostly inadequately equipped. No intentions of demeaning anyone, but just a suggestion .... better think twice before going for this brand

Karbonn A21 is the nicest mobile. Am using it for 2 and half years. I have no problem with it but once I have changed the battery. For that I went for karbonn service centre, there I have experienced very bad quality of service. Apart from service centre, karbonn A21 is well and good for the price given..

the worst mobile service centres in mobile company is non other than Karbonn mobiles... i took Karbonn a29 model... i hardly used for 1month... it got touch screen problem.. i gave it service .. to replace the touch pad hardly it ll require just 5 to 10 min.. but i gave my moblie in service ... they still not return my mobile back.... if i go and ask they ll tell that it has gone for delhi for servicing... if i ask more means they ll customer care number... now two months over i didnt got my mobile back still... the worst Karbonn....

Karbonn A21 is one of the best smart phone with 512 Mb RAM with Reasonable price. I wonder why people say it's battery life is low, while I had been using this phone since 1.5 years and no problems in any area. Highly Satisfied and would recommend to use this Phone again and again.

Worst service ever experienced. Even under guaranty, we will never get a product repaired. Service persons says, they need to get the spare from company and they have ordered it. But we will never get this item back. I have seen many ppl frustrated at service center, for getting their product repaired. Never buy any karbon product. I bought this item considering its an Indian company. But all their products are chines. Worst quality, we will experience this when we see the charger and head phone.

Karbonn Phones are the worst ones ever seen in the market for segment below 10k they underperform in all the sections. Their Hardware and engineering is too weak to be racing up in this market within India. I would never recommend them in the mobile market unless you have no choice.

This is compeletly a dabba phone. Even third class chiness mobiles are better than the karbonn mobiles. I bought A21 last year and i was facing sudden lapsed battery issue. I have visited 100 times to service center but no issue after 4 months i got a battery from one mumbai service center and i had to pay Rs300/- for that. which was illeggal since i was facing the issue from day 1 and follwoing up with the service center and was within 4 months i shud be given free but they asked me to pay to get battery replacement. i got it by paying. Still the same issue is there. There battery points reduces like main account balance reducing during call like , 100, 99 , 98, 97. if continue to use internet within 30 min battery will be vanish. i waste my first salary by purchsing this dabba phone. No one is giving me proper reason of this. every time i have to put my mobile on charge. I think there is issue with mother bord but these bulsit rascal karbonn people not solving it. any body can give to suggestion to get rid of this plz plz plz plz email me at [email protected]

i beg to differ from most of u guys.... have been using this phone from past 18 months now.... never faced any problem -even now battery comes for 1.5 days with internet constantly on in 2G mode. -i have been playing HD games like NFS most wanted, Real racing, gladiator, wild blood, etc (all above 1GB), never faced any problem till i don't connect it to charger(when it heats up, i guess almost all phones of this range does) - internet speed good enough. - camera much better than most of the phones with 5mp camera(in day time only) - never had been to service center.... so can't comment about it

I submitted it to the service centre and after many days i got my phone changed to a new A21 and it too had that same problem, I again had to submit it and again a new handset with the same problem and i know that this is a manufacturing defect in A21. Karbonn A2+ I bought Karbonn Mobile A2+ from Poorvika in August 2013. Had problem with the handset and given it to the service centre in coimbatore vide Job No T943J1397 dated 23/01/2014 IMEID 911256351578824 Problem Description PCB Sort/VOCO56. They said they would take 25 days to rectify but they took 45 days and after taking delivery of the handset, the problem still persisted. I went to the service centre and I get the reply from them that the handset has been returned to them without rectifying the problem. Furious on hearing such nonsense reply and they assured that it will be rectified in 5 days and gave me the receipt vide job no T943J2273 dated 06/03/2014 and till date neither the handset delivered nor any reply from them. I am really frustrated with the way Karbonn Mobile doing the service. Please never ever think of buying Karbonn.

I had a bad experience with Karbonn K72+ mobile. It stopped functioning in just 4 months after purchase. I went to Karbonn service center in Trivandrum. Very arrogant behaviour from them. Without even proper checking, they told warranty cannot be provided and money has to pay for repir. Very bad experience from them.

It's capacity if wana compare then play Modern Combat 3 & 4. go see by ur self what requierments required for this game; so you will know the status of this supercool cheap phone. I do agree customer support is hopeless and battery back up is low and also if u feel its slow then root it and also battery will keep at long. even if u k=not satisfied then use solar charger, i got it for 1200 and now supercool cheap phone ultra cool. Went to c.c when my screen got cracked they said its out of warranty and it will charge 3500/- Rs. Later i went local market where i got it repaired in 1000/- Rs. Do agree c.c is hopeless but this phone needs smart person to make even smarter so go a ahead and enjoy karbonn smart phones, I suggest honestly.

A21 is a good set on price basis. But in my set there are two deficiencies , its volume is very low , its browser often backsto desktop so internet surfing is useless. Internal memory is not 4gb, it is 2.57gb in which you cannot install a single app. For installing apps the internal memory is 580mb. RAM is 512mb which isn't enough. The biggest negative of this phone is its battery. I've used android phones before but their charging has not drained like this one. If you don't let the Internet On and don't play games heavily there is absolutely no problem with this phone.(The touch of this phone is a mess when it is connected to charging plug, which makes it unusable while charging).

KarbonnA21 has many features which are not available in other phones at such rate. I am using this phone for over 6 months now and didn't have any problem till now. When i bought Karbonn A21,it was nice looking smootly running phone, i enjoyed it by playing games like candy cruzh and temple run 2,everything was correct but after 6 montb the phone started hang, simetime does not shows one sim card, browser automatic closes cannot run even a simple aplication smoothly, battery also drain fast and now i am saying Karbonn is rubbish and don't buy it, if you have only to do phone and message and run facebook then go lower end other product and if u really want smartphone then go for tbe other myltinational product who takes your responsibility.

the phone is just OK, but the kind of service provided is just harrowing. My handset's display went blank within 7 months of purchase. The service centre took it on 18.9.13 and gave me POD as 08.11.13 with promise to return the set asap but in no case beyond the POD. However, it has been one month after the POD but I am far from getting my handset back. Is there any use of sponsoring the cricket matches when you even fail to provide the due and entitled service ?

It's supposedly a good phone to use however i did not face the same. so many defaults... like volume increasing and decreasing by itself.. coz of this it goes on silent n vibration by itself when not needed. while listening to music also it decreases the volume and suddenly increases which spoils by experience on using this phone. while playing games it hangs n crashes several times...again spoiled my experience. i would rather switch to a samsung anyday than using a karbonn phone. wouldnt recommend this brand to anyone in future.

It's the worst company.If you have bought karbonn mobiles and faced no issues,then no problem.If u have any problem and give it centre, thats all.U cant get the mobile after that,service centre will say that we have sent to some higher authorities service center like delhi,there after u will not get reply from them,u can no way contact them since they dont pick your phone.Even if they attend they will say some reasons and u cant get your mobile for a very long time.I am experiencing this. PLease Dont buy Karbonn Products and it services are the worst.

Hmm. My phone stopped working immediately after the warranty over. Warranty over on 17th October and 22nd it stopped working(Only 5 days after warranty date). Not switching on at all. As per the service center I need to spend another 4800 for the mother board :( . New phone costs only 7000 now. Really pathetic. Poor quality. Don't ever buy phones like these. And there support team is simply the worst.. Tried to call there number and nobody is picking the call.

I have been using this phone for the last 7-8 months and below is my review. As has been pointed out by many, this phone has a very unsatisfactory battery back up. It discharges faster than the time taken to charge, and that too with no significant usage. In case you use an online music streaming app, like Tunein, you better keep the charger handy. Another problem I have with this phone is that the touch screen 'goes mad' sometimes and I've to restart the phone to stabilize it. You press one thing and another gets activated. It drives me crazy. Be that as it may, I for one wouldn't want to spend big money on these gadgets. We Indians earn a fraction as someone in the developed world, yet have to pay full price for these things. I'm happy buying indigenous and value-for-money phones like Karbonn A21. This compares with any other phone of that genre (India-made & cheap) and I've seen other phones of Micromax. They all have the same flaws and all are packaged same. So, in my opinion, there is no difference and the decision to buy over the other is often a toss of a coin.

Ten days after purchasing Karbonn A21the charger burnt out. The service asked ne to visit them far away so I asked if they would replace it. No commitments were made. They just asked me to bring it. On 15 Aug 2013 I have submitted phone to Karbon service Center, In normally it should be repaired or replace in 7 working days but till date they have not return the phone. But now already one month pass but there is no news of phone. The service center is not picking up the phone nor mobile. dose not reply to message sent. When I have visited Service center they told that due to unavailability of spare part, mobile have not repaired yet. And refuse to give any dead line for completion. I have purchase this phone for RS.8500.00 and it is total lost, Karbon company is cheating people by giving useless mobiles. They have very bad Service center strength. Should buy good branded mobile, but should not prefer to this third class brand "Karbonn".

as per my experience the mfg. co. of karbbon mobiles as well as the service which they are giving is very very bad. I purchased karbbon a21 before 2 months, after 15 days there was big problem in mobile, the mobile was heating and battery was going to low in just 30 minutes. the service is very bad, I had given this mobile in service centre on 24th of june, 2013. he said we will take 25 days for repair because the mobile will send in delhi for repair, nearby 50 days left, I already send 4 reminders by mail, they are saying only one reason that the complaint is under process, still I am waiting for my mobile, there is not any response from customer care. so dont purchase any karbon product, because the service is very bad. they are only advertising their products but there is no after sales service, you will be PARESHAAN if you by any karbbon mobile laxman from mumbai

As far as looks are concerned, it is elegant . Battery backup is ok but not good. However the processor is Sad. Says 1.2 GHz Dual Core but is not even half as good 800 MHz processor on Samsung Galaxy Ace. You cant charge and operate the phone at the same time it will keep hanging and restarting. If you are in any application for more than 10 minutes it stops responding and shuts down . Camera says 5MP but the picture quality is not as good as 3MP camera on certain phones. Only USP of the phone is its looks and the screen size. All in all I would rate it 1/10.

I purchased Karbonn A 21 from HOME TOWN MUMBAI at cost of Rs 9899/-I feel its working is very poor and NOW THE BATTERY is not keeping its charge for 4 hours .Charging also takes long time secondly it is not good for using train travel or Airpot travel It picks up all the interference like railway signal (Induced emf and magnetic effect)radio signal effect and high voltage effect. I tried to contact the service enters tel number given in package ,but no use.mobile numbers are ringing,but no response,in other numbers "please check the number "or this number is not working , Totally performance and service is a BIG PROBLEM.Smart Phone is in the warranty please give the service center's address in central side of MUMBAI with their tel number. Lastly to TO THE KARBONN MOBILE manufacturer please rectify the these two problems listed above Noise o& high voltage interference plus magnetic effect. Please also give good service back up to improve the credibility.

I had posted my openion about Karbonn 21 in july 2013 about bad experience and mentioned that I will repost after visiting a repair shop.But the shop keeper told me ,it can not be repaired and it has motherboard problem and contact the company for this where from you purchased.Actully relative gifted me this phone from Bangalore shop.I just want to mention that this mobile is just a doubtful instrument cant rely on it.Beware before you decide to purchase.

hey fren. you do buy this cell urgently. its fantastic android phone. i recently got it . it has qhd capacitive screen whereas a9+ has TFT screen and overall performance of a 21 and a9+ are all same. a21 is quite larger in comparison of a21. all the apps and hd games are running without any interruption. i highly recommend you this phone. but it has a drawback also, whenever we use this phone during charging it has certain heating problem.

I have a very bad and neverbefore experience with this set. Only SIM2 works. I inserted 2 CellOne SIM's - only SIM2 was catching signals. SIM1 was dead. Then by trial and error - I could find that SIM1 works with T24 only. That too, without Roaming. Even IDEA SIM1 failed. This is a very peculiar position in my mobile from begining (3 months). Local service centre/s have no idea with this problem. I think, this is a failure model. I am now afraid of buying and Karbonn product.

I had to wander again to nearby Xerox center and submitted the same to them.After this they told me to callback them on Monday 5th Agust 2013. Using Karbonn A21 for last one year but today morning when try to switch on it can not open and only logo was seen on screen further the cell is dud and useless. Shown to a repair shop who told me, it is virous affected go to computor repair cell shop.I tried on karbonn site to see any advise to get help but no solution found.I came across this comment and read many difficulties with such users.I doubt whether is it genuine company or cheating customers.I try to contact some repair shop and get experience and come back to this site to opine again.

I've given it to service center twice for rectification and first time they returned it to me after a month and the problem was still the same and second time i gave it to them within a weeks time and again after a month they gave it back to me and still the same problem. Karbonn Support no 18001024660 will ring but very rarely a person will answer your call and they will give chennai no stating call your chennai customer care. At chennai they will say if you want to escalate call up 18001024460 and they will keep on bouncing here and there. MY Strong Opinion PLEASE DON'T BUY KARBONN MOBILES!!! I'VE DECIDED TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT REGARDING T

This problem occur due to network congestion or error. Kindly switch off the mobile and disassemble the sim card from your mobile. wait for 2 to 3 hrs and then re-insert the sim card in your mobile, and after this you "switch-On" the mobile.

My Hands on Experience is that its a wonderful mobile when it works. My Karbonn A21 Keeps on Restarting by itself whenever i open any app, games download or browse the Web for 30 mins. I've given it to service center twice for rectification and first time they returned it to me after a month and the problem was still the same and second time i gave it to them within a weeks time and again after a month they gave it back to me and still the same problem. Karbonn Support no 18001024660 will ring but very rarely a person will answer your call and they will give chennai no stating call your chennai customer care. At chennai they will say if you want to escalate call up 18001024460 and they will keep on bouncing here and there. MY Strong Opinion PLEASE DON'T BUY KARBONN MOBILES!!! I'VE DECIDED TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT REGARDING THIS.

i bought this phone 3 months ago and have been experiencing lots of problems.. its a budget phone with reasonable price but should have been better for a phone with a 1.2 snap dragon dual core processor.. the phone restarts almost everytime i play high memory games like temple run n subway surf.. don't know if its just my phone or its happening to everyone.. full hd videos lag.. but net surfing was a decent experience.. I am using this phone since 6 months....facing a lots of issues like below. * Battery:- get discharged within 5-6 hours (have to charge twice in a day :-( Camera:- gets hanged every second time when click the photos so many times we miss the correct photo shot.... and unfortunately there is no any other option than rebooting the phone. Internet:- after every 2-3 hours Internet gets disconnected without any issues..... so have to reboot the phone to get the internet back :-(

l bought karbonn A21 in November and my experiences with this phone as follows. very fast battery draining (even with only one sim within 4-5hours of continuous usage battery will die)but more time to charge. good display but poor touch response. touch screen is highly erratic while charging. waves like lines running horizontally. slow and laggy CPU which leads to frequent closure of apps. few times it'll hang also. less ram only 386mb. within few minutes of idle it should be around 50-60mb free ram. so HD games and high definition videos can't be played. poor after sale service. volume keys are also problematic. poor sunlight visibility. back cover is of poor quality and not fits well. worst network signal strength. think thousand times before to buy this phone.

Karbonn should be avoided at all costs. The service center staff is very unsupportive and lack basic skills. For every problem they ask the phone to be kept for 10 - 15 days. As early as 15 days from purchase Motherboard conked off. At the service center came to know that I was not the only one. The service center staff is extremely rude and should be fired at once.

Dude, try an aliminium sheet, cut the sheet (should not reachout the back panel edges) n place it inside the back panel, make the nesseary alterations, and then use... this will gradually reduce the heat at the back end and the sheet will work as a heat sink. most important, do not use foil used for wrapping food items, they will keep the heat inside the cell only. I'm not making any funny statment, cos im currently using this method... and my battery backup s also better compared to the days earlier when i bought it.

Quite good phone. Features are all really good. Battery is a bit poor but goes on for like 8 hours on one full charge for a full usage in 3G/ Wifi.. goes for a full day on 2G. Some specifications not mentioned above such as wifi - hotspot, video calling facility (only 3rd party applications), 3G only on the first sim card etc!!!

Dont ever buy a karbonn product.I purchased a Karbonn A21 mobile on Oct 2012. The product had excellent features at an affordable price which made me to choose an indian made mobile product for the first time. The product seem to be of worst quality as the charging cables broke on the first month and the headsets turned out next month and the complete handset died on march 2013 with less than 6 months old. I took the mobile to the karbonn service center and they said there is a board problem and it will take 10 days if fixed earlier they will notify me they said. I called them after one week and they told me they will call back after getting the service status but they didn't so i called the next day again they replied the same and told me they will call back. I lost my patience and contacted karbonn customer care through email and notified them. They are much worse than the service center as they responded back as i am having issues with my karbonn smart tab which i don't even have one. I tried calling the TOLL free no but the line will always be busy and if you get the ring then there will be no answer. I tried reaching the headquarters and same result no one picks the call. I again mailed to karbonn email support and they again replied in regards to karbonn smart tab. I got irritated and told them that i will escalate this on consumer forums and they came back with a local coordinator to support for the issue. That local coordinator replied after 2 days that mobile is ready and can be collected. I asked for description of the issue and the details for such long time (15 days) to rectify and they never responded. How to rely on the same mobile which took 15 days to rectify the problem. I already lost lot of valuable data on my mobile as punishment for choosing karbonn mobile. If someone looking for karbonn products for its attractive price my suggestion you are wasting your money on a worthless product with an irritating customer service.

Last mid feb13 i purchase karbonn a21 and this is a rocking smartphone for me.nice camera quality and better than other samsung and iphone for playing games and latest application in very low price.Only one thing but not major bettry backup is some low. but don't worry thats not a big problem. So i suggest all of you if you want to purchase low price than samsung and iphone with latest application and software smartphone karbonn a21 is the BEST.

its a very good phone . i dont know y people are demanding more . its has so many features in very low price. .if u want all the features u r free to buy I phone or note 2 . . and the reason y your device gets hang or run slow is when ever u open any app u do not close it that app or games keep running in behind . .to resolve this use battrey saver app and on home screen keep holding the home button you will see the list of apps running is background one by one you can stop it . i guess lots of people doesnt know about this . overall excellent phone , , i jsut wanted to know is this device is upgradable to jell beans reply

yea its a good mobile to buy. if u have some more bugs there is another mobile from karbonn titanium s1 is available but only problem is battery is 1600mah (200mah less than this). The pros are the processor and ram is double than this.

I purchased karbon A21 one month back, no problems up to now with this mobile, features r good , but camera is average, it never looks like a 5mp can, gaming and video playback is good , CMG to the screen clarity it is superb , I just love the screen high brightness, pictures and all the contents on the screen appears very sharp.

i also purchased this phone. its good phone with good screen size and touch and battery backup is also good. if u increase ur battery life u will charge ur mobile battery when battery is less than 20 percent. do not talk or play game at the time of charging. with in 1 hour battery will be fully charged. speaker is so so. night camera quality is not good but on good light camera works good. handling smooth. games work very good. 3g quality is also good. if u want to compare with galaxy duos on my point of view karboon a21 is best.

I'm using this mobile since 3 month everything is perfect it is just like other high end mobile like HTC, games run very smooth and without any lags,camera is very good, battery backup is also good comparing with other high end android fine, I don't know why everyone complaining about battery problem, every android device uses more power, gsmarena has mistaken its specification, it has qhd 540×960 resolution screen.1.2ghz dual core scorpion s4 processor, adreno 203 gpu same like HTC desire X. only drawback is its loud speaker which produce low sound other than it is best. micromax canvas2 looks like china mobile and very bulky to carry.

It's been over two months that I have my Karbonn A21 with me and it work really nice. Yeah, ICS does makes you feel little left out but then ICS is the best and successful Android OS which was pre-installed in maximum of phones launched in 2012. So nothing to feel bad about. But yes and upgrade to JB would just enhance the phones potential to maximum. Camera is superb. Some may feel 5MP is nothing when you have 8MP and latest being 13MP. But come on, don't fool yourself. We are the same guys who were onces using 1MP on our nokia phones and were very proud of using it. But this 5MP on Karbonn A21 does click pictures like 8MP or 10MP if there is perfect lighting and yes, you do get LED flash for low light too. Also what do we do when we click pictures - upload it to FB and twitter, right. So FB anyways, makes any picture or any MP look really good on there webpage. Even if it is 3MP or less. Video capture is ok. Not so brilliant but does suffice my need. Going further the touchscreen is so smooth that it does not make me miss my iPhone5. So much like a feather touch. Just Love it. I have also read some were that the display is sime 246 pixel density for the resolution which good compared to any lastest smarthphones. Radio, Bluetooth works brilliant. Supports upto 32GB storage. Has 1.2Ghz dual core. Makes multi-tasking very very smooth. RAM of 512MB is sad part of this brilliant device. But, I think I was under-estimating the capabilities. It does perform really good with the low RAM. But does makes me think sometimes that if with 512MB this device does so good, what would it do with 1GB RAM. Having said that, it does keep me thrilled when I play Temple Run 1 & now 2 and Blood Brothers games on this. Infact, it also thrills me baby neice with Air Peguine which require gyroscope to work to its full strength. Does great job. Till now I have not got a single call drop unless I have used up my entire talking allowances. Texting is as cool as any good andorid smathphone. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi hotspot works perfect. No complaints as yet. Music is perfect. Plays most of all the recent formats. Ear phone make music sound so clear and brilliant. Coming to the most important part of this phone Battery. I can confidentially say that I do everything I have mentioned above for everysingle day since I have this phone with me. This phone lives for approx 34-37hours without charging. Thats good, really good.. Well thats all from my side. Karbonn A21 rocks for me. Waiting for the JB upgrade to come and I am really hoping it comes. Thanks.

People, I've had low specification phones. In todays market you're better served with a phone having Assy least 1 gig of ram. Now there are many players having this with 1.5GHz dual CPUs.for the performance gain, go for it. Just remember, you deserve it. Better quality. Less rebooting due to performance issues. no it doesn't even play 720p videos..only plays videos of 480p.... it also lags while switching or scrolling between screens...has only 5 mp camera.and the major issue is that the phone restarts while playing games like temple run,cs. system not responding...message always pops up and camera fails to open a lot of times...phone completely worthless.. worst mobile i have ever seen in my entire life.. go for MMX CANVAS 2 A110 OR A116 ANYTIMEEEEEEEE

bought it today.. the phone is nice in terms of touch.. size.. features.. looks.. major drawback is the internal memory... ram is way too low for a snapdragon 1.2 ghz dual core processor... so its jams in gaming.. and lags after the internal memory is full...

the general and biggest problems with the karbonn mobiles are 1)very very poor battery backup 2)it evolves lots of heat while operating for a while or using it for 15 to 20 minutes.i do not know the touch screen response but in case karbonn a1 it has a touch screen problem .otherwise this is a good brand but a lot of improvisation iss needed.

This phone is very worst compared to Micromax a110.I have both the phones and I feel the superiority of Micromax a110 over this device.Micromax a110 can able to play many games that karbonn a21 doesn't.Also this device hangs a lot while a110 was very smooth.This is the reason why a110 was most popular.I was not baised towards Micromax but I feel that micromax products are superior than karbonn mobiles.By my personal experience, GO FOR MICROMAX A110 INSTEAD OF BUYING THIS HANDSET.

hi, I have bought this A21 2 days ago and there are a few things that are severely annoying: 1) the battery completely discharges in under 3hrs. 2) the camera quality is very very poor. 3) the device is of a very poor build quality. 4) the device hangs, restarts and the muic player starts automatically.

I bought this mobile 1 month ago. Before I used S2 as well as Moto Droid Razr. This phone is really a good one for its very cheap price. Clarity is awesome. Only 1 disadvantage I faced so far is the speed, since I used the fastest mobiles previously. But it has dual core 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor, but its RAM is low, so we can't see the processor efficiency completely. But I rooted the device, and used Swapper to increase my RAM. Now somewat far better compared to the factory build. I definitely recommend this phone for its price. EarPhone is worst, so have to buy Sony or some other branded earphone, if you are music lover. This phone is very much flexible, and we always have alternate option to make this phone as the best one(increased the RAM, bought SONY earphone). Android 4.0 is added advantage. Browsing speed is great. I feel very sad for spending 30 - 35k INR previously for my Droid Razr and Galaxy S2. Guys, go for it. Sure you will like it. It's hard to believe Karbonn released this awesome phone. Any how I erased the name Karbonn in the back side of the phone :):):)

ATTENTION - The display resolution mentioned above is incorrect; actual resolution is 540 x 960 (qHD) and hence the pixel density is 244 which is pretty convincing. You can check this by installing Quadrant benchmark. Check the links below: Video: Retina Display was the term used by Apple for marketing its products; the background is that because human retina cannot uniquely identify each pixel on such displays. But the actual figure is not 330 its 250. Check below: Personally I own this phone and its display is way better than its competitors. Best for Videophiles, Blurays and Deviantart lovers.

This is good mobile, but down side is most of it defective. Mine was rebooted multiple times and in one month stoped working, now it hell to run between service centre and on line protal where i have ordered. Ram is 512MB which is the worst part, for dual code atleast it should be 1GB other wise no use of dual core. And the Stock version of OS not avilable in Karbonn site, so you can revert back to stock version if you put custom rom.
