tablet is total waste of money,be smart buy anything except karbon product I'll give you 2 basic reason 1)the product provides very worst performance on every scale a person can think form device. disappointment is the only thing you will get in return from karbon product. 2)services provided by karbon is the worst,since two years before i purchased ST10 and was in my hands for use about 3 month's remaining time it was in service center for either software issue or hardware issue. AS COSTUMER I AM VERY disappointment WITH PRODUCT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DON'T BUY THIS OR ANY KARBON PRODUCT

total wastage of money and time my tab lasted only 4 months hanged no reset battery have to be completely drained. over and above horrible customer centres they even didnt excepted my tab as s/n was not in database. simply thrown away tab in frustration.

Hello Mr. Ashok kumar, To reset ur ST10 simply click on start button with down volume key. As it's first logo seen remove ur finger from start button and keep on volume down key. After a while a new screen will shown. Now with volume up and down key just take it to the option wipe data/Factory reset click start button (like used for opening it's lock) then it shows another menu select on yes and after 5 to 10 seconds it shows menu select on reboot system now and click start button (like used for opening it's lock) and wait for 5 minutes then ur tab will work easily.

I had bought 2 nos. of karbonn smart tab 10. one of them had a camera issue and a screen smogginess issue after a 6 months of purchase...The service centre takes ages to repair and fix...They finally did and is working fine for now.. The other one after a year has stopped at the karbonn boot image..and doesnt go beyond this. tried reset etc and isnt working. dread to give it to the service centre as they might take forever to fix the issue...would suggest..keep away from this model.

I wounder how the Karbonn Comp forgot to leave place for SIM card in such a big size of Tablet. It is ridiculous, it is 2014 not 1945

I have given my Tab for a simple LCD replacement. For past 2 months they don't lift calls, and if they lift they say we shall inform you. They do not give information and give very flimsy reasons for not lifting calls like " I am in washroom".

All are advised not to purchase this tab due to many reasons. One reason is it attracts citing less cost but it won't work properly. Second thing if you will face any problem then it will take nearly one year to get it from the servicing center and after a follow up of at least twice in a month.

The worst customer service experience i ever faced or you can say that karbonn's customer service doesn't exist at all. My new karbonn ST10 had problems when I received it and then it took around 5 months to get it replaced after continuous followup. So I was having a tablet which i paid for, but it wasn't better than a piece of junk.

I'm facing m or less similar issue while connecting to wifi. I use reliance broadband with Dlink wifi router. Once switched on, the tab shows the signal in full strength. But on opening any apps like Youtube, TOI etc it asks to check the network connection. If i keep it idle for another 10 to 15mins it starts to load the pages. I'm not sure why it's happening. Secondly, I tried to connect using Tata Photon but it failed. I used the same dongle to connect to Karbonn Smarttab 8 and it connected without any issues.

Please DONOT buy KARBONN SMART TAB 10 tablet,its waste of money. This tab seems like a very good tab till it works, once the tab starts facing problem there is no good service center for Karbonn. I have purchase this tab 3 months back, it was working fine only for 3 months. The problem i am facing with this tab, i am not able to boot this tab, it is hanged after displaying KARBONN Logo. The Authorized service center has informed me that they cannnot do service for my tablet as my tablet IMIE (ST) number is not registered in KARBONN database (They are selling the products which is not registered in their data base) and they told me they are have around 20 TABS with them with similar problem which is not responded by KARBONN for more then 3 months. I have send mail to there customer care but didn't get a proper reply. KARBONN toll Free number doesn't work at all. Don't buy KARBONN Tablet, buy some good branded tablets after checking with Authorized Service Centers about any potential problem for a particular model.

I bought this tab in Jan-13 and it worked fine. Playing videos 1080p like breeze. Sound not loud as required for a Tablet, it is even slower than any good quality smartphone. Restarts very often during gaming. I observed it restarting even during normal operations. It worked fine for about 6 months, there after it developed fault in back camera. To add salt to the wounds it met an accident and its screen was broken. Here 3rd grade karbonn service was to welcome me. Am still struggling to get it repaired but its authorized service center unable to repair. Now thinking to donate it to some training school.

Thats true my friend, i had bought from Croma before 6 months & getting same proble as explained below, low speed & hanging frequently...do not use such a cheap product, it is a total waste of money. Due to so many complains & low repairing facality croma stopped selling this product...i wasted my 10.000 RS.

Dear All, Avoid using Karbonn products.Its a complete waste. I bought a karbonn tab 10 9 months back & i started facing problem in the mother board in the sixth month & was given to the service centre to fix it. since last 2.5 months they are just misleading me and the tab has not been handed over to me. Also to inform that karbonn & other cheap manufacturers have appointed some local repairing centres who fail to own up the responsibility.

I bought Cosmic from Mirchi mart & this is a Fantastic Tab, 10 inch large enough for reading, browsing & video clarity is great, Wi-Fi connectivitiy is super & browsing is good, Audio out is a little low, Touch is quite good, But some pieces which has older version of Boot image has some issue, it gets corrupt, so u just need to get flashed a new image. other wise best for the money paid, Its not a drawback that id do not have sim, i think its not mobile with 10inch, ita a tab & sim is not requried.

I have been using this tab since last 7 months. It is a good tab at 10K price range. Initially I faced one small hardware issue, but after that it is really working fine. Battery back up is good and charges in very short span of time. I am using reliance dongle and internet speed, Wi-fi, everything working fine.

People r comparing with Samsung tab....I tell u compare the price an the size....Samsung Tab less than 30000 Is SMALL AND LONG not like Karbonn Tab.... M using Micromax Dongle with Airtel sim.....it ROCKS... AMAZING VIDEO PIXEL QUALITY....it supports 1900+ videos but Bluray print ld hang.... But yeah to connect to internet initially from dongle...it might test or patience....might be my dongle....and it doesn't have screenshot option. :-( But tell you what.....ITS WORTH BUYING......Stand Case Cover u get on Shop clues.com for bout 440/- Enjoy :-) :-)

I suggest to buy this it is awesome . It has data you can connect through a dongle by using dongle connecter . It is a very good phone/tablet

This is a good device for this price. However as said by few others camera is bad, i am facing hanging problems also though not very often. Internet connectivity through a connector+ dongle is cumbersome. It does not connect to airtel.

Just got the tab... a gud buy for the money... don't expect great screen resolution, bad camera(I never had camera as a concern, u don't take pics from a 10" device ideally); Decent sound, not that great but feels gud to have a 10" branded product for this price, Specs speak for themselves of a good performance... Would recommend this product for this budget...

I am facing a weird issue when using a Wifi connection on this tablet I can easily connect to the WiFi router at my home and access the internet, but only the Google Play Store App and Facebook App cannot access internet via WiFi. Using Chrome browser, I can access Play store and every other website but not facebook.com This issue is only happening in my tablet running on JB and other 2 andriod GB phones at my place work fine using the same WiFi router. Furthermore, if I use any other WiFi network or 3g connection I do not face the above issue! I have tried searching across forums and have done the following: 1. Reset the tablet to factory setting 3 times 2. Reset my WiFi router to factory setting 3. Updated the latest firmware for my Dlink wireless DIR300 router 4. Tweaks like enable 11g only setting on my router, removed all levels of protection and kept the wifi unsecure 5. Disabled all firewall options on the router 6. Configured WiFi on the tablet using WPS 7. Installed Firefox and Dolphin browser, but still cannot access facebook 8. Used static ip and also Changed dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 None of the above has worked... Can anyone help me pls...

I had few problems i.e. the first and the replacment provided had some problem like hanging, frozen picture etc. The dealer was kind enough in changing the first two sets due to the problem. Third one is ok but battery display icon shows the charging mode on at all times even when it is not on charge. I just want to know whether this particular model has this complaints like hanging/freezing etc.

Tablet seems to be good in general. Microsoft keyboard works well with this table with a stand it becomes a tablet. IPad screen guard and case work with little cutting and adjustment. No accessories are available for Karbonn Smart Tab 10. Benchmark is very good around 9000 on AnTutu, this is better than my Galaxy Nexus. Games performance is excellent, but I was disappointed with some game developer as games were not supported. Tablet seems to be a bit buggy. Google now shortcut come totally outside screen, sometimes it crashes on massive storage operation. Chrome browser does not response well when more that one page is opened. 2D graphic is show, that mean it will take more time to draw image than rastering a complex 3D Graphic. Overall it is very use full, I have stopped using my desktop or laptop and use this tablet for all my personal purposes.I bought it at ₹9900 that was a great deal for this tablet. I home Karbonn release Jelly Bean 4.2 on this tablet so that it can support multi user logging.

Yes it's working same like Laptop. Signal Strength is good but totally depend on your router position . Need to download Wi-fi keep alive software to keep wi-fi connection active in sleep mode.

hd games does work just sometime it gives poor grafix but it runs quit well and tab 8 is same in everything as compared to 10 but is much lighter and handy but looks abit cheap but tab 10 really is head turner in looks its just 3000 rs costlier then 8 both are really good and even the battery life is too good as a tab

Whatapp does not support tablets and they r working on it ,but if u want to use what's app u could root ur phone to use it ,gaming is a little bit dissapointing with the info provided ,but still this tab is worth a price , multitasking design features are just awesome ,as a owner I would recommend this tab without regrets :-)

see this tab is for 10200 to 10500 indian rs depends on your dealer.it is superb but doesnt support whatsapp or calling and other stuff.it plays almost all video screen quality is surprisingly amazing but just when u play games specially subway surfer n temple run it restarts and i have all the tabs 2 7 8 9 and 10 from karbonn all have same issues

Today I have tested 3G Dongle (Tata Photon+ EC156 model) and skype video call. They are working excellent. Still trying to get proper tablet case and suitable scratch guard.

Bought this tablet yesterday and it's value for money. Tested Bluetooth / Wi-fi and USB all are working like excellent. Tested 160GB hardisk via usb mounting and able to play blue-ray files without any problem. HDMI out to my HDTV is also working very nice. Display is ok-ok not exceptional but manageable consider price. Temple run is working without any lag and multitasking is not a problem at all.
