  • wowwwwwww......

  • I would buy it but i can not use it in europe

  • Does this phone use a CDMA R-UIM card from the carrier or does it has to be registered with the CDMA provider?

  • i too i realy love droid x design this is awsome maybe we must waite for droid x2 ??? !!!! hope motorola look at this page

  • hope motorola at last offer droid x for world wide and gsm version im attrix user but i realy love droid x too .

  • Seems like motorola is having a big comeback in mobilephone scene.. I hope they could continue producing this kind of phone and ofcourse improve it significantly. before i was a razr user i am a big fan of it until moto phones became unnoticeable in the market.. but now because of this great phones they are creating and serve to the market, my sympathy is back for moto.. tnx they were allied with adroid os along with other software and hardware developer.. about the phone i realy want to have one.. i like its cool design, hope it also have motoblur in it coz its fantastic.. for me its 9/10 all in all.

  • NO. All world want DROID X, especially Norway ! :D

  • I really hope so and that will be the best thing to come

  • The design is magnificent. The slick beauty should be released throughout the world especially in the business world such as in the North American, European and Middle Eastern regions.

  • all world want milestone x can you hear moto

  • Milestone X is a world wide version of Droid X trust me it's CDMA

  • this is realy big wish for all smartphone lover around the world

  • Don't worry, because the Milestone X will be announced soon! :)

  • Why can't Motorola release a GSM version of the Droid X? Are we the gsm users not entitled to a good phone like the Droid X?

  • Verizon Motorola Droid X2 (Daytona) will have dual-core Tegra 2 processor, 960×540 touchscreen Since the Motorola Droid has received a successor only a few months after its release, theres no reason that the Droid X wouldnt get the same treatment. And, according to HotHardware, a trusty source has informed them that the Droid X will, indeed, have a successor that will launch later this year. The phone is codenamed Daytona at the moment, but the name it will be sold in may be Droid X2 and that would make sense, especially considering that one of the main additions to it compared to the original will be a dual-core processor. The Droid X2 will be powered by an Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core 1 GHz CPU. The only other major improvement as opposed to the original will be in the screen resolution, which will get bumped up to 960×540 (the Droid X has a resolution of 854X480). The screen size, however, will remain the same, still at 4.3 inches. The upcoming Motorola Atrix 4G will also have a 960×540 screen, so this makes sense and it looks like it will be Motos resolution of choice for its high-end smartphones for some time to come. Other than that, the Droid X2 will be identical to the Droid X, even on the outside. Interestingly, the battery capacity will remain the same lets hope that dual-core goodness wont take a great toll there. The camera will be 8 MP, but improved to take pictures faster. There will be a microSD card slot, and details about the integrated RAM and ROM are still unknown. The Droid X2 will apparently launch with Android 2.2 Froyo on board, which is a bit disappointing, considering that Android 2.3 Gingerbread is already out on Googles Nexus S and will surely be coming to other devices in the mean time. The Motorola Droid X2 will be available in the US from Verizon. The pricing isnt known yet, but expect it to fall in line with other high-end smartphones. Its also unclear if the Droid X2 will be LTE capable or not.

  • no, it is cdma/evdo only...

  • but moto offer beter phone for gsm network user : atrix

  • you're right and I hope to see a Milestone x in Europe!

  • Still wonder why there is no Milestone X (GSM version of Droid X?)??? I mean, probably just insert a GSM chip and antenna can do the job!

  • Prepare to be jealous. The Motorola DROID X is coming to China, along with a software upgrade, bringing its speed from 1GHz to 1.2GHz. The upgrade appears to be software-only, so it's basically like overclocking your device. If you've already overclocked your DROID X, you know that the Texas Instruments OMAP 3630 processor can handle it. We hope that this "official" overclocking might lead to a similar software upgrade for existing DROID X owners. We suspect, however, that Motorola would rather you buy one of their newer, more expensive devices. The Chinese version of the DROID X will be billed as the ME811, and will also include a new adaptation of MotoBlur. Beyond those two new features, the ME811 looks identical to the DROID X. Enjoy, China!

  • this monster is for china operator only

  • I thought it was GSM version of DROID X

  • I Love it evry time. Thanks MOTO

  • Great
