The LG bl40 is an awesome phone, if you like the look and want a regular phone you'll be happy enough with it. The phone is beautiful, really, and has great build quality, metal on the sides and gorilla glass on the front. Voice quality it's good, the software is beautiful with lots of color and nice design and the size and shape of the phone make it easy to use, and the best, it as fm transmitter!!! The let downs are there too... The phone can get very slow if you fill it up with media content and sometimes it restarts, more than 500 songs on the memory card make the media player annoying to use. If you don't use more than that you'll be ok. I would like to be able to turn off the squared home screen scheme because it also is a bit slow to use, and finally, the keyboard! The qwerty keyboard is a bit too small, the number keyboard is great when dialing, but for texting it also gets smaller! So, the bl40 is great, but if you're a heavy media consumer or a heavy texter I wouldn't recommend it, otherwise, go for it! I had one 2 years ago, got rid of it, last November found a new one at a great price and bought it, I use it as a second phone mainly for calls and I'm happy I got it again, but if I was using only one phone probably I wouldn't get it.

I've owned a BL40 for about a year and a half and I've had nothing but problems with it the entire time. It's slow, unresponsive and for the last few months, it's been turning off every few minutes at random, accompanied by a sort of cool-down time, during which it'll get to varying points in the boot process before turning off again...wait ten or fifteen minutes before turning it on again though and it'll be fine again. But least it looks pretty. Biggest piece of junk, form over function phone I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

I use the phone since 3 years. It is very moderate in use. Example , when u receive a call and take the phone out of your pocket it switches of the call. Many possibilities and apps are not su[pported. The software is moderate and difficult in use. Short , do not buy it!!

Owned this phone for over a year now. Worst phone I've ever used. Slow, unresponsive, unintuitive interface. Awful OS and terribly underpowered. Restarts itself out of nowhere about once per day and the battery life is very short. But hey, at least it looks nice.

A good looking but really bad in design phone. Battery is only 800 mAh, and with the power requirement of large screen, it gets discharged in only 55 to 60 minutes of use. This is very irritating. you should use higher class micro sd card class means speed of memory card it is available in class2, class4, class6 & so on higher class memory card means higher speed so it will take lesser time for every function whether it is Music Player or video shoot (less screen lags), thumbnail generation I am using class6 8gb card and now applications run smoothly

I bought LG BL40 last month i enjoyed the phone a lot it has a whole lot of good features. But to my greates suprise just last week my battery run down while i was outside the house when i got back home i plug the phone into my computer to charge through USB, pronto! the phone refuse to boot it only display LG logo and nothing more i thought may be the battery has not charged enough i left if for hour remove the battery and on it again still the samething. Can somebody please help to tell me what could have been the problem. You help in this direction will be highly appreciated.

luk dude....m also using the same phone....and what you are talking about is not a problem...thats the sensor which is on the top rigth corner of the phone...when you put your hand close to the sensor you can't pick up the cal.!!

It sucks. It runs so slowly, and the automatic updates for daylight saving time is too slow, and when it finally updates, it updates to the wrong time. Battery life is good-- for those people who don't step away from the charger for more than 5 minutes. The text messages are set to the wrong times when incoming, but the right time when sending, so the message history or threaded box is incorrect. Does not always pick up signal. When someone is calling, the button to pick up flashes from green to grey, and you can only pick up when it's green.

I have this phone for 3 months. Quality is perfect, looks perfect, but the OS? Oh, sorry, no OS, but the software? It just can not go stable! by the way the softwear is good enough 4 me I used Windows Mobile didn't feel comfortable to it & used symbian but it's Primitive softwear -wm is powerful & have lots of apps & programs but it stick too much & had alot of problems in Stability -evry thing frezes many many times in nokia phones beside its borrrrrrring phones,very very boring & oudated softwear me satisfy for chocolate bl40 it covers all of my needs (Stability-Big & superb screen responds to even the lightest taps-have all the connectivity-stylish & very good looking)

I am also downloading applications from lgmobile site. You just have to open your account on site. IMEI is must. There is no issue with battery and it takes small time to charge. I brows for 2-3 hours but battery was still full. Really nice phone. Clarity of LCD screen is superb. Now I am going to purches my favoutite movie DVD TITANIC. You just watch your videos on this device its like you are in multiplex. Websites look really nice on this phone. Just like small computer in your hand. Wonderful colours. 5 MP camera is too good. Music is unbelievable and there are about 23 equalizers. You can search your track from thousands of songs. BL40 having 1.1 gig internal memory and 32 gig card slot. This is a nice phone. It may lack performance compared to the iPhone 4 but this is a really nice phone. A stylish phone made for calling. If you love to text, well you can text in here but it's not as responsive as the iPhone. One major problem of this phone is the batterly. It's life is only good for a day. Compared to Nokia phones, the battery life of this phone is not good.

Why in the world dont all the text field use the landscape view with the qwerty screen keyboard???I have to tap 4-5 times to get one letter! so whats the use of having that large beautiful touch screen if you have to tap everything out like a normal keypad!? plus this thing doesnt switch to 3g UTMS automaticley you have to add profiles to each online app! whats up with that? and last but not least you have to tap like 10 times on the screen to get what you want pressed. the darn buttons are too small for any one with e regular sized finger to get right with one tap. Come on LG give us a break is this your first touch phone??? I was using a Nokia 5800.. plan on going back to it after this one.

i dont think it require ip adress(based on my own), but if it really requires you then do this, first if you've scan and already got a wifi network, click the network name and voila! the pop-up menu will come out down and click edit. lastly another pop-up came out and there! input all necessary requirement, ip, dns server, def gateway, more. and after inputing click save in menu button at the top... i'de like to add a comment from my previous comment that this phone is really freeze sometimes and need to reboot to bring back to life

Had this phone for about 6 months now thought it was brilliant looks good and has good technology on it soon changed my mind about it though. The touch screen is horrible to use and makes typing messages very difficult you can press one letter on the screen and it forgets youve pressed it and puts a completely different letter in. The switch screen is way to sensitive you only have to twitch a finger and it flips round. The typing itself is very slow and the phone finds it very difficult to keep up when your typing a message. Also i started having technical difficulties with it not long after i first had it. The phone freezes up to the point that you have to take the battery out to get it to work, the screen itself splits and goes nuts and even when putting it on a flat surface the screens keep moving round on its own and it does nothing but turn itself off. If you want a good hassle free phone dont go for this one its very disappointing and has put me off touch screen phones.

Sorry but yes your phone appears to be faulty. I got mine in october and have had nothing but problems with it including the ones you mantioned.I have sent it for repair several times. All i can advise is that you send it to a repair center via the shop you bought it from while it is still under the manufacturers warrenty and keep doing so until they change it for you. This is what i am doing now. It's a real shame because this really is a lovely looking phone and I waited weeks for it to come on the market. Hop this helps.

Decent applications??? It's not a smartphone you know? It can use java as any sony ericsson non smartphone (like w910)! Anyway, one of the most interesting designs out there, but maybe best for people that can really appreciate it, I had lots of mobiles and I still prefer LG, everybody complains about LG software bugs but actually every phone has minor bugs, and if the worst thing is random slowdowns, I can live with that, but for me Lg software is exactly what I like, nice to use and complete, not like my old beat dj, even if it had a impressive sound quality the rest was mostly incomplete and useless...

i live in the US and got this phone (a Berlin import) from ebay for about $300. i don't care for the data plan and use it for just voice and text with t-mobile. the following are my impressions of the phone after using it for about a month. also the phone is being compared to my previous phone, iphone 2g. pros - the design and looks of this phone is marvelous and the weight feels just right - movies on this phone's ratio is stunning especially with the hd screen - music sounds very clear and clean (even on max vol) from the ear speaker (phone's only speaker), i can't really tell what the dolby mobile does in the earphones but sounds great - typing on this phone is actually pretty good, the touch response is pretty solid, the word suggestions are neat - haven't used the camera much but it seems alright - gesture unlocks are convenient - the iphone headset w/mic works fine with this phone cons - this phone has slight/noticeable lag (does not look smooth/clean) --> when switching to the next homescreen, kinetic scrolling, dragging widgets - the battery life is horrendous, it only lasts about a day after a full charge on normal usage (moderate phone use, less than a few hours of music) - does not play some video files (mostly HD ones) - screen has a minor glitch? when going through some sub-menus, i can see a slight/barely noticeable/quick jump in color (hard to explain) - random popups of something like 'too much applications open' when you try to open up another app - to my understanding and experience so far, the contact photo should be a square in size and not the vertical rectangle as the native screen size. so when receiving and sending a call, the photo is maximized to its width (so in reality, since the photo is a square, it takes up maybe 1/3 of the whole screen), but once the call is connected, the contact photo shrinks drastically. this is a con for me. i have used shine in the past but this 4th installment is definitely what lg black label series is about. this phone came with pre-installed film/protector on the screen and the battery cover (even underneath the instruction sticker on the back). this phone feels very vulnerable and getting some sort of case is advised. but if you don't want to put on some sort of case on the phone and show off the phone for what it is, ordering some backup battery covers are recommended. also, switching to anti-glare/fingerprint screen protector is highly recommend (steinheil). this protector will definitely keep the screen clean, smooth, and scratch-free. i can't appreciate the original design and incredible feel of the phone and show the true awesomeness of the phone much since i am using some cheap but durable silicone case i got on it to preserve the phone. bottom line is, if you are not really a phone geek but into fashion (concerned more about the design/looks) its definitely a must get.

Its not necessarily the fastest, and it is hard to get used to at first. But once you have it down, speed is pretty good and easy to achieve. It's different, but I like it. :)

thats because the bl40 has a proximity sensor which when ever you have a call and touch with ur ear the upper part which is the speaker it automatically turns of the screen but u should once u remove your ear to have the screen operating again.

Yea, i would have to agree with you. I brought this phone because it looked nice. Big mistake. It lags like shit.Typing with the keyboard is better but with those 0-9 digit numbers like a normal phone, its horribly slow and laggy. And the music feature? Omg it takes like 2 minutes to load. Its so laggy that when I use the accelormeter or w/e its called that makes the phone react when I turn it sideways. It sometiems FREEEZES the entire phone. I had to take the battery out to fix it. Turning it sideways as bonus feature should have been optional,.... Since you can easily use the phone and accidentally turn it and it will not respond. Since its trying to load the application horizontally.

@jun u can not compare N97 with BL40. these are two different type of phones. both are good in their kind. IF u love touchscreen then go for BL40. its no iphone but better in a lot of wayz. oh! and the screen resolution and clarity of BL40 is far better than N97 mini.

the bl40 is a great phone, it can be scratched but only if your not careful, if your worried about it getting scratched here is an easy solution that if bought for mine. It is a shield that is really strong and completly scratch resistant and only cost £15 and easily comes off if you dont want it on, also you can get them for all kinds of other gadgets too. hope this helps!

Hello everyone, I m perhaps the most eager fan of LG mobiles...thanks to their sleek designs. but i am worried about the future of the company since they are offering nothing when it comes to smartphones.Since the success of their Chocolate kg800 (the older one), they have been focusing on fashionable devices. Look at KF750 secret, GD900 Crystal, Viewty Smart, Shine ,BL40 new chocolate and now this on GD880 mini. All of these are amazing looking phones, but....what about OS. These are just feature phones( in other words DUMB phones).Now if they continue in the same way, what will happen to them in the nextone to two years. I am sure they will have to leave the third place for sony or MOTO. LG has not released even a single high end device after new chocolate BL40 (back in september 2009).Their sales are increasing but profit is decreasing. All of my dear friends! I really LOVE this phone. Its a great phone to show off to people and you are not embarrassed to use this phone out in the public. It probably the most unique and best designed phone out in the market today. The touch screen is very sensitive and easy to use! So don't go listening to other people that the touch screen does not respond well. There are only 2 reasons why you wold be buying this phone. 1 - because of its physical design. 2 - wide screen capability. This is a multimedia phone that has some smart phone applications. So please don't compare this with a i-phone or any other type of smart phone, such as the andriod. Because it's simply a media phone with additional features. If you are looking for a phone that is more like a PC, you should try the new LG phone that they have recently released. GW990 has the same wide screen feature as the BL40 but has a intel processor inside, personally I find that the design of GW990 is poor and boring compared to the sleek attractive BL40. This is honestly a beautiful phone, selfishly I hope that I keep this phone all to myself as a secret. Since EVERYONE now-a-days has a i-phone. The BL40 is a breath of fresh air, compared to all the predicable i-phone wannabies out there, with their business style designs. So buy this phone if you are bold enough stand out from the crowd. PLUS, guys don't worry about the flash support, because the i-phone doesn't support flash anyway. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY A SCREEN PROTECTOR! This is crucially important, as I find that the screen is prone to scratches more easily. So invest that 5 dollars that totally covers the entire screen!

Hello to everyone! Is there anyone knows a link or instruction how to remove the lcd of this phone? I just dropped the phone but the whole screen is totally 100% functionable but it has a long line of crack; angled from the earpice until the middle of the phone and is just ugly to look at and need to replace it.Also anybody knows where to go to buy lcd parts for this phone? THANKS! =)

Please Read: Although this a great looking phone, the software is disappointing. I've only had this phone for a few months, and I've encountered power problems. They told me that it was a common problem in the LG BL40 mobile phone, because the LG software version of it was not good. I had to get it repair and update the software version. I'm sure that I wasn't the only one who'd encountered this problem.

Amazing phone, beautiful and sleekly and sexy phone.extremely user friendly. what i dun fancy is just the typing of message( no i not referring to the Qwerty keyboard, i referring to the typing of message when the phone is place vertical) and sometimes it does lag a bit, it also doesnt support Japanese font.Otherwise, its prefect. i think Lg phone always very user friendly. =) Updating of phone is pretty easy too. im updating now but it does took up a lot of space, 238mb in exact. =/ i bought in Singapore and it left with only last 3 pieces, i'm glad to be able to grab it in time.anyway my chocolate bl40 does able to watch Youtube via wifi. not sure if other countries Bl40 managed to. Anyone knows where to get nice cases or pouch for this sexy phone?

Update through the LG official Website. U can use the LG PC suite which is either install from the given disc in the LG BL40 package or download from the LG website. then select ur country option and install.

I would say this Chocolate phone is supreme with dolby sound quality. I played the music with the headset and the quality is so good better than other mobile phones. hi, I have my BL40 software upgrade, from version 10C to 10G version. so far seem more stable. but other problems arise, the music player constantly "loading" without displaying a list of songs and players. I even have tried to wait 6 hours, but still not showing the song list. and when I press the cancel button system to crash and freeze. must remove the battery to turn off this phone forcibly. if anyone knows how to do factory reset to LG BL40? thanks

I had this phone today in my hand to operate with it, and all i can say, it's impressive device, i take few pics with it it's clean quality, it's not that fast but who cares 4 1sec delay sometime. I wonder why lg have not built it with larger battery pack. The screen quality is something special that i have not seen on any other phone.

The S/W update is on the LG website. It is really easy, and fixes the problems that came with the original software. People need to quit the Iphone comparison. The price of the Iphone is more than twice the cost of this beauty. If the Iphone GS, unlocked and contract free, was $400USD, we would all have the Iphone. when I initially put bl40, I often find this phone restart itself. but after I did upgrading the software, all the problems it healed. and of course on the latest software, there is always a new addition. such as wallpaper, games, applications without removing existing applications. I began to familiar with LG product. and BL40 is an affirmation of the seriousness of the gadget market. Nice!

I've got the phone for one week now. I love the phone! Is there somebody who knows how the microphone works if you plug the phone into your car/radio? On my Nokia E66, I could plug in the phone in my car through AUX IN, so I could call with the mic of the phone and the speakers of the car. This was so easy to call handsfree.

That sounds okay. 2 days in normal usage is the lowest I could accept, but with most phones I checked out lately you're lucky if you can get through the day, so I'm glad it's not that bad with the BL40. 1000 mAh is just a bit weak for such a device, but frequent recharging is something I think I can put up with considering how much I like the phone... now I just need to check whether this would still fit into a trouser pocket =)

The vibration eats a lot of the battery. You don't need vibration if you are alerted by sound to be notified or for the responses. size is not Real problem in this phone. because you would have to adapt. actually problem is the battery. despite all the advantages possessed features BL40, you may need to provide a backup battery to far travel.

I just bought this phone for $ 689 SGD in singapore. and I took him to Indonesia. because of high taxes in Indonesia the price soared to $ 893 SGD. overall, this is nice phone. decision to replace Aino with BL40 is very precise. I liked all the features of Aino. but I have trouble with the keypad is relatively small and uncomfortable. my thumb feels tired.

Good Points: - Size is just right, very slick, unique design - Images are super rich in color and sharpness - Interface is very easy and user friendly - Managing your contacts, music and other files are superb - Speed is ok, tolerable - Internet browsing is ok, tolerable - Camera for photo and video are ok, you just need to know the right settings - Price is just right compared to other high-end phones Bad Points: - Battery don't last that long, you need to recharge every now and then - Fingerprint nightmare - Radio is hard on getting the stations' frequency In Philippines, when you ask the price from the mall, the usual answer is P29,000. I ask the lady if there is a discount when I will buy it in cash, I was able to get it at P25,700 - not bad, compared to other high-end phones. :)

Hey I hav used the phone it has brilliant picture quality gives u a 21:9 aspect ratio and has a dolby surround sound technology, battery life is about 4 hours talk time and around 9 to 10 hours stand by. I recently booked my tickets through the phone nd shows u the seating arrangements tht u wuld like to see the movie nd u culd select which cinema u wuld like to see the movie as well. Actualy LG is not as big as you think, especialy when you compare it to the Omnia HD or even the Iphone.The Chocolate is very slim and fits in your hand very nice(my hands are average size).The UI is slow but not painfuly slow and it more than makes up whit its smooth animations and great looks.So the question is Apple or Chocolate(I personaly prefer sweets to fruits:)

Ive had the lg bl40 now for a couple of days. Think the phone is great all the features are fantasic, screen is like no other. Battery life very poor. But you cant have it all. LG are unique within themselves. Am normaly a Nokia user but have been converted to LG. Have no complaints about the phone, yes it is big but its big for a reason. I also have the Iphone and have to say this BL40 comes close.

Just bought the phone, like the review said it is a fingerprint magnet. also due to the narrow phone size,when u hold it in your hand and your fingers curl round the phone, your fingers are very easy to touch the touch screen and accidentally activate the menu icon. so be careful.

The 300 x 800 allows for cinema wide screen nativly. You won't end up with letterboxing meaning you get to use the whole of the screen! If we are all honest the resolution of mobile handsets are terrible! mobile manufacturers could offer us so much more then they do!

Its a nice phone to hold and use! screen is good. heavy content web browsing will not load pages. streaming flash sites cant load too. Youtube application is limited in feastures. Phone syncing has its problems, not all numbers are synced if u use pc suite so beware. use blutooth to bluethooth .vcf file for phonebook will ensure full accuracy. charging time is long. once flash low batt will die out in half hour. surfing halfway most likely will say memory full and not load pages. sms landscape too long to use one hand, no T9 function to add words. but has T9 predictive. so no more le, loh, sian, bro etc..... senstivity is good but still lose to iphone and htc for typing sms. overall if u just need a phone to make calls only and act cool and feel good, this is definitely the best!

I got the phone a few weeks ago, and it works great. You can set it up in different languages. And the camera is glass clear, love it! and about the video thing, you can change the mode to a longer version. And it is not weird to have it in the hand/pocket. This phone can practically do anything. And the battery life is also great, the trick is yah hafta wait until it says "battery full" then you can have the phone for about 1 week without charging it. If you are planning to buy it, then its a good choice. But beware about the price ^_^

No that is not true. It does playback mp3 files of all quality. I currently own the phone and all my music files are 192 or higher and they play fine. The only thing is the dolby digital adds a tad bit too much bass to the music when you plug it up to an external speaker. Of course, if you like to listen to your music with a bit more bass, then it's perfectly fine.

For anyone that is currently in Canada looking to buy the LG BL40...it is a fairly good phone. The only problem is that Telus is currently experiencing problems with their youtube streaming...meaning you can't watch any youtube videos at the moment. Another thing to take note is that if you are a msn phone user, you wouldn't really like the msn on the lg bl40 because it is really slow to type replies...non spontaneous if you understand what I mean. The phone's appearance is very unique and the phone runs fairly smoothly. The video playback quality is very very nice and the sound quality makes the videos even more pleasant. The phone however cannot play wmv files, therefore the reply earlier regarding what format the phone plays is wrong. I will update on what else I find interesting about this phone =)

Okay I asked before regarding the HTC Hero vs the LG BL40...I am still undecided between the two. What makes me undecided are the following things. I want something unique and not a lot of people would have...which means LG BL40 would be the better choice. However, I'm not sure if LG BL40's msn is any good since I have used msn on the HTC Magic and liked it. Basically I'm looking for a phone not for business use, more for personal use. I don't like how the HTC Hero looks while I absolutely love the appearance of the LG BL40. Are you just trying to act smart cause you're not acting that great. The phone is and will be unpractical in comparison to other devices. ------------------------------------------------­----- Besides the E90 is more of an agenda than a phone, no comparison can be made between them as they we're made for diferent targets and purposes. The BL40 only targets fresh design lovers and not practical users and,as it was shown, there are a lot more fresh design lovers. Nobody is trying to make an ugly image to LG, is just that I don't agree with this phone and, as I said earlier, a much more practical phone is LG BL42/BL20. The BL20 has a much faster OS and a far bigger compatibility with installed applications. The resolution of the BL40 is quite unique and this is the thing causing compatibility problems. If you just wanna show off and do not want to use you're phone for other purposes this is the phone for you. Cheers.

Well im in the US and I had the bl40 for 4 days now, im pretty happy with the phone but wish it had better battery life. It does look long but side by side with the iphone its only half an inch taller but it still fits my pockets just fine.

im using this phone for about 5 months...this phone is great if you have it, you can feel that you have everything in you in the world of gadgets. this phone is really addictive, feed it all video formats that you have and it will not disappoint you. it has an excellent graphics engine that renders everything that you you had never expect from a mobile. Unfortunately it is not a smart phone such symbian, limo, maemo or a winmo, but who cares i have my 12.1 sony viao with i7 processor and a windows 7 premium o.s. that is portable enough. image quality has no more to discuss about just forget you P77,000.00 cannon DSLR its so bulky men. im from the philippines and i got no problem with its signal recepion UMTS and GSM are doing fine i mean excellent..smart, globe, sun cellular or addict mobile. mobile internet browing is a breeze of fresh feeling no lags very fast loading flash contents has no problem everything is just fine just make sure you will not be out of power if you try to explore the phone especially your still quiet far from home so you can have it charged. the battery has a huge 1500mAh that can last to 3 day of basic use. I think it is a great phone, good specs, and the form factor would be great if it was a bit less high. The 4 inch screen is great, but way to high, a 3,2 or 3,2 inch would ben good enough and the phone would look much better, it looks like a remote control.

Wow, It makes me wonder if you lot who are saying negative things about the phone have actually USED it. I was honestly starting to believe all the negativity you guys are spewing. "its too long, remote control, wont fit in hands, or pocket. untill I used it...." first of all, its the perfect size for a portable phone, the ergonomics make sense, its not too small, or long to feel awkward to use. the length fits perfectly in the hand, unless you are a 3 year old child, that's not even an issue. and it has a nice weight to it. all the phones I have purchased were based functionality/aesthetics. that being said, I have a few gripes with this phone. web experience is clunky, drains the battery like mad. OS is pretty, but slow, and a bit clunky as well. just consider this an beautiful phone, with cool features and you wont be disappointed. I'll be happy once the APP store is up and running. style over substance for sure. but it pretty much has all your bases covered. great media playback experience, brilliant form factor, web browsing... makes phone calls...

I had this phone, so far it is 1 of the best phone that i ever had with the looks, features and durable enough, most of my phone i always encounter hang ups even just a weeks from the date i purchase it. but this 1 never i encounter problem so far...This is also the first time i used LG, my first impression b4 is that they are not maker of phones but when i try this one i can really say that its a very good decision i made buying this phone. and i think i will be their customer again.

Nasty phone with any java or brew applications. LG designers sure goofed up this time. The BL20/42 is much better with applications compatibility and design. The length of the phone makes it unpractical and pure ugly. The touch screen is roughly labeled and crosses touch areas even in the phone's OS. Conclusions: unpractical, ugly, too long , bad touchscreen, no deal. - work experience with bl40 -

I agree now that this piece of junk is ridiculous and is not going to sell at all! I work at the carphonewarehouse in the UK and I thought it looked amazing!! But when it arrived in store my opinion was soon changed by this ugly black lump! The phone has the worst touchscreen, it's so uncomfortable in hands, it's heavy and does not fit in a pocket, the camera takes ages to take a photo and it's just UGLY! Many people have returned it and when suggested to customers they look disgusted and repulsed after using it! We may remove it from the Market! I hate to say it but stick with apple or blackberry! Touchscreens are getting ridiculous, times need to move on!!

i have had a lot of time to fully go through this phone inside out. and even thou it is a really good phone, the procressor speed is not fast at all. it lets this phone down greatly. the web browser is so slow when pinching and zooming it is unbelievable! the iphone 3g and 3gs are miles in front in terms of speed. it even jumps framerates when playing back hd movies.

Maybe it's just me but, all the people I know who have LG phones have had problems with them just after the one-year warranty period lapses. Why LG never learn how make user feel their handset have longer baterry life... Samsung had change their 3 bar to 5-6 bar battery icon. I hope LG could take this step, change their 3 bar battery icon to at least 5 battery bar...
